I bet if the owner reads this they'll know who I am, but I came for a blue pickup and it was something I was committed to buy, fast pace and great communication. I purchased a used vehicle two weeks ago from Dmytro. Upon my initial contact by phone, Dmytro was very helpful. In person, he was even more helpful and I must say, has a great memory. ;) My financing was very difficult and unique posing quite the challenge. The finance mgr there named Mike took it on personally. After two weeks of exhausting his resources he Was able to get me approved. The only problem at that time was the vehicles move through Favorit autos so quickly that mine was gone. Not only did they find me a better vehicle but gave me a few options. My down payment was lower than anticipated, causing them MORE work. I know, right?! They then started from scratch, got me a vehicle I could afford and absolutely love. They really did treat me like an important person. I’m a single Mom and being screwed over is not something I can afford. They are sincere, patient and thorough. I will definitely deal with them for any future purchases. Not only because they’re great but all their vehicles are high end cream puffs!

I was helping them to sell a car for an overseas buyer and upon car inspection, a body damage was found. Sales representative was dishonest and did not disclose the body damage and the repaint work, just to sell the car. Both Sales representative and his manager Nazar was very rude and refused to return the customer deposit. They are very desperate to sell their cars with a sneaky deceiving way. Make sure you look carefully in their paperwork before you buy.

After committing to a perfect car this past Sunday and a very pleasant interaction with Jason; we came back to pick up the car on Tuesday evening. All three of us, including Jason, were all excited to finalize this purchase. This was a great buying experience. We drove the car home and had a tire appointment the next morning as the car needed new winter tires. Regretfully our tire mechanic could not take the wheels of bc no one could find the special bolt lock key necessary to remove the wheels. The items from the glove compartment that were there during the test drive were not there. We called Jason, and he took action immediately; arrangements were made for the missing items to be delivered to my home, an hour north of Toronto. Time was of an essence, as I really needed the winter tires installed for tomorrow. I crashed my previous car just a month earlier and am still very anxious to be in any car - winter wheels are an absolute must for me right now. But unusual arrangements like that take time, so after a very long, stressful day, just before 5PM I got a message from Jason that Daniel, the Service Department Manager will be able to assist. I need to APPOLOGIZE to DANIEL for not being calm and composed at that stage anymore when I spoke to him. He actually DROVE TO MY HOUSE after work last night to help us out! This is what you call an INCREADIBLE, EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. THANK YOU Daniel, I will always remember that you went above and beyond for a distraught Client. THANK YOU Jason, for handling the sale of this car in a professional way, without any pressure, and with easy, comfortable conversations over the last few day. I love the way my car drives. Good overall experience. Highlights were that my car was delivered to my home, friendly sales staff (Daniel was who I dealt with). Car was in excellent condition and indoor showroom is nice. Downsides - could use more staff, at least on the days I was there to do business. The day I arrived to look at the car, I stood in the showroom for almost 30 minutes before I found someone to answer my questions. Make sure you book your test drive ahead of time. Would do business with Favorit Motors in the future.

Favorit Motors is by the far the best cad dealership I have ever interacted with. I trade in cars at least once a year and I’ve been to ton of showrooms, but Favorit has taken care of me consistently for the last 3 years. Nazar is the person you want to deal with, he makes a promise and comes through and he goes above and beyond to get it done. I recently purchased a vehicle, there were one or two issues, Nazar just said go home and he’ll take care of it. He kept me updated on the status of the issue, resolved it and got me an upgrade for what I needed. The dealership goes above and beyond in every way. Alex helped me finance my vehicle, found ways to save money and got the term I was looking for. Favorit Motor has a lifetime customer in me and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else this. I drive over 80kms to go to the dealership and I’d drive 200kms if I had to, so I can get their exceptional service.

