I just purchased one of their used vehicles and had a great experience. Amir was great to work with and provided excellent customer service. He answered my questions about the vehicle well and explained my financing options throughly. I also had great experience on the financing side of things with Jody. She broke everything down for me, explained what the costs were, and was genuinely interested in providing me with the best rate. It was overall a easygoing experience, and that’s what I want when purchasing a vehicle.

I bought out my lease vehicle there the other day. I was told that I have to get the inspection done before I purchase it. I scheduled my inspection and service at the same day. My vehicle passed all the fields in the inspection including battery performance and after all purchase and plate change etc. done I attempted to start my vehicle, it didn't start. Obviously my battery was dead. I went back in service department want them to check it, the person from the service department brought the machine and ran my battery and said this battery is dead and needed to be changed. I went back in the service building again, started talking to the lady who was supposed to be a service advisor. She told me that it is JUST a something left on and killed the battery and we made it work again, do not worry!!! I said I wasn't feeling confident and demanded for battery replacement and she said: "of course as long as you pay for it, we can definitely replace it!" So, she/they preferred to be unhelpful, even no SORRY for their mistake. I wanted to share my experience with people who are thinking to do business or deal with this horrible place. Thanks E.

We bought a Nissan Qashqai from North Van Nissan a few months ago. The purchase of the SUV was the culmination of many weeks of research, test drives, and talking to sales people . The people in this Dealership were a large factor in the final choice that we made. We love this SUV. It is superior to the Honda, Toyota, BMW, and others that we drove. In all areas. After three months driving the car, we know that we made the right decision. Kam Bagheri (Sales Manager) was our first contact point. He was kind, professional fair and knowledgeable. He introduced us to Pat Hauer. Pat was amazing. Non-aggressive, a wealth of knowledge, all heart, and a great listener . Together the three of us narrowed the choice to the vehicle we bought, a 2018 Qashqai Premium Edition. Pat made all the complicated state-of- the-art components friendly and understandable. We both test drove till we were satisfied. Two separate visits. We then met Jody Fraser in their Finance department, and she too was perfect. I want to thank James and Nat for helping me get my first card. Most importantly i really want to shout out Patrick. I find it hard to be taken seriously because I am young and a recent graduate. I really felt like Patrick sincerely valued me as a customer. He gave me space, he was genuinely ethusiastic about the vehicle i was buying, came in on his day off to do my delivery (and stayed long after closing), and even hand delivered an accessory to my work place. Perhaps good service if you are male. Unfortunately after visiting multiple dealerships North Van Nissan was the first negative buying experience as a solo female. The salesman did not want my business. From acting as though he couldn't get the SUV I wanted (other Nissans said approx 72hrs) to offering no deals citing that it was impossible (even though I made it clear other Nissans had and I was comparison shopping), I had to walk away in disgust. 0/10 would never recommend this location.

Sales Manager was DISGUSTINGLY rude to me when discussing the trade value of my 2013 Ford Edge. Berated me for 5 minutes about how my vehicle was worthless because it was a domestic Ford vehicle and nowhere near being close to the value I was looking for (around $24,000 as suggested on Canadian Blackbook). What would have been more appropriate is a simple "no, we can't do that much for trade-in... but perhaps we can discuss other alternatives to find a vehicle more within your target price range for discounts/rebates vs. your trade-in value and what you have owing on your current vehicle". Both salesperson's I dealt with onsite and by email however were very courteous and professional. I recommend they terminate their Sales Manager. They lost a sale from me due to him!

North Vancouver Nissan dealer carries Nissan and Infinity. Bought our Pathfinder with NAT BERHANE who was knowledgeable, understood our needs and goals and suggested an end of model year due to the price savings and value. He listened, offered ideas and wasn't pushy at all. He was helpful with our questions and offered tips on common functions. He still remembers us when we return for service. We have returned regularly for maintenance and service as they have a competitive labour rate and often have a few common service / parts specials, especially given the Nissan trained & familiar mechanics. I especially appreciated their help to cover under warranty when the rear hatch had an intermittent issue (that naturally wouldn't replicate when at dealer) prior to warranty and the cause found just after warranty. We're very happy with the Pathfinder. We had looked at similar vehicle by other companies but the Nissan offered best value. Definitely recommend this dealer for sale and service.

