I purchased a car in January - told it was a good car. 2 days letter battery went dead and told by company that must have been my fault for leaving the lights on ?!! However it needed replacing due to a faulty battery. A month later engine needed replacing due to wear out of the bearings. That was my experience .

Was told that the vehicle I was looking at passed their inspection and was ready to go. Looking closer at the vehicle, the tires were bald, brakes worn down to nothing, and radio didn't work. He had an excuse for everything. Don't trust this place. All of the reviews are written the same. Clearly fake reviews. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HIM!

I put 1 star because I cannot put 0. They offer an "excellent condition car" were the car has many problems. I nearly crash because the car has problem with brakes. Also they told me than the car do not have any leak, the car has a impressive oil leak and I will have to invest at least $4,000. The insurance than they sold me won't cover all the expenses. (Yes, they did make me pay for the insurance because it would COVER ALL). LIE. I'm not happy with the purchase, because I will still having to invest more in repair the car. Also it has some electric problems than they did not tell me. So if you consider to buy a car in there, take the car to a professional mechanical service (EX. If the car is FORD or other brand take the car to the FORD dealership). Also try to make a car scanner. They told to not bring my car to AUDI VANCOUVER because they charge very expensive and it's not a good mechanical service. Obviously I went with my car to Audi Vancouver and now I know all the problems of the car.

Bought a 2011 Ford Escape. The back gate stopped working within 1 hour of driving off lot. Called Lexa and he said he was not responsible, then took in for check up at 1000 km's and found the motor with so many leaks that no garage wants to repair, along with starter gone, tie rod ends gone and owner of Lexa does not want to accept responsibility for this. Don't buy from this lot.

I would not come here. Was looking at the 08 Tacoma, spotted that the entire undercarriage and frame was painted since you could still visibly see the rust. Painting over rust is an unethical and unprofessional move by any automotive company.

Shady car lot. I would never allow anyone I care about to purchase anything from Lexa. The amount of tire shine under the hood and on the dash should be your first clue that they are hiding something. Most of the cars come from auction. Massive oil leaks and spray painting frames over mounds of offroad dirt is common. Insofar as pre-purchase repairs, Lexa likes using junkyard parts when available, slams new pads on old rotors, and single-sided brake calipers, which is against industry standards. Tacoma pickup trucks have come in with the frame rotted almost in half, and after he sends it out for repair, it looks like the welds were done by an inexperienced apprentice. Buyer beware. Run!!!

They were good at selling us a car but started having problems with the car within 2 days of picking up the car. Even had a breakdown at about 11am and when we contacted them for help they seemed not interested and we were told that someone will call us at 5pm!!! Really!!! Fortunately I never got to meet them but I did call to ask about trading by car with theirs. It was by far the rudest, most aggressive customer service I've ever received in Canada. The guy asked me how much I was expecting to get for my car. The car i bought from Lexa is great the disclosure was good (carfax) the staff were good .I do have an issue with the fact that no maintenance was done on my vehicle .My oil level was at a dangerous low and the oil was filthy ,my serpentine belt was dangerously cracked and my cabin filter was filthy and needed replacing and my air filter needed replacing .I bought the car 3 weeks ago and have already spent $500 on things that the dealership should have takeN care of .

ANOTHER SATISFIED CUSTOMER I've been searching for a very specific car and when I found it at Lexa I reached out to them. Ben is sales answered all of my questions and took the time to take some more photos of the car. Once I was satisfied with the visuals I went to Lexa for a test drive. I was greeted in a warm and friendly manner. I was given all of the information about the car such as past claims history. NOTHING was hidden and everything was disclosed in a professional manner. Ben was not pushy, rather professional and very polite. It was time to trade in my older version of the same car and make a deal on the newer one I wanted to purchase. I sat down in Tony's office (I believe he is the boss/owner). They gave me a fair trade value for my car and after a bit more $$ off the selling price we were able to make a deal. I was a bit short on the funds to pay for the entire car but Tony worked through this with me. Insurance was there within a few minutes and Ben changed my plates from my old car to the new one. All of the transfer docs and my rights were all explained to me. It was a great experience. While I was there, there were 2 other families with children purchasing cars, and everyone was treated with respect. Needless to say we all kinda felt 'Like Family". It was a friendly and caring transaction, and I am extremely happy. I checked out Lexa's reviews before doing business with them, and I am extremely happy to give them 5 stars for a job well done! If you are like me and rely on reviews than rest assured that you will be satisfied. Thank you Lexa.

Just a brutal experience! Booked an appointment for a viewing few days in advance but car still was blocked in unable to be test driven. Found signs immediately the car hasn't been maintained very well. Upon asking for any sort of vehicle inspection or ask about the maintenance of the car, i was told to go get it inspected at my own cost. Go to a certified used dealer instead.

Absolutely devastating experience. I saved up enough money to buy what I thought was my dream car, had what I thought was excellent service but what I now know was an experience that made me feel comfortable enough to purchase a lemon without any hesitation. Not only did my Audi have a non functional sunroof, the hood latch was non functional as well as the car severely burns oil. When I called with concerns the best tony could offer was a free car wash next time I was in town. Really an absolutely dissatisfied and disappointing experience.

STAY AWAY This company does not care about its customers, and only wants your money. They sold us a car in which the motor broke within a week, and the trunk latch broke. I called to let them know the issue, and they said they would get back to me. They then began to ignore our calls and messages for weeks. Eventually i sent them a message saying that i would be leaving a formal report if they continue to ignore me. They then replied with a text message saying that warranty would handle it, then they continued to ignore me again. This company doesn't even have enough respect for its customers to give a phone call back.

I initiated the conversation with an email expressing interest on a Honda Civic. Hammid later called and left a voicemail telling me that the car was in great condition and had no accidents. When I returned his call to make an appointment to see and test drive the car he provided more information, but this time the car was great but had two small accidents. The next day before I went to see the car I called to ask if the car was financeable and he said it was. When I got there I was now talking to Mike (the sales person). When I got there I noticed the car was parked and blocked by other cars. It was obvious the car was not ready to be taken for a test drive. When I mentioned it to Mike he said he wanted to make sure I was ok with the price first. When I asked about negotiating the price he said he would negotiate the price but that I should not expect a $1000 discount. He literally offered me a 50% percent discount on a 3 month extended warranty that costs $299.00 But then he suggested the I get the $499 warranty because it was better. That’s his concept of negotiating the price of the car. When I asked to see the carfax and inspection list that they said they had, I noticed that the car had been involved in 3 accidents, not 2, and Mike didn’t have the inspection list. He shuffled some papers pretending to be looking for it and then he said he didn’t have it because they had gotten the car just recently. I didn’t test drive the car.

Recently purchased a used vehicle for commuting to work. I ended up 'upgrading' due to the greater value and chose a Mini Van. Tony was honest genuine and very knowledegable. I was unsure but Tony made it easy, providing inspection reports and Carfax. He was also open to me having an independent inspection of my choice. He actually drove it to the inspection site and within less than a day I received the report which matched theirs. When I needed another copy of the key, he helped me out greatly and quickly. What the dealership charged would have been an additional $400, Tony did it for less than a 1/3 of that. If you are hesitating on buying a used vehicle, now is the time to contact Tony at Lexa. You will be treated as if you are family. Do not hesitate if you need a used reliable vehicle. I cannot thank him enough, I will be a lifetime customer and would highly recommend to anyone.
