I was very sceptical purchasing a vehicle from these sort of places, but it came through a recommendation. I was looking for used vehicle as I don’t think it’s ever worth the money for a new one. We were looking for a Nissan Murano, with a very tight budget. Elie over at Car Solutions suggested a different approch which made a lot of sense to me, And we ended up purchasing a Porsche Macan! And the price was the best part! Which was too good to be true. But the wife is happy..... so that’s all that matters. Nevertheless, I can honestly say, we made the right choice, as it’s already been just about 3 years since that time and the car has never been to the shop for anything out of the ordinary. We will be back to Car Solutions Canada for our next purchase! We have recommended others, and all have been satisfied especially me, since We were promised a referral fee! I hope that everybody has this kind of experience with buying a car. All I hear are horror stories about how people get ripped off at the dealers, but then there’s only ONE solution....... Don't expect too much from this dealership. Once you make the deposit/payment all bets are off. Very willing to say anything to get a sale. Recommend making sure everything requested on the vehicle is done before parting with any money. Update: Car pretty much fell apart about a year after purchase.

What a Five Star Experience!! I was referred to Car Solutions by a friend who bought a car from these guys a few years ago and my experience was top notch. They gave me a very good price on some work for my wife`s minivan (better than my Honda dealer) and it was done in less than 24 hours. Firstly, I bought a used Mercedes 2015 CLA for a very fair market price. Circumstance would have it, a few drives in one of the brake lights blew out. Dealing with this place was one of the worst mistakes of my life they are as Shady as the worst of them don't trust them read all documents yourself double-check them have a lawyer check them and then recheck them. As a first time car buyer, I could not have picked a better place! Roni helped walk me through the whole process and clearly explained all the different options I had in terms of warranty's, financing and etc. Roni was always easy to reach if I had any questions about the car I had been looking at and I did not feel pressured to buy at all. Where do we start, they never called/email back after buying Suv from with $3000+ dollars in engine repairs after putting 400 kms on it! Their so called safety certification is a joke. They didnt even notice a missing seat belt, three of four wheels smoked from the brakes sticking. Their failure to actual fixing an interior console panel as requested on bill of sale. (Crazy glue doesn't count!) Not happy with this whole ordeal. But they did replace missing car jack if that counts for something? Buyer beware.

Wow what a SCAM. This place sells used broken vehicles and doctors them up to sell. Unfortunately I found out too late. I purchased a Lincoln MKX from these frauds and Elie emailed me telling me that it was in mint condition inside and out. I never had the opportunity to see the vehicle or test drive it first and trusted his word. I had no vehicle and live in Guelph so his secretary Charlene met with me in Hamilton to sign the paperwork. These people saw an opportunity and took advantage of me. I emailed him two days later telling him that the trunk, heated seats and blower fan were all broken. I also informed him that the engine was kicking. On Sunday being only 6 weeks later, the Lincoln died on me in the middle of a busy street with a blown head gasket. They refused to pay for the tow or supply me with a rental vehicle. Not to mention that they failed to read me the fine print stating that the warranty only covers a maximum of 3000. Elie also lied about the kms on the vehicle. He said it was 153000 but it was actually 158000. This keiff character said to me on the phone "come pick up your car from our service center (speedline automotive) or we're charging you for storage because we're not fixing it". It's quite obvious that all the good reviews are their personal friends and family who are making money off their devious scams. Thank god for emails and evidence. See you in court

When I 1st purchased my car here , EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER made me feel like I was a part of the FAMILY. I’m satisfied with my car but I do wish that the staff didn’t CHANGE their ways after a purchase. I experienced some issues with the car and for nearly 2 months I was ignored and given the run around. The staff did not make me feel a part of the family anymore. I'm pleased with the vehicle but in the contract they are to provide a set of winter tires as soon as they could get them. Picked up the car mid October and four months later, still no tires. I've been phoning weekly and they promise to check and call me back but never do. I've paid for the tires and shouldn't have to go elsewhere to purchase a set. If you purchase at Car Solutions, don't pay for or take the vehicle until the contract has been completed. It is now October 2019. There is no responce to my emails and of course no tires.

