Just bought a brand new 2021 Honda CR-V from this dealership and it was an exceptional experience. Everyone who helped me was amazing especially Angelica, George, and Roberto. George was especially kind to me and gave me some great advice on what I should do with my old car and I really appreciate him for that. Angelica was also able to find one of the last CR-Vs in my trim level in black in Canada which was difficult to do and I appreciate that. Roberto was very helpful as well showing me all the accessories of my new car. Overall I would highly recommend this dealership because they are professional and friendly.

I take my car here for service as they usually have the best priced service specials of all the Honda dealers. Check in is smooth and when I had a billing issue recently , the service manager and Phil were quick to resolve it to make me happy . They also have never pressured me on optional service recommendations, which I appreciate.

It seems like my earlier review wasn't posted. So here's the reason for the one star. First of all, I would like to say that the service team at this place is fabulous; I've been here twice and had the best service experience at any Honda service place. So why one star?? Well, the review is for the sales experience i received. Before my last service appointment, I received an email from the upgrade manager stating that my car was eligible for an upgrade. During the appointment, I met the upgrade manager and she introduced me to Tony, the sales person. He was polite at the start and informed me that he can help me upgrade to a CRV at the same installments as I paid for my accord. The deal sounded reasonable and I asked him to go ahead. He went ahead to speak to someone and came back stating that he can't provide the same rate and ill need to pay an extra 50$ per installment. I asked him for a quote in order to make a better decision. He denied and said that they can only provide a printed quote once I make the final purchase. That was the most ridiculous thing I've heard. Why would I need a quote after I have purchased the vehicle???? On getting this response, I asked why can't I get a quote when every dealerships provide it and to my utter shock, he replied "Just because my neighbor does something, doesn't mean I have to do it as well. If you wanna upgrade then let us know but we don't provide quotes." I am pretty sure its standard industry practice to provide a quote and I have never seen a salesperson be so rude to a customer. If you can't do it, be polite and say no. There's no need to be so sarcastic.

I purchased my first ever Honda 3 years ago - a 2018 Odyssey. I was told this van was the absolute best. It was not. Despite servicing it properly, it broke down 4 times in three years rendering it undriveable each time. All were mysterious mechanical failures. The last time it broke down, Midtown Honda had my car for over 4 weeks, while waiting for a part. I understood that was not their fault. However, when I FINALLY got my car back after more than a month, the dealership hadn't even cleaned it, or filled it with gas. It was covered in bird poop, because it had been sitting out in their lot for weeks. And even though I could have, I never even ordered a rental car. The least they could have done was a car wash?! I was truly unimpressed.

I've been a customer for many years and in general, I have been happy with my experience at Midtown. That said, the last time I was there (over one month ago) I had some concerns about some COVID related safety concerns and took the time to write a constructive, respectful letter to management. They did not respond. I am disappointed that they chose to ignore me.
They are nice only until you sign the paper. I bought my CR-V here, the car itself is great, but the service was horrible. There’s plenty of Honda dealerships in Toronto, don’t waste your time and energy at this dealership. They didn’t even inform me what time to pick up my car, I had to call them to get the answer. (I emailed in advance, but no answer whatsoever) Moreover, even after their short notice(about 2hr), I was on my way there, they called me and told me my car was not ready yet. Some parts for the blind spot option had not been arrived they said. I understand that can happen, but they could have informed me in advance. I had to visit there again to get that fixed. And also how they email/text, so unprofessional. I’ve never seen anyone use such rude format/tone at work. I would never recommend this place.

