These guys are a cheat. They ask you to pay a 500$ deposit to test drive a vehicle. if you dont like the vehicle you can test drive some other vehicle. End point is you have to buy a vehicle from them. Getting the 500$ back is possible only when an auto loan is rejected for you. Huge Scammers. Stay away.

The dealership is a sham. Wouldn't recommend, to anyone purchase a vehicle, from them. There thirty day warranty, its pathetic. Bought a vehicle from them, returned three times. Still wouldn't complete service as necessarily needed. On top of that, spent additional two thousand dollars, trying to make the vehicle reliable. Disappointed and frustrated, to say the the least. Bought a SUV here. Nothing but problems as soon as I drove off the lot. Had to go back 3x and nothing was done. The 5th day after purchase I called again because now the engine light came on. And was told it was no longer cover because I drove it. I was responsible for all repairs after that. The said 18mons warranty were included but got a call from the company saying I have to pay for the warranty. Worse place ever to buy anything. I wouldn't take a vehicle from these people if they were giving it away. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Extremely rude & management demands $500 email transfer before they will process a finance application on a vehicle. Don't waste your time. One of the employees sent me a picture of him & another customers conversation to show me someone who filled out an application for FREE OF CHARGE last week no deposit and then backed out of the deal. If another customer got an application sent in with no deposit just last week why can't I as well? Bunch of scam artists if you ask me.

I would recommend going somewhere else. Horrible experience here. Bought a 2011 Dodge Ram here and within two weeks the water pump had went ($600 repair). I was also told by my trusted mechanic that both exhaust manifolds needed replacement and I should bring it to the dealer for repair since I just got it. When I called Auto Cross I was told that the water pump was not covered and I should have brought it to them to fix (Would have been a costly tow as I live in Niagara Falls). I ended up paying my mechanic $1200 to do the manifolds because their "mechanics" are clearly incompetent and I wanted it done properly. I'm in the process of contacting the MTO regarding the saftey that was done on the vehicle as the manifolds should have made it not pass. The carfax report they had showed us said the vehicle had "no accidents" only when we went to sign the finance papers did we learn that the truck had been in two accidents. The ad they had posted had the vehicles odometer at 176km turned out the vehicle was actually 186km. Overall a horrible experience. I would save yourself the stress, time and money and go somewhere else. I like you read the bad reviews and thought this wouldn't happen to me but here we are. I feel like I have been scammed.

Don't buy from this dealer . I had a bad experience for buying a mazda 3 from autocross inc . When I bought my mazda from them in 5000$ , they told me we will buy your mazda anytime when you want to sell it between 4000-4500$. But after 6 months when I wanted sell it , they sold my mazda only 2000$. It was my worst deal in my whole life. Be sure I made a complain from them if there is a company for this purpose. Maybe you think why I buy a car from them ? I bought a car from them because I was a new commer and I didn't know anything about Canada .

This people are more akin to a con artist that an actual salesmen. They will only "allow" you to test drive a vehicle it you buy it. Evasive on questions about vehicle conditions. As soon as I asked about a drive test and wasn't allowed to take one I became suspicious and walked out on the deal.

Chose a car and applied for financing, they called said that I got the approval for financing, the next day they called and asked for a co-signer, i provided the co-signer and then they called and asked about another car with the same price and said that they can't give us the car that we wanted and instead we should take the other vehicle for some unknown reason. They financial department person was very rude and without respect and incompetent. Scammers who were trying to get us to pay. Bad experience !

I have always bought new cars in my life; however this time I decided to buy a used car for my wife who drives locally within 15KM from our home. I was a bit skeptical about purchasing any used cars; however when we selected the car, the sales manager let us take the car to my mechanic to check it prior to purchasing. Everything went well and it has been more than 2 years that she is driving it without any mechanical issues. Overall they were polite and friendly. It was also a fair deal with a competitive price.

Did not fully enclose all of the problems with the car during negotiations. Did not lower the price based on the faults that were found after the fact. I've had the car for a month and have only gone 2 days of having no engine light or warning light on. They finally fixed the catalytic converter, but it with an after market part and wired it wrong to the point I had to fork out 600 dollars of additional fees of my own money to go to another mechanic to re wire their awful job. Did not fix anything else. Cannot afford to fix rest of problems at this point due to their shadiness of the original deal.

