Wish i could do minus stars. Never again. If you are unsure, just type in Destination and it seems to be a company-wide problem. We change our tires over seasonally and it never takes more then an hour or two at Costco or Fountain etc. But this time we decided to take our new Jeep to the dealership for new winter tires - huge mistake. It was a 7 hour, miserable ordeal for something so simple. Oblivious staff that do not communicate with each other or understand the concept of customer service. 5 hours of walking around the local store waiting for the tire change, then 2 more hours in freezing cold weather which included waiting in 7C temp for their pickup that never came, so I ended up walking back to the dealership in the drizzling dark to service staff that had abandoned me to go home. Then sales hands me the bill for hundreds of dollars more then was agreed. Though they couldn't explain the overcharge, they threatened to hold my car ransom unless I paid the full amount - Pitiful. Truly pitiful. Even if they offer you a deal, trust me it's not worth the pain and suffering - at the end of the 7hrs, they literally brought me to tears... Go elsewhere.

I had constant issues with my old car until it finally broke down. I decided to look into getting a car at this dealership. I couldn't afford to get a new car so he recommended a preowned car for me from their new preowned dealership in North Vancouver. Ivan, the sales advisor who helped me was very helpful. Even Calvin, the other advisor who works there was helpful too. I wasn't sure if I would get approved but he did everything possible to get me approved! He took his time in explaining things and getting me the best possible deal. He made sure that I was happy with my car. He was very patient with me. A polite young gentleman who wanted to make sure I was happy at the end. Nice guys to deal with! Thank you! :)

I had my 2012 Jeep Wrangler in for an Extended Clock-spring Failure Warranty. (As a result my horn, and all steering wheel buttons did not function.) Before even bringing in my vehicle I called to ensure the parts needed were in stock, I was told they were. After having taken all day to diagnose the problem that I was aware of from the very get go, they told me they did not have the part. I didn’t receive a call until the end of the day, and when I did they said that my jeep wasn’t broken “enough” to deem them replacing the Clock-spring under warranty. They estimated $500 for a repair and told me to pick it up if I didn’t want to go ahead with that. I picked up my Jeep at 5:20 and the dashboard wasn’t clipped back together properly, there was garbage in my cup holder, my car’s electronics had been reset, and on top of that my airbag light has been going off right after I drove off the lot. I brought it to Ensign Pacific Chrysler yesterday and they replaced the clock spring free of charge and the airbag light has cleared- everything is back to normal. What a terrible experience at destination.

I just wanted to give “Tim the technician “ a commendation for trying to help me with a problem I was having with the windshield wipers not working on my 1994 Jeep YJ. The parts guy went to the back to ask a “jeep nut” about my wipers when I was giving details about how the mechanic I took it to couldn’t figure it out.he came out from the back told me a possible solution and then actually went out to my car and took out the trp module and plugged the opposing ends together bypassing the unit. This quite often works, giving just hi & low & losing the Intermittent part of the wiper. He really didn’t have to go that far, and it’s a level of seeing the customer as a person instead of just a revenue stream that I don’t run into very often so I wanted to give him a commendation and my thanks for his help. When I came back the next day to pick up my YJ, the wipers stopped working again when they brought the vehicle up for me. Service advisor Steve Tsonis immediately told me about it & took it back in the shop to be looked at while I went and had a coffee in the show room. It only took 15-20 min. When Steve was back, explained to me about another part that was needed. He had already phoned around many places and found a used part as new was not available. He told the wrecker to send the best that he had. They have to keep the vehicle over another day to wait for the part, but Steve refunded the amount that I had paid and would make out a new bill after the new work is completed. I am very impressed with the service that I am getting, Steve took me to my car in the garage and showed me the sub par work that had been done by the other mechanic. Stuff happens, character is shown by what you do when it happens. I have not had the best experience with dealerships in the past, but the technicians and Service advisor this dealership have gained my confidence that they will tell me what I need and try to find the most cost effective way to properly repair my vehicle. Please give the staff my commendation. Great work And good people.

