Where To Begin? Lets See! In June 2019, A friend of mine recommended Danny to me. I called him and he gave the best advised to me when I told him when I would love to get a car. Danny advised me to wait and don't rush. I found it so mind blowing when he said to wait because other dealers would encourage you to buy a car asap so they can get paid. He asked me well detailed questions and gave me great advised like how to keep my credit on good standards etc. October came and I messaged Danny to let him know that I want my car for my birthday in Nov 2019 so we should set up a meeting now (in oct) so that I can tell him which cars I like etc. Went to the meeting with Danny a week later and the same day we found my dream car. I was approved same day which was amazing. Danny was prompt with his duties with preparing the car etc. Danny sat me down like a father, daughter conversation and thought me the do's and dont's when it comes to Financing a vehicle, purchasing a vehicle, car insurance etc. I appreciate everything Danny advised me on. Now am driving my Blue 2017 Hyundai Elantra which is the first vehicle I ever owned in Canada. Even after I bought my car, Danny still calls or texts to see how am doing and how am liking the car etc. Thanks Danny and Bell Auto for your great service. I can say Bell Auto is a trust worthy dealership for your Used Vehicles and services.

The salesman or rep was easy to talk with, as well as he helped me along the way to find cheap insurances, and a good finance company. Good day! I scheduled a 10 o'clock appointment for an oil change and I was the first of the day. Three other clients came after me and were serviced for oil changes before I was. I came with two small children and waited till after 12:30 p.m. only after I asked about the status of my car. I needed brake service a few weeks prior to this service only after having the car for all of four months or so. Because of the service on my brakes and having to pay out of pocket for it I was told that my next service would be taken care and after receiving another bill for the oil change I brought the promise to the owner's attention and he did honor it as promised. Thanks much appreciated.. Lorde! (First part of review I gave a 3 ***) I'm now changing it!!.. (Second review I give them a 5*****) Since my first review (Bell Auto) has took every measure to accommodate my needs now and I appreciate that very much service is everything and (Bell Auto) deserves a five start rating from me Thanks

Great customer services and top of the line support. We bought a Benz from there the sale person ABDI was a great guy, he did make sure that we get a car for our money. They also have great used luxury cars selections with decent price. I have visited many dealerships but this one got my attention. From the moment we walked into the dealership we were impressed with the building and the vehicles looking so pristine. We were warmly greeted by all. Our 2004 avalanche was everything as promised and more. It was in the best condition of any that we had looked at. After two days and to our surprise, a brake line blew and we said to ourselves how will they handle this. To our delight, we didn't hear an excuse rather an apology and they replace all the brake lines to make up for our inconvenience. We highly recommend this dealership. I would say a special thanks to Daniel and Reza for their personal interest in our satisfaction. We just love our avalanche.

Worst car dealer. Before you pay the money they act like helpful, knowledgeable of cars. They were acting! After you pay, there are lots of of trap waiting for you. Do not go this place! OMG I just saw their response, really surprised me you didn’t even think you was wrong? 1. Do not keep finding excuses for your rude staff! I brought the car and car insurance in 2017 Nov at bell auto. After like one month I feel when I driving on highway, speed over 90 the steering wheel is shaking, after I Google the problem, I find out that I need to check four-wheel aligner, also one of my front light was broken, and one of the tire ran out of air. So I decided to go back to bell auto to check my car and replace the light. BUT I didn’t not receive the service I requested! They just replaced a light, did not do anything about four-wheel aligner and flat tire ! 2. The owner says the car doesn’t have problem in the last one and half year??? After I got that kind of irresponsible service in bell auto. I realized that my car will never be fixed at their place. So anything wrong with my car I decided to go Mr Lube and another place! I have all the repair record! 3. 2019 May the engine light was on! And can not control the speed, and engine sound wasn’t right. And I checked the car insurance still available. So, I went back to bell auto, I described the issue, after that I was told the mechanic will check on my car. (THEY DID NOT MENTION ANY WORDS OF DIAGNOSTIC CHARGE) after checking, they told me that my car needs to change 4 coil and spark, insurance doesn’t cover these two parts. And they will charge me $600 more(which NOT the same as your explanation $400 for labor and parts! I can show you the picture if you want) I decided not going to fix my car here, because it’s over charge. At the end, they stop my bf in front of their store, and hold my car key! Says we need to pay the diagnostic charge $ 50!WOW! 4. MOST IMPORTANT! Your words doesn’t make sense. People who have a little bit knowledge of cars knows the 4 coil not broken AT THE SAME TIME! I JUST replaced one coil at another place!!! Cost me $150. OMG SO MUCH DIFFERENCE!! I can not imagine I almost got a chance to replace one coil for $600 more maybe. Who knows! ? After I left a review here, they keep calling me! Maybe want to convince me to delete the review.