Stay away or use extreme caution. Also I cant locate several of the 5* reviewers below in Canada. They are in Turkey! Bought Subaru here- advertised as used, & priced undermarket. When we arrived the car did not have the features advertised in Car Guru . The check engine lights came on the next day. Returned it and they said they 'fixed' it. After driving back up North Check Engine Lights came on again.. This happened twice as well as the exhaust pipe falling off and vehicle lost power on the 400. Took in again and they said they fixed the pipe and engine light, power etc. Within days the check engine light came on and the pipe started to make noise. I took to local mechanic who stated the exhaust was shot and recommended replacement- $2,000 plus. These issues occurred all within the 30 days safety warranty. We called 'Mel'- no response- we emailed 'Mel' no response. If you had similar problems I would suggest you contact the Advertising Company (Car Guru ) and also OMVIC especially if the vehicle was safetied yet faulty. I have included the reviews in my correspondence to them and then on to Small Claims when the courts open for reimbursement of repairs. Wendy

They labeled a normal 2008 civic as 2008 Honda Civic Si. Marked up the price and trying to cheat and hoping someone would buy it. A 2008 Honda Civic Si has a logo "Si" on the car and its a 6 speed manual. The car they are trying to sell is a normal and probably faulty car and its 5 speed manual. If they are willing to lie about their cars, then they are just scammers and liars. Read all the other negative reviews. DONT GET SCAMMED AND CHEATED

Terrible service. Sales person blamed me that I checked rusty spots, brakes and other things in the car. His opinion is every car has rust unless it is brand new and buyers should not look for any rust when they buy used vehicles. Also he wants every car buyer with a budget of 4 grands not to inspect the car, other than just go and buying it. I pointed out that according to the cars trip computer, the fuel consumption is way higher than it should have been, and the sales person says it is incorrect and they go by the book not by the vehicle's trip computer. The dumbest thing I have ever heard.

What a nightmare these people gave me. I bought a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder from Auto Cross and never enjoyed the vehicle even for a week! Warning lights and danger lights kept coming up on the dashboard one after the other!! They will lie to your face, never fulfil any repairs promises and will sell you scrap cars if you are not careful. I had a near miss with this jumpy scrap that was sold to me without test driving. Customer service was so appalling. Ferno was the sales rep that sold this death trap of a vehicle to us. Our mechanic said we should return the vehicle and wondered how it passed the so called safety test in the first place???!!. This vehicle struggled to move to higher speed and would go into stalling mood on the road within 45minutes of driving. We took the vehicle back to auto cross inc twice in less than two weeks but nothing was fixed. No owner's manual. I suddenly became so afraid to drive. I returned the vehicle and asked for refund. They wanted to give me another vehicle and I refused. I don't trust any of their vehicles to be safe. I documented everything right from the beginning and reported them to OMVIC. I followed OMVIC's instruction step by step and I was able to get my money back. Thanks to OMVIC. I hope OMVIC will take a second look into Auto Cross Inc business and close them down before they fill the road with vehicles that are not road worthy. This will safe potential unsuspecting customers from falling victims into Auto Cross unsafe hands. They are perfect at lieing and the sales reps are so rude with unchallant attitude. For your peace of mind, stay away from Auto Cross...in fact, run...run....run....

I'm inclined to agree with many of the negative comments below, and now am also suspect of the over the top glowing reviews! I have not been to the dealership personally, however, their correspondence so far has been abysmal. They answered my very first question (what size engine please) within the same day,however, they have not responded to me since. I asked if they take trades, and can I get the VIN number of the vehicle I was interested in to run a Carproof report. I've emailed three times and they have not responded, which now leads me to believe they have something to hide. Therefore, they are not honest and forthright, which means, not trustworthy.

I do not believe these reviews are honest. I only give “1” star because there is no option for 0 stars. I feel that the 5 star ratings are fake, and most customers would agree with me on 0 stars. These guys are crooks and scum, all the “1” star reviews acusing this dealership of lying and being shady are absolutely 100% true. I wish I would have read these reviews before buying here. I live 4 hours away and already gave a $500 deposit prior to the safety. The vehicle was safetied on the day of purchase but yet there was a broken door handle and the door locks didn’t work. Stupidly I negotiated a price and still bought it. The test drive is only about a half kilometre on their street at 50km/h therefore I didn’t get a true feel of the vehicle until the 4 hour drive home. On the way home it started to smoke out the exhaust, and began to run rough and vibrate. The engine light, eps bas, traction control, and seat belt light all came on.The steering and handling was awful and I began to worry that I wouldn’t make it home. It then stalled at a set of lights and restarted. As it got dark I realized none of the interior lights work. The following day I took the vehicle to my local garage, they replaced the steering rack, outer tie rods, lower ball joints, shocks, and intake. The mechanic also noticed the engine crossmember was bent, the vehicle had been in an accident but I was not informed about it by Autocross. Following the repairs and an alignment the vehicle runs, drives and handles well- however I’ve spent a ridiculous amount of money and the engine light, eps, traction control and seatbelt light are still on, and the door locks and interior lights still don’t work. I replaced the seat belt but the light still stays on. I traced the door locks and found the wires cut, I fixed the wiring but they still don’t work. While chasing wires I found a car alarm that has been bypassed by connecting two bare wires. There is going to be more expenses trying to solve these issues, as well as replace the front tires which shouldn’t have passed inspection. This vehicle should have never went through a safety inspection but Autocross sells their vehicles “as is” so they can’t be held responsible. These guys are total scum bags and should be shut down.