It is not the first time that i have been told that my van needed major repairs that really didnt I have paid lately $365 just for diagnostics The electric windows were not on and they wanted to change the battery and replace some wires Total amount over$ 1200I took it to a mechanic that charged me $150 for repairing some wires that werent attached properly Battery has still over 55%No need to be replaced Everything works fine since then and as another person reviewed i am so sorry there is no minus In the past i changed parts under warranty only to go back in 6 months to be told i need to replace them again. Check twice before make a decision to spend hundreds of dollars.

Hands down the best service out there. While that may seem like a large claim, as a new car owner I visited many dealerships and was left feeling rather dissatisfied with the service. Majority of people just wanted to get the sale and didn't actually care about me. However, when I tried out this location I was warmly greeted by Chad. Not only was he incredibly genuine, it was clear from the beginning that he truly wanted to find the right fit for me. When the car that I wanted was no longer in stock, the staff went to great amounts of trouble to find the exact same car. Now that is some good service! I would highly recommend, and plan to do so with all my friends and family. In fact, the friend who I brought along now wants to buy her car there! Keep up the great work guys!

New sales people stay away from this dealership, if you are new they will steal your commission from you and fire you as soon as you make your first sale. More money for them. Also customers be wary of your deals, they are easily making 8k on a deal. Bosses are also Alcoholics, rude, disrespectful to customers and employees. Be prepared to get cheat, abused, stole, work all day everyday, ripped off and best of all treated unfairly. Welcome aboard Destination.

Do not go here... They have yet to cancel my insurance for my old car that i have traded in which was a lease vehicle they said I couldn't cancel the insurance and have been double charging me insurance for a car I don't even own for 3 months. We dropped in to replace a Jeep that had sadly died, and Chad Horton was so great at determining exactly what we need that we bought the first car we test drove. (This was after several days of unsuccessful shopping at the North Shore Automall.) Everyone was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, but the superstar of the team was Chad, who was professional, well-informed, polite, warm, super-helpful, and completely relaxed (and by relaxed I mean not the *least* bit pushy, as one might expect car salesmen to be). Amended 10 July, 2017: I've downgraded Destination's rating to reflect my experience with its service department. An appointment I made for service, today, was lost, somehow, and not honoured. The s.a. tried to help by taking a look and giving me the number for roadside assistance, but that doesn't make up for the error. I've ended up at Canadian Tire.

Just happened to see Mr. Peter Tevan reply to my posting . Actually the sales advisers team that we knew during 2006 to Spring of 2011 were mostly mature people with great knowledge and respect and customer courtesy . Unfortunately last year non of them were around anymore and they were replaced by bunch of kids with no product knowledge and least respectful to customers. We talked to 2 of them at least. Drove out from Langley to look at a vehicle on this lot when it came down to make a deal the sales manager offered me over $ 7,000 less than I was offered only 3 days before on a similar replacement vehicle. Absolutely insulting. When I questioned him on it showing him the black book value on both the new vehicle and the trade in he became argumentative with me. He showed me comparisons that weren't even relevant. I asked for my keys and we left. Thanks Destination Chrysler for wasting my time.

Lainey Justin in the parts Dept; Don in the repair shop are the ultimate professionals as service providers! This dealership provided a quote that I needed a new TPIM to repair my right blinker which was not working. They offered one at the cost of 890. Richmond offered the same part for 680. plus 10% off. I went to Richmond and they said I did not require a TPIM. I am out 1200 and the right blinker was still not working. Jeep NVan had no GM so thru the customer service dept I ended up bringing back the Jeep for them to finish the work and after 1200 my right blinker works. I will be trading in my Jeep

Part 1 - Bad customer service today. They just lost a customer. After all the workers touched my Jeep during my new brake installation, Destination Chrysler didn't even wash, wiped down, or disinfected the surfaces. During this time of Covid, this is not only disgusting it's unsafe. Companies like this should know better. Part 2 - Well one week later I was driving over the Lions Gate Bridge and my brake pedal went straight to the floor board of my Jeep. Very dangerous! Can't believe this happened just a week after Destination Jeep installed my new brakes. Good thing my e-brake works. I brought the Jeep to Destination immediately and asked to speak with the manager Lee. Lee said it wasn't our doing and had no concern for my situation. Justin (who was very helpful) said let our technicians have a look and a few hours later they had bled the brakes and corrected the faulty initial installation. We all make mistakes, but after spending over $2000 I expect more from a dealership. Lee the manager seemed to not even care they messed up. Disappointing.