Me and my partner had the worst experience at this dealership. The way they handled their business was disgusting. The communication between us and the dealership was horrid as they either are not working and never would answer their emails. This experience gave us a bad taste of this brand and would not ever get a car from here again. I would not recommend this place to anybody in Toronto and will now discourage anybody from buying a Honda dealership especially this one.
Danny Meacci was very helpful when I came last Saturday September 11, 2021. I was only inquiring but then we strikes a very good deal on the HR-V LX AWD. Today Roberto on September 18, 2021 went over all the features for my new HR-V and was very helpful. Since I’m coming from a Honda Fit he took the time to show me the new added Honda features as well. I’m waiting for the finance division to go over everything with me before I take the HR-V of the lot.. all worked out well

Very unreliable and unethical business policy, I asked them to be honest before selling a car but they wasn’t honest and was tricking me for making a sell... I trusted and so I signed bill of sale with trust but they broke my trust with so many lies, when I didn’t like their business... and wanted to cancel agreement showed me kinda middle finger, harassment for the refund, later had to show them court, later got my refund otherwise I’d sue this business. Be careful and don’t trust anything they says.

Do not trade your car in here. I received a $2000 offer on my vehicle that I have sold to a different dealership for triple the amount. Service was abysmal regarding timing and giving me what I asked for. The only exception to this was I was given a favour by them, only after having a heated argument regarding my vehicle pickup date.

Difficult to get information over the phone. They also scheduled me for recall service appointment and then when I called they said they had made a mistake and the appointment was for a person with the same name as me. They don't seem like they care about their customers at all.

!UPDATE WITH THEIR COSTUMER SERVICE! After a few months of having a leased car under this dealership and wanting assistance from them such as running legal papers etc, they start dismissing you and stop respecting your time. The costumer service after signing with them is unacceptable and unbelievable. I recommend just going to other dealerships and allowing them to run your papers as they would treat you better than the staff that works here. Instead of helping their costumers they would just complicate things. Never again I’ll be getting my car under this dealership.

some of the people who work here are nice but the service in general is horrible. my mom's first CRV got stolen off our drive way so we bought a new one. same model. for whatever reason, they keep filing the maintenance reports from the NEW CRV under the OLD CRV. countless times she's called and asked them to fix the maintenance reports because for whatever reason, they keep putting the maintenance reports under the OLD CRV that was stolen and not the new one. this isn't something for Honda Canada to fix, it's the customer service reps who aren't doing their job currently when verifying what car they're working on. it's pretty simple. they're 2 completely different CRVS. plates, different VINS (duh), polar opposite in colour.

He managed all the paperwork and thanks to his excellent communication skills, cordial customer service and due diligence, it was bought out by Midtown Honda in a day without any hassle. While dropping off my car, a gentleman named Roberto helped me with the license plate removal - he is polite and very efficient in what he does. I recommend Midtown Honda and particularly these two gentlemen - they will go above and beyond to help you out.

This is my local Honda dealer. I take my high mileage Odyssey and CRV here only so they can look the vehicle over to recommend service, which I then get done at my friendly mechanic for cheaper. Their service is mediocre at best. It's bearable, but there's a lot of room for improvement. Most recently I took my van in for an oil change on a Saturday. I was asked to come no later than 3:45, since they close at 4-- which I did. Approaching the service bay... apparently I picked the wrong door to try to get in (south-facing)? I pulled on the door, which was locked. A young fellow came toward the door promptly, and then scolded me asking me why I didn't use the other Door. It seems he was getting a jump on locking up all the doors as they prepared to leave right at 4. Not sure why I'm supposed to feel bad for using an entrance that is supposed to be open while they are open. ????????♂️ (I thought the other door went into the showroom.) The service here isn't terrible. Just lots of little things like this that speak more to the work culture and the level of service expected than anything else. ????

