I am not sure how these guys stay in business. I called them about 2 weeks ago and requested a quote on new TSW wheels and FireHawk Indy tires with install on my BMW E92. I was told I would get a quote same day. Needless to say, I didn’t hear back. I then decided to give them one more chance and send them a message on Instagram... they asked for what car (even though I already told them) and then they just decide to ignore me. Thanks - I’ll take my business and money elsewhere (I was planning to spend upwards of $2k for my setup)!

I came in with a friend who was looking for rims, I was just window shopping at that point or just had the thought of purchasing rims down the road, however Kevin was really nice and helped me look up a pair of black Fast FC04 rims that I didn't even know existed. I just mentioned the style I wanted and he was quick to know exactly and had an awesome recommendation. I also needed a pair of summer tires and he recommended probably the best performance summer tires I have ever had on a car. Was such a easy process and when I came in to get it all swapped, was done under 45 mins. The tires are so so sticky, they grip so well on my 2015 Q50, and the rims (I went one size bigger) look beautiful on my all black car. He also knew to go with a smaller tire height to compensate going from 19 inch rims to 20 inch rims. Absolutely love it all. Recommend these guys, they are professional and friendly people who love cars and know about cars (tires & rims) as much as you would be going into a auto shop. I normally never leave reviews but the look of my car with the black rims and the performance of the tires had provide my positive feedback. :)

I bought new winter tires from T1 and had them installed on my winter rims. Dealing with them was seamless. Matheau was awesome...I initially called and he took his time to explain the different tire brands and gave a good recommendation. I paid a deposit and he was able to schedule me in a few days - this was a week before x-mas. On appointment day, again it was seamless. I was professionally greeted by the installer who confirmed a few things about my wheels. after about 45 minutes tires were installed. Can't be happier. I'll be buying my tires and rims from T1. T1 Motorsport has absolutely zero knowledge regarding Vossen rims. They sold me brand new wheels with defects, bad paint finish and wrong offset wheels, which scratched my premium brakes calipers on my brand new Corvette. Even wheels nuts they supplied was wrong size. This is only part of the reason I am giving 1 star, it goes much more in detail than this.

I was satisfied with the service when I order the winter tire wheel package in November. Staff was knowledgeable via email when ordering and making changes to the order. Staff called the day before appointment to confirm the details for installation and everything was communicated well. However, it was disappointing when I finally went to the store for the installation. The appointment was at 5 pm and I was told the installation would take longer since the technician made a mistake. I was told that it will take up to 2 hours and decided to wait in the store. I waited at the waiting area on the upper level of the store, no one provided a status update or whatsoever after 2 hours, so I went down to check the status and pay first, since staff said the installation will be completed in about 30 more minutes. I went back upstairs after and asked the staff to let me know when the car was ready. After another 1+ hour, still no update or whatsoever. My husband came since he was worried, talked to the staff there and was told they will bring the car out right away. After another 15-20 mins wait, staff just passed back the key and said the installation is completed without an apology. If I can give a zero star, I will for sure do that. Will I come back and recommend anyone? The answer is no. On the bright side, I think they did not mess up the installation, but the service and wait time was a nightmare.

We booked an appointment and made a deposit via e-transfer. They cancelled two times in a row at very last mins while I was on the way to their shop. They confirmed the tire and rim for my car twice and said that it's ran out. I had to waste my time. I ended up searching for another shop. you should keep your inventory once you have deposit you asked for not turning the items around.

Got my winter tires on last November. I was satisfied with the purchase and installation of the tires(installation took a little over 2 hours). They have told me that I would be getting hubcaps on them for a while now. After multiple calls and an email I can’t get an answer. Their 20 inch wheel package was less in $cdn than Tirerack was in $US. I live in Ottawa and the package was delivered on time. I was in the market looking to buy a set of new wheels and started calling local shops. I called a few before finally calling T1...that was the last shop I called as they had the best price. I interacted with Steph via phone, she was patient and able to answer my questions - if I couldn't get an answer right away I was called back promptly. Forward to the day I picked up my wheels. Right off the bat the customer service was great! They inspected each wheel and made sure there was no damage and helped me load them into my car. I wasn't sure I was going to mount the wheels soon so I didn't book an appointment right away to get tires mounted and balanced, although I did ask for quotes for a number of tires with the help of Matheau who was very knowledgeable about my car and wheel fitment. Well a little later in the day I changed my mind and although they didn't have the tires I wanted in stock they were able to acquire them, mount, balance and install for me the same day! I'll definitely be coming back to T1 Motorsports. Thank you, everyone at T1!

I contacted Matheau about wheels, and after he confirmed the availability I drove all the way from downtown to their store in Markham, when I entered the store, his colleague was very welcoming, and then he tried to get Matheau to help me, but Matheau was busy watching Youtube. Matheau had his headphones, looked at me and kept watching Youtube for about 2 mins before he started talking to me, looked very lazy and unprofessional to me. I wish my bad experience ended there, he told me that the wheels aren't available, so not only unprofessional he also wasted my time. I don't think this person is serious about his job.

Called about tires and rims for a Fj Cruiser. Spoke with Kevin. This was 1:30ish. Live in Peterborough and asked if we drove down could he mount tires on rims as very last minute. NOT A PROBLEM. Kevin was true to his word. We arrived, showed us the rims and tires, agreed that’s what we wanted and job was done. Asked Kevin a few mechanical questions and he is very knowledgeable and seemed to know his stuff. I appreciate the fact that customer service still exists. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Great doing business with them. UPDATE: Went again to get spare tire rim and have mounted. Called on a whim, asked Kevin if he could accommodate and he took us in right away, mounted tire, balanced, and off we went. Cannot say enough about the customer service of this business. Will be going back to get more rims for winter driving. Look them up an their website. Worth your time. Will be impressed with selection and prices.

Gross floor, dusty seats&tables, nasty attitude. The owner of this place clearly doesn’t care about what’s going on in this shop in terms of keeping it clean. The waiting area on the second floor was filled with bunch of random dusty car seats and dirty abandoned parts. I mean what kind of business doesn’t even have couple bottles of waters if you have something “waiting area”? The inside is even worse than the cheapest and oldest used car dealerships. Outstanding job!

Kevin excels at being honest he will tell you whether something is a good or bad, in addition he will also provides very good suggestions/alternatives as well.