Extremely satisfied and contented! The very first and most expectation everyone has in making such a deal is honesty and clarity. The gentleman whom I dealt with as a salesperson, Amir, highly fulfilled my expectations. Super fluent in English with sufficient technical knowledge about the car and their inventory. Amir was warmly responsive even after the purchase. Besides, the sales manager, Donald, provided a reasonable price and very friendly in making an agreement. Last but not least, it gets to financial approval and corresponding documentation, Ron who works as the financial manager is a true expert in his work. Straightforward with perceivable explanations and friendly. I received my finance approval in 30 minutes. The procedure in its entirety took 3 hours.

I went in to look at a used Kia Optima for my daughter over the weekend. Patrick Hauer answered my email inquiry within 10 minutes and called me back to confirm the vehicle was clean and didn't have any "stories". When I arrived at the dealership he had the car ready for us to view and test drive. Patrick was helpful, professional, and not at all pushy. I made an offer the same day and their Sales Manager, Adam Niblock was also good to deal with. They also timed the insurance agent (who was also great) well so we were done with minimal hassle. Update: after just a month having that Leaf I got an EV system error and towed the Vehicle and it is in the shop with no sign of repair from three weeks ago, I escalated the call to Nissan and no one assisting me. With this customer service I am not taking that car and will return it back, and not buying Nissan again after 14 years be loyal with them. it needs a major work done and still they don’t have any resolution for it.it seems to me it is a defective and unreliable car and Nissan and dealership need to step up and get the return. It is not the cosmetic issue if that happens the vehicle won’t move and need to be towed. Had some issue with fast charge too. PS :Still the sales man gets 5 star although he hasn’t called me Hamid was great person to deal with, he is very knowledgeable and honest. I have a very a good experience with him and their team. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car. Just got mine and excited about it. Thanks Hamid and Nissan North Vancouver

We leased a 2016 Nissan Rouge from this dealership. It was a great experience working with Manuel (the salesperson) and I believe we got a good deal on the car. Received the car right after our lease was approved (we were lucky they had one with the same spec as we asked for in stock). The lease process was very smooth and very fast (took us like an hour for the financial procedure, insurance and the final check out of the car). In summary working with Manuel was great and we definitely recommend working with him if you are looking for a new car. The only part of the process which wasn't as favorable was talking to their store manager (I forgot what his role exactly is), Stuart. To be fair they started by giving us a good discount from the beginning, but Stuart was by no mean flexible after that, and didn't even bother talking to us for more than 20 seconds (he was like "that's the deal you've got, I have other things to do"). Other than that everything was great.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! I went to several Nissan dealerships before this and THIS IS THE WORST and a NIGHTMARE. It has taken me over a month before I can write about my experience. To this day, I am extremely upset when I think about what happened at this dealership. THIS DEALERSHIP DOES NOT have your best interest in mind. ALL THE NEGATIVE THINGS YOU HEAR ABOUT BUYING A CAR AT A CAR DEALERSHIP.. ITS TRUE WHEN IT COMES TO THIS DEALERSHIP. ALSO IF THEY ASK YOU TO PAY A DEPOSIT~ Make sure its refundable. They tricked us. They told us its a deposit, but on paper it was actually a non refundable PARTIAL PAYMENT. Very tricky. We came in wanting a used Murano. We wanted to look at one in this Nissan Dealership and there was another one similar in color and mileage, at another Nissan Dealership. This Murano that we saw had scratches, dings, chips, inside and outside of it. However after FIVE HOURS of discussion and tiring us out and with the GM offering things like smoothing out the scratches, painting over the dings, we were still unsure. We told them we wanted to see the OTHER Murano that was exactly the same at the other dealership which the GM told us that that other dealership was also part of the same Company. We signed over a $500 deposit, but the next day went to look at the other Murano, which was in near perfect condition. It was the EXACT same car, but without the scratches, rips and dings. So of course as any person would do, we chose the one without the dings and scratches. When we tried to ask for our deposit back, first we were told that the deposit is USED TO PAY FOR THE PAINTING AND TOUCH UP of the dings and scratches! Which was NEVER told to us. And then we found out that although verbally they had told us it was a deposit, it was actually a partial payment that they made us sign. Finally at the very end, they called us and tried to dock off more money of the Murano to get us to buy it. In the end, we didn't get our $500 deposit back. What a horrible experience. Luckily the other Nissan dealership we went to where we bought our Murano was really really great. I was so upset that I was ready to email the news, and also betterbusinessbureau with regards to my horrible experience here of tricky car sales people. With this being said, I have to mention that the bad experience came from mostly the GM. You have been throughly warned about this car dealership. Seriously check other Nissan dealerships DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE.