I just bought a car here and I'm very satisfied. The customer service was excellent. I dealt with Dary Moaf, I sold my old vehicle and bought a new one. The prices are good, and he was fair and honest about everything. I came in to look at the car on a Sunday and the next day my car was ready to go. He took care of transferring ownership and license plates, I didn't have to worry myself going to Service Ontario and waiting in a line. The service was beyond exceptional and I would definitely recommend buying a car from Dary.

I was glad to get lowballed on my trade in (as expected from most smaller used dealerships), and was glad to see that the most they could work with me on a car listed $1300 over market value according to ever site was a $300 discount. The reviews are all good so I'd say if you stay away from Sofia you'll probably have a better experience.

This company is well reviewed somehow, but I can only assume those reviews were purchased or are from their friends, because our experience with them has been truly terrible. We bought a Dodge grande caravan from them in 2016 and it has been a non-stop nightmare. It literally had leaks in 3 hoses the day after we drove it home. They fixed those, but soon after it had more hose failures and a belt failure. They charged us full price to fix these issues. The parking break doesn't work, and didn't since they sold it to us. But Canada has no lemon laws so we had no recourse. Then the breaks had to be replaced, and recently the fuel filler neck the coil and sparkplugs had to be replaced. The air-conditioning is broken, the door locks don't work, the clock is broken. It is a piece of trash. The price they charged us for it was a joke for a car they must have known was useless. I'd steer as far away from them as possible if I were you. They took advantage of us and this car has basically ruined our lives.

From all the dealership I've went to then, he was not the aggressive type person. I was happy with my purchase. Years later I didn't realized Kamran was still working at Bell Auto Inc as I am looking to purchase a mini van. Definitely will be getting a vehicle off him. My experience at Bell Auto Inc was positive. I am not sure why people are leaving bad review or feeling pressured from this dealership, but if you are; I definitely would suggest speaking to Kamran to help you make picking the right car comfortable.

This is the best used car dealership I have ever dealt with. They are excellent and honest people. They are helpful and straight forward in their dealings; from Alex the President to Kamran his son and to Sam the Manager. I bought a Mercedes Benz ML 500 from them and they treated me nicely and kindly. When the SUV developed a small problem after purchase, they were very apologetic and quickly fixed it for me at no extra cost. They had free Wi-Fi, wireless internet which I used in the comfort of their waiting room while my vehicle was been fixed. Most dealers are shady and would tell you anything in order to sell. Now, keep in mind that it's still a business, so obviously they have to make money. I also knew what type of car I was looking for and what kind of features I wanted. But if you don't know much about cars, they will walk you through the whole process and will get you exactly what you want. Now, to be fair, although I have no complains about the place, this review is mostly based on the person I dealt with for all the process which was Dylan Haddadian. I'm buying my car for one a couple years and in 2 years when I want to change my car I'm planning on going back they have some nice cars in there.

We bought a car from this dealership early 2013. They offered us a free warranty. I thought that was nice on their part but after just 1 week our car started having transmission problems. So we took it back to them and they said we will have to do come repairs worth $1250. So the warranty covered $1000 and with $250 deductible so we end up paying $500 for our pocket for repairs. Car worked for about 6 months and problem came back. The warranty they gave us covered repairs only one time so this time we took ot to Mercedes dear and that told us to replace same part as bell auto replaces 6 months ago and this time it would cost $1700. So took it back to bell auto and dint tell them about Mercedes dealer quote. This time bell auto said they have to replace transmission and it would cost $1800. We took the car back and got ot fixed.privately. I would recommend never to buy car from bell auto. They are lies and scamers.

