Bought a BMW X3 there in November 2016. Came with a 30 day warranty. Upon pickup we immediately noticed that the car was a little sluggish at turning over. Took it back within 2 weeks and had them look at it. I mentioned that I thought the starter was a little slow. They checked it out and determined that it needed a battery. They claim they put a new battery in. Took it home and never really saw an improvement on turnover of the engine. The car always started it just seemed to require one extra crank each time. Yesterday the car did not turn over at all. Took it to a repair shop and they replaced the starter. All is fine. My point is that the starter was going on this car when i bought it and I identified the issue to them. Sure its been 6 months but the point is that I knew the starter was going and I am not a car expert. Advise you have an independent mechanic look at your vehicle before you take one off this lot.

Bought my Mercedes-Benz from this dealer on a high recommendation. I got my car at a STEAL $24k 2011, mint condition C300 fully loaded and with extremely low km's only 21k??!! It is like a new baby. Mike was helpful and patient while I researched and made way too many phone calls to him asking questions.. I was very weary after being ripped off in the past. I looked high and low straight across Canada and no other dealer could come close to the price/km's & condition of this car. What got me is he said "I only buy cars that I would be proud to drive" as he pointed out all the bells and whistles on my car. He is passionate about good quality cars and won't put anything less in his showroom. Prices and quality can't be beat in the city, province or country! I thoroughly love my car she's a head turner... not to mention Mike will take care of your vehicle with Benz/high end certified mechanics, and anytime I call (even now) he's happy to help. We purchased a used vehicle from Auto Rover, Once getting it home we noticed an issue with the vehicle leaking fluid on our driveway, We called over to Auto Rover and spoke with Matt and Mike, It took some time to source the part and get it all figured out, but in the end Auto Rover did really take care of us when we had an issue with the vehicle purchase from them, not may dealerships would go over and above to fix this costly repair but Auto Rover backed their used car 1,000km warranty and got it fixed for us, I’d recommend Auto Rover. Was looking for an upgrade for my girlfriend in order to replace her jalopy. After looking at a lot of different options, we found a great car that fits all our needs at Auto Rover. Spoke with Mike and came in to check it out a few days later. Upon entering we were warmly greeted, given some info and then essentially given free reign to look around without any pressure. Mike was quick to answer any questions we had and found any answers he didn't know immediately. The car selection was great (no duds that we could see), and we ultimately ended up buying the car we came for that visit. Fantastic price for a car in great shape with very low km's. The next equivalent we were looking at elsewhere was significantly more expensive. Mike walked us through the entire process, set everything up, and got the car safetied for us. Not to mention the winter tires on OEM rims that he threw in for a great price. When it came time to pick up the car, Matt was there to help finalize the deal, grab the wheels (he even threw them in the car for me), and answer any last questions before heading off. We had some minor issues within the first month of owning the car and Mike and Matt were both quick to help. We were worried we would have to pay more but it was included with their own free warranty covering 36 days/1000km from purchase. All in all, it was a great experience and am super happy with everything! Not to mention my girlfriend absolutely LOVES her new (to her) car.

I have been looking for a descent and honest used car dealership for months and to say the truth, I was feeling pretty apprehensive even when I finally came across Auto Rover. I saw they had a beautiful VW for sale with low mileage and I contacted them to see if I can come see it and test drive it. I met Matt and Sam and they were both very straight forward about the car, explained its history and were very welcoming of me. Matt was amazing, he did everything he said he was going to do, he pretty much gave me a used car with a brand new everything, new tires, new breaks, new suspension, the car is in great condition and he stressed that as a family business, they take pride in their reputation and their work. I took the car to my own mechanic after I purchased it to have him check it out and my mechanic was impressed and said the car is in great shape and even asked where I bought it from. I'm so grateful for Matt, even after I got the car and one light bulb went out, he happily changed it for me and ensured I left a satisfied customer, and a happy car owner. I love my car and want to add that at Auto Rover, they don't just resell any car, they pick their cars, they care about what they sell. My car is a 2011 but feels and drives like a new car. Fully loaded, well taken care of and Auto Rover ensured it left their lot in great condition with safety done and all minor details attended to. The entire interaction was smooth, easy and I felt well taken care of. I highly recommend Auto Rover and thank you Matt and Sam! Will be back when my service is due :)

I bought a 2013 VW Passat TDI with only 69,000 km on it three months ago and got a really good price. Matt and Mike were both easy and nice to deal with. However, it took nearly two weeks to get the car after making a deposit because they lost the ownership paperwork for the car. When I finally got the keys, I noticed they did not bother to clean the car and only gave me a quarter tank of diesel. Within an hour of driving the car off the lot, the tire pressure light came on and now remains on all the time despite the fact that I make sure all four tires have the same pressure. One month later, the check engine light came on. The NOx sensor had to be replaced. This was covered by the VW extended emissions warranty. Now three months later, the air conditioning condenser has a leak. It cost me $140 to have it diagnosed and will be a further $800 to get fixed. This has not turned out to be a great deal after all. It's a nice car and drives great, but I am not pleased with my overall experience with Auto Rover.