I just purchased a used 2010 Mazda 6 GS from SHANE at Favorit Motors. He was extremely helpful and did his absolute best to ensure that I walked out with the best deal on the car. There were a few minor things I requested to have fixed before I accepted delivery of the vehicle, and Shane ensured that all of those were taken care of. In fact, he held on to the vehicle longer than the usual timeframe since I had to go out of town on a work emergency. It was a wonderful experience dealing with Shane. Also, their showroom is absolutely stunning! Not like the usual run down outdoor lots. The vehicles at Favorit Motors look to be in great condition with low mileage. I would advise getting a mechanic to inspect the car before purchase. I've had to have about 3 different issues fixed, one of which was the A/C. How is my A/C broken without having used it once? Purchased in October. Previous service manager was nice enough to fix a broken power lock at no charge but nothing was done for the A/C..seems it was not inspected properly.

Read a lot of reviews before I purchased my vehicle so I thought I'd leave one to help others. I had a great experience with Favorit Motors. Daniel was the salesman and he was a really friendly, low pressure guy. Let me test drive the car alone for as long as I needed. He answered every question and if he didn't know the answer he would look into it asap. He would return all my calls promptly after the purchase. I had an issue with headlights after a week and I brought the car in and they fixed it no questions asked. Great peace of mind and they stand behind their vehicles.

Traded my van in got very low value and it is now posted I see they will make 8500 after take off what they gave me. My new car came with only one key no one said a word about tis. So now its going to cost me 6 hours of my time and 300 and change to get a key. Plus when I went to get the car stood outside for a extra half hour cuz the kid never brought it out to the front went to the bank instead of doing his job. He didn't even want to put the plates on my car. Then left the lot amd the hood flew open cuz no one closed it. I checked the oil yesterday and it's way over full one tire is garbage steel belts poking out.

We recently purchased a 2010 Honda Accord from Favorit Motors. The sales rep Daniel Anim was extremely helpful, answered all our questions and made sure we got the best deal. Throughout the process he had a pleasant personality even though we had him going back and forth to the manager while we were negotiating the deal. He made sure that everything was fixed and just right for us when we picked up the vehicle. Last October i purchased a vehicle. While driving home on the highway i noticed the wheels were doing something funny. They told me a belt was shifted in a tire and they wouldn't replace the tires. That tire blew up on a highway in the mountains and left me stranded on the roadside. It also made a funny noise and they're mechanic said it was a "propeller" and banged it around. When I took it to a dealership mechanic months later, that banging around to stop the noise caused a leak in the transmission lines and a 600 dollar job. When contacting them recently, they did nothing and didn't even return my messages. Thanks for nothing.

Got my Altima Coupe 2yrs ago. Did the financing with Toni. She was helpful and would communicate back on time. Problem was when went to pick up the car (all the way from Mississauga) was told the power steering was leaking and it had to sit over the weekend to still be repaired (was promised EVERYTHING including that leak would be repaired hence them charging me good chunk of money for the car). Left and went back after a week, picked up a car brought home and noticed the leakage from the power steering assembley all over the ground (after parked over night) got a hold of Toni took the car back finally after 2 months (i needed the car to get to work, couldnt afford leaving it in Toronto for few days) waiting for 4hours on site and charged money by their mechanic for replaced parts and was told "no gaurantee it's fixed" after a couple of days from that day I noticed the leak started AGAIN. Finally gave up and took the car to my own mechanic and got the hose and the assembly fixed for $400. Beware of the shop/mechanic Mr. Sagi - the worst service. Other than that issue car had no other problems (since I had been approved for financing through them I found this car myself that they bought for me from another dealership) Toni my sales rep was helpful but I suggest having your mechanic check the car before signing the forms! beware

