I was having a bad experience with one of the sales reps named Ray here until I came back another day and my problems were solved by T.M.. He is the son of the owner and an honest individual. Honesty in the car buying business is a good trait to have which would bring customers back. More people wanted to deal with T.M. while they observed how he dealt with my problem.

Got a faulty car from these guys with mechinal issues they gave us blind saftey to just to sell the vehicle and when we reported back the same hour when we drove the car home told us we can fix it bit we didn’t wanred toget fixed from them we just wanred to return back the vehicle as we didn’t get solid car told us we cant do anything about it its yiurs now. BE AWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ONLY DO FRAUD THEY WILL TRY TO CONVINCE YOU WHEN SELLING VEHICLE TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEM

I saw an ad for an Infiniti FX45 on the website, the pics showed no damage and did not say anything was wrong with it. I made arrangements to go there and test drive it. From the pics on Google it looked like a trustworthy place. When I got there I realised the place is in a trailer in the back lot. No cars were cleaned off and it was unorganized. My nephew went to check the infiniti out and noticed on the left front side fender there was a huge rust hole along with deep cracking rust around the wheel well. The car is supposed to be 4x4 yet the guy couldn't even get it out of the parking space with a bit of snow. The transfer case must not be working in the car. I asked the guy he just said "no 4x4" and shrugged his shoulders. So I decided well since I'm here let me take it out for a ride. The passenger seat heater button was gone, fallen inside the housing. The engine was good but the transmission was really really bad. There was some alarm that kept coming on the dash and no matter what we did it wouldn't turn off. Then realized the gas was way way below the line. I've worked in the car industry for many years and you never give a customer a car that low on gas. Thankfully we made it back. We got back and told the guy the car is in horrible shape, again he just shrugged his shoulders then asked if I want to buy it.....no thank you!! Don't waste your time at Carview!

Did my guys aunty dirty the other day. They charge 750 for a TEST drive!! They are scammers and a bunch of wasteman for that. Dont go unless you feel like being scammed.

They charged my boys aunt 750 for a test drive claimed it was for cleaning/ covid situations and now they are acting like they didn't. We have no reason to lie if they didn't do it we wouldn't be here. But they can lie all they want thats ok we kno what happend good luck if u go here. Give the lady her money back forreal

The Guy here Named Samir is total scam try to convince you with anybullshit to sell a vehicle they will sell you a mechanical issue car and later on when you report back ontime they say we will fix but dont do anything Never recommend to anyone Total scam Cheap way to make money

I bought my Ford focus from carview and had a terrible experience. My car is a total scrap now with a faulty engine that stopped working within 2 months of purchase and the powertrain warranty covered just 1000 dollars for the total repair which was promised to be a full coverage by the customer service agent at carview. I wouldnot recommend these scammers ,they give you fake promises and sell their faulty cars and when you call back they don't even care about their customers.Total disappointment ????

Be careful when guying from this dealer. They will do anything to get sale and later down the line when you find out, it will be to late. I bought a car from them and when I test drive it, the engine light was on and they say they would fix it has a part of safety. But then realize later that they didn't fix anything, they just took the LED bulb out of the dash so the engine light wouldn't show clusters. That's what you call an unprofessional business and very shady. At the end of the day, be extra careful when buying.
