Since last autumn I have a C class from Malibu Motors. Short after the car arrived it became clear that the car has a problem and pulls to the right. Eight months later, several different car services and hundreds of euros the problem still persist. The whole last week the car was in the official Mercedes service, the problem was not found.

Easily the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle, Mason made it so easy with his awesome friendly attitude and kind patience with me until my wife and I both made up our minds. I don’t usually write a review, but for this occasion I just had to write one and share my experience. I’ve been to a couple of dealerships in the last couple of weeks looking to buy my first car. All the other dealerships I’ve visited thus far I didn’t feel welcomed or I felt pressured to buy on the spot. But here at Malibu Motors especially dealing with Mason and Ori. I never once felt any kind of pressure to buy. They truly look after you. During my visit Mason never pushed the car on me, he was patient, he gave me the time to think. When talking with him, I felt he had my best interest at heart. We even joked around a bit about the phones we used, it was fun. Mason also gave a tour and showed us with action not words that here at Malibu Motors they go above and beyond for their clients. I was thoroughly impressed. I can see why many people come back here and why everyone has high praise for them, not many people do that. Normally you walk into a dealership test drive a few cars sit down and talk numbers. When I came to pick up my car it literally looked brand new. They went and gave me new rotors, windshield wipers (came in real handy as the day I picked up the car it was really snowing hard), fresh new batteries for the key fob. I didn’t expect any of this. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here buying my first car. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to buy a pre-owned vehicle!! And I am definitely coming back here when its time to upgrade to a newer car. Thank you Mason and Ori for making my first purchase a truly pleasant, easy, hassle and pressure free experience. Ori and his team were absolutely Incredible over the last 7 years after I purchased an Infinity from them in early 2010. Working with Malibu was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership in the last 20 years of owning vehicles in Vancouver and Toronto. Ori and Jose always looked after me when I brought the vehicle in for maintenance, oil changes etc. They stored my winters and were extremely responsive when I needed them off/on. They were always honest, treated me with a high level of respect and the entire team has an overwhelming level of integrity. They would provide me with updates on what was a "need to do" vs "nice to do" when I brought my Infinity in and they never pressured me to spend money, unlike my wife's mazda dealership where they always suggesting 'sketchy' fixes that total a minimum of $300 and it's impossible to verify if it needs to be done - that's never the case at Malibu. I trust Ori and will miss bringing my vehicle in and catching up with him a couple/few times a year. In the end, when I needed to get rid of my vehicle, Ori was extremely supportive and gave me some good ideas. Nothing but professional service at Malibu and I will recommend Ori and his team to anyone in the market for luxury vehicles, with trustworthy people and tremendous service ... and to think, I lucked out by finding Malibu online. Bought a Mercedes from Malibu motors and dealt with Mason. Very respectful, honest, courteous, and gets done what he says he will get done. Went in and purchased during the long weekend and car was ready by Tuesday evening. They spent time detailing the car, changing the oil, changing the brakes, putting gas, all at no additional cost. Mason did not waste any time and said I can test drive 25 cars if needed. There was no pressure to purchase a car, I even told them I was going to check other dealerships which I did and I came back within two hours and bought from Malibu motors. From an individual who does extensive research regarding cars and dealerships o have to say, this is where you want to purchase your luxury car. Go check Mason when you get there, he will lead you down the right path with honesty and sincerity. Will definitely recommend and return for both cars and repairs.

