I went in a month ago to check out a Lexus IS 250 a few times. They were not hesitant to answer any questions I had for them and offered to test drive the car whenever I wanted. The associates were friendly and informative even on the phone. A week later went back to buy the car, paperwork went quick and smooth while the car was being prepared. Once I got the keys to the car, it looks brand new, interior was detailed professionally, loved it. Solid 5 stars thanks Amir and Ali!

I went in to look at a MazdaSpeed3 with my dad and older brother. We walked in and we were greeted by Adam. My mom emailed prior before us going in to see the car asking if it was in there "showroom". Adam explained it was and said to come down to take a look at it. We then showed up around an hour later and he then stated that it was in storage and not in the "showroom". He then said to come back on Monday morning and he would show us it in storage. A day later my uncle came with me, mind you he's a mechanic and has been for the last 25+ years. He said the car looked in good condition from looks. He then proceeded to ask if he could test drive it. Adam said leave me $500 dollars over the phone or we could work something out with cash as a down payment and you can take it home Wednesday. We had not even got a chance to test drive a 12,000+ car and he's asking for a down payment... Unbelievable experience and a huge waste of my time and my families. The car was also making a weird humming noise inside and came from out of Ontario with a strange car proof. To add onto it while I went home really wanting this car still I wanted to read up on MR. MOTOR, while I was reading some of there google reviews it looks like an employee of there's or Adam himself is reviewing his own page to make them look somewhat half decent. Overall, I will not being going back there and I advise all of you to not as well.

We purchased a 2013 Mercedes from Mr. Motor. There were some unexpected issues with the car, but Mr. Motor stood behind the purchase until it was fixed to our 100% satisfaction. They went above and beyond and we were very impressed. I know most other dealers would not have done what Mr. Motor did, they made sure we were happy, pleased, and had a great car in the end - even though the costs to them were very high. If you are purchasing a used car and want to feel confident in the dealer you are purchasing from, I can attest to Mr. Motor and their integrity to stand by their product.

I would experience upsell, small print, and unexpected warranty items not covered. My car buying world turned completely upsidedown with Mr. Motor. Never have I ever delt with a more dedicated team to give me the most beautiful, clean car. Their cars are pure quality which they stand behind 100+%. Edit: Updated pictures to prove review is not fake. *This car was purchased on March 23rd 2018* Bought a 2008 335i from these guys a month ago, appeared to be an upscale dealership. All sorts of problems popping up. Strut is leaking, appeared to be wiped down prior to sale to hide it. Rotors are worn, there is a ridge on all 4 rotors(pretty sure that does not pass safety?) Told me they were putting new rear tires on it.. rear tires appeared to be previously mounted on a car with bad alignment, the kicker? One of the rear tires started leaking from a plug!!!!!!.. so this tire had a hole in it before being sold to me. Not only does the tire have a hole in it, but the spot the plug is in is ILLEGAL to fix a tire and reuse. The tires are also from a batch that is 6 years old, not sure if that's legal to use. Would NOT recommend this place, you are just looking to get scammed, or sold a nicely wrapped piece of poop. Also, lied about the warranty, I specifically asked if injectors on my car would be covered and they are NOT covered. I had my mechanic present during the purchase, who has verified all this information. Adam Saberi blatantly lied during the sale. Must have thought I was some dumb rich kid. *Photo included of me removing old plug*

Cant say enough of this dealership , we seen the a car on autotrader , called them and set an appointment because of covid19 , once we get there place was so clean and sanitized as my wife as very cautious , the car (jaguar xj) was in mint condition , properly detailed and certified , the only thing was a little but scuff on one of the rims obviously it was a used car and cant expect brand new car however they promised me to get it fixed and did , we are so happy with our purchase from this dealership , i highly recommend this friendly dealership to anyone looking for a car .