It is a good experience have chat with used car sales person as well as manager. They are very friendly and very welcoming...very much recomended..
Just purchased a new 2020 HRV and it was a very uneven experience. Joseph is good salesman, perhaps too good given the fact that he got us to buy a car that he didn't even have in stock and then had to go search for. We wished we had known that before we paid the deposit, but, like i said, he's a good salesmen. Also, to his credit, Joseph understood our urgency in needing the new vehicle in a timely manner and we were able to arrange for pick up within 48hrs of the deposit being paid. So the viewing/test driving/deposit side of the experience was generally fine. Getting the car was when the fun really began. After waiting a solid 25 minutes beyond our appointment time to see the car we were told that we could see the finance person for final payments first in order to speed up the process. We sat down, reviewed the original agreement and took note of the "new car" delivery items such as the car being delivered to us with 90KM or less. We asked the finance person to verify that point and he confirmed it with us so we signed and then waited to be brought to the car. Another 20 minutes passed before the salespeople realized that they had never informed a delivery specialist that we were ready. Kevin eventually came and got us and showed us the car. During our inspection of the car we noted that although we had negotiated for the inclusion of hard interior mats for the car this apparently excluded the mat for the trunk, and the odometer showed 107KM as opposed to the 90 on the agreement. Totally understanding that the amount of 17km may appear petty but why did they not amend the agreement they had me sign 20 minutes prior or make note of it during that session? I mentioned the mats to Kevin who said that the agreement didn't list "trunk mats" so I replied to him that the agreement also stated less than 90KM to which he replied "talk to legal" while literally running away to go back inside through a side door. For real! This was like out of a cartoon. It was hilarious, but also c'mon Kevin, if you're gonna say something like that then say it with some meat behind it. I went back in through the front door of the building to speak with a manager regarding the mats and the odometer (again, it's 17km, not a make or break thing but honesty really goes a long way especially when you're spending a big chunk of money like you do on a car). The manager I spoke with (whom I have forgotten the name of unfortunately) agreed to get mats for the trunk perhaps because he saw my point that I said car mats during the negotiation and they tried to play semantics with what's what or maybe it was just to shut me up and get me out of there. Either way, at the end of this we were introduced to another delivery specialist named Roberto and this young man was INCREDIBLE. Roberto is the star of the show over at Midtown Honda. He understands customer service, he is knowledgeable about the vehicles, and he hasn't picked up any of the bad habits that some of the more "seasoned" employees demonstrated. He listened, he provided unique insights on the vehicle, and he really made a warm impression on what had been a rather cold experience up until that point while picking up the car.
Amazing sales staff, reception, and service but terrible staff at Finance department. A friend of mine referred me to this location because of Nikoo and I really enjoy my buying experience at Honda Midtown. From beginning to end, Nikoo made my first time buying a car an amazing one (Honda CRV). She listened to all my concerns as a first time buyer and then answered all my questions in a very detailed manner. She was very warm and welcoming as well. Roberto was also very helpful in the delivery process by explaining all of the new car features! The finance department on the other hand was a disaster. First, the finance staff in charge for my paper work, Maria, wasn't wearing her mask properly and didn't provided a safe environment during the pandemic time. she was taking her mask on and off repeatedly and it really bothered me. The finance manager, Maria, also tried to take an advantage of a first time buyer and young driver. She tried to sell me so many things that I didn't need for my car and lied to me about the fact that if the electronic system of the car started to have a problem, the only place that can get it fixed is Honda and no other mechanic can get it done (which turned out to be lie as I followed up with one of the staff members at the Honda service in the same place) and she was trying to sell a warranty for it that cost thousands of dollar extra. When It came to signing the documents and explaining the sheets, she didn't explained anything and didn't even give me a copy of most of the things that I signed at first. I however argued that according to the law, if you sign an agreement, both parties need to have a copy and she was unsatisfied with what i said but then she went out and made a copy for me. If she is the person in charge for your finance application, just be careful with the things she's trying to sell and ask for the copies of the sheets you sign. Also when it come to picking my car up, she booked an appointment for me at 6 pm but it took her 48 mins to greet me and hand me the documents. Not a punctual person I am not going to remove a star because of one bad staff in the whole department. The sales people, reception, and service staff are amazing at this location. If Maria or her assistant turns out to be the person for your finances, just be careful with these two.
The BEST experience I have ever had getting a new vehicle!!!! Do yourself a favour, stop the stress and anxiety and call MIDTOWN Honda and ask for Spencer Bird... you will meet an amazing person. He is kind, honest, immediately warm, knowledgeable, trustworthy and he WILL get you the vehicle you need. I purchased my vehicle from him on a Friday afternoon and it was delivered Monday afternoon... Fully licenced, Extremely CLEAN, and exactly as promised. If you like the picture you see then just wait until he hands you the key and tells you to take a test ride. The financing staff, Maria Hashemi & Sandra Cristina are efficient and total experts. They are 100% there to help you with any & all questions right down to the tiniest detail. In fact, their personalities and very pleasant sunny poise had me laughing out loud several times! Now that is serious tension relief... It is my absolute pleasure to give the highest and most impressive review I can for this outstanding establishment.