I bought a car worth $70000 and I was lied and manipulated. They were sweet until I signed the sale then they treated me very poorly. Jason George Francis promised me with wheels and tires for my car but put on some Chinese wheels on the Bmw 6 series car which are not even run flat tires. This car is only meant for run flat as there is no spare wheels. I didn’t even want to purchase a car because of all Covid-19 issue going on outside but I was tricked and Jason lied to me about deal approval from the owner itself then pretended he never knew about it. Now I can’t even drive the car. When I approached the manager Nazar Navolskyy he was least interested in even knowing the problem. He simply said you signed the deal and that’s it. He was very rude and simply sarcastic for my feelings. No response from the owner Taras and clearly they won’t respond anymore because the sale is done so I don’t mean anything to them anymore. I still haven’t touched my car yet and getting legal advice on filing complaint on OMVIC. I have all the text message exchanges from Jason. Please be very careful dealing with them

When we arrived, we weren't clear on which door to use for the showroom. When we went inside, the receptionist looked at us like we were homeless people who wandered in off the street. a few weeks ago I called to inquire about an IS250 for a friend of mine and the very first question I asked was.... ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN FEES I SHOULD KNOW ABOUT?? Alex answered NO and proceeded to send me pix of the brakes and tires, we discussed options and I quickly provided him with a conditional offer as I was in Ottawa at the time. Alex stated he would have to discuss this offer with the manager.... 24 hours later and a few unanswered messages, he finally decides to answer my text stating that that offer was not accepted. there is absolutely no reason for it to take 24 hours to return multiple texts when there are a plethora of ways to discuss the offer with his manager. AND our numbers didn't match and I quickly found out that the price listed online didn't even include certification. it would cost another 695.00 to certify this vehicle!!!!! how ridiculous is that?? he did not consider this a hidden fee.... Whether it is a hidden fee or not, he chose not to tell me at the time of negotiation. needless to say the car was sold to someone else and my friend was quite turned off by this experience and would not have purchased it anyway. I have been in the industry for two years and I know what questions to ask. I would NEVER trust "not so" favorit motors no matter who is talking!!! The manager finally called me about two weeks later to explain and when I asked him why he did not provide a counter offer.... there was silence on the phone for 20 seconds and I responded with "thought so" and hung up the phone. lacking integrity and professionalism..... and an FYI, disregard the 5 start ratings and just read the one star ratings to get an accurate idea of who you would be dealing with!!

I had a problem with my Rear brake rotors being absolutely cooked, which was made apparent to me by my Big Box Honda dealer service department, but they would not fix anything until they did an expensive inspection, and all kinds of other unreasonable extra fees that would put me at almost triple the cost! Luckily I was smart enough to go to Favorit Motors for my service needs, as their technicians were able to properly diagnose the problem without any gimmicks, and actually suggest a detailed path for me to take regarding the changing of my brakes, how to save money, and so forth. Not to mention, the service was so quick and painless, all I had to do was enjoy myself in the customer lounge area for an hour and a half and before I knew it, I was back on the road! Did not expect to even have this done the same day but I was blown away and could get on with my week with one less thing to worry about. I believe Favorit Motors is something special in the GTA when it comes to vehicle service, I mean they literally have an inventory full of some amazing and difficult cars to maintain and service so their mechanics must know what they are doing on my measly honda! The price was right and the service was great. Courteous, professional and very efficient folks. I am driving the car for about 2 months and I love it. It’s a fairly large dealership with a huge indoor showroom filled with about 150 vehicles to choose from. The guys are clearly not a fly-by-night operation. I would certainly recommend them and will be back when I need another vehicle.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We purchased a vehicle from Favorit in October. We picked it up and on our 1.5-2 hour drive the engine light went on. We contacted Favorit immediately to let them know we would be going to a mechanic. We did not have time to turn around and drive it back. We had a mechanic confirm it was the catalytic converter and communicated this to Favorit, who said to provide them with a quote and they would cover the expense. During that phone call the salesman Usman downplayed the issue like it was no big deal and tried to explain to my fiancé (a former mechanic) what was wrong and that it won’t affect the vehicle at all. Not the point, we just bought a vehicle that was certified and good to go and less than 2 hours later it has issues… Since that time we have not been successful in reaching anyone in order to provide the quote. When we call everyone is “unavailable” and voicemails are not returned. Multiple follow up emails have occurred, no response. The catalytic converter issue forces the vehicle to use more fuel so it’s actually been parked since March as we have out minimal KM on the vehicle and are still hopeful Favorit will reach out to make this situation right. Would never trust another vehicle or salesman at this establishment. Terrible customer service.