Professional and honest staff! They are all very transparent and don't try to push you into buying anything. It was an amazingly smooth experience getting a car here from choosing the car to signing the deal! Ask for Amir Nekooei, he was very helpful and super nice. He patiently walked us through our options and did not try to push us at all. We were able to make our decision with a clear mind and stress free which is really important and I haven't experienced in other dealerships. I definitely recommend this place! I really liked how transparent they are! They describe everything very well, and let you make your decision based on your preference.

I had recently got into a car accident in december, I was rear ended and my car was written off. I had a brand new nissan 370z that I purchased from North Vancouver Nissan and I was devastated. Stefani was helping me from that location in searching for a new vehicle. Of course having an italian father, he wanted to bargain and naturally wanted to get the best deal possible when purchasing another vehicle. Stefani was extremely professional and accomodating and went out of her way to make sure that I found the car that I wanted. She wasnt pushy or aggressive like other sales persons and she was very genuine about her opinions. She was very knowledgeable and offered exceptional customer service and I highly highly reccomend going to see her for a consultation.

I recently purchased a 2020 Nissan Kicks from North Vancouver Nissan and I was very happy with everything. I had made a service appointment for my Juke and had indicated I was interested in talking to sales while I was there so when I showed up they very quickly found Mohammad for me. I have already had 4 previous Nissan, a Sentra, a Versa and 2 Jukes , so I have always been happy with the Nissan products in general. I went to Toyota in Squamish which is local for me hoping I could get something but couldn't find something I liked in my price range. Mohammad talked to me about which vehicle I was interested in, which was the Kicks as it was a similar style and size to what I was driving and brought one up for a test drive. Although I could have gone for a test drive by myself, I was unfamiliar with the area so he came with me and explained the car as we went along. There were so many extra safety features on the car that I was happy to hear about. I ended up purchasing the Kicks SR which was a step up from what I wanted to get iniatilly but they had the colour combo I was interested in and difference in price made it worthwhile for all the extras! The terms were very favourable, 0% financing, a winter package of tires and mats, and my service was paid for as well. My experience with Jodie in financing went very well. She was not pushy in selling me extras which I was happy about. All in all my experience was very enjoyable. Mohammad is an excellent salesman and very friendly as well as knowledgeable about the Nissan products. I would and will recommend him in future as well as North Vancouver Nissan.

The service advisor refused to acknowledge or listen that I received this communication and just told me they could not help me...he represented Nissan North Vancouver poorly and I will seek service at other dealer for this upgrade. Horrendous service at the car shop and buyer beware that services not professional and lacks integrity. The biggest mistake is buying a car here. Parents bought a Nissan Note and asked for undercoat paint for protection underneath the car and something we thought was so simple. However, the car shop used old and not proper paint with no hardener. As a result the paint NEVER properly dried with inconsistent and oily patches. The bought in may and months later the car still sticky and never dried. Horrible experience and went back 5 times each time patchy and poor work and poor explanation to come back later. They never dealt with this issue properly after damaging the car. Nissan never properly stripped of the paint and just added layers of other paint. I had options to get it elsewhere done with my own mechanic but trusted that quality work would be done at dealership shop. Big mistake. Please beware that the quality of services is very poor at these bigger places. Biggest regret of my life was my family buying car here and the damage they did to it. The experience impacted our family's enjoyment of our new car and you shouldn't be made to feel this way after spending that type of money during retirement.