Customer service is terrible at this location, I bought a new truck July 23rd (6 1/2 weeks ago) and I am still waiting for a part that was supposed to be ordered right away. Staff did not get back to me when they said they would and when I got ahold of the general manager I found him to be very dismissive . Called the Burnaby guys and they said even though they are full they could see me in a couple days to check the light and give an initial diagnosis. North shore service is useless and don't care.

Wanted to do quick promo on the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. Have had it 2.4 years and driven over 32,000 kilometres averaging 3,000 km per tank. Yup, that's not a typo. Have put fuel in less than 10 times in over 2 years. Also zero emissions.

I was in for a won't start 2 months ago and a repair was done and the van ran perfectly. The same problem came up again and was brought back to the shop to be fixed. They did honour the warranty by waiving the diagnostic fee and then replaced the repair for a new part. Job was done correctly both times. It was next day service to take the van into the shop and was driving it home the next day after that. Thank you for the good work.

I had my 2014 Ram 3500 in for a re-torque on the BDS lift. Not only was I charged $500 for the 3.5hr job (quoted 1.5hr), they didn't know where to find the correct information on the torque spec (the BDS website, step by step instructions including torque spec, easily obtained) resulting in the technician spending the time finding other information that was used to complete half the job. Additionally clearly stated on the service record from the technician "Tools for torquing not available"!!! After a brief discussion with the service manager, nothing was resolved and I walked out with a $500 bill and a job half done, if that. Extremely unimpressed. If you can't do the job properly, don't do it at all. In response - yes my truck was in your shop. This was years ago, and under my company name. I can assure you, this experience is accurate.

There were a few hiccups in the purchasing process due to their new location only being setup a few weeks prior, but Mori continued to follow up with us after the purchase was done to make sure that all of our concerns were satisfied. Ive been bringing my Jeep Wrangler to Destination Chrysler to get it serviced for the last 2 years only because its the closest location to me on the Northshore, and every time it was a bad experience. Their last manager took 6 days to get back to me on a simple inspection - what ended up only being a filter change and a few setting changes. I took my car in last week and WOW have they turned this place around. First of all they have a new Service Manager - Danielle - she is awesome. I was also in the care of Stephen who used to be on their sales side but moved over to Service. Not only were they efficient but they actually took the time to explain to me the services they were going to do, and how long it would take. I didn’t feel pressured at all - so glad they got rid of the last manager! Keep it up guys and thanks for all your help.

Went in to look at a Pacifica Hybrid they advertised for $66K. Salesman claimed not to know how much of a CEV for BC grant would apply (it's $5,000). He first offered the car at $73K. I asked why he was quoting that price when their website showed the same car in stock, priced about $7K less. He claimed that couldn't be and after I showed him the Destination webpage on my phone, he said, "Someone will be fired for that." We did test drive the car - and liked it - but the test drive was compromised because the car was almost out of gas and the battery was on empty. Put off by BS and pressure to make a deal, we aimed to leave and asked for the salesman's business card. He didn't provide that but asked us to wait and returned a few minutes later saying the car was now available for $56K. The business card was not produced until we were headed out the door. I despise enterprises that treat customers as stupid and believe that if a little pressure doesn't provide an immediate sale, they should just ratchet up the pressure tactics. It is idiotic for anyone to make a major financial commitment without exploring all the options. The style of reception given a person at the first stage of evaluating various choices before purchase might result in a dealer being permanently removed from consideration. That's what happened when we left Destination Chrysler in North Vancouver.