Wasted my time, I was told on the day of my visit the car I'm interested is still on lot and available. When I go to the dealership, the car was not there. I was shown a different car I was not interested in and the salesperson Ivana walked away from me. Very rude!! Update Although the original salesperson Ivana I dealt with was so rude I still decided to contact the dealership as I liked the vehicle. I was responded to by the manager Kamran who apologized for the behavior of his salesperson and offered to deal with me personally. I was quite happy and emailed him back with my availability time and asked for confirmation that the car will be there and I will be able to test drive it. Sadly I didn't receive a response from him until 3 days later after the time I cleaely mentioned I was free. The reason I was given is that his colleague read my email and didn't respond. That says a lot about the staff at Bell Auto. No regard for the customer or their time. If I could rate this dealership a 0 I would.

Updated review May 2021: After two months with the car, I have realized that the maintenance they mentioned to be completed was not done. I was sold the car as is. Also, when I was called to pick up the vehicle, they told me to bring 200$ extra for licensing which was not included in the final bill of sale. (hidden fees) I Purchased the vehicle in March of 2021 with 103,000km on it, it needed oil change at 106,000km. MAY 2021 (Car In car manual say’s every 6000km) Also in March, my gas tank cover cap was broken(not opening) had to get it replaced (Mercedes manufacture piece only, 250-300$) My brother is a certified mechanic, I took it to him and his team for an oil change and that’s when we discovered other aesthetic issues that a used car purchase shouldn’t have when re-sold and I had to pay for after 1 month of ownership: • OIL DIPSTICK BROKEN (MIND YOU MY FIRST OIL CHANGE WHILE OWNING IT, HAD TO CHANGE) • SYN PREMIUM OIL (FOR OIL CHANGE) • GAS TANK COVER REPLACEMENT (CHANGED) • AIR FILTER NOT CHANGED (MAJOR BUILD UP HAD TO REPLACED) • CABIN AIR FILTER NOT CHANGED (MAJOR BUILD UP HAD TO REPLACED) • THE GOOD YEAR TIRES IN THE REAR, BALD AND PEELING. (HAD TO CHANGED) • REAR DIFFERENTIAL OIL NOT CHANGED. (DRAINED AND CHANGED) YOU CAN GOOGLE EACH AND EVERY REPLACEMENT I DID AND COME UP WITH YOUR OWN AMOUNT I PAID OUT OF POCKET AND INCLUDED LABOR. In conclusion, for individuals, couples and/or families use this review to come up with your own opinion about BellAuto but above all used vehicles always need a second professional opinion and inspection. Update: In response to the owners response. We had an appointment for a test drive. We couldn’t go for a test drive without talking numbers(how is this related to Covid?). I was able to get in the car and inspect the interior and touch anything I wanted. Your salesman did not wear a mask inside the building or outside while talking with us. Please don’t make this about the pandemic. Covid has nothing to do with this situation. You wasted my time yesterday and responded to my poor review using the pandemic as your excuse. Please do better with your future customers, everyone’s time has value and be more honest and upfront about you business practices. I will leave the situation at this. I’m hoping the owner can provide the reason why the salesman named Jay would not let me test drive a vehicle and insisted that we talk numbers first before I could test drive. I knew the asking price for the vehicle so I wouldn’t be there trying to test if it was out of my price range. How could I talk numbers for a vehicle I’m not sure I even want yet? I feel like your dealership was hiding something about the car or maybe looking to take a deposit from me. Please offer some clarity on this matter. The public should be aware of shady practices.

UPDATE: If you read reviews from the previous few years, these guys take $1000 deposits before permitting a test drive and numerous claims that they sell lemons. STAY AWAY! They scream fraud! Was in contact with Abdul and he was too busy for our appt so we were passed onto Jay. We inspected the Acura RDX and it had loads of damage and Jay says he could get his guy to fix it all but only after I challenged him each time he said no. So I asked to test drive which is what Abdul and I discussed on the phone. But Jay said we had to go inside and talk numbers first before the test drive to see if we agree on a number and wanted to know if we were financing or paying cash and I responded with cash. He said he didn't want to waste either one's time. My response to that was that that was a poor attitude and that I was walking away. Is it standard practice now to agree to a price before test driving? That makes no sense! And Abdul knew I was driving in from Burlington during rush hour. I would never recommend this dealership.