I've been meaning to write a quick post about my experience at Midtown Honda for almost a year now! I'm now on my third new Honda vehicle and have leased all three from Midtown since 2015. I went from a Fit to a HRV Sport to my new CRV Sport. Each vehicle better than the next yet they're all great in their own way. I've enjoyed leasing with Midtown as it allows me to get a new car every couple of years and continues to build my credit score. I highly recommend speaking with Danny Meacci if you are interested in buying or leasing a vehicle at Honda. I've worked with him every time and each interaction is always a pleasure. Danny is kind and personable and in no way pushy or makes you feel you pressured to purchase something. He helped me get the vehicles I wanted without any stress facilitating almost all the work on his end for me. Danny is works with a great team who have consistently helped me with my new leases and always explain everything in detail and offer suggestions but at the same time never make me feel like I have to spend more. Let me start with my first point of contact over the phone Chantel, she was excellent and made the arrangements for me to test drive the 2019 Honda Civic Touring. Once I came into the dealership Spencer Bird was the sales person who took me out for the test drive, did the paperwork and he was good. The business manager Maria Hashemi was also good. Roberto was excellent as he shared the "how to" of the car and his customer service was exactly what I needed after having to wait 2.5 hours to see Marie and that is why I gave the 3 out of 5 rating. Further the 2nd key for the vehicle doesn't work and I called Spencer and still no one has contacted me. Hoping after this review I'll get a response.

I received a call from Peter to upgrade my current vehicle with an additional 2K Bonus from Honda (some kind of VIP Promotion that was going on). Peter was superb in helping me keep my car payments within my budget. His interpersonal skills are phenomenal and this is one of the many reasons why he is great at what he does! The whole process was relatively quick, although i did feel just a tad bit rushed when I was with Josh going over the numbers. But he called a few days later to confirm payment and explained all the loose ends well. Booking a date and time for my new vehicle pick up was also dealt well and according to my availability. The entire team there works tirelessly to keep their customers satisfied. 5/5 stars because I had no real issues/concern I could complain about.

Changed my brakes with midtown honda the previous year and less than 1 year later my brakes started to shake uncontrollably. When i went in to the service department Michael Smith took on my problem and was just completely rude and disinterested in my struggle. Kept telling me that i have to pay full price for new brakes and that there was nothing he could do for me. He also kept telling me to go somewhere else and wanted me to leave if i was not going to get any repairs done. the best part is he told me brakes are suppose to last 20,000-30,000 km i laughed in his face. The service department is completely corrupt. They only give good service when you are spending thousands on a new vehicle. I expected brakes from honda to last way longer than 1 year. Their service department has no idea what they are doing. They have no problem putting defective parts on your car.
Nikko helped out in every way, always answers the phone on time, and gets back to me very quickly. She helped me out a lot and is always on her toes. Answers every question, this is what true customer service is. Thanks to Roberto also, cool guy.
Roberto was my specialist that helped me get into my new car and did a great job. Made everything really smooth for me. Danny helped me manage my lease / trade-in and worked to get everything done pretty quick. Good general vibe of the dealership.