03/18/2019 - The timing chain on my Range Rover Sport needed to be replaced. Luckily i bought my car with the lubrico extended warranty thanks to the advise of Ori and his team. The full cost of the repair (over 5k) was covered and the work was done in a timely manner. I picked up my car this saturday and i swear it's running better than it did when i bought it two years ago. Thanks to Bobby and his team in the garage, I can not recommend these guys enough, I'm a customer for life. 08/20/2017 - I've bought two Range Rover sports now from Ori and his team at Malibu motors. As always they went out of their way to find me exactly what I was looking for at a price I could afford. I can't recommend these guys enough, if you're in the market for a new car this is where you should go. On top of that there maintenance service is top notch, fast and fair. My wife and I recently bought a car for my mother in law (jaguar xf) with no issues. We are in Quebec and the dealership is in Toronto. We called and talked to Maison and he was very personable and friendly. He took care of us by answering all our questions and showing pictures of the car. Maison even invited my dad, who lives in Toronto to come test drive it for us. Not every day we get to see a 32000km for 31000$!!! After the test drive, the jag ran great! Except there were a few scratches on the paint and chips in the tires. After our 1000$ downpayment, he did an inspection and replaced all 4 tires for free!! And painted the back bumper and touched up all the scratches (from previous owners dog). Anyway, we bought the car in cash, half the money after certification of the vehicle and half when we pick it up. Anyway. Maison, keep it up. Looks like you have a great family business down there! Been hunting for a Mercedes GLA for almost 8 weeks. Why so long when there are so many in the market? To me, $ wasn’t the main factor - it was who I wanted to spend it with. I’ve gone to 8 different places prior to Malibu. Some asked me to bring in 10K cash if I wanted to test drive the car (I am not jking). Some were just rude. Some were way too pushy. Some were clearly lying. However at MALIBU, there was no BS. The process was transparent, quick, and very eduational! I didn’t feel intimidated, I felt very comfortable during the entire process. From the first phone call I was offended by the old lady who answered and her attitude. We liked the car so we decided to stop by anyway. I was then offended by the owner's smug attitude and he told me that I needed to inform myself better. Then he proceeded to tell us about features on the car, that IT DIDN'T EVEN HAVE. Wouldn't budge on the price and seemed offended that we asked. We were STILL willing to give them a chance and buy the car, swallow our pride because we liked the car, and when my lady called to put in a deposit she was rudely interrupted by the same crabby old lady for "not understanding the deposit protocol", right after I had spoken to the owner and we agreed that he would be receiving a deposit over the phone and considered it sold. We found a car , same year, with 54k km vs their 21k km, better equipped, active factory warranty, and it was nearly $7000 less. Would have purchased the car here if the owners weren't so smug. But I'm glad they were, and happy we saved A BUNDLE of cash. Wait before you buy, this guy goes to the auction and buys as many of a specific vehicle so he can control the market and artificially drive up the local prices.

The best used Mercedes dealership. We shopped around but Malibu motors had the largest collection of Mercedes. They have a lot of options and colours to choose from. Ori Haik at the dealership provided us with the best customer service compared to all other dealers in Toronto, Oakville, Mississauga and Brampton. He actually goes the extra mile to satisfy clients needs and make them happy. He made the whole purchasing process simple and stress-free. He also accomodates all requests from the customer. An easy Five Stars and a shout out to one individual - Mason . I'm a young guy buying an expensive car , so its not often a Senior Sales representative takes the time walk you around a car's complete features before embarking on a test drive. It made a difference, I wouldn't have bought the car on site if wasn't for Mason's approach. I saw three other luxury cars that day that were unmemorable and were presented by unenthusiastic Sales reps who probably didn't think I had $. What made a difference was Mason's transparency and professionalism . Some items in the rear of the car were not in mint condition , but brought to my attention before I had to discover them myself. Car also was a work of art , but only after the Team at Malibu Motors gave it a full detail for my pickup. Satisfied customer , that's for sure.

Being on the look out for a car with options to finance, I submitted a lead to the dealer asking if a $35k car they had listed could be financed at approximately $250 bi weekly with no down payment. With a typical finance rate of around 5.99% at 84 months, that car could be financed for around $260 bi weekly (which was why i inquired in the first place). As a business, a simple reply indicating that it's not something your business is able to provide would have been sufficient, being rude and asking me to "do the math!" was unprofessional. A standard business would have provided alternatives or options to work with the potential buyer but not this dealership. I'm glad this was the first impression they provided because i cannot imagine what customer service would have been like after the purchase. Attached a screenshot of the conversation

Right from the get go, Joe was great helping me over the phone to book a test drive. Tony was prepared for my arrival on the day of my booking. This is the most unpleasant car purchase in my life, and I have changed a lot of cars. It is a very bad experience and a shame that this is how people work together in Canada. I will briefly explain the situation. I came to look and test the car, while I was watching at the same time another customer came and watched the car. He was the manager there all the time. The first mistake was that he did not draw the other customer's attention to the fact that I came first and waited until I decided. I decided to drive and test the car. When I returned the manager informed me that they had sold the car to another buyer, without asking me if I wanted to buy it. Improper and unprofessional behavior. Very bad experience. I do not recommend anyone to go to this shop to purchase a vehicle.

Horrible. Mason is so rude, when I asked to test drive a chrsyler during one of my service visits for my mercedes he replied "we don't have any dealer plates". Ori and Mason lied about putting in new breaks on my merecedes when I bought it. I had to come back 4 times and they still did not fix them. Instead they asked me to buy new breaks and routers to put in. Big mistake coming here. Both car keys showed low battery within a week of having the car.

