He was extremely patient and took the time to explain and answer any of the questions we asked. He assisted us in making our decision and purchase. It all started when out of my frustration of dealing with another German luxury brand for years in 2018 I decided to go to Park Shore BMW and see if I can get myself to commit to a 4 years lease after seeing all the mixed reviews online on the 3 Series E90/E91/E92/E93 years and see if things have changed since those years. I can honestly tell you that I'm so glad I did that. My goal was to lease a fuel efficient model that I could use as a daily and also to make occasional trips to different parts of BC as my job requires me to do from time to time . Financing was not an option as I had mixed feelings about financing and all the maintenance costs involved. I was refereed to Bobby by this very nice lady at the reception and explained to him what was that I wanted and let him make a few suggestions. Bobby recommended a 328d xDrive which is basically a 3 series diesel, due to my lack of knowledge on diesel cars and the stigma attached to the word “Diesel” I was a bit shocked that Bobby recommended a diesel model but he was absolutely right about that because now after three and half years of driving this car I have nothing but good things to say about it, full tank range 500 to 700 Km driving in Normal mode, more in Eco Pro, quick to jump, very reliable, great in looks, great in safety, excellent in handling, combined with luxury and technology and for all of that I am forever thankful to Bobby and North Shore BMW staff. I was so impressed with the car that after a few months I referred my friend to Bobby and he walked out with a beautiful 440i M-Performance which we know now is one of the most reliable models of the BMW lineup. I've waited three and half years to write this review and I'm very sad that my lease is reaching it's maturity but also I'm hopeful that I can reach out to Bobby and have a new i4 reserved at the end of my current lease. Great dealership highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience with James Young. Before coming to Park Shore (keeping in mind, is completely opposite from where I live, and also the farthest), I went to three other dealerships, but had heard great things about Park Shore. Before going in, I called in and spoke to James. I told him everything I wanted–which were very specific wants–and he searched and accomodated. He crunched the numbers, and got rid of my REMAINING two year lease with Acura. When going in, he was not pushy whatsoever, and was nothing but kind and helpful. I have had my fair share of going into dealerships, and being pushed around by typical car salesmen. James is NOT that at all. He will not push you, and will tell you if the numbers don't look right. I highly, highly, highly recommend going to see James at Park Shore if you are in the market for a new BMW. I am so happy he answered the phone when I first called the dealership. Thank you James!

After spending a great deal of money to get my car back up and running, my check engine light was still on and was told to just come back and they would happily waste my time and cost me more money. Excellent Service: Just bought a used BMW a few months back...my first BMW. Knowing the common perceptions that BMW repair costs are significant..I bit the bullet to buy the car anyways as I just loved it. I just had my first issue(s) and had to take it in to Park Shore with my fingers crossed. I was VERY pleasantly surprised with the empathy and hard work they put into getting the issues fixed...even though I didn't have some new expensive vehicle. The Service Manager Mike worked doggedly to find the cause of the issues. He could have easily just started replacing parts until it was fixed...but he didn't do that and didn't quit until they could ascertain the issues correctly. Knowing how hard they worked on the car I was expecting a huge bill...but it was "very" fair. When I first bought my used BMW I had planned to start looking for an independent mechanic to help keep the costs down. I won't be doing that now, considering the great experience I just had with my initial visit to Park Shore BMW. THANKS Mike, to you and your team.

Watch out for your deposit. I've been waiting for over a month for them to return a $2000 deposit I put down as part of an offer and didn't proceed on the purchase. I've contacted the sales agent and finance team multiple times and have been told that the matter would be looked into and have not been followed up with.

