We heard about the excellent service JG auto has provided to a few of our friends so we went and got a quote on a 2018 Hyundai Tucson from the local new car store and then went to JG with the quote. I cannot say enough good things about JG Auto!! I was very lucky to have worked with Christian to find the car for me and he went above and beyond any expectation I could have had. I walked in looking for my first vehicle, I wanted nothing too new or fancy, just something to get me from point A to point B. He respected my request and budget- he didn't push the bells and whistles, but focused on exactly what I was looking for. After I had left to think about a couple of options, he contacted me the next day with another vehicle they had just gotten in that he thought would be of interest to me. I had all the vehicles info and photos within minutes sent right to my phone. It turned out to be exactly what I was looking for! Not only did he help with finding my vehicle, but when I ran into an issue on pickup day with getting insurance he connected me with a local agent he knows and while I was working he got everything in place, all I had to complete was an e-signature from my phone. Christian made finding my car such an effortless, stress free experience, and really surpasses any expectations customers could ever have- I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone looking to purchase!

I had purchased an SUV a couple weeks ago and had very quick and prompt service to getting the SUV in my possession. I did however have a few issues after the fact and made a post on fb as I was not receiving any insight on these issues. I have since deleted the post as I just received a call from Christian at JG Auto Financing. The salesman I was dealing with had taken another job and thus making for miscommunication and they themselves had no knownlege of me trying to get ahold of them. I would like to say thank you for them for returning my call and getting the issues looked after. I would recommend them for future purchases.

Very poor customer service, they sell you vehicles that are not safe for the road. Bought a vehicle and within 3 days engine light came on. Then found out that there are to open recalls on it. Took it to dealership in Halifax to have engine and recalls done only to find out it was not safe for the road and they had to arrange a rental for us. We were without our new vehicle for almost a month and had a $2300 bill and the end of it plus expenses of going to Halifax from Cape Breton. JG told us they would pay for it but when they found out how much they refuse to pay and answer us. They also refused to respond to Better Business Bureau on it. We had made our appointment with LandRover for these issues within a short time frame after purchase finding out about the 2 recalls and issues in early December , we could not make it to Halifax for the appointment until January. Land Rover were made aware in December what we needed to be looked at.

I have bought many used vehicles from both large and small dealerships, as well as private sale. and have never received such phenomenal service in any previous auto purchase. From phone calls to texts, Justin went more than the extra mile in accommodating our request, answering our inquiries and assuring that he will look after us. He made us feel like we were his only customer. Offering to bring the vehicle we purchased all the way from Millbrook NS to us in northern NB... And saying if we didn't want it they would simply take it back. Christian, the sales manager went over every aspect of the deal with us, answering our questions, and he like Justin made every effort to make sure we felt comfortable in the sale. Robin Clark delivered the vehicle to us... We had a chance to chat a little and he as well is a great peraon I will definitely be sending my friends and family members looking for a used car straight to the JG Team!