Not very happy with Foundation Auto Vancouver. Basically, cost me $581 for them to tell me what's wrong with my car. Nothing was fixed or serviced other than them providing a list of parts and expected cost to fix it. Not what customers value in any service organization. Really, take it from me, just avoid Jeep and their agency. This is a bit of a longer review but you'll understand why I have written it. I came to Jeep a few weeks back to trade in my SUV for a brand new Jeep Wrangler. I did the online appraisal and they gave me a good price on my car, so I did what any buyer does, I made my way to the agency and boy did I regret my decision. Jeep agency is known for it's pressure tactics. They don't care about the client and customer loyality; all they care about is making the sale. I was put under insane amount of pressure. They went so far that they said "Look, we're staying open late just so you could make a purchace. Do you want the car or not" they agency was closing in two hours but they made it look like they were open just for me. They will make you sign so many documents. They made me sign to check my credit score, which is fine I have no problem with that as I was there to buy the car. Then they came back and said "you signed that you'll buy the car today" now that is just insane. I feel sorry for any client that comes to this agency to buy a Jeep. These employees have tarnished the Jeep name. You cannot force a client to buy your car, and lying about sigining documents is just criminal. You can persuade me with a good offer and wait for me to make the jump. If your offer is good, I would take it. Another thing they did was hide the interest rate from me. Now that is just bad business. Why would an agency do that?! You want my loyality as a client not my misery. I had to argue with two employees just so I could see the numbers. When I said that the numbers were high, they called in their manager who also put more pressure on me to take the car. I had to pressure the manger to tell me the interest rates. The funny thing is, they were trying to sell me a car I did not want. I wanted a different trim but they would not listen. Jeep is still living in the 80's where pressure sale is the rage. This is 2019, you better be nice to your clients or we just end up here writing this lengthy review of your style in business. Jeep has been doing this for a while. Just Google their latest lawsuit in Alberta. I was going to take this Jeep agency for the same lausuit but that case was in Alberta. If the same happens here and the police are asking for people to come forward, be sure I'll be the first in line. Jeep does not care for the client. All they care about is making the sale. I already moved my business to Ford and I am purchasing the Ford Ranger. Ford has won my loyality. Jeep, send your employees to Ford to learn how sales work. Welcome to 2019.

When I originally enquired (December 2019) Fawzi was quick to respond to my request. What I loved about this particular dealership was that they were able to provide me with EXACTLY what I was shopping for which other dealerships couldn't seem to match. Fawzi is a very polite, accommodating and friendly salesman that made me feel reassured in my purchase. I have since received my Jeep and couldn't be happier. They recently sent me a gift card of $50.00 for service & parts. I assumed that they were attempting to get my business back . I hesitated for several weeks to use the card. But today, I thought lets give them a second chance. So I purchased window wiper blades, went to use the gift card and was told that it does not apply to parts.???. I was told it can be only used when your vehicle is in for servicing.???. But on the card it states for service & parts. I'm in the parts department buying parts. Very very miss leading. I have received the worst service of my life from this dealership. First of all, I was interested in leasing a Wrangler, and only after signing everything did they tell me something was wrong with the leasing process and that I was financing the car. Second, a backup camera that was supposed to be installed in my car a week after my purchase took almost 6 months to happen (including multiple times I was called in for them to install it only to be told it hadn't arrived after taking time out of my day and getting to the dealership). Also, even one time when I had called to see when it will be arriving they asked for my information and said "We don't have you on file. Are you sure you got your Jeep from us?" Third, I was promised a gift because of the delay in the installation of the backup camera, but was again told after months that they "no longer carry them". Today, I called in for an emergency oil change and they told me I had to make an appointment two weeks prior, which is understandable I guess. But the problem with the phone call was the rude tone of the person on the other line. After asking if I they could suggest any other place I could get an oil change as I was very desperate and had to get to University for an exam and wasn't very experienced with the process, he replied with a rude "no", without saying anything else. The only helpful person here is Fauzi. The people working in the services section are usually rude and tend to ignore you when you arrive. I have never written a review on the internet in the past but I had to do this because I wish someone had told me about the terrible service they deliver as I have been regretting dealing with them every since I got my car.

