I don't even know where to begin. If there was an option to give 10 stars, they'd get that and then some! My experience with Autorama, and specifically David, was absolutely nothing short of amazing! My situation was a little more difficult than what they were used to, and David went ABOVE and beyond any dealer has ever or would ever do. Despite having to try a few different scenarios, they were able to secure financing for me and I drove home in my new vehicle in the same day. Albeit, it was a long day, just given my personal situation, David was extremely professional and an absolute gem to work with! We even had a ton of laughs and jokes throughout the day!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Autorama, and absolutely, hands down, recommend working with David. Without a doubt I will be back in the future and wholeheartedly would send friends and relatives to David. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Looking forward to working with you in the future!

1. Inquired about a carfax - was told that they would send me one right away - had to call back 4 days later to follow up - blurry pictures of car fax sent . 2. Inquired about a trade-in, stated that they couldn't give me a quote right away, but would get back to me that afternoon - did not get a call back, and followed up the next day. 3. Received a quote for my trade in $8k under what I sold my SUV for to clutch.ca - their reasoning was because they had alot of my SUV in their lot so it was "undesirable". 4. Went in to see a vehicle anyway and did not want to trade in my vehicle, and then another sales person came in saying that I should trade in m CR-V because I would save "so much" on tax. - So now they WANT my car - but apparently was "undesireable" 5. Pushy about getting $3500 warranty - stated that we CANNOT put a down payment on the vehicle, but we could pay it off after 12 months of financing - but another sales rep stated on the phone the day before that I could do that after 6 months - when asked to clarify this - couldn't give me a straight answer but just that "that is the way it works". 6. Spent 3 hours there - they guaranteed us the lowest financing rate - I have GREAT credit - but gave me 6.99%. - got a 3.96% financing rate at another used car dealership where I purchased my vehicle 1 day later. 7. While printing all the paper work another sales rep enters and says "your next appointment is here" then all of a sudden the "system is down" and can we come back tomorrow to sign paperwork - we are coming from north of Barrie! 8. Contacted them the next morning stating that I no longer want to trade in my vehicle but would like to finance the honda pilot. - they said "we spent a lot of time creating the deal with your trade-in, so if you don't trade in your CR-V then you cannot finance the honda pilot" - YES READ THAT AGAIN! - it was not just their time it was also MY TIME that they obviously didn't care about. 9. In the end the car that was "undesirable" was the ONLY thing that they wanted.

I was able to buy my first car here. I came along with a family member who is well versed with automobiles as I had very little experience. We met Alan from an appointment made prior to arriving. He showed us the car we came for - a Kia Forte - and upon inspection it was great. The test drive was smooth. Alan was very knowledgeable about cars and the conversation on the test drive was fun. We decided to go with the car and Alan explained everything in detail and did not push anything on me. my family member was pleased as well. He was also helping me on his day off as I was not able to make it the night before. Everything was quick and simple and I feel confident leaving with this new car. This place has hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Called to book a viewing off an Autotrader ad, specifically asking for a test drive - request was granted on the phone. Upon arrival, I realize that the vehicle is in the middle of the showroom, and the test drive was « only if you’re looking to buy the car today » according to salesperson Michael. Not only that, but I was informed that the car was already conditionally sold! While I was looking at the car the sales person stood idly by, being completely unhelpful. What a complete waste of time. Avoid at all costs

Never buy car from this dealership. My brother was new in the country and this dealership ( Norman is the saleman ) made false promises and sold him a car on rate of 22% interest and said will get his car refinanced next year to get him low interest and now refusing to help in any way. These people take advantage of new comers to this country and just want to make money .

