Worst dealer ever came across. Believes in Bait and Switch . Called and booked and appointment for 1 hour after. Apparently when we got there the Vehicle seemed to have been sold, registered and all paper work done and picked up all within 60 minutes and the sales person had no clue what was going on within his own dealership.

Hate this place, never consider this place if you are looking for cheap cars. Being a new immigrant my friend was looking for a small budget car. He was really excited to try his first car and was determined to get this accura from nexcars, but the response of the sales person was humiliating. He never greated us or considered us as a client. Gave us very vague information and had an attitude that we are wasting his time. He traveledl the way from Scarborough to to get treated like this. So if you are a new immigrant or an Indian student please consider other places. Also consider not dealing with Mr Amir coz he only wants to deal with big budget clients. However my question is , if they only want us to buy big cars why are they even putting up adds for cheap cars.

If I could give this Dealership no stars, I would! I leased a BMW from this place and it was the worst experience ever! First big investment and as soon as we drove it off the lot all these problems with the car popped up! I would assume this place gets a lot of 5 star reviews because based on my experience they offered me 2 free oil changes if I wrote a 5 star review! Within a couple of months of having the car I've had to replace the battery and alternator, and with any cars those are supposed to last at LEAST over a year! Please do yourselves a favor and do your research before signing a contract with them!!!! Also, the person who sold me the car definitely only cared about the commission! Any concerns I had was quickly dismissed. PLEASE! Trust me! It was my worst first time buyer investment!

I cannot give this dealership a super low rating based off the fact if you are looking for a Volkswagen or Honda, they have a great selection of inventory. I can however, speak about my personal experience post purchasing, which was not the best I could’ve asked for. Buying a used car it is normal to have some hiccups after purchasing. Some of the things I experienced though I was not expecting. Upon buying, my car had an unbearable smell, like mold. I did smell it during the test drive, but I was assuming it would be taken care of before I picked up my car after buying. After looking I found mold in the back passenger side door. Once it was cleaned the smell went away within a few weeks. Also, a week after buying I had a hubcap fly off while driving, after pulling over and looking, the hubcap was missing a piece and had to be replaced. The woman who deals with all of the banking and financing is lovely, and I had no issues there. The man who assisted me with purchasing the car was fine, a tad aggressive, but what car dealer isn’t? He set up everything and made it an easy experience. My car had zero coolant and the oil hadn’t been changed in what looked like to be quite some time. Which the mechanic had told me if I had waited a short period of time with the oil like that, I could’ve run into some serious problems. I am overall extremely happy with my car, I got a great price, good financing set up through the dealership. I am not trying to tear the dealership apart, as my experience wasn’t horrible, I just wanted to warn consumers on what I experienced after buying.

Just by calling last week and people not speaking well the language when you call is very frustrating also we cant manage to understand how their service works, I got transferred to 3 different people until someone was able to answer a simple question. I went to look at a couple of vehicles and because of covid19 they have different policies. They had to write a bill of sale before I could test drive the car if I didn't like the car they will return my deposit which they did because I didn't like the vehicle I test drove . Funny thing is I went shopping to other dealers around and they wouldn't let me drive it unless I bought it, and I would have to come back the next day to drive it. I didn't feel comfortable doing that so I went back to nexcar and bought it from them. They have a very nice showroom

The car looked great - super clean inside, the car was perfectly safety'ed before I picked it up, they even dealt with VW on a recall issue so the car was all ready to go when I picked it up. So far, even after the sale, they have been very helpful. I found a tire balancing issue when driving it on the highway right after picking it up. The staff was very friendly and I spoke to the manager who took the time to explain my options and the pros/cons of each too. He actually showed me what I would be getting too which I wasn't expecting! I bought my 2014 VW Tiguan here in 2017 - I had a positive experience with the salesman. From reading the reviews, I think it was Dara. However, being my first car I was a bit nervous so I came to see it multiple times. I felt that he had a lot of pressure from his boss to rush the sale (boss not wanting to let me hold it for a couple days but he did anyways). They sell their cars for great prices so I think they really try to turn them over fast. I was happy with the condition I bought it in. The car was from Quebec which I’ve heard bad things about (accidents not reported etc) but overall it’s been great. Has had its issues but nothing major that made buying here a deal breaker, more so VW recalls. Did find after market paint and just recently found out the windshield isn’t original so that did leave me with a few question marks.

Took it back to there machenic. Had to rent a car during that time. Yes I paid half of the repair bill $680 plus tax dealer paid the other half of the repair. I'm willing to pay full amount once I get the invoice instating all the work done. Yes I did refuse to take extended warranty 'cause I wasn't expecting something like this to happen. Whatever I may have said before it pure out of frustration.