I factory ordered a new Ram through Destination NS. During a walk around I found that the truck was not delivered with the options I paid for. I made arrangements with the service department that should have rectified the problems. The service department failed to deliver the service that it promised; failing to inform me that work could not be completed as planned, failing to deliver service appointments that had been made a week earlier, and repeatedly failing to return calls and e-mails. Amazingly, the issues with the truck are minor. It is the dealership that has failed to find a solution and worsened the problem. I want to complete this purchase and drive away happily, but after two months I still don't have the options that I paid for. I would much rather be able to give a 5 star rating.

First time my gf had an oil change there the 'mechanic' didn't put the oil cap back on, you can imagine the mess. Nothing but amateur hour over there. We recently purchased a Dodge Caliber here and were treated very well. There happened to be a promotion on at the time and we ended up getting some freebies for a weekend getaway, flights and hotel. I feel the car we settled on was a good choice for our needs and my wife is comfortable driving it. The sales rep called us about a week after the purchase and left his number in case we had any questions. We were especially pleased with the way they handled our finance application. I have grown very comfortable with the Dodge line now that I've been driving a Sebring for almost two years. I didn't think I would favor it over the Acura's I used to rave about, but I've changed my mind. The Boston Premium stereo kicks butt, it is great on the highway and has all the bells and whistles I am accustomed to. We recently traded in the Caliber for a new Jeep Wrangler Sport. Love it!

We just recently purchased a used Grand Caravan from Maggie Langille. I found the van on Craigslist in the evening and Maggie got back to me the next day. She was quick to answer my questions about the vehicle and was able to get back with me and provide answers to the questions she was unsure of. She took detailed photos of specific areas of the vehicle so I knew what to expect before travelling over from the Island and she was able to provide the service records for the vehicle too which was a bonus. When we arrived at the dealership a few days later Maggie had the van ready and she guided my wife through her new vehicle and it's features while I took care of all the paperwork and we didn't need to spend all day at the dealership. Jeep was advertising a 10% off sale and the website indicated some of the jeeps I was looking for were in stock. When I went to the dealership, they only had 1 in stock and it was not 10% off so false advertising to kick things off. Then they majorly low balled me on my trade in and tried to justify it with false information. They stated dealers were selling the car for $4000-5000 less than what the KBB and Canadian Black book figures give but actually did not have any evidence of this, rather they came up with some trade in figures that were $4000 less on a lessor trim car! They did the whole song and dance pretending they were shocked over a low evaluation but were really just trying to see what they could get away with. I have traded a lot of vehicles in my time and have never seen it this bad. They were offering me a 67% depreciation on a 2 year old low mileage car. Finally, when quoting the jeep I was looking at, they added some ridiculous "other dealer options" fee of $500 on top of the already silly admin fee of $595 but there really is not clear justification other than the privilege of being ripped off by them I guess. With these kind of tactics, who knows what else is going on. So I am in the market for a new vehicle and may not buy a jeep at all after this experience, too many other good options out there.

I had three experiences with service in this store. First, I went there to check the front wheels which were making some noise. It was a 25000km car then. After some inspection, I was told I needed to replace speed sensors [expensive]. I did the following week because the noise became worse after the inspection. I went to get my car, as I started driving the wheels got almost full stuck and I barely made it back to the garage. After some days I got my car, just to return some days later with a towing truck because my car wouldn't start. A battery cell was dead and I had to replace the battery. Again, less than 30000km mileage and after a service. After a month I noticed noise coming out again from the front wheels only when going up hill, and that the front tires were wearing down unevenly. Because of the previous service, reluctantly I took my car there again. I was told that no alignment had been done on the wheels after the first service because I had not asked for it. The server this time told me they would run tests and in the case of the issue not being found, I wouldn't be charged. The issue was not found; however, this time things that I did not request were performed, and I was charged half hour labour cost. I was told I was getting a benefit out of that. Honestly, I am so frustrated with all this situation; it's not about the costs; I go there to check the car and next day the issue is so much worse, I fix; next days the battery dies, I fix; next days the front wheels issue still there, no cause was found. A car with so many issues and low mileage. As the first server told me, sometimes it happens and there's no explanation. C'mon. Maybe I was the lucky one.