The cars look shiny and good at the shop, but once you take it out and put it under a car wash, you can see the many scratches the car probably has initially. When choosing a car, you can't even test drive the car, so you won't be able to tell how it is. When first driving the car (that is only 3-4 years old), I can easily tell that this has been used to be driven for a very long time, but the kilometers show that it's not. After driving it for about 20 days, I start get maintenance lights popping up. I have a strong feeling that the record of this car has been tampered with. Also, there isn't any warranty or trial/return period as well. Make sure to ask them everything before you buy it, and make sure that you are getting exactly what they say they are giving you.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! My partner and I went in to look at one of their cars; the service was great until they sold the car. It was very hard to get ahold of the salesman when asking questions, so my partner and I hired a private investigator. We have found out that these guys are operating an illegal chop shop. It was already stated once in the comments that they put on all the nice and shiny parts when you’re looking at the vehicle, but then they strip it all up when you come and pick it up and you don’t notice it because they just give you the keys and walk away. This is why 100% they pester you into purchasing Extended Warranty so they are off the hook when you try and go back to them. Not to mention, while we were in the showroom. There was another salesman dealing with a different customer who was practically yelling at the customer because the customer was weary of purchasing the extended warranty. It was very unprofessional and we could hear the whole conversation from a different room. There’s also malpractice going on with Google reviews for this company being bought, creating fake accounts, and making their friends and family post false reviews to keep the rating high. Please beware. Save your time and go somewhere reliable.

We saw 2016 Acura RDX on CarGurus and called the dealership number found on CarGurus and one Micheal answered and booked an appointment for the next day. Micheal was very nice to us when we arrived at the dealership. We eventually agreed to buy the SUV and agreed on the modality of payment. Micheal dramatically told us that there was another person who wants to buy the same SUV, who was waiting for his financing to be approved when we told him (Micheal) that we don’t want the ‘$5000 warranty’ he wanted us to buy from him. We had been with him for more than one hour and he never told us about the so called ‘buyer’. He promised to call us back to inform us about the outcome of the ‘buyer’s’ financing request. He never called us back but had to call him to hear what he was going to say. He said he was going to call me back in ‘a few minutes’ which he never did. I called him again severally after about twenty minutes when I did not hear from him but, did not answer the calls. I have to call another number in Autorama and viola, he answered not knowing it was me. He promised to call me back the next day but never did. The SUV is still not sold up till now. Buying of vehicles warranty is not compulsory and do not allow any dealership to force you to buy one. I will never again go to AUTORAMA for anything.

My brother wanted to buy a Toyota RAV4 2018 for $24,000. We asked a Sales Rep named Michael at Auto Rama that we would like to purchase it by cash. Michael advised us that “we only do financing here, no cash”. I was very surprised by this advice by Michael that “there is no cash purchase here”. I verified with Michael by asking again “is this the policy at Auto Rama? We have fund in our bank account, why would we want to finance the car?” He then replied: “well, you can buy with cash and you will agree to buy extended warranty for $3,000, then I would sale it to you”. Then I said “isn’t extended warranty is optional”? He said no, if you don’t buy extended warranty then you have to finance it. We walked away as we did not want to waste our valuable time here. We can clearly see that this Sales Rep named Michael is trying to sell more for his commissions but is not following his ethics practice. He has given false advice to the customers, to turn them away despite Auto Rama’s business’s interest. The manager of Auto Rama should look into this if he/she does not want Auto Rama’s business and its image be affected by this sole individual named Michael.

I had to spend 400 dollars now only because the engine oil was not even at the right level. Bought this car in April which is just a month. Differential oil was also not good. I thought all these things will be checked and good for at least 6-8 months after I buy from a dealer. If I did not go today the engine would been damaged as the oil was so low. Did not expect this. Also the tires on the car are winter tires-not all weather. So thats another 600 dollars. Sorry to say but it feels like cheated...not professional. Have the vehicle inspected by someone external to the shop as they dont even allow test drive.

We had a great experience this week purchasing a new-to-us Honda Odyssey at Autorama. Michael gave us lots of space to look over & try out the different features of the couple of vans we were considering. He answered all of the questions we had (or was upfront if he didn't know the answer) and didn't make us feel pushed into a decision. Be prepared to give a $200 damage deposit if you're going to take any vehicles on a test drive (you'll get it back or can put it toward licensing if you decide to buy). All of the cars are indoors, which was helpful on a cold evening when it was getting dark! So far we're quite happy with our purchase.

Not sure if the negative reviews here are fake but I personally had a very positive experience here. About 6 months ago I went to Autorama to buy my first car. I was introduced to David who was not only amazing at financing me but he was also great with knowing what car suits for the buyer. I ended up buying a Nissan Sentra and so far I really love my car and its options. In addition Last week I had a mechanical problem with my car but got it all fixed with my warranty coverage which was recommended at the time I bought the car,so glad i did lol I highly suggest you go to this place and make sure you get speak to the front receptionist and ask for David Majedi if you want a satisfying experience when buying your first or next car.