Stay FAR away from this place. Very shady and dishonest people. I bought a car certified and when it was delivered there were multiple issues: 1) they drove my car with my plates instead of having it towed. 2) the parking brake was cut in half. 3) the backing plate was grinding against the front rotor. 3) they installed all-season tires instead of the winter tires we agreed on. 4) brake lights and license plate lights were burnt out. Toyota dealer told me it would be $2000 to fix everything that should have been done to pass the safety. If you do go here (which I would strongly advise against, make sure you get everything they say in writing. They will lie to you and gaslight you when you try to make a complaint. Shameful way to operate a business.

This place is like many other dealerships owned by Persians, meaning they will say anything to sell you the car. They have a deal with nearby autoshop who will produce a fake safety and emission papers for you. Never trust any used car dealership people, as they will lie about pretty much everything starting with the year of the car. If they could, they would sell you Ford in place of Lexus. Check everything prior to paying for the car: year, accidents, request all the maintenance/repair documents, go see the car in the daylight, and if you can bring the mechanic with you. If you find something that is cheap and nice looking, be sure that the car has either been rebuilt, has a tempered odometer, had the motor replaced, or has problems with drive shafts, shocks, breaks, transfer case, differential, or what not - I am speaking from personal experience, and I have been to three Persian dealerships and each one of them would be the best to stay away from. Resume: if you want to save, buy a car from an owner, pay for the safety test prior to buying a car and see if the car is worth the asking price. Used car dealerships are for naive, lazy, ignorant people. There is a saying "where a fool pays twice, a greedy fool never stops paying".

Great service until cash is handed over. Got my vehicle 1 week after it was agreed. Didn't come with winter tires as discussed prior to sale. Heated seats (which was the USP for this car that they even posted on the window in the car lot) does not work. Tried to charge me an extra 100$ when I finally got the car for plate registration even though the sale price was agreed to 'include everything'. Highly recommend getting any agreements in writing, and triple checking everything on the car upon receipt.

Paid 800$ in deposit. Car was garbage. They didn't want us to test drive it. Better lose 800$ then 4000$. They don't tell people when the cars been in an accident. They falsify the emissions test. They are scammers and liars. STAY AWAY!!! Biggest scammers!!

We bought a vehicle from these guys months ago. They seem like nice enough people, Mel will even tell you he's a good guy, but as soon as they have your money, you might as well not exist. His "mechanic" passed the car even with safety risks, they didn't do things they said they would do with the vehicle (in writing) and the whole idea of customer service doesn't exist. There was a lien on my vehicle that I discovered later, and Mel told me it was paid and that I needed to deal with it - not the way to win repeat customers. Next time I need a used vehicle, I'll walk into the Walmart across the street and buy a pair of running shoes instead of buying a car from these guys. I'd rather walk everywhere than do business with people like this.

Other than how to be a greasy car salesman- what does your team know about cars? I had an experience where I was taken to the finance office and belittled for my “math skills” they threatened me with “bad credit” and said that my credit score entitled me to +8% interest!!!! I spoke to my bank. This was NOT the case. I ended up getting 2.45% however my bank warned me about this type of sale. They urdged me not to buy with this lot. In doing some research I saw that the Auto Cross team had a bunch of cars sold that barely made a year without severe maintenance required. No thanks, guys You were disrespectful, condescending and clearly had no knowledge on the lifespan of a car (or what my financing should be as a high credit score) Shame on you

(There should be negative score) Still waiting on service since December 2018. Bought 2nd hand car everything was good except about week in switch to heat the driver seat stopped working. Had an in-law take the car in for me to get it fixed took entire day to do so. Apparently replaced the switch. I tried using the seat heater next day at -25 Celsius and it broke. Since then they've dodged responsibility, "forget to call", told me to call at such and such date, connected me with electrician that is still to this day waiting on after market part to come in. On top of that they didn't fully inspect the car, I had to take the car to the dealership for recall of wipers. They of course took a look at the car (you know the usual looking for problems) and found one of the joints was ripped. That's about $450 to fix. Hey I understand they have to make money as business but when your business is screwing people over or shrugging responsibility. Then customers should stay away. Funny thing is that this switch costs $35 to order from the car maker and even funnier is that the dealership quoted me $990 to fix the seat problem...No wonder car sales and service industry has a bad reputation.

Check engine light came on 2 days after I bought. brought it back to them to address, had to leave car there for days. The day after I got it back light came back on. I ended up addressing the problem on my own after googling the symptoms cause I didn't want to leave the car with them for days again... Car works, but I didn't have to deal with additional things. They don't really communicate too well with the mechanics... I asked what was wrong/ what was fixed the first time and no one knew...