Service department system is the worst. I went to the oil change a week ago, But they said reservations are needed.so I made a reservation a week later and came back. And a week later I went to the oil change. But they said they needed 5 hours, so I had another appointment after 3 hours, so I asked them to do it before that.so I asked for it and went to pick it up 3 hours later, but they didn't. 3 hour is enough time, but 5 hours is ridiculous. Just be careful to what they are selling you as extra packages when you are buying car from them. They sold me a life time oil change which on the membership card says "none-transferable and none refundable" but they never explained to me that if you change your car and new car is not Dodge or Chrysler brands, your money is gone. $700 for a life oil change service that I just used 3 times. Maybe that was my fault to pay for such a ambiguous service item but they could have explained to me about none-written exceptions. Anyway, I believe this is dishonesty with customer and make sure you go over every single items on your purchase documents and check them precisely.

They act as if they are nicest people on earth, but obviously being that they are salesmen’s they put on a mask and rush you to buy a car. Fawzi was the sales men I was speaking to, I pointed out that the car had an oil leak, and he said “you don’t know what your talking about, I think my mechanics would know more than you.” The car had 43,000 km and had already had an oil leak. I’ve taken a year of mechanics and my friend who was with me had taken two years of mechanics. We both said there was a leak but he still tried convincing me other wise. Not only that but the car was sitting in their lot for over a month which indicates to me that something wasn’t right. I would not recommend buying from this bs location. After saying I would think about the deal, they were completely disrespectful from then on.

When you promised something, make sure you fulfill it.. not just for the sake of selling car.. the salesman (ivan) said if i get the compass he will include a roof rack plus winter tires.. after i signed the paper, no roof rack because they gave me a good deal (which is not really, i gave up my jku to a compass? I know right?!) and no winter tires coz the previous owner decided to take it back.. hes friendly and all but thats expected to any salesman.. i am regretting every single of it... Btw, the compass that i got has dent on the driver side and they promise (again) to take care of it. Its over a month now and i never heard anything from then.. all i got is a phone call from another salesman (fawzi), apologizing for what happened and he will promise me (again) a full tank of gas just to take down this review. Admission of guilt.. and a full tank of gas? Thats another insult! There are alot of way better dealership than this.. don't come here... you'll regret it.... Update: the dent on the driver's side that they promised to take care off, lessen the value of the car when i tried to trade it.. i know.. don't let this happen to you.. do not believe in their lies.... NEVER DEAL WITH DESTINATION CHRYSLER! update: i never went back after that unforgettable transaction and thats december 2018 and not april 2019. you can confirm those 2 guys that i mentioned, they knew coz i told them that the deal was bad and i don't like the compass but still they insist that i got the best deal. fawzi even mentioned that he will give me a good deal after a year with the JL.. Misinformation- Your appoint is at 8am Saturday morning . When we arrive to find out they don't open until 8:30am. Rude - The only explanation, Well it says right in the door that we don't open until 8:30am. Sat for an hour and a half and my car was still not taken in when I had the 8am appointment! When asked why I was told they are waiting for the senior tech to finish a job to get to my car to do a dignostics test. They couldn't have possible told me that! I had schedule a appointment to have my Tonneau Cover for my Ram and just to be safe I called them just to confirm the appointment and they just hold for 30min on hold to figure out the miscommunicated internally and there was no appointment booked. Service was good but $110 for a normal oil change (not synthetic oil) is ridiculous! They do not post their rates and I did not ask figuring it would be reasonable - wow was I wrong. They also provided a free inspection and stated I needed to replace my front brakes including calipers as they were seized. They quoted me $1300 for front brakes including pads, rotors and calipers, I found another shop who did it for $300 and managed to not need to replace the calipers ($500 if calipers needed replacing)- I'm happy with the work (they use non oem parts but they are just as good). The Dealer did provide a free car wash but did not vacuum inside. I'd suggest looking elsewhere for service once your warranty expires.

