Guy at the service desk is a liar and techs are completely incompetent. Got van towed down, would not start, popping M28 fuse. Told me it was the key, then the WIN module, changed WIN module without my permission now my vehicle keys won't work, so now they have my van hostage and won't surrender the key they programmed because I refused to pay for a key to a WIN module I didn't ask for. (Ended up paying them to program a $20 key I bought off Amazon so that I could troubleshoot myself). Also it didn't fix the issue and they wanted to replace the PCM and/or the TIPM because they just change parts without troubleshooting. Completely fed up at this point dealing with this POS dealership I got my van towed home so I could work on it. Turns out Dodge fused the Alternator through the PCM fuse M28, I replaced the alternator and the van works great. This would be easy to troubleshoot for a dealership and they most likely knew it was just the alternator but wanted to change $3000+ in parts first. Do not go here they will lie to you, steal from you and make your vehicle completely inoperative so you are forced to let them fix it. Multiple Horror stories in this area about this dealership, they like telling older customers that their vehicles are no longer safe for the road and try to get them in new Vehicles. Do not trust this dealership, let my expensive and infuriating lesson be yours as well. Negative stars should be an option.

Bought a vehicle here last week. Was told a windshield had been misplaced and had to reorder.. waited nearly two weeks for the vehicle. When we picked it up, it was filthy. It looked like it hadn’t been detailed whatsoever. I’ve bought used cars before from other dealerships and they’ve never looked like this. The salesperson told my husband that we “weren’t serious about this vehicle” even though we had been there twice to look at it in the pouring rain. I’m assuming it was the manager who called my husband and said they are “taking a loss on the vehicle”. Well that would be their problem since they are the ones that priced it. I wouldn’t buy a vehicle here again and I’m surprised at all the good reviews to be honest.

Waited a week for my service appointment. They call me 2 hours later saying two mechanics didn't show for work, we can not do you jeep today. Then I find out they claim a two hour job takes them five hours. Stay away from this place.