The cars look shiny and good at the shop, but once you take it out and put it under a car wash, you can see the many scratches the car probably has initially. When choosing a car, you can't even test drive the car, so you won't be able to tell how it is. When first driving the car (that is only 3-4 years old), I can easily tell that this has been used to be driven for a very long time, but the kilometers show that it's not. After driving it for about 20 days, I start get maintenance lights popping up. I have a strong feeling that the record of this car has been tampered with. Also, there isn't any warranty or trial/return period as well. Make sure to ask them everything before you buy it, and make sure that you are getting exactly what they say they are giving you.

So I recently checked autorama inventory on their website. At first I thought their website got hacked because of how high most of the used cars where priced at. However, the calculator of bi-weekly payment seemed like I will be able to afford it. I decided to call them and try to apply for a finance… they gave me the highest rate I’ve even had, nothing how it looks like on the website or AutoTrader. And nobody was actually trying to help me, neither to low the price a little bit (the vehicle was on the market for 6 months). So, I was told to come back when I am ready to by a vehicle. Me and my family had a horrible experience at this place. Came into this dealership looking for a car and once we chose a car everything was good until our sales man Harry Randhawa found out we did not want to finance the car and wanted no warranty. He started lying and saying that someone else put a deposit on this car and if we wanted the car we would have to match the "other buyer's" price and get the warranty. I'm glad this deal did not work out as I was able to find a much nicer car with a better deal somewhere else.

Alex helped me a lot and treat m like his family No haggle on price but fair value and a willingness to take care of a few items I wished to resolve before I took delivery. Although he wasn’t clear about the car condition as he said it had only one accident with different claim repair dates but i found out that was two different accidents when i checked with other dealer !! Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. Do not go here unless you want to be ripped off with hidden fees and extra charges. Customer service is horrible and when we try to discuss it with the manager he was not willing to understand, rather started arguing with us and told us $900 is not a lot. We were offered a price through email and once we got there they told us a higher price only if we purchased their warranty. DO NOT GO HERE!!Shawn was horrible with customer service , just tried to sell us warranty rather than helping with the car. Waste of my time.

Al Shaer at Autorama is a true life saver. On Wednesday April 21, I had to deal with the shocking news that my 2008 Toyota Matrix was not going to make it. What I initially thought was going to be a costly yet doable oil pump replacement job turned into a blown engine. That was definitely the end of the road for my trusty Matrix. I was in a tight spot financially and not ready to hand out ~10k~ for another used car, let alone start the whole process during covid times. I applied for a car loan online which seemed like a long shot for me but I was truly desperate. I needed a car for work and losing my car so suddenly would add an extra 3 hours to my daily commute, and increased exposure to covid on public transit. I felt completely out of options. Not an hour passed before Al was on the phone with me. I don't have the best credit score, so I was worried I was not going to qualify for anything affordable. Al put my mind at ease and informed me he would have no trouble getting me approved. He went above and beyond to find something within my budget, at a reasonable interest rate, and that will help rebuild my credit score over the next couple of years. I was so surprised, I couldn’t believe it. I didn't even have a chance to think about what kind of car I would want. Al told me I was his first customer at Autorama, though he's been in the business since 1996, and he not only found the lowest possible interest rate for me but also helped me pick a beautiful 2017 Honda Civic EX. The kind of reliable, economical, and smooth ride I was looking for. I would have never guessed that after losing my trusty work horse earlier that day that I would be owning a new car in less than 12 hours. Al made the whole process painless and hassle free and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new car. He is the best!

Dishonest and rude sales representative. I went in, checked out a car make sure everything was ok and still have good tire tread. I asked to test drive, was told I can not test drive it because it's raining outside and the car is already washed and store indoor unless I buy the car. Sure I told him I'm going to buy the car, took it for a test drive and instantly told the sales the rear bearing hub is gone because it's making noise. I will only buy the car in the condition that the bearing hub is fix. He said no problem we will fix everything up and clean it up when I pick up the van. After picking up the van the noise got louder within the week, gone back to the sales and he said to me it's not his problem and told me to deal with his manager directly, his manager was helpful and told me to bring the car back, drop it off and had it fixed. (It take me 45 minutes to get to the dealer every time, could of save me hours if they fixed it at first). Few hundred km later, my rear start making a different sound, this time it's the tires, the tires are bald. It seems to me someone have exchanged the tires from the car at some point after my purchase. Will not recommend.