Bought a 2018 HRV from Midtown a couple weeks ago and am very pleased with the experience. I worked with Michael who I found knowledgeable and honest and I didn’t feel overly pressured or rushed in making my decision. So thanks to Michael in working with me on the sale, and as well as on a small issue I had after taking the car home on night 1 (and also props to Josh in the service centre for his help as well, very appreciated). Finally, when I did pick up the car Roberto gave me a great walk through on all the features of the car. Frankly If he didn’t, I wouldn’t know much more than how to turn it on. As the dealership of my first vehicle, I can't help but feel like my ignorance as a young driver was completely taken advantage of. I was promised all season rubber floor mats as well as a pleasing promotional APR of .99% on a great looking, hardly used Civic. Instead, what i recieved was a car with breaks on the verge of being completely corroded, no working AC because of a broken condenser, and no promised floor mats. Furthermore, when contacting management to discuss my issues, rather than being assisted I was met with attitude and accusations, with no actual help. It seems every chance they get they try to snake you out of your money with no remorse. It's strange because other locations of the same company seem to be much better in every way. Not sure how this location has the rating it does.

Me and my fiance just picked up a 2017 Honda civic sport from here. When we came in we dealt with Mike and honestly it was an amazing experience he talked to me like I was one of his friends the entire time not just some customer that walked and and wanted a car! He got me top dollar for my truck even though I thought they were gonna try and screw me around on it but NOPE he made sure I got what my truck was worth. All four of my winter tires are "bent beyond repair" after we stored them at the store for a year. We change to our winter tires on Dec 4 and immediately noticed the vibration of our car when driving that day. Had to make another appointment to get them checked today and they tole me all four of them were bent, beyond repair??? I don't think it was us possibly caused this issue, bending all four of the tires? we did not had any accident and It is just impossible. Although Honda said it was not due to the storage, I could not think of any other reason. Maybe it was due to transportation or the storage? maybe it was due to quality? I hope Honda can give me a reasonable answer and response. Thank you.

Went to them to get my car serviced. Informed them about defect with my drive shaft . They replaced it which was under warranty, but insisted I get some more stuff replaced which was not covered under warranty and gave me an estimate of $700 extra. I declined to get anything done for extra $. For my next service went to Parkway Honda and was told that nothing needs to be replaced, just some tightening of bolts was required, which they did for free of cost. Beware of them, as they would do everything in their capacity to get more out of you!! Pathetic customer service. Wish could give them 0 stars.

Sales advisor was super nice, however when it got to the finance manager I feel that I was lied to and taken advantage of as a young driver. To top it off first paper work was not completed successfully, I had to go back in again to redo paperwork. Was told things that ended up not being true.

Was at midtown Honda for oil change service, Paul was my service advisor and was very helpful. I appreciated his professionalism, the service technician found nails in the tire and recommended a tire patch. They did the service in a timely matter, just over an hour. People at the front desk were friendly and pleasant. At the end of my visit they gave me a 10% discount card for my next service. I will definitely be returning for next service needs.

Mark our salesman was fantastic and he wasn't pushy. he took is time and understood what we needed/wanted. his only downfall is that he's a devil's fan but we didn't hold that against him to much. I can’t even deal with this dealership anymore. I had bad experience with them last year before I took out our car. The dealer promised to release the color we wanted in few days… which turned into weeks with a different color. They couldn’t be honest with you and would just be nice before you sign the paper. Once you signed it they don’t even care to respond properly to your questions. Texting “I’m in a meeting talk to you later” and won’t respond after few days. Didn’t leave bad review last year as seeing so many people had good experience but this time again, I discovered that I’m not building credit history from my purchase so I called them many times. The finance guy is either not in or on a day off. Frontdesk always tell us to leave an e-mail. No response again. We asked if we can speak to someone but they said they don’t have anyone. If I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY CAR, WHO AM I SUPPOSED TO SPEAK TO? Should I wait until they feel like responding to their email? This is ridiculous.