Tony boy sold me a broken car, brought it in to get it fixed but service just reset the light. Light came back after a month. Decided to take it to a proper dealership and spent over $5,000 over the course of a year as I was unwilling to risk my safety due to this crooks selling their garbage and not fixing it. Oh yea while closing the deal tony was sneaky and made me sign a document he said the bank needed, but it really was a useless anti theft insurance with a $1,000 price tag he purposefully fail to disclose and lied about being a bank loan requirement. Honestly people, if you wanna get screwed over this is the place to go.

A good dealership with competitive prices. They have a variety of cars that look and feel brand new. I changed my 5-star review to a 4-star the day after I bought a 2015 Mazda CX5 because.. When I made this review on Google, it was inside Dary's office after we paid for the vehicle, but before we left the dealership. As an incentive to give a 5-star review he offered us a "secret gift" (wouldn't tell me what it was until we made the review), which turned out to be small branding items. I still gave a 5star review nonetheless. However, this next part is when they lost a star.. As we are walking out of the dealership, keys in my hand, everything paid in full, Dary brings us to the cashier and asks me to pay an extra $103.50 for "licensing". I'm in absolute shock after paying almost 20k for our vehicle and all smiles, he asks for an extra $100. He never mentioned this hidden fee whatsoever, not even that morning when we came to pick up the vehicle, no mention of a licensing fee. When i told him im not paying it, he tried to make me feel bad and say it was coming out of his pocket. His manager (Reza) heard the situation getting tense and stepped in. By this time my bf was very upset and we both felt extremely offended that they asked us for extra money. The manager told Dary it was his fault that he never mentioned to us about the extra fee. Please note that on our final bill of sale, under the licensing section, IT IS EMPTY, THERE IS NO FEE FOR THIS ON OUR BILL, IT WAS INCLUDED IN THE NEGOTIATED PRICE. Dary then backtracked and said he mentioned it but we might not have heard him say it. Here comes the most awkward part. After we got all worked up and refused to pay anything more than our bill of sale, Dary walks us to our car and with a smile on his face like nothing just happened he shows us the features of our new vehicle and tells us we should be happy and to laugh. He even asked us to take a picture with him...again for their social media push. What a weird ending to this adventure. Thank goodness I had my bf with me otherwise I would have felt very awkward. Overall we are very satisfied with the vehicle (less than 24hours), however if any issues arise I will post an update here.

Worst experience ever my car keeps on breaking down I haven't even had my car over 2 months yet and it's been at the mechanics probably about for 3 weeks and total for repairs transmission issues radiator issues very disgusted by the car that I bought I was supposed to be able to buy a quality used car and definitely it's not I would not recommend buying a car from them without getting a mechanic to check it or just going by their word how you going to sell a car to a customer with transmission problems engine light radiator leak and this all happened within the. From the moment I walked into this non-pressured environment, the sales staff were very helpful and kind. We purchased a BMW X3 and was exactly as described online. Car was very clean and presentable in their showroom, along with many other vehicles. This vehicle unfortunately encountered some mechanical problems and we had it towed to a BMW dealer since this car was out of town. We had thought since this was a BMW product, we assumed that they would be able to solve this problem and fix this issue. Almost $3000 and two weeks later, this vehicle was still not fixed. Their only solution was to replace the entire engine, which would cost the value of the entire vehicle. After this experience with the BMW dealer, we had our X3 towed to where we originally purchased the vehicle at Bell Auto. Bell Auto fixed this entire issue with no problems. We received the car back from service 2 days after dropping it off and have been driving the vehicle for three weeks with no issues. (Special thanks to Reza) Only positive things to say about this car dealer and would highly recommend to anyone. Its been such a great experience buying my car from Bell Auto. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ali and he has provided nothing but excellent customer service from beginning to the end. I initially decided to buy a used Nissan with apparently clean carproof and paid $500 deposit to hold the car and signed the deal to come and get it later. The next time I came in to Bell Auto to pick up, Ali mentioned that he took a closer look at the car proof report of Nissan after I left and noticed that the car had a TKU i.e. the kms were apparently showing to be rolled back from 133k to 103k sometime last year. For me, this is a great sign of transparency from any used car dealer. He gave me an option to back out from the deal (after it was all done) if I was not comfortable buying the car with TKU. I didn't end up buying the Nissan. Instead i ended up buying a Jeep from them and Ali even worked out a deal on the 2 year unlimited KM powertrain warranty for 30% of their listed price ($3500) which is really helpful for an older used car incase of any major issues and also cheaper certification cost. Bell auto also rust proofed my car and buffed it for no additional cost. Ali was always (even on his off day) available to take a call or answer any questions I had regarding the car or anything else. Overall I had a great experience at Bell Auto. Would highly recommend!!