I Deonarine Budhoo looked for a vehicle to buy and came across a black 2015 Toyota Venza that is selling at "Autorama". I went to Autorama the on October 17, 2020 and the Toyota Venza price was different and the kilometer is different so on our way out I saw a black 2016 Toyota Sienna and the salesman told me "this vehicle had two accidents" and I was leaving, then he changes the deal for $18,000 with tax included and said "this vehicle comes with 2 years warranty. The sales price was $19,000 with tax included. Also, the negotiation is done in one office and the paper work was done in another office. Then, the salesman brings the paper to me to initial and sign. I started to sign as I trusted the salesman to keep his word as verbal agreement. I also was trading in my 2009 Honda Odyssey Touring and the Salesman said "I will give you $3,400", but the paper work show $3000 and the salesmen tap my card for $100 for transfer fee, I don't know what a transfer fee is about. On October 23, 2020, I went to picking up the 2016 Toyota Sienna. I've noticed the numbers are different from what we talk about on the paper work and decide to cancel the deal and the Salesman said "it will be $1000 dollars to cancel" and I agree to this, then the salesman changed his mind and said "I can't cancel it because your 2009 Honda Odyssey Touring was sold and I don't know the who's the buyer". Also, Armin said "talking and writing are two different things". I was upset and leave with Toyota Sienna and went home. then I was taking a close look at the vehicle and notice the tires were thin with cracks on the sidewall. I've decided to check the brake pads, when I discover the wheels had wheel locks with no wheel key provided. I take the vehicle back to the dealership and ask Armin for the wheel key and he said "I have none" and told me to "make an appointment" which I did to remove the locks and change the tires. the vehicle was left over night. He removed the tires and change the wheel locks to regular lug nuts. Now I'm stuck with the Uber fee of $97 and asked if they reimburse on the Uber fee and he said "we don't pay for taxi bill". This is Hamid Reza Ghadimi, also known as Armin from Autorama. Armin said he will give you a good deal, but this time I was making a deal with a devil.

Absolutely Fantastic! As a component home mechanic, I normally like to buy cars privately and do my own work on them. This time, i needed a safe family car in a hurry. I went to several (main dealers) and was very disappointed as the second hand cars were dirty and needed some work etc. Not such at Autorama, the car i went to see and all cars were absolutely spotless, and each one lovingly polished to the bone. The salesperson, Fraser Lo is an absolute credit to them. The car is the newest car we've ever bought and as such is a big deal to us and I was delighted at the service here, as Autorama realize that. I bought the car then and there, it was to be a present for my wife. The staff at Autorama were amazing, particularly Fraser, they went absolutely above and beyond to ensure the experience was magical. A gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. When i arrived with my wife (under pretense) they had the car in a special area out back, with a huge bow on it and a big cheer, it was absolutely amazing. I really cannot recommend highly enough. Months later the car is as perfect as the day it left the showroom. Fraser and the team there really changed my thoughts on car dealerships - not all are created equal! I was really so impressed and would absolutely look to buy my next car here again. Could have saved myself alot of time and gone here first, prices are spot on. Absolutely pain free and fantastic experience!

i had 2 bad experiences with Autorama with 2 different people. I called to ask if i could see and test drive a car. Alan booked me an appt to come at 330pm. When I arrived he said to wait so he could check on the car cuz the windshield was being replaced and that it will be ready soon and asked me to wait in the showroom and will call me. I waited for 45mins. No car. Infact he even forgot about me cuz the look on his face when he saw me after I paged him. i still wanted to see the car so I called a few days later asking to test drive the car. This time I was speaking with Sam who assured me the car was ready so we made arrangements to view the car the following day at 11am. I took the day off and called him on the phone that morning confirming I was on my way. Halfway there he calls me back to say the car is not ready until 5pm!!! So again he wasted my time and not to mention gas because they don’t care to check if the car is even available. They obviously have no consideration for people’s time. They have the worst customer service!!