I was thoroughly pleased with the service provided at this dealership. My sales representative (Thomas) worked very hard within my budget to find the most affordable deal that best suited my driving needs (I'm a student with tuition fees and minimal - though fortunate - parental support). Having expressed that Thomas is a father, I was assured that he genuinely understood and cared about my financial difficulties, which meant that he has the customer's best interest in mind! Having signed on a new 2020 Civic, I was given a thorough rundown of the vehicle's latest features by Roberto. His expertise and down-to-earth mentality made the learning process easy to understand. My financial documents were then handled by Josh, who humoured the often dull process of paperwork with witty remarks and the utmost patience. Lastly, I had the joy of meeting other team members as I navigated the dealership for complimentary coffee, socially distanced acquainting, and the ambience of warm smiles (Sam's smile from reception was particularly kind)! I've read some of the other reviews concerning appointments and dissatisfied outcomes. I understand the frustrations that follow from delayed servicing, lack of immediate attention to one's concerns, and heightened emotions in general. With a grain of salt, many - if not all - dealerships experience appointment delays and concerns at some point once customer volumes are higher, which is only natural as this is not a small, family-run mechanic shop with a handful of return customers (though the atmosphere at Midtown Honda is certainly familial and they can expect a return from many customers if such customers had the experience I've had)! If you've read this far, why not check the dealership out? If you're investing in a car, it only makes sense to shop around for the best deal anyways, and one can always check out other dealerships if they're unsatisfied. I'm quite confident you wouldn't be disappointed though!

Service here is decent, but only at the shop. Sales team is garbage and don’t greet customers when entering, and the sales manager is a stuck up cheat. Highly recommend taking your business to another dealership entirely for any sales, but the workers at the shop do a very good job.

This is the worst dealership I have ever come across. The workshop will not tell you about any faults until your warranty expires and after that every visit they will try and charge minimum $500 on every visit. My AC wasn't working and the workshop guy said if the problem is with the condenser there would be no charge to fix or change the part as it is a bad part and Honda has extended the warranty on it. After diagnostic another leak pops up for some reason which never came up (My car is 3 years old by the way and I got it brand new). What I failed to understand was how could an AC of a car stop working all of a sudden and there would be 2 leaks, and charging me $160 for inspecting a problem that the manufacturer knows about. Total rip off, and never ever getting a Honda again!

I went with my niece to her appt to pick up her new-to-her car. She showed me on the way in which one it was. We were right on time for the appt and were asked to be seated and the salesman would come and get us. After 20 minutes we asked reception how much longer and were told the car was being washed in the garage and it would take a few more minutes. After 30 minutes I asked about the car in the lot that was hers, and was told they had many of those models and hers was in the garage. About 10 minutes later a guy came out to show us the car and to check it over. It was the same car she had shown me, and that I had asked the reception about. I left when the salesman finally came to get my niece and it was over 45 minutes later than her appointment. Terrible customer service. People's hard earned money is being paid to these people. I hope their warranty service is better. I would never go there now that I have seen how they brush off customers with lies.

Worst customer experience ever. A brand new 2021 Honda Accord Touring had visible foam on the front seats and they tried to convince me that it's normal. After many attempts to work with them to resolve the issues they told me to contact Honda directly. What a joke.. people be aware of this. Came here for the oil change service, 2 days later my car tire were losing air, I went back and they couldn’t find anything wrong (after filling the air). 4 days later, the tire was losing air again, this time they said there was a pinhole on it. I paid $248 (with tax and labour fee) for a new tire on Monday, and that same NEW tire went completely flat on Saturday!! In just a month and I had to visit a car dealer 3 times and paid more than $450 for one tire, I’ll definitely never visit this location again.