Was searching online for a Mercedes G550 for about a month. Made several trips out to different dealers and sellers (from Halifax to Toronto). Amir at Mr Motor had an ad up for a 2011 G550 and responded to my inquiry almost instantly. He understood that I was coming from several hours away to look the vehicle over and made sure that I had all the info I needed before getting there and that all my questions were answered. Upon getting to their dealership they had the vehicle cleaned and ready for me to look over. No pressure when I met with him he simply handed me the keys and said take your time getting comfortable with it and then come and see me when you are done and we can go from there. The vehicle was EXACTLY what he had advertised online and there were no surprises or “I didn’t know about that” things that came up. Amir knew I was looking to purchase and drive the vehicle home the same day so he and his team really pulled out all the stops to make that happen. Even when things were not working so smoothly (some systems were down) Amir was quick to find a solution and get it back on track. I cannot say enough about how great this experience was, they really take pride in what they do and definitely treat their customers right. I will certainly be back when I am in the market for another vehicle.

I can't say enough about these two brothers who treated me with respect, courtesy and total transparency. They made it so easy for me to trade in my vehicle and purchase a newer one. They did everything they said they would plus more. They went way beyond what was expected. Even to returning phone calls or getting back to you when they say they would. No waiting around or chasing them. Just great smart business men. I actually wanted the wiper blades on my old vehicle to be switched to the newer one, but they didn't fit. Adam was so concerned that the newer cars wipers weren't working great so he insisted I take cash from him and go buy new ones for my new vehicle. You don't see that too often from ANY company. I would highly recommend Mr. Motor to anyone looking to purchase a car, SUV, etc. These guys are the real deal. I already have them looking for a second car for me. 5 Stars are not enough!!! Ali and Amir were friendly, courteous and upfront. Highly recommended!!! I knew the vehicle I wanted already, found their ad online- just needed to see it in person. The second I walked in, I knew the transaction wold be nice & easy. Beautiful, clean showroom packed with quality rides at amazing prices. I asked if they'd mind if I crawled under my selection to check wear- "No problem, take your time. Let me know if I can do anything for you." was Amirs' smiling reply. He asked if I needed any details, noting the price was non-negotiable- I said no, as this was previously researched on their website. And the price I paid for the AMAZING was crazy good. After checking under the hood, I asked for a test drive. Amir took out the SUV, my wife and I hopped in and took it for a nice spin. Upon return and complete satisfaction, it was a done deal. Took care of the payment details with Ali quickly and easily and that was that. This was my 1st purchase from a dealership. If you see something you like in their inventory, stop by and talk!

1 Star I purchased an AudI A5 which had engine trouble a few months later which voided there warranty. I emailed and have called Mr Motor to see if there was anything they could do for me. I never got a response back and Amir and Adam have constantly ignored me. Stay far away from Mr Motor. A bunch of scam artists.

Great experience, would highly recommend to friends and family. THIS IS THE IMPORTANT POINT: Mr. Motor is everything you would expect or hope for when dealing with a used car dealership. And the word of the day is personal responsibility. The very short list of people complaining on here must understand that there is a risk involved when buying used and frankly should take some responsibility themselves based on what I'm reading... Lazy people man... like I took a lot of time to research what vehicle is best for me and my needs, which cars are most reliable over time... how can I maximize my peace of mind when buying used... brought someone I trust to come with me to the dealership for another set of eyes... most of your time "buying" a used car should come well before you even step into the dealership. We're talking about used cars guys.. the onus is on you to come in prepared... This is why used car dealerships get a bad rap and then you people come on here writing a bad review out of spite. It's embarrassing. HAVING SAID THAT I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE. For me it was smooth sailing the entire time... I came prepared, and the only minor "bump in the road" I personally dealt with was swiftly taken care of by Mr. Motor... so in my exerience Mr. Motor went above and beyond for me... Which I'll say Is more than they were required to do and I appreciate it a lot. Shows a level of respect for their customers which makes me want to come on here and tell everyone about it. These guys do good business here. I would just say in closing that I was very well taken care of the whole way, am very happy with my experience and would happily recommend to friends and family.

MR. MOTOR is the best used car buying experience i had so far.i got a good trade value for my car and also good deal on the car we bought. As for customer service all the guys were top notch all time they were helpful they not trying to force you to buy if you not comfortable. Even after more then a week they fixed my xenon light and the installed me a new starter motor without any hesitation.cars are in pristine condition when you go to the showroom. I really recommend it if you looking for reliable used car dealerships .

