Drove from Halifax (1hr 30 minutes) to see a truck they had listed on the internet. Upon reaching the dealership and viewing the truck we started to discuss the price. He dealer told me the price that was listen was only if you financed the vehicle through them. Since I was paying cash for the car, he told me that I would have to pay another thousand dollars ($1000) More then the listed price since I would not be using their financing department. Just seems like another greasy car salesman gimmick To get you into the store and rip you off. Will never go back!

Had a friend purchase a car here. Had warrenty left on it and everything. The car came with a new inspection and everything. Few weeks down the road the car ran into problem after problem and they did not handle it upon the persons favor. I don't recommend this auto group due to the persons experiences.

I’m rating Andrew Grant as he was the only one I dealt with at Bruce Auto. From a distance I inquired about a n advertised truck that was online. Andrew did everything he possible could to make the deal for the truck to satisfy my needs and desires for the vehicle. In the end to his disappointment, of which I don’t blame him, I had to cancel the deal in the 13th hour. Through absolutely no fault of his, all on me. If I was again in the hunt for a vehicle I would not hesitate to contact Andrew again. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Thank you Andrew for all your assistance, you are a professional.

Worst customer service ever . I bought a car 5 months ago and asked to cancel my extended warranty on time which they did and send me a proof that It has been cancel and They were supposed to send a cheque to TD auto and it been 5 months that nobody knows where the money is . Those people are just worried about selling the cars and that's it . They don't care about the their customer needs. So now I have 2099 $ that just disappear because nobody is able to tell me what happens my money after I cancel the warranty . You can keep doing a transitional marketing if you want but if you don't care about your customers needs you won't go far .

This building is like one out of a magazine, finally am industry where all the workers are actually happy. I had the pleasure of spending 3 days at this location and it was the most familiar feeling. It's like walking in the door of your home after a long day, but at work.

Decided to purchase a car, all went well the staff was friendly but they kept calling and pestering me and when the papers finalized I had to wait another week to get the car as it wasnt even ready to be sold.... Horrible service I'd take my money elsewhere if I could.

I personally wouldn't deal with any of the Bruce's dealers they dont back there extended or regular warranty or even verify what went wrong in your coldbrook location I believe it's there Nissan dealership the manager clearly said he wasn't take the engine apart when there was an engine failure to see what happened so I had to have my rogue sent to the city to have the process started again vehicles cost to much for me to take a chance on bruce's auto group

There is no zero rating so I had to give them a 1. My son bought a used vehicle at this place and an hour out of the dealership the transmission went on it, they would not go good for it and said he had to pay half for them to fix it which was another $1,800. which he couldn't afford. Now with less than 9000 km on the vehicle since he bought it he got stuck in New Brunswick on the weekend the transmission gone again. Not to mention the the expense and inconvenience that he has been through for towing, being without a car etc. This is four days later and they are not even calling him back... The media needs to get a hold of this... UNBELIEVABLE!

After four trips to you business to deal with a cleaning job, I thought that at one point, like having to come back to have the cleaning finished and no shuttle available, I might have been offered something for gas and inconvenience. We bought a new to us Ford Escape today from Ross at Bruce Ford and seriously we could not say enough about what an awesome salesperson he is. He showed us absolutely every gadget on the vehicle and ensured we understood everything before leaving the dealership. He also reassured us that I can send him a text anytime if I had any questions. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle I would highly reccomend speaking with Ross, you will not be disappointed! Chad in the finance dept was also very good...thanks again Ross!

There is only a few good things i can say about this company however over all i am very disappointed. The good things i can say is this company got me a car even though i have less then perfect credit however they are not the only ones that could do that for me and their service was friendly. But the cons outweigh the pros, When i contacted them i was looking for a either a truck or an SUV i also made it clear that i was on a budget and could only afford a certain amount every month, well that day they sent me an email with several vehicles to choose from and the bi weekly payment was within my budget so i choose the one that i liked and proceeded with everything to get approved and it was done rather quickly well they brought out my vehicle to my house with a lot of paper work to sign. I know this next part is an error in judgement on my part however i trusted this company and because the person who was dropping off the car was in a hurry to get back i quickly skimmed the agreement papers and signed everything. Later when i actually sat down to read everything i was shocked, The vehicle itself was listed at 10,000 by the time everything was added on i am going to end up paying 24,000 that is over double, oh yeah and the monthly budget i gave them where i told them i could not pay anymore then that well my monthly payments are double what i told them and there is nothing i can do because as they state i signed a contract. I realize this is my error i should have taken the time to read it all carefully i am hoping writing this review will stop others from making the same mistake that i did. I feel this company was very dishonest and told me whatever i wanted to hear just to get me to agree to purchase this vehicle and then once they had this vehicle in my yard (which i am sure is part of the ploy to rope you in to signing papers without really paying attention to what you are signing ) they changed things drastically.