Buyers watch out. I suspect malpractice at Autorama. When a used car arrives at Autorama, all worn-out parts are replaced by shinny parts. Some accessories are added to make the car look well kept. Then the car is placed in the showroom. After the car is sold. All the shinny parts are replaced with the original worn-out parts and sprayed heavily to hide the wearing. Accessories are removed and the car is delivered to the customer. The delivery guy does not stay even for a minute for customer to figure out the difference. They even walk away with the spare key in their pocket.

This is an honest review (don't fall for the fake 5-star reviews from reviewers who only have 1 review under their name). I saw an ad for a vehicle on AutoTrader, which Autorama was selling. I called Autorama to schedule a time to check it out. They were quick to respond and give me a time to check it out. The dealership was quite large - lots of used cars parked tightly together inside the building. All of the cars looked shiny and were freshly detailed (including the engine bays of most of these vehicles). After checking out the car I was interested in, I was put in touch with Alex Mahroo to discuss numbers. *HEADS UP*: they don't budge on their price *at all*. I walked away having offered a price slightly below what they were asking and never got a call back - so expect to pay asking price for your vehicles. A few days later, I agreed to purchase the vehicle at asking price. However, here's where things got iffy. If you ask to finance the vehicle, they will really try to upsell you on their Gap Insurance and/or Warranty policies. To give you an idea, their Gap Insurance is an additional $2500 on top of the price of the vehicle. That means, if you are financing a $20k vehicle, expect to pay $22.5k plus tax. If you decline the insurance, they will not sell you the car. They'll tell you that the financing bank requires you to have Gap Insurance (which is completely false). I am 99.99% sure that the dealership and the salemen get a kick back/commission from selling these policies, and as a result, they basically force it on you by saying that it is 'mandatory' to purchase with the vehicle. They'll sneak it into your monthly finance payment so that it doesn't appear as much. It wasn't until I read the paperwork, which was when I realized that the Gap Insurance costs $2500 (even though the monthly payment was just a few bucks). To summarize: 1. Expect to pay asking price and no less (even if larger Honda/Toyota dealerships ask $1k-2k more for the same vehicle, you can at least negotiate their prices down, whereas at Autorama, you can't; 2. You will have to pay an additional $2500 on top of the vehicle price for Gap Insurance/Warranty; 3. Review all prices/fees/Gap Insurance numbers before putting down any deposit; 4. They will not waive their licensing fees (some dealerships will, including bigger Honda/Toyota dealerships). Do your homework before putting any money into a deposit here.

Unethical business practices, rude staff. I would not recommend this place if your looking to buy a car. Called several times to confirm the car is available, when I agreed to pay the advertised price as they would not budge on the price, they turned around and tried to sell me warranty that I did not want. They told me they cant sell me the car if I dint buy the warranty from them. What nonsense, then all of a sudden they said they have another offer. What a bunch of Crooks, Alex the business manager does not know how to deal with people and is rude and very arrogant. This was an utterly disgusting experience at Auto Rama and thier arm twisting tactics unethical! Buyers be aware and informed.

I had a mixed experience dealing with the sales people at Autorama, which ended up with me backing out of the sale, so I wanted to share my experience. I was helped by their salesman Harry, and he was helpful in showing me the car and discussing details of the financing. I paid a deposit, but since it was on Friday I had my pickup on Monday. After spending the weekend to research and sort out my personal I finances I made an appointment on Monday morning to make some changes to my financing plan. As soon as I mentioned I am not interested in taking their 3rd-party extended warranty on the vehicle they simply refused to sell me the vehicle and opted to refund the deposit. I was even willing to consider the revised interest rate, but I found it very strange that they would refuse to sell me the vehicle based on paying for 3rd-party extended warranty which is something that is NOT mandatory and not advertised as a requirement for sales. They kept saying it was "company policy" without bothering to explain what the policy is when I asked why. I had better expectations from Autorama since I have seen good reviews and recommendations but my experience was not great and showed some questionable practice. So I would caution buyers about their extended warranty offerings, as it is not a "requirement" to buy warranty on used vehicle by-law.

Purchased a car and my experience leading up to the sale was fine. After i purchased however not so great..something needed to be fixed so i took it back. They kept my car for a day and i took Uber. Next day i got to pick up the car...same issue. The service guy basically told me it passed safety so it’s not his problem, so i have to fix it myself.....$400 later.