I am very disappointed with the service provided from this dealership. I bought a 2016 Range Rover sport for $65,000.00 on Jan 6th . I picked up the car at 2 pm and while driving home , engine light, suspension fault and low battery light came up around 2.40 pm , I pulled over and called Nick ( the sales rep) and sent the picture of the lights to his cell phone. He said everything should be covered don't worry someone from the service will call me on this issue. Nobody called me back for several days. When I called the dealership regarding the status service told me to bring the car to the dealership when I got their they diagnosed the car and told me few issues which are not covered because I didn't get the warranty at the time of the purchase and I need to contact Range rover dealership directly for this issue and the sale rep I was dealing with got fired. When I mentioned I need to talk to someone in the upper management , they said nobody is here to talk. You can email them and I emailed the email address they provided me but nobody responded. What I think is the car might have had issues before they just erased the light right before I bought it that is why light came up so soon. I feel like I was fooled by this dealership. That's why this dealership insists/pressures customers to buy the warranty . I am very disappointed , I am never going to recommend anyone going to this dealership.

I would not recommend Favorit Motors based on our experience with Meghan and Toni. Reading other reviews, perhaps we should have been dealing with Sunny, or a positive member of the Favorit Motors team. When our concerns were escalated to Taras, it was all smiles and handshakes, only to be left again, with frustrations and concerns over the quality of vehicle. I do not trust their operations, the lack of transparency is a huge concern, and even with a "quality used vehicle" with less than 50,000km we have needed to take the vehicle to the dealer to complete thousands of dollars of work... within days of taking ownership. We didn't receive the car on time as we were advised warranty repairs were being completed, to avoid any disappointment this time around. Sadly, the vehicle is back in for more work. We traded in the first lemon we received from them after 6 months of constant repairs and issues financed at 30% (due to lack of credit history) only to receive, like another commenter mentioned, a $1500 warranty that was supposed to be included - it was a selling feature for the vehicle we settled for but weren't excited to have. If it wasn't to get out of the first horrendous interest rate and receive a laughable trade in value, we would not have ever continued a relationship with this company. The nail in the coffin was the berating email I received that was as unprofessional as any email I have ever received from a service provider.

Fell in love with an Audi A4 despite it being at the high end of my budget. Dealt with the salesman Daniel who is a straight up guy there to make every step of the way easy. Picked up the car a few days later after general servicing; Daniel had all the paperwork there and ready to go right at open, which was awesome! Unfortunately, 24 hours after picking up the car, the timing chain broke needing a complete engine rebuild. As a used car purchaser, I understand a lot of these vehicles are purchased at auction and it is extremely difficult to know as a dealer whether all normal servicing has been maintained. This scenario certainly had me on edge but I called Daniel up and explained what happened asking what the options were. The dealership took ownership of this situation considering I had only picked up the car the morning before and had the vehicle towed back to Toronto for the repairs. When all was said and done, I had a completely rebuilt Audi A4 at no expense to me. In order to sweeten the deal since the repairs took a little longer than anticipated, they even hooked me up with some winter tires. I definitely recommend this dealership and Daniel specifically as these guys aren't there to mess around! The fact that they owned those repair costs proves this dealerships dedication to exceptional customer service. I will be back for my next Audi. See you guys in a few years.