I had to make a new key for my car and drove from 1.5 hrs specifically for it. When I received the text to pick up the key and the car, after two hours (it's the time they advised it would take), I still had to wait for almost another 30 minutes to get the car and the key. My surprise was when I got back home and tried the new key, as it doesn't open the door of the car. I called to check what was the next step, which is basically going back there. Got explained that as the key is new and the lock is old, this would get fixed overtime. I wonder how, if I can't even open the door! Not an apology, not a single part of the conversation taking responsibility. I wonder how in the 2.5 hours that took to make a copy of the key, nobody even checked if it actually opened the door! If they had, they would've realized it didn't open and I wouldn't have to waste one more day (and money) just to drive there to re-do a job they didn't do properly. If you have the chance to choose, check other Nissan's (and make sure the key works before leaving the place, even if they said they checked)

Service Center agent was great and provided with the best service, However actual maintenance service is not as good as it should be. it is been three times that i am asking to fix the left flash light, and the is still there. Looks like technician doesn't inspect the car at all. when technician missed such a abvious issues, both I reported and he could have find it as soon as turn the switch on. Service agent kindly booked me for another visit, but how many times i have to come for such a simple fix . In addition, Technician asked to reprogram the tire alarm system, and I refused to pay $70 for one resetting work. after driving about 50KM, the alarms went off by itself and no need to resetting! Right now I am not even confident if they performed other tasks that charged me for. I also checked the last 4 services that I had and compared it with what Nissan recommended, none of them matched. One big comparison is that Nissan recommended the annual maintenance of Nissan rouge is about $450. Every time I checked in the dealership, I spent minimum $600-$700 for maintenance( about $2k annually)! I am not sure which one to trust! **************** July 30th For Sure Mehdi. You can call my Cell. You should have it on file. October 9th, Obviously Manager, Mehdi, never called me back. I returned to the dealership and asked for him. Neither he recognized me nor he remember above feedback. He recommended to help: trade my car with a new one?! Seriously?? That was all the help? He also mentioned that he don’t have access to the comments? He can’t read them and only can see the star rating!!! I just left him with his branch and went to the service section. The technician Nic was trying to tell me that there is nothing wrong with my car! I asked him to check the issue with one of their mechanic. After 2 hours, he came back and said there is no problem and they only need to replace the light bulb. I had to insist to talk to the mechanic, because Nic didn’t want to accept the issue. After mechanic came and we did the test drive, mechanic mentioned that Nic never told him about my question, and yes there was a problem with the rear break. When they service the car at first time, they didn’t adjust the brakes cylinders. I also found them that when they replace the light bulb, they damaged the light frame and broke it.

I would like to say thank you to Hamid. I was not considering buying a brand new car; I was even not 100% sure to buy a Nissan I just wanted to look around to have an idea for comparing Nissan and Toyota. When I went to Nissan North shore, Hamid, the product advisor, greeted me. I explained him what I was looking for, what my budget was, what my priorities were and what mattered most. He asked good questions to better understand my needs and expectations and in turn answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Hamid provided me with such a stress-free experience and I never felt pressured along the way. He is an excellent, knowledgeable, and a very professional product advisor who provided us with a great buying experience! When I went to pick up my new car, he spent a very long time to show us every detail in the car. He really enjoys being helpful and you forget that you are in a business relationship; he simply makes you feel that you are friends. Also a big thank-you goes to Sals manager, who I do not know the name. Thanks to him, the purchase process was painless.

I bought my brand new Nissan Rogue (2013) in December 2013 from here, and have brought it to Alberta (Edmonton) for work. The car was working fine all this time, but I recently noticed that there is a lot of surface corrosion and rusting in the back of the car even though we don't get rusting here in Edmonton at all! I took it to the Nissan dealership here and they have not been helpful and I'm stuck in Alberta for a while longer and don't have access the staff in Northshore. It is utterly disappointing since I paid all the extra cost for the rust protection for this very reason! I will definitely not buy my next Nissan from Northshore when I return home to Vancouver!