Hello, I'd like to give a really huge thank you to Inderjeet (Energy), who made my whole car buying experience the best I've had out of the three cars have purchased on my own. Energy made me feel comfortable asking about a vehicle without any of the usual condescending attitudes women can often get in a car dealership. He listened to every single one of the items on my wish list, was incredibly patient, and let me ask a million questions. Energy is extremely straightforward and open. If you want to feel like someone is listening, really hearing you, and going to be honest - go see Energy. I cannot overemphasize how good I feel about my choice and how much I love my new car! This purchase meant a lot to me, more than my first car because it meant I had finally gotten over some serious medical setbacks. I was nervous to drive again, nervous to pick the wrong car, and so many other things. Energy showed me the car that had the PERFECT setup for someone with a service dog. The HR-V see it could not be more practical. Everyone at the dealership was awesome but Energy was absolutely outstanding. Thank you all very much!

They charged me $200 for a quick scan and clearing a code, they also told me it will take 1.5 hrs and i end up waiting 3.5 hrs and the issue wasn’t even fixed.. i also did an oil change and the sticker wasn’t even replaced now i really have doubts it was done.. when i left i had something missing from the car as I’ve checked it and placed it on specific spot just before i left the car.. terrible experience, terrible customer service

Great Aftersales customer service. I had bought a used 2017 Audi A4 from Midtown roughly 3 months ago. I noticed a noise occurring within the first 30 days and had asked to have it fixed. Due my schedule and theirs, the service was put off for a few months, however they stuck to every promise they had made and more. My car is currently in their shop being repaired and they have gone above any beyond to make this right. I live an hour away, they provided a rental car and did more than they needed to in order to ensure I was happy with their service. Denis and the trainee he had with him ( I can't remember his name) have been super helpful and understanding. They truly put themselves in the clients shoes and have been great to work with. Kevin was also a huge help with this situation. Highly recommend Midtown Honda based off this customer service.

The absolute worst experience of my life. Energy and Margarita were great. I even put down a deposit to go through with the sale. However, Maria (the financial manager) was the rudest person I have ever met in my entire life forcing me to not want to do business with someone that condescending. She first called me to finalize the deal and tried to upsell me lease guard. She told me that if I get it, I would be approved for the lease but if I don't then I need a cosigner. I told her that I would have to speak to my father first to get his opinion. When I called him, he said no to the lease guard and if anything he would pay out of pocket for the damages for me and he was willing to be a cosigner. Maria called me back and I told her no I didn't want the lease guard protection, which she then proceeded to ask if my dad can speak English (not sure why that was relevant) but I guess it's because my last name looks foreign. My dad does speak English (I communicate with him in English) but I said no because I just wanted to see what she would say since I was already taken back by that question. She proceeds to say "then he doesn't understand what's going on anyways,” which is pretty racist and derogatory. Even if he didn't speak English, the concept of lease guard is still the same in any language, so that was very insulting. I also told her that my dad was willing to pay out of pocket for damages for me and then she said a window replacement is $2000, replacing a key is $500 and to make sure I tell my father how expensive those things can be. She continued on about how I would be approved if I took the lease guard however if I didn't, the credit application would be questionable. So I said okay let me give my dad one more call and at this point I was already frustrated enough with her attitude. So I called my dad again and he said it would be ridiculous if I lost my car keys but if I did he would still pay everything out of pocket for me. He advised me to excuse her attitude because sometimes people may be having a bad day and don't mean to take it out on you. She called me back for a third time and I said no to the lease guard again but this time I inquired more. I asked how I would be approved to pay more biweekly with this lease guard than to pay less biweekly without the lease guard as it didn't make sense to me. Then she proceeds to say in the most condescending tone “that’s not what I said,” “do you even understand what I said,” “maybe you don’t understand me.” Mind you, I had her on speaker the entire time and my boyfriend was listening during every single call so that was not the case. She clearly said multiple times I would be approved with this lease guard and if I didn't take it I would need a cosigner. At that point I was done with her attitude as she had already insulted my dad, insulting me, and essentially lying. I asked her if I could get my deposit back because I did not want to do business with her anymore and she says “well you’re already approved with or without the lease guard.” I didn’t even give her permission to run a credit check on me yet and she didn’t even tell me she was going to run a credit check. She probably realized at that moment she lost the sale and was saying anything to get my business back. But the way she was treating me was absolutely unacceptable and she should not be working in this type of industry.