This place has some good reviews. So I tried it out. I told them my financial situation. When process began and banks started calling me, they said I had been approved but just needed one minor detail. I provided it. No response. I e-mail, texted, called, no response. Another bank calls me and I have no idea why. I asked the sales rep for an explanation, no response until after 7PM the next day, I get a text message after business hours. I was not given a proper explanation or communicated with to get a sense of what steps are being taken in the deal. When I ask to pull out of doing business with the rep, he starts telling me about my credit score if I go some where else, and starts coming up with explanations and it just sounds like excuses now because the point of the matter was it should have been communicated to me if there were issues or going to be issues, from even before I started dealing with the banks. That was very selfish and dishonest, and now the rep is trying pull the 'credit score' card? As if you guys care. All you care about is getting the sale. You don't care about the customer or wasting customers' precious time. If you couldn't get it done, I could have spent a whole week getting approved SOMEWHERE ELSE. Why is it that when he needs something from me I send it within seconds, but when I am trying to reach him, I can't reach him. We are ALL busy. Now he is sending me harassing messages while I am at work and I would like that to stop and I am not interested in any dealings with Favorit Motors, and I will not recommend this company to others, ever. Talk about false advertising. There's nothing quick about your services!

Bought a car from them, nothing amazing to say, nothing bad to say. So I’ll just give 5 stars. Just a typical car dealer like every other car dealer I have ever been to. If you have bought a car before nothing different here. Read the fine print before you sign anything, don’t put down a deposit until you have reviewed the sales contract and have signed it and are serious about buying the car. If you give someone your SIN number expect a credit check whether you give permission or not. Lots of people whining here about bad credit etc, if you have bad credit, you got bad credit the last thing you have to worry about is your FICO score dropping a few points. Be more concerned about your interest rate. Jason was fine to deal with. It is what it is... Would I go back? Ya sure if the price was good. Didn’t have any issues, otherwise.

I recently made a deal with Favorit Motors to trade in my vehicle as part of a purchase of another. Although the dealer offered a decent price for my vehicle on trade, they refused to run the numbers without doing a credit application first. I was weary about that, but was assured by Davood that it would be a "Soft" inquiry on my credit so the dealership could get a ballpark interest rate, he has been doing it for over seven years and knows the difference of Hard and Soft credit inquiries. After it was all said and done, I come to find out that there were Three HARD credit inquiries as Davood made three Separate credit applications for the vehicle. Once the agreement on price (for both trade and new vehicle) was made, I was told that the paperwork would be sent and I was the proud new owner of the car. Two hours later, Yasin calls me and tells me that the car was actually sold to someone else but he happens to have another one coming in. I ask for the VIN of the other car and as it turns out, its currently listed at another dealership (Fanaz) for $8000 cheaper than what Yasin is offering it to me. This dealership is dirty... I'd avoid it at all cost.

“I GOT BURNED”. I bought a slightly used truck from Favorit motors. I was told that their mechanics fully go over vehicles front to back. Don’t believe it, only the detailer does. The following is a list of repairs that had to be made within the first 10,000km of use; fully rebuilt differential unit, fully rebuilt transmission, replaced rear broken leaf springs, replaced battery, replaced tires and replaced driveshaft yoke, pinion seal (was leaking) and that’s so far. The truck still doesn't run proper, need’s new coil packs and my driver’s side window doesn’t even work. They don't even return my calls, right Alex, Shane and Daniel. Once they have your money you’re on your own. Save yourself the hassle and money, unless you are a mechanic, I would avoid this place. I’m stuck with this piece of junk now, thanks a lot guys. Favorit motors: you won’t return my calls but I’m sure you’re going to insert your comments below just to boost your image; go figure.

My experience at first coming into Favorit Motors was great at first. Orginally went into look at a Mercedes Benz C300 but ended up liking a BMW 535. Daniel was great showed us the history of the car, we test drove it and it was perfect, he told us he just recently got the car into the showroom. So we knew that they would have to do some work to the car before we could get it. After that it was all down hill it took a week or so from them to service the car, got the car and as soon as I got onto the highway realized that something was wrong. The car was shaking and started making a strange sound out the engine. Had to tow it back to Favorit Motors, it was not serviced properly. Unfortunately my experience started out great with Daniel but was horrible with the service department, on top of that I had to spend more money on top everything. Walking out after the sale of the car I would have definitely referred anyone to Favorit Motors, now I would think twice. At the end of it all Daniel made everything work we got a great car and would definitely come back to Daniel at Favorit Motor thanks!!!!!