After visiting a few dealerships I highly recommend Car Solutions dealership. They have a very good selection of cars and offer great deals. I bought a Malibu 2013 from them over a week ago. The car is in perfect condition and at a very good price. When I walked in to inquire about the car Keiff showed it to us, gave u the key to turn it on right away, and showed us the car proof in that same moment. The car was in mint condition, same as the rest of the cars they have (which is something I really liked since surprisingly not all the dealerships make an effort to clean a car properly). Keiff invited us to test drive the vehicle, showed us all the features we're working properly and did not make us feel any pressure. Later on Ellie and Sharlene helped us with the financing and documentation with a great customer service as well. I will highly recommend Car Solutions Canada inc to my family and friends! And will come back to them next time I want to upgrade my vehicle.

I bought a used audi from these guys about a year ago and exactly 2 and half months later car started giving me issues. I got rid of it eventually because mechanics were charging me too much. These guys didn't come down even a penny on their price telling me how good this car was and charged me more than a usual price for the vehicle. Just bought my very first Acura MDX with Car Solutions and I must say it was a fantastic experience. First off I went to the dealership to look at another vehicle advertised online but was told they could not sell that vehicle due to the fact there were a few issues and will be sending it back. At first I was a little upset I made the drive down however Elie had assured me there were many other vehicles that I can look at in the showroom worth purchasing. He showed me the MDX (which was far less in price than the vehicle I had originally gone for) and also showed me all the service records from Thornhill Acura. I was immediately sold on the car and after about an hour ended up leaving a deposit. Picked up the vehicle two days ago and the car drives like a dream. Just want to point out they could of seriously taken advantage of me knowing I wanted the previous car however they refused to sell me a lemon. Much appreciated and this family business will be extremely successful with that mentality. All in all, a wonderful experience.

TOTAL MONEY GRAB!! Please don't go here! You are over sold any car that grabs your attention at first, they upsell to you to get the highest amount out of the buyer. They do not offer any financing advise or much about the history of the car. I bought a car here and they just want to get the paperwork done. After 60 day had to replace all break pads rotors and rear end caliper. They were going to give me winter tires anf rimmies sepratly but when i came to pick up apparently they only agreed to tires no rims. Theg gave me only one key with the car that was not the masterkey and not all settings in the car could be changed. They gave me "custom all weather mats" that don't fit the car because they belong to some other car. I went back to mention all these things they can barely remember having sold me a car and defnitly don't want to change anything because not all these things were writen down. This place has shown me what real salesmanship looks like. Screwing over young customers that are purshasing a car for the first time is their daily bread. DON'T EVER BUY YOUR Car here!!

Car Solutions Canada is a fantastic dealership. When I wanted to buy a car from them they demonstrated deep knowledge in answering all my questions and their customer service was fantastic. They helped me choose the car that was best for me and don't try to upsell me a car that was beyond my means just so they could make more money. I bought an BMW 335 from them and it has been the perfect car. I will definitely be buying my second used car from them. I had a such a wonderful experience coming to Car Solutions Canada. They were so patient and friendly with me..... it took time for me to learn every detail that I needed to understand before making this type of an important purchase. I purchased a SUV October 2015 from them. Sales people were friendly and nice up to the point shortly after purchasing, when the vehicle started having problems. Engine light came on, Car wouldn't start whenever I fill up with gas. I took to their mechanic on Chesswood Dr and was given the run-around. In a nutshell, they sold me a lemon. I had to spend over $7000 to fix all the problems that occurred shortly after. Once they got my money for the car they care less about me. I wouldn't buy another car from them or even recommend anyone(not even my worst enemy) to their business. It was a nightmare having to fix one problem after the other shortly after. Car was a BMW x3. It was my first time purchasing a car and my biggest mistake was not having a Mechanic check the car out before buying it. Anyone looking to purchase a car, please stay away from Car solutions. They are a rip off