I purchased a used Mercedes C250 from Mike last November and have waited until now to write a review. I found everyone at Auto Rover to be polite and professional. I had confidence that Mike, having spoken with him and having visited a number of times to look over the inventory, was an honest guy who took the oversight he spoke of with his vehicles very seriously. Up to this point the car has been great, I might have waited to get a little more umph than the 250 but the car is clean and drives very well. I expect that there may be maintenance necessary in the future as there is with all vehicles new and used, but I have confidence that if I turn to Auto Rover to handle it, it will be done with honesty and professionalism. I actually would have given five stars but I have a little aversion to that so 4 it is. Thanks Mike!

Quite happy with our car. Picked up a 2015 VW Golf TSI Highline with only 38,911 kms on it for $14,995 + taxes and fees. Very low mileage for the year and price was below market average. Interior of the car was perfect and overall the car is excellent with a couple light scratches here and there which is expected for a 6 year old car and the price was reflective of this. Very low pressure. Very clean and confidence inspiring facility, not your average shady corner scrap yard lot in Toronto. Mike Karami was great to deal with and was very transparent with answers to questions and in our dealings start to finish. We are extremely happy with our car purchase and I think I will definitely check back here again in the future when we are in the market for an upgrade.

I was concerned that after 1 week of driving my car, the check engine light came on. I contacted Mike who asked me to bring the car in for service. A part needed to be replaced and was done promptly and at no charge. Prior to my purchase I shopped around and compared costs and features of this car model. I could not find a better deal than the one that I got from Auto Rover. Their price, selection and quality of fine cars are worth the visit. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!! They sell absolute garbage and when things go wrong, refuse to honor even their 36 day warranty. Bought a BMW from them and these scammers wanted to put cheap, used all seasons on it to pass safety - regular all seasons, NOT run flats, which this car requires, as it doesn't have a spare or a tool kit. I found a few things wrong with the car and they promised to have them fixed on delivery. They lied. And these were safety items, so they had a fake safety done up, even though I paid $500 for it. Upon delivery, I had to point out these issues to them and wasn't able to pick up the car. Waste of three hours. Second delivery - headlights still not functioning properly. Had to return a week later to have their mechanic fix them. Two weeks after I picked up the car, it shut down on the 401. Could have been killed in this situation. This would have been prevented by having a REAL safety done. Had to have the car towed back to their scummy dealership at my own expense. They refused to honor their warranty (citing km) and made me pay for the parts, while making a big deal out of covering the cost of labor. Two months later - yesterday - car broke down just after getting off the freeway and is now fully disabled. It just happened, still have to get it diagnosed. OMVIC Is now involved, as will be lawyers and courts.

these guys are very dishonest and seemed very rude and disrespectful. I was interested in purchasing a car they were too busy to answer my questions, didn't give me a test drive either. when I gave a small deposit to hold the car so nobody else buys it before me unfortunately some family issues arised I had to change my mind Mike would not return my $500 deposit I found that so wrong on all aspects. please people beware of these guys and careful when you give a deposit too. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from them based on this terrible experience and their unprofessional attitude. also if they send you for financing be careful of the hidden fees that Mike will not disclose

I purchased a pre - owned Mercedes ML350 from Auto Rover. It was an older car, but with very decent mileage. I dealt with both Mike and Matt who were both very professional and personable. They also had a very good mechanical knowledge of vehicles. Bought a car in January from Mike. Friendly guy, clean dealership, but there was no room for negotiation while buying the car; even though the car had cosmetic damage. Safety was done by them for extra charge, car needed some things in order to comply, which Mike took care of. Cheapest rotors and pads were installed in order to pass "spec", that are squeeking after 3-4 months. If you want to finance they will send you through a "broker" called Auto Quest Group. Well those guys are some big scammers. First of all, approved me for 150% of the price of the car, including an outrageous $999 admin fee, useless lubrico warranty, gap coverage, not the lowest interest available from the bank and some other useless services that I have not requested. 2 useless hard hits on my credit report right there. In the end, after signing the papers, got the car (winter time, end of January) with the tank on reserve. Yes, you read that right. The dealership didn't even bothered to fill up half tank. Months after, in June when heat came, turning on the AC was doing nothing. Found out that I had a condenser leak (same as the review below, on my 2014 Passat TDI). Messaged the dealership, but they did not even bother to answer back. My bad that I did not tested the AC in the winter. I consider that these small things would make a customer happy and that's why I rate him 3/5 stars. Would I recommend AutoRover? I would definitely recommend to do your due diligence and expect nothing than "just business" before you deal with them.