Such great service! Jennifer made my first time buying a new car such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. She answered all my questions and was very warm and welcoming. Sandra was very helpful answering my questions as well as delivery coordinator. Hassan was very patient and took the time to explain all the finance info. I picked up my car today and first and far most I would like to say that the sales rep that helped me with my car, Angelica Alialy, was amazing! From the moment we met her she was very friendly, helpful and not pushy. She set us up to test drive several cars. I was very indecisive with my car choice, however Angelica helped put my mind at ease and responded very quickly to every question and concern I had. I highly recommend speaking to Angelica if you happen to be looking for a new or used vehicle. I will definitely go back to Midtown Honda in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. I would also like to note that Midtown Honda carries great cars. I had the vehicle history pulled on three different used cars and none of them had a history of accidents. Impressive! This was great. They were also very low in kilometres....more impressiveness! Now onto Mike, Hassan, Pete and Sandra, they were all also very friendly and helpful! What a great team!

I do not recommend this dealership. I regret getting my Honda Civic Touring from this dealership. The sales agent was dishonest (Mike or also known as Poya). He insisted on me leaving a downpayment so I can keep the "deal". When I changed my mind he said I could not get the downpayment I left unless I proceed with the purchase so I was forced to buy the car. In the end, I was told that I can always get back the downpayment even if I change my mind - it was too late since I already signed the deal. What a bunch of liars. I will never go back to this place. Plus, they are dishonest with their warranty coverage as well. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Honda dealership. I recommend going to Maple Honda.

This is my first time to bring my Honda for service in Midtown Honda and the problem I’m having still under the warranty was fixed on that day. They have to order parts for it and it’s done on time that they promise. Anthony is the service rep that take care of me. Val the shuttle service guy is great and the service is amazing. They bring me home and they pick me up but I’m farther than home and still they pick me up. What a great service. I will recommend this dealership.

Moved to the city and planned to have maintenance done at the closest Honda but they refuse to call me back to answer a simple question about if an issue is under warranty. I have spent over 2 hours on hold, between switching around different people at thw dealership being told I had to speak to the next person. Called 6 times over 8 days and on 5 occasions was told " they will call you right back". I will be taking my vehicles to someone else for maintenance and reccomend that everyone else try another dealership even if it is further away.

Wow! What an amazing team I have at Midtown Honda when it comes to services. As a loyal customer of Honda since forever, I cannot thank Joe Saponara, my mechanic enough for the care and commitment he has when attending to my vehicle’s needs whether it’s a simple oil and filter change to troubleshooting issues like water in the door to a short-out causing my Pilot to stop in its tracks. He is committed to his profession and to his customers to ensure satisfaction and safety. Hurrah to Joe. I mustn’t forget the Service Consultants that have first contact with the customer like Michael Smith! Recently Michael listened to my issues and immediately booked my vehicle in to be serviced at a date and time that was conducive to my schedule and ensured that he connected me to my regular mechanic. Mike investigated the problem I reported and contacted me not long after I reached out to him by email. His friendly demeanor and the turn-around was spectacular relieving the stress I was experiencing at the time. Other members of Midtown I have dealt with over the years and that should also receive a shout-out for their excellence is Liz Arruda, Assistant Service Manager and Maggie who handles customer billing and payments among other responsibilities. There are others that I have interacted with over the years, I just wish I could mention them all for the support they provide each time I visit Midtown. A definite EXCELLENT 5-star rating from me for Service! Midtown Honda is lucky to have all the above-mentioned employees on their team! This dealership is no good went there with my wife 3 months ago and it took 3 weeks to get allnthe paper work done before qe got our car ..they work very slow ..4 people i know had the same problem...if i knew this before hand i wouldnt of went there.. i would not recommend this place