Overall its what you'd expect, a place that pushes cars. Bought an audi a8 recently wouldn't budge on price and needless to say, not impressed. Car has issues and a recall that I was told was taken care of. So now I'm renting a car. Window tints that were put in are bubbling, purchased and installed from them, mechanical issues are also occurring literally within two weeks of ownership. When I went to pick up the car it wasn't detailed, asked to bring it in and was told 15 other cars had to be done that day. I was offered to bring the car back in but I honestly don't trust this place to touch my car.

I could write a novel at the terrible experience this dealership and its service has provided me. Writing up fake safety’s for a car used to drive my kids around in. If there was no stars that’s what they would get. There will be a law suit that will be starting immediately between this dealer and myself and being I have documentation down to the time of the deal and the original details (that all changed by the time of delivery). I had to send it back for the items to be fixed that were almost half of what the car was purchased at, I sent the car back to address these issues and once it was caught that there were so many issues and items agreed upon I never received to hopefully make me as the customer happy, but they just kept lying. Tonight they had 2 guys sit outside my house for hours going up and go down my property, finally the police were called and they were removed. My company purchased a pick up truck from this dealer, we did not want to deal with any troubles so we ensured it was safetied and everything, this dealership also offered a 36 day warranty which was very appealing to us. However, within the first week the engine light came on, the service advancetrac light and check 4x4 warning came on. We contacted them and it was sent back for work. However, after 2 days all the same lights came on. this occured another two times and after which the lights remained on and the dealership informed us that the warranty was only for stating that the vehicle was sold fit and road legal. therefore i recommend everyone STAY AWAY!!!

Careful where U trust! Picked up a vehicle from here... Make sure the presentation of vehicle on delivery is professional with everything expected that you bargained for. They rushed me to pick up my bought used Car from here, they promised to take care of a lot of stone chips on the car and make it professional on pick up. They just temporarily filled the spots with paint and it wasn’t a good job of painting neither! Within 2weeks everything started showing! I had a great experience dealing with favorit motors. Over the past few months I've been on the fence and dreading the car buying experience. What if I get ripped off? Aren't all used car salespeople just out to get you? This is definitely NOT the case here. I came to look at the cars in the clean indoor showroom. Cars were in great shape and found a nice BMW that caught my eye. No one hovered over me or hassled me at all. Syed came over, asked if I had any questions or would if I like to drive anything so I did. I drove a few cars enjoyed the experience and said I would come back. Syed was pleasant, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Online, I did some research on the dealership and it seemed ok so I sent an email and received a response from Wendy. Wendy was really nice and we chatted back and forth about the BMW I was interested in. I decided to move forward with it so I gave her my information all online. She made all the necessary arrangements and asked me to come in when I was ready. After coming back a couple times to see the car I thought it was odd that there was none of the high pressure sales tactics that I'm used to experiencing at other dealerships. I met in person with Wendy who I felt like I already knew from chatting online with. She introduced me to Nadia for financing which is where I thought the upsell would begin. It never happened. Nadia was polite, professional showed me my options but never pressured me and gave me time to think. Anyways overall my experience has been fantastic and this dealership is legit. The car was prepped perfectly and fully detailed when I came to pick it up. It honestly felt like a brand new car and the experience was better than dealing with a brand new car dealership. Purchased my first car with them when I had bad credit. Within 3 months my turbo went. I was forced to buy their top of the line warranty, let me tell you how much of a scam the warranty is. They offered to put a 1500$ turbo in my 30 thousand dollar car, an after market turbo too. The breaks I had to change within 3 months as well, turns out they use after market parts on their premium brand cars. 6 months later, I was forced to drop 9k in repairs. I asked them if I was allowed to refinance and without my permission they checked my credit score and said its not good enough. Mind you I went from 427 to 640 and they decided to hit my credit score. Anyway in all, if youre looking to finance a car and have bad credit and want to completely screw yourself over. Then you got the right spot. And to add the staff their get very aggreessive they told my friend if he doesnt walk out they will hurt him in the store. Also a lot of their cars have been in non reported accidents, check the hood of their cars most dont align. These people have ripped me off for thousands and thousands that I will never get back. Also 3 friends have purchased from there and all have complained about their cars. ALL HAD PROBLEMS!