I had my first experience with their service department today and I was completely let down. Terrible service. I've been an owner in an independent vehicle inspection company in Alberta for the past five years. So, this opinion is coming from someone within the automotive service industry. Upon arrival, I stood at the counter for nearly 5 minutes while three service people and one parts person saw me standing there. Not a single one of them acknowledged me for several minutes until I asked, "do I need to ring a bell for service?" My truck was being brought in for a factory recall concerning a wiring harness. I told the service person who was assisting me that my truck has been having the symptoms described in the letter from Nissan regarding the recall. Apparently, the mechanic looking at my truck didn't read this in the notes because when I saw him outside looking at my truck as I was leaving he said, "so you aren't have any issues, eh?" I corrected him. Told him I am having electrical issues which I believe are related to the harness in question. According to him, every truck they inspected for the recall was fine. I find this odd considering the size of the recall and other dealerships finding issues on other trucks like mine. In any event, when I booked the appointment they told me they could drive me home and pick me up. When I asked for a ride home today they said "no problem". At least it wasn't a problem until I told them I live in Coal Harbour just across the bridge. Then it was "Sorry. We don't cross the bridge." Unbelievable! I asked the kid driving the shuttle how many rides he does a day. He said they used to be nonstop before the pandemic. Now they have only one driver because it is so slow. He's said he's average 3-4 rides per day. Yet no time to cross the bridge for me. Instead I had to take the Seabus home in the middle of a pandemic! Such amazing service. Later I had to get a ride back to pick up my truck. The mechanic told me he needed an hour with it and the detailers would need time with it after. He said it will be at least a couple of hours. Funny how it was ready for pickup just minutes after I got home around an hour later! I wasted an entire hour taking the Seabus to go home. If that weren't enough, they didn't find anything. My sense is they weren't trying that hard to find the issue. Don't worry. I'm going to get the truck checked again to see if they are being honest. To top it off, they said when I booked the appointment were going to "detail" my truck for me, including the inside. My truck was clean when I dropped it off as I just washed it a few days ago. When I arrived it wasn't detailed. The inside hadn't been touched and the outside looked the same as I left it. This is why I hate taking my cars for service to dealerships. They charge a premium for subpar service. My recommendation to customers...YOU CAN DO MUCH BETTER THAN North Vancouver Nissan.

The dealer say to me if decides to buy a car then can give me final price he just show me internet price, so I went Burnaby Nissan. when I went to Burnaby Nissan, I asked for a 60-month installment with the same model and option. The price was $55 cheaper a month then north vancover Nissan , so I bought a car there, and the North van dealer called me and got angry and asked why I didn't call him, so it was a difference of $55 a month. It mean $55 per month is total $3300 differnce, so of course it's not right to buy it at the cheaper Burnaby Nissan? The North van dealer told me that he would deal with the price if he decided to buy the car at that time, but Burnaby did it on the spot. To Buy a car is not to buy a coffee. It's a really bad experience.

To be fair and honest (because there’s 2 sides to every story) I called looking for the best price on a frontier and made the mistake by saying I’ve told a few other Nissan dealers to find the best price. He kept giving me the run around and was being very vague about pricing and basically said in a rude way come down and we’ll see what can be done. I told him I was calling from maple ridge and would like a ball park over the phone. I realize that the position he’s in but the over tone and attitude I could’ve done without. What a terrible example to set for your staff. I will never recommend or go to this Nissan dealership.

Hypothetically speaking do you guys provide insurance for your loaner cars in case your customer got into an accident ? We got a so called new lease car from you guys only to realize there has been a 2000milage on it and with an en engine light on, gave us a loaner for couple of weeks which we got into accident in and they made us pay the full repair payment for almost 5000 and saying their insurance won cover it, none of this would have happend if we got a new car from the beginning not a cheat with problems. I own a 2012 qx56 and had a clunking problem with the drivetrain. I took it to two other dealerships in Richmond and Burnaby. I was misdiagnosed and given the run around at these other dealerships without my problem being solved. I took a chance in North Vancouver Infiniti where service advisor Sarkis Vides was so professional and courteous it gave me some comfort. Within two hours Sarkis called me and told me they found the issue and ordered the parts right away. When I picked up my truck I was a little hesitant about it but sure enough what two other dealerships failed to fix North Vancouver Infiniti fixed the first shot. I am so satisfied with the service and is why I’m a customer for life here now. Thanks to the entire team at North Vancouver Infiniti. Great job

Browsing in their showroom with my kids on August 26th 2018, a friendly salesman wanted to show me their Nissan Pathfinder and invited me to sit in it. I did, was intrigued but noticed no price on the windshield (which is unusual). I asked him what the price was, and he didn't know, so he asked another person (seems like he might have been the sales manager). Instead of answering, the sales manager wanted to know if I was interested in purchasing the car. Turned off, I said no (how can I say yes if I have no idea what the asking price is?). He then asked why I wanted to know the price. At that point I had completely lost interest and said I didn't want to know the price. As I left with my kids in tow, he called out saying the price was on their website. Unbelievably arrogant behavior. I won't be back.