Hey everyone, I have been going to Park Shore BMW for quite some time now and I thought I would write a review based on the experience I had there. First of all, while the staff is welcoming, they are also very helpful and knowledgeable. I had Marella as the technician the last time I went and she was awesome! We discussed the recommended replacing of the ignition coils and spark plugs. After I got my car back, I could quickly feel the difference. I really respect Marella's recommendations as she is very experienced. Another mechanic I highly recommend is Patrick. He is a very caring guy who knows his stuff. I first met Patrick when I went in for a pre-purchase inspection. He told me the things I might face in the future if I decide to buy the car and I ended up buying another car that Patrick checked once again and gave his true opinion. EXTREMELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER AND I CANNOT NOT RECOMMEND A VISIT TO MIKE REGAN AT PARK SHORE BMW HIGH ENOUGH. A few months ago I was in the market for my 6th BMW lease. I had used Park Shore in the late 90’s and early 2000’s when I lived on the North Shore and they were fantastic then. It was only due to logistics that I switched to another dealership on Boundary in Vancouver. Having been dissatisfied with the changes to the internal team at that dealership, on a whim I called Mike Regan at Park Shore. All I can say is the differences between Mike and his approach and the approach from the other BMW dealerships is night and day. When buying a luxury car like a BMW, there is an expectation that you are treated like more than just a figure on the bottom line. I was literally ready to scream at the treatment and approach of the other dealership. It was unbelievable. Mike on the other hand is the epitome of the perfect sales consultant. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows the BMW product line inside and out due to his many years of experience with BMW (I had met him briefly in the early 2000’s when I did business with Park Shore). Mike will answer your questions all day long. No question is too big or too small and he was extremely patient. He provided me with honest informed opinions based on what it was I was looking for, not based on what they needed to sell. There was no upselling at all. Perhaps the most refreshing part of dealing with Mike is that at no point was there any pressure put on me to complete a sale. In fact, after an email exchange where we went through my price point and the features I was looking for, he was not hounding me repeatedly for the sale. Refreshing!!! He knew the product would speak for itself and if I wanted the car I would be back. When I came into the dealership I was greeted with a cup of coffee by an extremely personable receptionist and from there, it only went up. Mike toured me around each and every vehicle I was interested in, explained the features and the fit for my needs and took the time to understand me as a customer. This was extremely important to me. It bears repeating, at no time did I get the line ‘what will it take to complete the sale’, or ‘I can’t hold this vehicle unless you put money down’, etc. None of the routines that happened to me previously in the days before calling Mike. I had some specifics I was looking for and in the back of my mind I was thinking it would be hard for Mike to achieve. Long story short, he met them and then some. Once I decided on the vehicle, the buying process was once again as you would expect from a luxury BMW dealership. Mike was professional and the finance team was equally as professional. When I came to pick up the vehicle, it was under a cloth wrap in a private section of the showroom. I was then able to slowly lift the cover off the vehicle inch by inch and see my new acquisition while Mike recorded it for my keepsake. This was top notch and certainly did not happen at the previous BMW dealerships. Talk about making this big purchase live up to the moment!!! Mike then went through all of the vehicle details and operations step by step with me (that extended to after-hours I must add, and not once did he look at his watch). He followed up with me the next day by text. I was pleasantly surprised. I had a few more questions, he got the answers and got back to me. About a week after that, he followed up again. In the end, this was an amazing experience. I felt like a truly valuable customer and I got the dream car I had been hoping for. This is the way all high end luxury dealerships should treat their customers. The days of being treated like a bottom line sales target are over. Mike and Park Shore will be my go to dealership from here on out. Terrible experience. Called around lunchtime and made an appointment to see a car. We came all the way from Vancouver island and the dealer was aware we were coming from far away to see this car. We paid $200 round trip for the ferry plus wasted the whole day. Once we arrived at 4pm we were told the car had already been sold. No courtesy call to tell us this had happened. We would have been happy to put down some money to hold the car until we could see it if we had been asked. Extremely unprofessional group here. Avoid this place!

