My experience with infiniti north Vancouver is not that great. Doing cheating with customers. Promises and lies . Once you sign the docs you are gone . Delivered me the vehicle with the dents and without detailing. Big promises but waste of time. Never recommend. Don't go to Jorden and Sean . Arrogant !!

Michelle and Nick in the service department were both super helpful and friendly. Michelle got me a rental car in less than ten minutes when a colleague (who shall remain nameless) forgot to book my much needed loaner car. My car is spotless and running great. They didn’t gouge me on parts or price. I’ll be back the next time I need service, no doubt about it.

This is the first time I write a Google review because I'm really disappointed about the service from the Finance Manager Jody Frazer. I waited her for an hour just looking for a chance to get to know the details of lease transfer. When I finally meet her, she seems bored of saying any word . And doing other things. I asked other Infiniti dealers and I know she was gaving me the totaly wrong information . The reason why she talked me like that just because she's tired of saying anything and just wants me to leave. So I end the I min conversation and left. I wouldnt do any finance or lease things with a dealer has a finance manager likes this.

I would not nominally leave a review (unless it was a bad one) after less than a month from purchasing a new car. However, I'm so thrilled about my new Q50 and the buying experience at Infiniti North Vancouver, that I'm going for it and lets hope that the thrill lasts and lasts :) Its an amazing car and it rivals the higher priced Japanese and German competitors without question... and I drove them all before buying. Purchasing a new car can unfortunately be a stressful experience but the team at Infiniti North Vancouver were wonderful to deal with. Patrick my sales expert, Ron the business manager and Adam the sales manager all worked together to earn my business. I went to two other Infiniti dealers in the lower mainland, and North Van got the sale. The after sales service will now be key to my great experience lasting, and so far so good and I'm very pleased. I highly recommend this dealership and most definitely the Infiniti Q50!!

Called me to let me know that at the end of my lease the only way for me to buy out my lease was if they bought it for me from Nissan Finance then resell it a few days later after a mandatory Provincial Safety Inspection. Suffice to say this is all BS - verified with Nissan Canada Finance. They just wanted to make some quick dough I guess. Perhaps they made a note on my file that says "born yesterday"? Who knows, but this was a pretty laughable attempt at conning me. Sorry bud, no cigar.

Bought a used Toyota Venza here last night. Can confirm, would do again. Stefani and Jodi: - Stayed at the store for 12 1/2 hours in order to: - Handle our paperwork on our schedule - Facilitate our ICBC insurance transfer - Kept the doors open for the people who arrived to buy our old car, which wasn't even sold thru North Vancouver Nissan - Stayed around past 9 so that ICBC could finish up their insurance transfer with the people who bought my old car They went the extra mile to help with stuff that wasn't even their responsibility. Because of their help with this, I saved $10,000 vs the other car I was planning to buy, and got the colour I wanted. Good people here. Edit: 1 year later, still going strong with no issues. I'm on a road trip to Kamloops and my car is parked outside in -13 weather but still starts in the morning because they put it thru the shop and put in a new battery before I got it. Really appreciating that right now.

Hamid was professional and resourceful since our initial email communications, and he’s even better in person. We had a really positive used vehicle experience at the Regency Nissan. My wife and I were assisted in our search by Mike Jones, who listened to our preferences, made an appropriate vehicle recommendation, and took us for a test drive. After searching the whole of the North Shore Automall to get an appreciation for the alternatives available to us, we returned and negotiated a fair price. Mike followed up with a phone call the week after our purchase to see how we were doing and if there were any issues. At that time everything seemed perfect, and when a small issue (a slow tire leak likely in place when we purchased the vehicle) surfaced a month after our purchase they took care of it swiftly and without charge.

Hypothetically speaking do you guys provide insurance for your loaner cars in case your customer got into an accident ? We got a so called new lease car from you guys only to realize there has been a 2000milage on it and with an en engine light on, gave us a loaner for couple of weeks which we got into accident in and they made us pay the full repair payment for almost 5000 and saying their insurance won cover it, none of this would have happend if we got a new car from the beginning not a cheat with problems. Forcing us into a contract plus making us pay for the accident.

I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from outside of BC because North Van Infiniti had best price hands down on the exact model I wanted, even after the cost of freighting a vehicle to Sask. Buying a vehicle sight-unseen is a scary prospect to begin with, but Andres was super attentive to all of my questions and concerns and gave me confidence in my purchase decision without feeling pressured at all; definitely a trustworthy guy in an industry where that seems to be rare. Ron and Andres together made the seemingly difficult process as simple as signing the dotted line and waiting for delivery. My experience was simply great. I came in super stressed, already considered different vehicles and could not make a choice. I have to admit I am very picky. In Roman I found my perfect sales person. He listened to me for 3 min and suggested a vehicle that I would never even dream of as I thought it's out of reach financially. Roman is an amazing sales guy, he is in love with the brand but also understands people. Him and sales manager Kam took all my stress away and made the whole process smooth and actually enjoyable. I can't describe how happy I am with my new car. At work our staff and even my managers totally amazed and fascinated by my new car. If you are in a market for a new vehicle I do not just recommend, I urge you to come to North Vancouver Infinity and Nissan. They are true professionals, you will never have to or want to go anywhere else.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service Infiniti has provided. I bought a new qx60 Infiniti truck in 2016 with extended protection with first Canadian which is 3rd party protection.I know have rust on the inside of the door jam. I paid for the highest protection plan platinum. Now Infiniti said go ask them and they claim to only cover where product is applied. How is the general public suppose to know where the product is applied. This is so disheartening because I have been going back and forth. The insurance company says talk to Infiniti, Infiniti says talk to first choice. There's nothing in the contract stating what portion of the vehicle is covered only mentions covers areas where product is applied. ***BUYER BEWARE**** DON'T BUY 3rd PARTY PROTECTION******. They make it sound to good to be true and that's exactly the issue I'm having!

I don't normally write reviews but after my experience in Morrey Infiniti in Burnaby I felt compelled to write this review and let owners know about the lack of competence in the North vancouver store. Coffie the sales manager is clueless about doing business. He has no idea how to treat me as a client and make the deal happen. I went to Morrey Infiniti in Burnaby and my deal took less then 20 Min. Don't waste your time here. Go see Ken Tang at Morrey in Burnaby for the best deal haggle free and a 1st class experience. High price, low trade in value this guy coffie thinks I was stupid. Trying to take advantage of me. Absolutely DISGUSTING, you should not have a Sales Manager employed who doesn't know how to treat a client and for him try to look me in the eye and lie to me. I won't even bring my car there for servicing. Avoid at all costs. Morrey Infiniti is just 15 mins away.

Professional Scam artists are work! I ran away from another Inifiniti Dealership, thinking these guys would be better. Took my car in for a very obvious rattling noise from the muffler. After $2000 worth other Must-do suggestions, I trusted their "Expert" diagnoses to replace the muffler. The moment I turned-on my car I noticed the notice was still there as if no one bothered to look at it. I confronted the sales associate who was extremely nervous as I had caught them red-handed after seeing my car on the hoist The technician fixed the MAIN problem in 5 minutes with a clamp on a loose heat shield. Requested a refund from Tat Prasad, the service manager, who neglected my 2 calls, and email from 2 weeks! He agreed to a full refund, then changed his mind with a "Sorry" and no other explanation. Delusional, incompetent and clearly irresponsible service and management. I will never step foot in a dealership for service.