We came in to buy a car for my Mum’s birthday. It was such a pleasure to deal with the GM James Graff and Adam the Sales Manager. They were both fantastic. We were originally looking at the Qashqai and dealing with Hamid who in our opinion didn’t clearly communicate the features of the Qashqai. Adam and James stepped in after giving us a very fair trade-in value for our vehicles and after ascertaining the features we were looking for in a car James personally went over the features of the Rogue with us and even got us the colour we were looking for and worked it in our budget. James and Adam even made sure to be there when we picked up the vehicle -Wow! We were extremely impressed with the friendliness of all the Staff and Jody in finance was really great and equally friendly and worked out a great warranty package for us. I was called for a recall on my vehicle. when I was booking my appointment was told there was a shuttle service. when I got there and dropped my vehicle off I was first made to have a oil/vehicle check which wasnt necessary as my vehicle had just been in. then once ready to leave I asked about the shuttle and they said that wasn't avaiable on a saturday. good think I had a friend in the area to pick me up. then when the vehicle was done, I was called at 415 and told I had til 5 to pick it up. I said I'll be right over. arrived at 430 to the service area dark. i had to search for another worker to help me. 3 strikes not impressed. will not be back, and I will not be recommending to my friends or family.

Review of the service department specifically. I have a car that I purchased new from this dealership a few years ago. I have been using their service department for my vehicle maintenance since. Their service was mediocre. After my most recent visit, I will not be returning to them for any further service or to purchase another vehicle. Rude front desk staff, unprofessionally sharing interdepartmental issues, unable or unwilling to answer questions about my vehicle's service needs, no concern or responsibility for repeat breakdown of the same part 3 times in a year. Some of the worst service I have ever received, both in terms of customer service and work. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

The experience we had at North Vancouver was appalling and left us flabbergasted. Hollywood could not have made up the used car salesman we dealt with. Mehdi. What a gem. We knew exactly the car we were looking for and called ahead to pay a deposit on it to keep it on hold till the next day when we could test drive it and then take it to our own mechanic. We also confirmed price. Well, we showed up only to have Mehdi tell us that another couple was out test driving "our" car. When we expressed shock that the car had not, in fact, been taken off the sale lot, he said "oh yeah, they know there is somebody else interested in the car". Then he sneakily said they were willing to pay more for the vehicle and without the conditions of taking it to their mechanic. This was an incredibly underhanded experience and one nobody should have to go through. What we thought was a more or less done deal, just needing to check some boxes, dot the "i"s and cross the "t"s became a nightmare. I will never go to North Shore Nissan for a new or used vehicle. I had already told countless friends and family about our experience and will continue to do so. There is absolutely nothing trustworthy about this place. What a shame.

A couple of years ago I was pretty upset after I brought my 2005 Titan into this Nissan dealership. I just went to get a new key cut and ended up waiting over three hours only to be sent home to Squamish in a loaner car. I picked it up the next day eventhough they still couldn't figure out how to get it out of park. When I asked if some fuses were blown I was told "Oh NO!! It's something much more complicated than that. Let the mechanics figure it out!!" As I drove it home I also noticed that the heating core wasn't working anymore. Which made for a very cold and uncomfortable drive home. I brought my truck to JB auto care in Squamish and within 30 minutes the problem was fixed and repaired. I was informed that it was my parking and heating core fuses that were burnt out. Later on I also discovered that my trailer hitch wasn't working anymore either (most likely the fuse). I've received discount service emails from this dealership since this happened but my experience made me very leery of returning if they couldn't cut me a simple key for my truck.