Of course you are buying an used car, which is different from a brand new one but the most important was their business's attitude that deleivered all their promises toward me as a customer. I wish I could give -0 star to these fraudsters. They took money from my card and when my loan was declined they refused to return the money and stopped picking my phone. The cars they sell are mostly accidental and at the time of booking they will say that if the loan is declined we will refund but they will never do it. They are the bunch of frauds that migrated from Iran and using the same practices as they were using in Iran. So fedup with this company as now they are not picking my call.

Biggest liars ever!!!Before we made the deal, we spoke to them about the things that they will fix. They promised that they will do everything but never kept their promise!! They told that we have 36 day warranty but as soon as we walked out of that place the warranty didnt exiist. Every word that they said was a lie!

Bought a 08' Pontiac Montana for Grandpa from Mel at Auto Cross, upon taking it home the heat stopped working properly and the wheel bearings had to be replaced so I had to return it. When I called and explained what happened, Mel apologized for the issues but also he took care of the problems without issue and returned it as promised. My grandpa had the van checked at his personal trusted mechanic of over 15yrs, and he advised us that all issues were fixed, the van is in perfect running shape, also we got a excellent reliable vehicle at a good price that we are totally satisfied with. I Thank Mel and the Auto Cross team for keeping their word and fixing the issues for my 80 yr grandpa, he's very happy and I'm stress free knowing he's in a quality used van. I recommend Auto Cross to anyone looking for a good used car with any budget.

Very shady dealers, did not fulfill agreed upon fixes that were put in writing in the bill of sale. Didn't even get the car home before I got an engine light which they refused to fix even though it turned out to be an exhaust component that should be covered in the 36 days after the sale. When I called them about it they did not show any concern and refused to help without some sort of payment to their sketchy mechanic that "fixed" the side view mirror by globbing on silicone and zip tying it to the door. Save the hassle and stay away from these guys. They are the epitome of all the bad stereotypes used car dealers are often given.

Not a good dealer. Got a BMW . 3 months and already spent more than $1500 on worn out tires, spark plugs. still giving me problems. They say they do safety maintenance for free but change nothing except for some obvious things. Highly recommend look for another dealer.

He addressed all the issues and returned my car all fixed. If I want to buy another car, I will go there again. They keep up with their promises and their prices are fair.

Beware when purchasing from Autocross. The man who handled the documents with me was especially emotional and whimsical. He denied having agreed to the price we had agreed on, calling me “cheap” and throwing insults. The car ran fairly smoothly, but the engine light turned on within 20-something days (exactly within the promised 30-day warranty). I went to see a mechanic and found out it was an engine problem, which had been verbally communicated to me as part of the warranty when I was being sold the car. When I called Autocross, they were unwilling to help, denied the existence of a warranty covering the engine, and was actually very rude and unprofessional. They got extremely angry and defensive, denying everything I tried to say, yelling over my voice on the phone and throwing insults. If you buy a car from here, make sure you have a written copy of any verbal agreement to avoid miscommunication. Otherwise, I like the car I received and hope the engine issue won’t be a huge one. UPDATE: They fixed the engine problem, but there was a miscommunication over the phone where they thought I needed a part changed and charged me for the part. But I am glad they at least fixed the engine problem after all the effort it took to get through to them.

STAY AWAY! These dealers are scam artists! They ripped off my elderly mother and her partner. They said they were giving them money for their trade and then falsified the lending documents and didn't take the money off. When my mom realized that the payments were more than what they were promised the dealership admitted what they did and told them they would give them 4 free winter tires if the didn't report them to OMVIC. My mom reported them and anyone else that has been ripped off by these guys should do the same!

Worst service ever. They sell you a car "AS IS" and then they advise you to get an extended warranty that covers nothing. They always come back on their 36 days of warranty. After two months had the first problem with the car. Had to replace battery. Calling them only results in them telling you "Take me to court". Rubbish people and bad salesmanship. DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR THERE.

I found a vehicle I had been looking for at Auto Cross recently. The issue was I don't live in the province and wasn't sure I would be able to purchase the vehicle with confidence being so far away. I ended up speaking with Mel (Manager) and Al Bolchi (Sales Rep) and explained my situation. They did everything they could to make the deal possible in a way that made me comfortable. Al did walk arounds and videoed the Car in the areas I requested, sent me information I needed and was very prompt in communicating via Phone and Text messages, provided me with copies of the paperwork when I needed it and were up front. They made payment easy by providing options and have been very, very easy to work with. I assume this is a unique experience for them as well and they still were able to make me feel comfortable with the transaction being 1900 kms away. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with Auto Cross and Al Bolchi again in the future.