I just purchased my 2015 Audi S5 this week and I love it! I looked around for 3 months all over the GTA for this car and could not find one within my budget. I wouldn't buy a rug from this band of sleazy iranian scum, never mind a car. Drove to this dirty "dealership" to buy a benz, which was described as "in perfect" condition, no accidents, and that it came with a one year warranty. These claims were all lies. Half of this car had been repainted, things were really worn out, it was making weird noises during the test drive, and it DIDN'T come with warranty, they wanted me to pay extra for it. Oh, they wouldn't even let me test drive it on the highway and gave me some lie about insurance. When I pointed out all the problems with the car to them, they said that they would only fix the things it needed for certification - nice way to get out of selling a sound vehicle. If you get them to certify a vehicle, it will be fake - I saw a client of theirs picking up his new piece of junk and no real mechanic would ever certify the tires and brakes that car had on it. I looked at another vehicle there and it was the same situation. How do you know someone from Auto Rover Scum. is lying to you and trying to scam you? Their mouth is moving. Stay away, stay away, stay away from this family run scam.

I have never bothered to review a company before, but my experience at auto rover was so abhorrent i feel compelled to so that others know what kind of company they are dealing with. Yesterday my husband came in to look at a car posted on the site. There was a special “deal” for black friday where if you bought the car at the full asking price you received a complimentary set of snow tries. The deal was valid until nov 23rd as per the advert and their website. He discussed the “deal” with Mike and he said he would be back tomorrow as he wanted to bring me by to see it (the car was for me). Today we returned and dealt with a very rude gentlemen named Sam. We told him we were prepared to buy the car at the full price with the black friday deal of the new set of Snow tries. Sam then informed us that the price went up by $600 overnight. When asked why, he stumbled trying to explain himself and said that they need to cover the cost of the winter tires. When i asked the value of tires he said they were $500..how is it a black friday deal to increase the cost of the car by $600 to receive “free” tries at a VALUE of $500 dollars? Sam did not want to listen to reason or even respectfully answer our questions and became increasingly irrate (as if we were the ones who had done something wrong). We insisted he called his cousin Mike who had been there the day before to honour the price discussed and that was advertised on auto trader and their website. Mike confirmed the conversation, but Sam insisted that that was the price yesterday and today this is the new price. He then balmed us that we should have bought the car yesterday (even though the price was advertised until nov 23 black friday). I understand we took a risk by not buying it the same day that someone else might, but not that the price would be jacked up for no rhyme or reaaon-especially when deal was advertised until nov 23rd. Felt compleltely scammed and like this so called “family owned” business has no values or integrity. If they lack this much in price integrity it makes you wonder about how honest (or rather, dishonest) they are about everything else.

I purchased a bmw 2010 328i from this dealer recently. I am very happy with my purchase. Car looks great, drives nice. They fixed wheel bearing for me for free after I drove my new car back home and noticed this problem. Matt was very nice and helpful. They price their cars very well. Good value.

I purchased a 2010 BMW X3 in February 2018. At the time there was a noise issue with the ventilation system blower motor, so Matt said he would check it and clean it as part of the pre-sale prep. When I came for the car, he had gone beyond my expectations and replaced the blower motor entirely, with a new one. A couple of weeks after taking delivery, I noticed a small oil leak and called to see if the 30 day warranty he had talked about would cover it. I brought the car in for inspection, he found a leak and replaced a gasket, no charge. At this point I was very satisfied. But the best part was this - 3 months later, the new blower motor started acting up. I called Matt to see if it was under warranty, since it was new. He said they would replace it if it was defective, as opposed to having sucked in a bunch of leaves or something similar. Again I brought the car in, and he found there was a fault with the blower motor, and replaced it, no questions asked. Excellent service, and we're very satisfied!

Hi Everyone, Just wanted to share my experience dealing with Auto Rover. I dealt with Mike on a 2009 Jaguar XJ. I picked up the car when Mike said it would be ready. It was all ready to go. Washed inside out down to Armorall on the tires. After driving the car home I noticed it needed some parts that where questionable. After sourcing the parts at a cost of $650. I called Mike and without hesitation Mike reimbursed me with no questions. Just closed the deal on my 2014 GLK Bluetec purchased from Auto Rovers Inc. and I have to tell you I am ecstatic! First off they treated me like a VIP client the moment I walked through the door. I had my eye’s focused on buying the Mercedes Benz GLK which I saw advertised on their website. Mike (one of the owners of the establishment) gave me a detailed “walk around” and step by step breakdown of the SUV. The automobile to the eye was in immaculate shape, it truly was, BUT STILL, Mike was quick to point out any defects the SUV had which amounted to a small chip on the front of the hood and the fact that the rim caps were a little scuffed up. Never before have I dealt with an sales agent, and in this case the actual OWNER of the establishment, who went out of his way to pointed out the bad aspects (no matter how minimal and almost invisible to the most discerning of car buyers) of the vehicle along with the good! All the information as it related to the purchase was presented to me fairly and professionally – and I would like to point out that Mike went above and beyond to fix whatever small imperfection there might have been just to make both my wife and I happy. I told Mike that all my future purchases of pre-owned cars would be from his establishment and that I wouldn’t even bother going to anyone else. In today’s world it’s rare that you find such honesty and integrity in the pre-owned auto sales market but at Auto Rovers Inc. I am happy to say that both characteristic are alive and well!