We visited the dealership almost a month ago looking for a vehicle that meets our needs. We had few options in mind. At first, we were looking at few cars in the showroom to narrow down our options after few minutes Carlos approached and offered us to explained and discussed about our desired car. He patiently explained all the futures and options that could be added he then tailored few payment options based on our budget which we really liked then we discussed our trade in value, he generously accepted our offer on trade in which even made us happier. When we had our initial agreement I took the car for test drive for the first time which took almost 20 minutes, I really liked the car but because I wanted my wife to test drive the car we had to come the next day, when I went to pick up the car on the next day, I told Carlos that I want to spent more time with the car and he said just make sure you bring the car back before we are closed which was very generous of him. The whole process, first visit, paperwork, financing and delivering the car was so easy and hassle free thanks to Carlos. We are in love with our new car and defiantly coming back to this dealership for our next purchase.

very dishonest managers, we were about to purchase a 2022 BMW x5 plug in, we asked about trading our car as well as leasing the car upon negotiation , we were told that our car was only worth $9000 for a 2011 Audi Q5 3.2 (59,xxx km) , but they made up the story that they were doing us a favor by taking in the car for $12,000. So the next day we decided not to trade in the car, due to the lost of 10% of tax due to leasing tax( which no one told us, I had to research this ), and the lower than average market value of the car at ($15,000-16,000) which we found a buyer for. so we asked them for a new payment plan of $12,000 which they did accept (AT FIRST) after the following day, arranging a pickup time and paper working and getting credit approved. They told us they will no longer honor the $1500 discount that they had initially offered. ( all because they couldn't take our trade in that was supposly a terrible deal for them ) so I guess they lied about how un-valuable our car was, and had second thoughts about the $1500 discount, even though the car was marked up due to a price increase in Janurary 2022, but the car when they purchased it from bmw canada, was still on the old price..... so they were kinda double dipping on the price increase of ($1700) , but realize they wanted maximum profit. and lets not mention the hidden fee of the paper work ( with the window sticker price they stuck on and their actual quote ) and non of the manger would even accept my phone call or voice mail.

We have had bad experiences in the past with salespeople making us wait for 20 or 30 minutes while they got “final pricing and trade-in value” from their manager (and only after insisting that “if I go get this approval, you have to be ready to sign today”) and then coming back and offering us a worse deal. None of that BS with Ryan who was very straightforward and easy to deal with. PS - my wife loves her new 330e and says the technology is better than in my Tesla Model S!

I have had people in the parking lot stop me to tell me how beautiful it is and the colour is Amazing! Tanzanite Blue. We ended up custom ordering to get exactly what we wanted and are not disappointed. I’m sure they have a great sales team at Park Shore BMW but, Ryan Ko was a Rock Star ! We came in a month before just to look and not buy and to see what we wanted. Ryan spent over 3 hours with us up and down the stairs and then suggesting using the car elevator for the last half hour. I visited this dealership for the first time on Saturday and found a vehicle that I was absolutely in love with. I talked with a sales person and signed an offer. I was told that the person who needed to review the offer would not be there until Monday and that I would be contacted. The sales person was in a rush to leave and there was no mention of putting down a deposit. On Monday, He called and said the vehicle had been sold on Sunday. I feel that I was used as a backup offer and that park shore BMW did not want my business. I quite clearly was not deemed worthy of shopping there. We were in the market for a new BMW X1 to lease so ended up connecting with Carlos after submitting a dealer contact request through Unhaggle. The amount of correspondence between myself and Carlos via email prior to actually going into the final numbers of the deal must have set a record for him. These were his words, not mine! All kidding aside, I feel that we ended up with a steal of a deal going with Park Shore as our monthly payments worked out to at least $100/month less than what I was quoted at another competitor dealership for the same 2021 X1 but the other one only came with the premium essential package instead of enhanced! His attention to detail when corresponding even when emailing back and forth so many times was unmatched. You can tell that Carlos really knows his stuff about BMW’s and cares about what he does as well as his clients/customers. To top it off, our experience so far from other BMW dealerships during this search for our vehicle had been lacklustre to say the least, as it’s apparent they are only looking at their own bottom line and some don’t even have much knowledge about the BMW vehicles they are selling. On the day we picked up delivery of our vehicle, Carlos planned a nice unveiling of our car with my wife and kids together there. He was very hospitable with all of us and made us feel very comfortable even offering coffee for us as well as hot chocolate for the kids. We live in Coquitlam but would gladly make the trek to visit Carlos at Park Shore again the next time we are ready to purchase after our lease is up!!

