Getting the vehicle I envisioned may have taken a bit longer than I anticipated, but in all fairness, Massi K. the owner of Import Motors wanted to make sure the vehicle I left with lived up to his very high standards. Massi went as far as to order an auto part from Florida for my vehicle so as to avoid any defects, just to ensure complete satisfaction. They took my "non-refundable" $1000 deposit & told me would have my safety certified car within 2 days...6 days later (when I call) they tell me can't sell car bc too expensive to fix, too many problems & to pick another car. I didn't want another car, wanted my money back. After threats w lawsuit I finally get refund back. 2 days later I see same car for sale on website for $1500+ more of org. price. I had been excited to go shopping for my first car. I got in touch with a dealer unfortunately I did not push through with the purchase as the interest rate for the loan was a bit too much. Then I found a car I really liked with another dealer. The dealer referred me to Import Motors. A couple of hours later I got a call from Lily telling me that my loan was approved. I was happy to learn that she even got me a lower interest rate. Every part of the transaction went very smoothly. I was amazed at how fast I got my car, the interest rate is I believe the lowest that I could have gotten anywhere else, the customer service was superb, everything was transparent from the start. I didn't get any hidden or surprise fees. Lily even delivered the car right in front of my doorstep without any additional charges. I am truly grateful and I would definitely recommend Import Motors especially Lily to my family, friends and prospective clients. Thank you Lily for making this experience pleasurable. He said he would fix the car but blocked her number and didn’t make any attempt to fix the problem.... We will be suing this place you call a dealership for our money back.

This is a warning to all potential customera of Import Motors. If you are thinking of purchasing a car with this dealer please rethink your decision. My own experience started off very well. The customer service rep "Farzeen" is very nice to talk to and meet. However, with that being, once the decision to purchase the car was made his tune changed quite fast and he became the least helpful individual I have met. Moreover, they are not truthful as to any issues the car may have. I understand his job is to sell the vehicle and beyond that I am not sure if he deals with customers at all. Moreover, after purchasing the vehicle i discovered the radio did not work. I asked Farzeen if he was aware of this issue and his answer to me, verbatim, was "no we did not check the radio to see if it was working", although that is something that is supposed to be included in the safety of the vehicle. They had also sold me the vehicle with a large crack in the windshield. Again his answer was "we did not check to see if there were any cracks". I was very happy to find out that both of those are covered by the dealership as they are covered under the safety of the car. Once the radio was fixed I noticed that both of the front speakera were not functional. The dealership manager went on to tell me that they will not be covering that and i will have to go find my own set of speakers (kia speakers are expensive). Not only that but the owner actually pulled up all the prior information he had on the vehicle and asked me to point out on the pictures where the crack on the windshield is in the pictures directly. Not being able to see the crack the manager attempted to devalue my claim and make me sound like i was lieing in order to get something fixed. I assured him i was not lieing and when we spoke with the inhouse mechanic he assured the manager that it was impossible for me to have created the crack. Also when i first viewed the vehicle i noticed that the front driver tire was flat. I had asked farzeen to make sure that whether it was the tire or the rik and please fix it as its included in the safety of the vehicle. Once again after having driven the vehicle for 2 days after purchase, the tire was flat. And in more recent events the check engine light has come on and its been only 2 months since the purchase of the vehicle. Not only that but after having all of thisbhappen i delved a bit further into my contract with import motors and the purchase agreement only to notice that the agrred upon price that me and farzeen had discussed was not implemented. Instead he used the original price of the vehicle and drew up the paper work for the not-agreed upon price. This dealership uses very underhanded tactics and I hope that customers learn from the errors that I had made with this dealership. I implore customers to please make sure the vehicle you are buying is up-to-date in terms of safety and emmissions and read the fine print on all documents. And just as a side story.while shopping for my speakers i ran into another customer of import motors. Hoping to hear something positive i asked the gentleman and his friend how his experience was. Him and his friend both confirmed that it was one of the worst experiences they ever had. And they stated to me a number of issues with the vehicle they had purchased as well. Two of them being the radio not working and speakers not working. The dealership is not doing its due diligence in terms of making sure these cars are road worthy even when they are given thay responsibility. Please be careful and happy shopping. - Update (Dec 20, 2017) - Import Motors will not talk to me about any of the problems over the phone and have even failed to contact me back after many calls to them. its becoming quite evident they do not care about the customer or their experience. Again, please be weary of this dealership. Cheers and Happy Hunting.

A gentleman name Farzin, who now work near Import, 4457 Chesswood Dr, sold me a bmw x1 that, the doors did not work, the after market navi did not work, the car wass FULL OF PROBLEMS, they sold the car for over price. And did not mention to me Farzin is no longer with them . The owner Massi, very ignorant and DOES NOT CALL ANYONE BACK. Poor Poor customer service. make sure your not a young lady going to buy a car from them, they lie and most there cars have accident reports. Just like many other people who purchased cars here, I got scammed at this car dealership in multiple ways. I spent close to $3000 fixing the car I bought from this dealership. Most of these positive reviews you see here are 100 % fake. After doing a bit of research, this owner (Massi Kohgadaihas)has a bad history with countless claims on him of illegal activity. I am glad this is anonymous, he has a history of illegally fighting back at people and black mailing. Do not purchase anything from here, Do not ask him to fix anything, and do not associate with this low life. This place got reported to Omvic, and the police many times, and should be shut down by now. I encourage everyone to report what happened to them, these things should not be kept silenced.