I went to the shop on Tuesday, Jan 23rd. I called you guys before and spoke with Shane. I was interested to look at the white 2010 Ford Sport Trac. I told Shane I was coming from Kitchener to see it. When I arrived at the shop they couldn't find the keys so I wasn't able to test drive and look inside of the truck neither. He offered to come to my house in Brampton to show the truck on the same day on next day after they find the keys. Anyway, I didn't get any call back after that. I guess they didn't find none of the 2 sets of keys or they didn't bother coming to me to show the truck after the keys was found. As a client I felt so disappointed that I lost total interest buying anything from Favorit Motors ever. I understand things happens, but when you have a client coming from 100kms away, you should have the truck prepared to show or at least have the keys for it, so surprises like that can be avoid.

At first things were great with the 2014 BMW 320i XDrive I purchased September 14, 2017. They ensured I got the best rate and a loan with a bank. They gave me the best trade offer they could on my Lancer (which ended up being a collectors vehicle). They replaced the tires on the car and the brakes prior to me signing the final papers (the tires needed to be replaced as well as the brakes for safety). Now I have a defective front tire not even a year old and they "can't find the paperwork". I have to fax the proof that they sold the vehicle to me. Meanwhile I am driving around on a very dangerous tire which could explode. I did speak with Pirelli, and as the tire is a Run Flat all of the tires on my car have full Road Hazard protection from Pirelli and it is definitely a defect as the sidewall on these tires do not just bubble due to how they are manufactured. I will keep this updated once I send in the required paperwork tomorrow, but if I have further issues, I have my lawfirm through LegalShield ready to deal with this matter as it is the dealer's responsibility as stated by OMVIC for tires placed on a vehicle by the dealer. Should that tire blow (I cannot miss work), there will be a lawsuit. I am contacting Pirelli customer service again tomorrow, and I already placed my lawfirm on alert that I may require their assistance.

This is one of the worst used car dealerships I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The 2 individuals I interacted with, Adham and some guy whose name a can't remember - starts with a V and called himself some sort of manager, were at best, disinterested and disorganized. Especially the later... this guy took 3 phone calls during our interaction. Adham could hardly answer any of my questions regarding the 2 vehicles I was interested in. I was also given a hard time about having an independent mechanic take a look at the vehicles. Originally, the best I could get was to have a mechanic come to them, which later turned into no mechanic whatsoever. To anyone who is new to buying a used car, if a dealership refuses or gives you a hard time with an independent inspection, STAY AWAY. Guess what, I'm not done yet... The 2 cars I looked at had damage records and this dealership had them priced over their market value. Hilarious. Just to test a theory, I looked up some of their other vehicles and found similar results. Upon test driving one of the vehicles I was interested in, it was quite obvious the vehicle had electronic as well as other issues. Just because a vehicle looks nice (easy to do in an indoor showroom with strong lighting directly overhead), doesn't mean it is nice. Of course, they're a no haggle dealership so I wonder who benefits most from this policy... Interestingly enough, Mr. V was willing to negotiate on price with me, albeit a laughable amount. I think we call that false advertising in the biz. These guys definitely aren't a No Haggle dealership. I'm hoping this review will help any prospective buyers in making an informed decision about shopping here. Remember, we're paying OUR hard earned cash on these vehicles. Also, when a dealership has a high 3 or low 4 point something rating and you're seeing a lot of 5 and 1 star reviews, that should be a major red flag.

