Was looking for a small, fuel efficient commuter car for my daughter to go back and forth to school from Windsor to Bedford. Definitely on a budget and needed to keep the payments in a certain range. Kean was able to get her into a Nissan Versa Note very quickly and got the interest rate needed to keep my payments where I needed them Unfortunately, the transmission failed 3 days after the purchase. Kean took care of it all. He called the tow truck, arranged for my daughter to have a loaner which he delivered to her at her school the same day and kept me informed through the whole process. Arc themselves actually ate 1/2 the cost of the repair for what the warranty company wouldn't cover. It was a long ordeal, but Kean was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to make it right.

Everything seemed great, car is nice, was informed about anything I asked and it seemed like it was going to be a good experience... until I signed the paperwork when the car arrived. Took more than 5 weeks to get paperwork I was told was mailed previously and it wasn't, no spare key, no information about warranty, and on top of it all when I request it I'm told to call myself. Would not recommend this place. Search elsewhere.

I bought a 2015 Genesis coupe from ARC Auto Sales about a year ago. I had "limited credit" but Colin and his team got me a great approval and on the road. I'm happy to report that after a year of making my payments, the car is still in great condition and my credit score has improved drastically. I'm still in love with my car, and how easy it was to get it. I will never buy another car from anyone else.

My wife and I purchased a Kia Sorento from Arc Auto and loved it,traded it in 6 months for a 2019 Ford Escape and got our interest rate lowered in half...these guys are awesome and so easy to deal with,the customer comes first with Arc...thanks for everything!!!

I went through Canada drives for my vehicle.I had my car for 5 days and it wouldn't start. I called arc to see what to do. They had me get it towed to chevy dealership in Sydney. They checked out my car said it was the ignition switch they checked out the rest of my car and found fuses that were missing or tampered with. Since the ignition switch was not covered under my warranty they agreed to pay for it. Then come to find out it was actually the starter . That was covered under warranty so Arc called the warranty company to give them all the information they needed. I then called warranty to start a claim and they refused to talk to me said they needed to talk to the person qorking on my car. I called the chevy dealership and they tried numerous times to get through and couldn't. So because I told them to go ahead and do the work the warranty company refused to pay for the while thing and would only cover 441 and the total bill was 1019 which I paid. I tried to get a different car but they refused to give me a different car and it took 2 months to get my car back. Not to mention the numerous phone calls I had to make plus paying the car payments and insurance for a car that broke down in 5 days and only driven 3 times. I would not recommend going through them for a car and I will never put myself through that again.

If I could leave a 0 star review i would I am DISGUSTED by the customer services I have received from this place. They pressured us into buying their vehicle which I then only had in my possession for TWO DAYS BEFORE THE TRANSMISSION DIED!! it was over a month in the shop. I finally get the car back to figure out THE TRUNK IS BROKEN!!! They danced around dates and times when we would call about my car, the loaner they gave me DIDNT HAVE WINTER TIRES and the plate expired. They told us that payments wouldn't start coming out of our account until after Christmas but they took full payments out before chirstmas and I didn't even have the car in my possession. Buy somewhere else

Went looking for a car. Started out great...then it went down hill. Car after car after car...then the only one they could get that actually was drivable was the one car I did not want to drive. Went after a private sale. That fell through. Called numerous times. No answer. Emailed sales guy. No answer. Got a call back today. I messaged and said I went elsewhere due to lack of service. Sales guy tells me I should have messaged him. This place is a disappointment. Stay away. Far away.

Honestly the worst experience I have EVER had in my life. Called and left voicemail after voicemail, and left messages and nobody has ever gotten back to me. I did not receive my ownership papers after 3 months so I couldn’t even drive my car I was paying a ridiculous amount for. I had asked for an SUV because it is safer for me and my family and I received a car. The cars sway bar links were gone when I got it and they said they would send me a cheque for it to get fixed and I STILL have not received it. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY!!!

I originally went thru Canada drives for this purchase. I was talking to a Bobby R. Everything was going well for me to get approved for my vehicle. He then told me that because of the payout of my current vehicle, a 2000 down payment would be required to get approved. When I told him I didn't have 2000, he said maybe 1000 would work but he had to check with the bank representative, but later told me that the minimum was 1500. We agreed to 2 payments. 1000 on the day of car drop off , and 500 , September the 4th. At drop off , I was not given my bill of sale. I was then reminded that i needed to pay the 500 for them to "mail me by title" I confirmed that I forgot and that I would send it . I then sent it. I was advised on 3 occasions that the title was sent (my temporary permit had expired September 19 and I was in need of it to legally drive) he then confirmed on September 29th then it was sent out , I received it Friday October 2nd. Today, October 6th I went to SNB to switch everything over , and I had taken a better look at the bill of sale and realized that there was no mention of my 1500 downpayment other than the promise to pay 500 . I contacted the agent who advised me that the fee was part of the deal and that they used that money to "turn a profit " and that this was told to me prior to signing. That was not the case. Most communication was done by text message and he clearly states that it was dependant on the bank rep to approve me for this car and no mention of it being used to turn a profit and deliver the vehicle. He told me that they aren't a charity and that he's sorry I'm having regrets 2 months later but that this isn't there problem. I then contacted the owner Colin, who proceeded to tell me off , accuse me of not being able to afford my car and trying to go back on our deal. I advised them that I have no issue with the car, the payments or any of that, but my issue was that they stole my money and pocketed it. He then told me to take it to a lawyer, and that their pockets were "deeper" than mine and hung up on me.
