Parking is nearly impossible, all the street parking is filled with dealership cars. And the dealer lots only have a few spots for customers. Be prepared for a few circuits before you find a spot.

After visiting a few Audi dealerships, and being disappointed with the results, I visited this one, and was satisfied. I got to test drive a vehicle without hassle and without pressure. The salesman followed up with me afterward and was a real joy to work with. I recomend asking for Trevor Smith at this location. I had no issues with parking, and the staff made me feel like a VIP offering bottled water. I would skip other Audi locations and just go see these guys.

The only time I come all the way out to North Shore is to go to the BMW dealership. The BMW dealership at the North Shore auto mall is by far the best dealership I found to get my M5 serviced.

We bought our new car here. This place is a nightmare for finding parking. Hundreds of cars parked on the street (assumed to belong to employees) and very little parking space with individual dealerships. Also a very high trafic area with poor visibility. This made it a stressful shopping experience. Next time we will purchase a car we may go to an individual dealerships or a different auto mall.

Difficult to find customer parking on the street. Seems like people who works at Northshore Auto Mall parks their car on the street. Surprise to see no street parking even on a weekday. Needs parking enforcement. Even the dealer’s lot is full so it’s a challenge to buy a vehicle from Northshore auto mall.

We can probably make a stand up comedy routine based on our experience there. It was beyond bizarre. We kept looking at each other and wondering if this was really happening or if we're being punked. The manager was very good to us and apologized and gave us a good deal. A year later we're still laughing about it and wondering what was up with that salesman. He got really mad I'm talking flaring nostrils and yelling at us for asking for a bright silver color that needed to be ordered and not wanting the darker gunmetal color that they already had! Excuse us for wanting to pick the color when we're spending 40 grand! We kept looking at each other and wondering are we really being out of the line here? Are we being unreasonable for wanting a different color? It was so strange and funny.

As far as automalls go, it's organized poorly. There is one road circling the mall. The road has only one lane either way and the dealerships all park there cars on it so it's very crowded. I gave this 4 stars because there is a large diversity in makes and models all in one location and customer service is satisfactory.

Don't waste your time shopping here. The dealers are over priced, small size, limited inventory, and low performance stores. All deals recieved from this automall can easily be beat by other dealers outside the city of North Vancouver. Pretty much the lowest volume dealers are inside this automall. Try Burnaby and Richmond dealerships before giving your hard earned money to them.

North Shore Auto Mall is a good palace to buy a car. However, I don’t have good experiences with Pacific Honda from sells and services. I bought a brand-new car from them which has Oil Dilution, AC and other problems (2018 Honda CR-V Touring). Also, I was charged for a service that was not happened on my car. They offered a discount on the next service as a compensation when I complained. Hard to trust them anymore! For me, Honda is a family car that doesn’t function properly when family needs it!