Im a first time buyer, and im a car enthusiast . especially volkswagen, so when i saw the vw gti i saw within the price i was looking for i went in and bought it. i did my own check under the hood, etc. I was told it was safetied and all, sure maybe it was, but fixing problems with glue isnt very good. My wiper arms were glued onto the motor and later stopped working in the middle of a blizzard. Not volskwagens fault. And just recently, realized that the wrong size tire was put on every wheel, 225/50/r17 was put on, and the car needs 225/45/r17 , which resulted in my car getting a flat tire , lucky just one. The " brand new" winter tires that were put on werent the right size, and the wheels werent cleaned before they were put on. Luckily, only 1 tire has flatted. I just bought 2 new winters thatll actually fit, and when i went to take my wheels off, the nuts were severely over tightened by licensed mechanics and my $250 snap on tool broke, and i check my tools before i use them to ensure that if this happens, its not because of the tool. Now i have to tow the car to my local vw to get my tires that actually fit put on. Thanks alot guys, really great job you all do

Worst dealership ever. These guys are totally fraud and fake. First these guys give you fake promises that they will approve your loan in 4.99% interest rate no matter the credit score. Interest rate is always determined by the bank itself according to the credit score not by the dealership. And they ask for your driving license to see what kind of license you have and then they take the picture of your license for their records(as they say). But after somedays they give you a call that your loan has been approved and you can come to see what kinda car you need(like who told them to proceed with the loan approval with bank). Then when you went to dealership then you can see they will tell you that loan has been approved in 8.99% interest rate because of the low credit score . After that you dont have much of the option left to go with some other dealership because your credit score has already been hit by them because they try to take loan from all the major banks . So you kinda trapped with them. So beware. Their car prices are even high than the normal prices. This happened with my 3-4 friends as well. Fraud Dealership .

I checked online and found that Favorit had the exact make and model car I was after, so when I walked in, I was serious about buying a car. SHANE greeted me the moment I came through the door. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, forthcoming in answering all my questions, getting the car history and walking me through and helping with financing process. End to end, great, attentive service! SHANE treated me with respect, courtesy, and demonstrated terrific follow-through on expediting delivery. I would also note that the showroom, and general condition of the vehicles was immaculate. Same goes for the mechanic shop - clean, orderly and efficient - always a good sign! I would recommend Favorit to my friends and would go back there again next time I'm looking for a car.

At first I was skeptical of the whole experience. I have never known anyone who has purchased a locate vehicle but Noel was extremely helpful. Favorit Motors is THE PLACE to by a car,or at least check it out.I would like to use this space,opportunity, to put some nice words for some people at dealerships.This last month I was looking for car to by.Look to me like full time job,but the same time to have a fun.In the beginning it was a fun,visit lots of places,shows rooms,meet lots of people and see lots of cars.After two weeks,I made decision BMW or MERCEDES cla 250.I stopped having fun because in the meantime I have sold my old car.Now,you can really only onTTC or GO TRAN.Very soon after I find Favorit Motors on the line.Around 2 am,relaxing on my couch, I called and expressed my interest on particular two cars.Very next day gentlemen name Joe called me and told me to come visit Favorit Motors,which I did.It was Saturday,and I made my decision,after couple of hours of talking to Joe (now my friend).He explains everything slowly,wasn’t pushy,only options,friendly advice.Joe is very experienced,and he is for me THE BEST sales person with huge smile and personality.Joeseph Izchaki went ABOVE and BEYOND.After I made my decision Joe introduce me with there business manager name Alexander Zeveluk and he help me choose warranty’s for my car(Mercedes Benz).Alex is was also very helpful,explaining warranty’s for very well.Both of them,Joe and Alex,they are long time in car business.They are AMAZING people,they know how to explain and know what people are looking, and they have great approache.THANK YOU VERY MUCH,best wishes to people at Favorit Motors.