Great experience, from when I walked in I was looking for a Lexus RX 350 and they had the exact white, touring model I was looking for. They told me it wasn't in the main showroom, but had to go over to their secondary warehouse just 40 seconds away. I had a vehicle I wanted to trade in and they appraised it on the spot and gave a very generous offer which I gladly took. So I noticed a few imperfections that I wanted cleaned up and they did it for me on the day of pick up it was perfect. Papers signed and deposit given I was very happy with my purchase and after sales follow-up. Thanks again guys!

I had been looking for a specific convertible for a few months, and had driven others so I knew what I was looking for. I drove up to see Mr Motor to review a unit they had in their showroom. I found all the staff I dealt with to be friendly, knowledgeable and I never felt pressured. 9/12/17 - Response to the owners comments Actually it is you that have a skewed perception of the so called "experience" that is an absolute misrepresentation of the actual facts. Let me educate you on what actually transpired again, Right from the get go I informed the initial salesman that my car was right outside their dealership, and he saw it parked outside through the glass, I then proceeded to ask "do you want to go take a look at it?" he was quick to state that he already knows the value of my type of car. He stated "Its hard to sell them" and then called his brother over who re-affirmed this. I proceeded to mention that mine is fully loaded, his brother asked about what option and what not, to which I gave the needed details. Then the initial salesman again reaffirmed that he "knows the market" and that my type of car is plentiful and hard to sell.Again proceeded to provide me with a very low estimate (I would like to add that his offer of 18,000 was including tax and far below the auto-trader estimate even). Now for your comment about leaving bad reviews, this by itself proves my point that you have a very distorted sense of reality, to quote you "leaving bad review for all dealerships" I have left 5 reviews for dealerships 2 are excellent and 3 are for unfortunately dealerships like yourself that are not ethical and truthful, which potential customers should know about. Just doing my small part to help out others avoid problems and save money, time and their sanity. For example potentially folks who read my review, will see there is no merit in visiting your dealership, and avoid it all together and just visit Bay AutoZone next door, saving them the same hassle I had to go through. Now you talk about ethics, unfortunately not being able to handle the cold hard facts on your end and having a skewed, distorted sense of real factual events has nothing to do with questioning my ethical integrity. Also just to add if you really want to question ethical practices, let me present one to the reviews of your comment section. Why is that there are several "people" posting a 5 star rating with nothing written, and when you check their profiles they have only 1-2 reviews done. Is it just a coincidence or the operators of this business unethically creating false reviews to boost their image, lets leave that up to the folks reading the reviews to determine. I hope you have a wonderful and exciting weekend! Original Post Dropped by during lunch to check out a C 300, long story short these guys will try very hard to low ball and cheat you out of your money. They told me that my trade in is only worth 18,000 and that they are getting me above market value for it. I then walked over right next door to Bay Auto Zone another car dealership and looked at a C 300 they had, and guess what, they quoted my car at 22,500. Thats a total of 4,500 more than the so call "expert" at Mr Motor who is giving me "the best market value" as he told me. Moral of the story, don't bother going to this low balling, scam dealership just save your time and money and go next door to Bay Auto Zone, not only will you receive better customer service, but will get a fair value for your car.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Amir when I bought my Audi and I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in buying a higher end drive for the following reasons: 1) no pressure at all. There were no sleazy sales tactics or anything of that sort that pressured you to buy. Probably the easiest and least stressful experience I've had when buying a car. 2) the prices. I was impressed on how competitive the prices were. I looked at the other cars in their showroom just cuz (my heart was set on the Audi) and they were priced very fairly. Trade in value was very fair in my opinion. 3) the presentation. The vehicles they keep are very immaculate, nicely detailed, and looked like new cars right down to the tires. Their stock is really good too. 4) overall experience. I know a good deal when I see one and you will get a great deal here. You will also get exceptional service. Amir answered all of my questions and even though the cars are cramped in the showroom, the time was taken to shuffle the vehicles to allow me a test drive of the Audi. To inexperienced buyers, if other dealerships know you're coming, they will take the car out, warm it up and you will be none the wiser to any of the faults to the car. Most mechanical faults are easily detected when the engine is cold. This didn't happen here, even though they knew I was coming. Again, no sleazy tactics. In closing, if you're looking for a higher end used drive at a great price, without the hassle and BS, I'd highly recommend Mr. Motor. You will have an excellent experience and leave the place satisfied , whether or not you buy your drive. I'd absolutely come here again.