My current 440i lease was coming due and i decided to drop into Park Shore last November. I would sincerely like to thank Hunter for all his patience and assistance in answering my countless questions and letting me test drive 3 different cars for comparison. Not once did i feel pressured and his advice/knowledge was invaluable in helping me making the best informed decision. I ended up going with the M340i MPE and wow...what a car :) I have to highlight that my last BMW was leased from another dealership and honestly the salesperson was not as knowledgable and i only learnt features about that car from Hunter. Also i was not informed about BMW's gap coverage and i ended up being pressured to purchase additional coverage which was not necessary. While i was happy with the car, I will not be buying another car from that other dealership. If you're in the market for a BMW, i highly recommend you seek Hunter out at Park Shore BMW. Service level has decreased horribly over the past few years. They have the 3 reliable and good service desk personnel but the new ones have ZERO customer service experience. Firstly, I get told the reason I now need a 3rd seat in a 2006 X3 (heated seat burns hole in seat - and well documented if you Google this) is because my car is old. I then have the service tech take the car and drive it into the service bay area and get back to me after 40 minutes to say that this time the seat replacement will be $1215 (Did I say that this is a well-documented and reported issue all over the web?). I called in first and spoke to the rep. (Ali) and later I was told he would call me back. I then went to the dealership today and he was extremely rude. After giving me the estimate, I asked what BMW and Parkshore were prepared to do with perhaps paying 1/2 and he said that they are not prepared to do anything. I asked to speak to the service manager and he told me to go and ask reception to call the manager ( who's office is about 5m from his one). I have been a customer at Parkshore for 10 years and now I am looking at NEVER owning another BMW again (both in company and personally). I could not recommend anyone purchase nor service their vehicle with them. The arrogance and lack of empathy and customer service is so blatant, especially when you get promised a call back and that never happens. This is not the first time a call-back has never taken place. I hope that they take a long hard look at what value they offer to BMW Canada and to the customer base, and then start taking measures to pick this customer-service level up and make changes to improve that zero standard that I experienced today.

Bought a used car here June 2020 and was thoroughly pleased from start to finish. Park Shore is not a franchise and thus kept a beautiful older used BMW in inventory that would otherwise have been sent to wholesale. It had a complete service history at the dealership and thus I was able to feel very comfortable with the vehicle and make a decision. The negotiation was painless and the car was really well detailed cleaned beyond my expectations at the time I picked it up. The insurance/payment/delivery was great, too. Mike Regan was the salesman - within 48 hours of the first call I had my car and am very satisfied with how he handled everything - top notch communication and service. Jo Xu in the Finance department was very efficient and got everything done in just a matter of minutes including a great extended warranty. Harvey for insurance was also a pleasure to deal with. I have bought both new and used BMWs before elsewhere in the lower mainland at other BMW dealers - this was by far the best experience I have ever had.

We saw a used vehicle that we were interested in, and Ali quickly responded when we inquired about it. He sent us the Carfax, service history, and a receipt for brand new front brakes. We made an appointment on Saturday to view the car, showed up two hours later to see it awaiting our arrival our front of the dealership, and he sent us on a test drive. We sat down and he made us an offer on our trade, and SOLD! Ali even offered to order another key for the vehicle, at no charge to us, and have it delivered to the dealership nearest to us. The vehicle also came with a set of winter tire on original rims that are in great condition. We drove away with our new-to-us car two hours after arriving.