I bought a ml350 August 22nd. ALI was the salesperson. He seemed so nice and genuine. Said if there was ANY issue to contact him. We did so within days of purchase regarding a engine light and brakes. Spoke over the phone. He said he would get back to us. 34 days later he messaged my bf back asking what the issues were again..then again never heard from them. Recently we brought it in after some back ànd forth. After they realized exactly how mych it would cost to fix it told me tgey wouldnt. Then like they did when we purchased it cleared the engine light for show. Im appalled and shocked as they had come recommended. I picked my truck back up the 22nd of this month and the very next day had absolutely no power. 3 months after ourchasing an expensive high end vehicle and ive already put 300 into repairing a oil issue where it was leaking snd spraying all over my engine. When i had it repaired the mechanic said whoever did the oil change would have seen this and it was a good thing i stopped driving it cause my engine would have gone and i would have been SCREWED! Now im expected to put thousands into repairing it to have a safe and driveable vehicle this is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. They knew the issues it had and sent me off with my 2 yr old daughter anyways. 41000 vehicle and it needs thousands in repair ontop of the 300 i just put into it. I wouldn't reccomend them anymore to anyone and will make sure the BBB amongst many others know about this. They are avtors sell themselves to sell you on a vehicle. They dont care about you or what happens just to make money. They will wash their hands of you and any ussues and play you so it passes the 30 days. I bought a Lemon and am expected to pay for it.

When they are collecting your money and trying to secure a sale their customer service is top but when there is a fault on the car and you need them to provide a part that is when they start playing games on you. Because the owner of the car shipped it oversees and requested the part to be sent you guys did not take it seriously. After much frustration you provide an unacceptable used part with nobs broken and scratches all over and expect them to take that part. Disappointed at this dealership. I know you guys hate constructive criticism and gave me an even harder time when you saw my review the first time on google. The issue has still not been resolved so I say customer beware!!!!! 03/07/2018 After realising their faults Bell Auto has finally resolved the issue and provided an acceptable part. This whole issue has left a sour taste when it comes to this company, I don't think any customer must go through so much trouble to get a company to do the right thing especially when they have paid a sizeable amount of money.