I service all my vehicles with Malibu and trust their integrity completely, which is more than I can say for the big dealerships or other boutique places I’ve had to deal with. Not only does Malibu always offer (by far) THE best prices on luxury vehicles for the quality/condition of car; but Ori is also one of the most genuine, honest salespeople I’ve met. He waited until after we had signed the documents to share information that most other salespeople would use to pressure or rush your purchase decision. He gave us an incredibly fair trade-in price on our previous vehicle and even went above and beyond with helping us w/ the logistics of getting the other vehicle started so we could get it to him (no charge). I decided to start my search there and had it narrowed down between a E-Class and ML. Ori quickly told me potential maintenance to be prepared for with the ML. In August we purchased our 3rd MB from Malibu Motors. We purchase our vehicles 3 years off lease, and run them for about 10 years so we want quality used vehicles. This most recent purchase is a 2013 MB ML 350 Bluetec, fully optioned. We gave Ori our very particular specs about 6 months earlier and he kept going to the auctions, until he found the vehicle that we wanted and purchase. As in the past, Malibu Motors has a set pricing, for quality accident free vehicles, which we find to be competitive. As part of the purchase deal, Malibu put on new tires (OEM) , brake pads and rotors (German parts), oil change, plus having the vehicle inspected under warranty. The vehicle is excellent. Early on there was a wheel balance issue with the new tires, and Ori supported us in ensuring that the this issue was resolved. We looked at other MLs for sale at other dealers, but could not find the combination or quality, price and assurance that Ori has provided us on all three of our purchases. I visited Malibu Motors a couple of days ago. I was referred by my brother in law who had purchased a vehicle over the summer by the salesman Joe and Ori. He spoke highly about their professionalism, knowledge and communication skills. My brother in law said that he never felt pressured to buy anything and he was able to enjoy the experience while shopping around for his beast mobile. I went in and was greeted by a salesman, who shook my hand and welcomed me in. When I asked if Ori or Joe was in he spoke harshly and told me they were both busy. He proceeded to tell me his name was Tony and asked if I wanted anything in particular. Even though he was rude I allowed him to show me around the shop. Then in the middle of our conversations his phone rang. He answered his call started yelling at the person on the other end in front of me and walked away without excusing himself or acknowledging I was even there. I stayed for a few moments browsing around, though the shop came highly recommended and my brother in law had a great experience with Joe and Ori. I sadly walked out unhappy, and unable to purchase my beast mode. Maybe if I was able to speak to Joe or Ori I would have had a better experience. Professionalism and courtesy should be at the core end of business sales and customer service.

Just picked up my Mercedes GLA from Malibu. Sweet ride. It was a real pleasure to deal with Ori and Tony. Professional, knowledgeable and straightforward to deal with. Their highly competitive pricing is a direct result of a well run shop (organized chaos) and low overhead. No padding the bottom line with "admin fees" and "special prep" charges you find at large dealerships. Bottom line - great value for their customers. As a V.P. of Ops I manage large groups of people. One observation stood out that was a genuine reflection of Ori's character and passion. During my final inspection of the vehicle I noticed the new rear license plate rattled when you would close the trunk. The car was immediately taken back inside to rectify the issue. As I walked back through the crowded "showroom" to the service area to see my car who do I see but Ori himself reinstalling the license plate. What I observed next made all the difference. Instead of berating the new intern mechanic who installed the plate Ori saw this as a teaching moment. He calmly explained to the intern that he had used the wrong type of screws. That's how you build a good team! Moreover, when I inquired about purchasing some winter mats for my car Ori smiled and said "No problem. Fix this gentlemen up. No charge". Little things mean a lot. SCAM ARTISTS! Beware of this place. Really not sure how they have such good ratings. I went there recently to test drive a C-Class Mercedes. The dealer was throwing so much praise at the car and really hyped it up. Then I take for a test run and after 10 minutes with it, I hear a loud whistling sound coming out of the hood, almost sounded like steam. The car started rattling so I immediately drove it back to the dealership. Upon arrival, I explained to the guy what had happened and he nodded his head with a smirk as if he already knew about the problems. He took the keys and drove it into their service shop. Then he goes on to tell me how bad the C Class is and how after a certain kilometer they start to break down, and that I should look into spending a bit more to get a "Real Car" like the E-Class which he conveniently had right next to him. I didn't even bother driving it, but he managed to get me to come into his office to discuss financing options on some of the other Mercedes he had. He kept mentioning the dealerships great ratings as reasons why I should trust him. Sounded like he got all his family and friends to leave positive reviews. My brother warned me about them beforehand because he went in just a few months ago to test drive a 2014 CLA. He said the car made a scraping sound as he drove and the dealer told him it was only because the car had been sitting there for a while...….

I got my car in September and it is February and my breaks still squeak. I was told by Ori this is normal. Every mechanic I go to says it's not normal. When I brought my car in for checking the breaks Ori asked me if I wanted to pay for the labour and new breaks. I also got yelled at for writing a bad review.