I went to Bell Auto to look at a vehicle at I saw online, I spoke to a sales person on the phone but I don't remember who it was when I got there I was greeted with a smile and I asked for a sales rep, Tony helped me with my purchase and he made me feel comfortable and at ease through the whole process. We went on a test drive because the car was already outside, not in the best condition but he assured me when I buy it it will be all nice and clean like the cars in the showroom. I came back from the rest driven and we did my fiancing which they got me approved on the spot. The next day I went to pick it up and the car was immaculate condition and he came through as he promised. Well, in fact I was your client, and now I no longer wish to continue communicating with anyone from your company due to much frustration and loss of money. First, to begin with, the vehicle that was sold to us had mechanical issues, repairing which would cost about 3k, and there is no way your mechanics did not know of that; therefore, I can conclude that a 'lemon' was sold in order to just get rid of potential problems and issues with service. Second, every time I would address any issues, like smell of gas in the car, weird noise at the start, or just a simple fact that a car would not drive, I was told fairy tails, how car needs to be prepared for winter, etc. However, it was claimed that some repairs were in fact made, at no cost, but no proof of that was ever provided, like an invoice, or receipt that would list what was done; therefore, once again I can conclude that nothing was done. In addition, while car was in 'service', I had to get a rental, which I paid for from my pocket, and in total, I spent about a thousand CAD on rental services. Third, just like most Canadians, I have experience in customer service, and guess what? Customer service provided by you is really poor, fewer people know how to perform it well, whereas majority I dealt with at your store absolutely do not, and that includes your manager Reza, who is not only rude, but also is very unprofessional, and refused to apologize even once, in addition to never follow up with phone calls when promised. Which is an obvious sign of disrespectful relation to customers. Not to mention, that I was offered to engage into illegal activity, like getting a warranty done on the car after finding out that repairs would cost almost 4k. The only reason OMVIC and small claim court were not properly notified of such activity, is because I have no time, and no energy due to my health condition to deal with all that. But be sure, no one in my network will ever show up to your store, none of my friends and coworkers will ever have business with you, because your store is the place where people lie to costumers, treat them with no respect and offer illegal stuff. Oh, and saying that the car was old and had a lot of mileage, is not an excuse, as well as the fact that your mechanics did repairs at no cost, like I said above, I don't believe even half of what was claimed they did, was actually done. If a car is so old and high mileage would cause such damage to engine, then why did you put this car foe sale in the first place? just an update as of Dec 10 2017 Although we did agree that Bell auto will be partially covering the cost for the rentals(approximately $400) that we used when the car was in service, and issuing of the gift card for $1000; we were not able to use the gift card however we wanted. Despite promising that we can use $1000 in the company, it turned out that it was a courtesy towards a purchase of a new vehicle, that we did not intend to purchase from the company. Therefore, it was just another attempt to keep the money in the company, but not the compensation.

The worst place to get your car from. Don't waste your time and money. My car needed to change the gearbox the very next day when I bought it. And they said they will put a new one but it was used. It needed many small things that I didn't know about as it was my first car and didn't know much about cars. I bought my car for around $6000+, and after 8 months I called them for return, trading, or reselling it to them. And they said they will buy it for $2000, which is unbelievable. I drived it for only 2000km in those 8 months and I changed things in it and added new ones, like the coolant tank as it broke, or was broken. They do everything to sell their cars not to benefit the customers.

Bought our Van there 4 years ago and over the years it became very clear (from multiple mechanics looking at our vehicle) that it was a quickly patched up vehicle that had an accident and was purchased at an auction. We have spend thousands of dollars to keep the van going, since we mistakenly thought that it would eventually stop. After 4 years, we were done with fixing the issues. Here is a quick summary of some of them, most had to do with the front end: - front bumper poorly done paint job peeled after 6 months (body shop laughed when I brought it in. They said ANYBODY could have done a better job). - front wheel housing covers were not even installed. I guess Bell Auto doesn't think the manufacturer had a reason to put these in place. - some internal parts, like steering wheel pump, hoses and cables had to be replaced soon after, since they sustained damage from the collision this van must have been in. - rear bumper backup sensors were installed in wrong order (some were broken and non-functional), system stopped working shortly after - many other jobs such as rusted out ground cables, front suspension parts, etc. All in all, we loved the vehicle but Bell Auto sold it to us in poor condition and they knew it. That, together with their insistence to charge an additional $499 fee (for which they had no explanation) and the bullish way to push the additional $1200 warranty (which was useless, btw) Bell Auto is the reason why used car dealers have the reputations they have. They are run of the mill, just as described in many songs and jokes. The fact that they have so many 5 star reviews should send red flags up, since that is highly unrealistic. No more Bell Auto for us.

My experience with Bell Auto Inc was positive. Upon entering we were not pressured and we're given an opportunity to browse the full inventory of cars before finding the car of our dreams. The Sales Consultant Lara was knowledgeable especially given the variety of brands on the lot and if there was something she did not know she was more than happy to find the answer. Lara even drove the car to my mechanic for a mechanical inspection on my behalf making the process a lot more convenient. I would recommend Bell Auto Inc and specifically Lara and Reza (Sales Manager).