I ended up having the same issue with my car and my right-rear tire was over inflated over recommended psi. What a turnaround - finally they have some good staff! Bought my 2016 Wrangler Sport from Jimmy - stay away from that guy. Anyways I took it in to get serviced and was helped by Steve Farnsworth. There’s a guy you can actually trust - he walked me around my car and through my maintenance plan in detail, explained everything that was needed and DID NOT try to up-sell me. He showed me what he recommended based on my mileage and let me make the decisions myself. I’ll probably go back to them when in equity and want to upgrade. My drive from Abbotsford to Vancouver was well worth it and even though the truck was not ready when I purchased it, it was delivered to me once done. The only reason for not rating 5 stars is because the service department missed an important repair in the initial inspection and I had to go back to get it done. I brought my jeep wrangler in for an oil change and general check up to make sure everything is functioning properly. There were absolutely no issues with how the car was driving nor were there any warning lights on. The team managed to find $3000 worth of things that needed to be repaired (a couple of small leaks and some warn down parts). It all sounded perfectly reasonable and we proceeded to repair all of these items. But when I picked up the car, the ABS and Traction Control lights were on and they never turn off. The car is also driving very poorly. It constantly stutters and looses acceleration after putting it into a gear and hitting the gas. The stick shifter itself also rattles super loud. So overall, I went in with a car running well and walked away paying $3000 and having a car that runs terribly. I’m surprised that they would give it back to me with warning lights on. That seems like an obvious thing to fix. I’m hoping the team can take care of this when I bring it in again.

I ended up at Destination Chrysler after multiple failed attempts to even get a hold of the service department at Ensign. This location is pretty far from my house, but it was my best option. I was really pleased to be able to promptly book an appointment for the next morning. I had an inspection done and they did a decent job identifying things I will probably fix myself. However, I saw the other service rep arguing with another customer which isn't really too reassuring.

Not really sure what's going on in this place but having been a customer since 2002, I feel somewhat qualified to write this scathing review. I called and spoke the the business manager to ask for a quote on extended warranty, it's been a month and I have not received a call back. Then I went in to the dealer in person to purchase the extended warranty, and there was not a person to help me. Not a single person could take my money. If you are wondering why you are struggling for business? Well, there you have it. Money is trying to walk in the door and you are unwilling to take it. I guess I will call a different Dodge dealer, driver much further and spend my money there.

I asked the service team to source the sound of a loud squeak coming from my front right wheel well. All that had to be done to hear the source of the squeak was to rock the vehicle lightly. I got charged the full $180 just for telling me the ball joints needed replacing (as well as the upper and lower control arms) at a whopping price of almost $2k. Thanks.

Ive always dreamt that my next vehicle would be a Jeep. In fact, we planned for 8 years that when we purchased our next (14th) vehicle that it HAD to be Jeep. However, that wasn't planned for 6 more months or even a year if ever at all. This past weekend [Sat.] my spouse and I were window shopping and test driving cars at the north shore auto mall. It was an improvised morning adventure with nothing to lose. We'd tried the subaru, the mazda, the audi and the Toyota's...we'd already done the Volvo and VW, and we had spoken to a total of 5 sells persons and test drove 4 cars with no success. We wanted a REAL 4X4 vehicle, but not a Wrangler, Rubicon or Sahara...so we left the auto mall and headed down Marine Dr. to Destination Auto. We were NOT going to buy a car. In fact, even if we were going to buy a car that day, it could not possibly be a Jeep...not to mention brand new for 2017. We were happily greeted by Stephanie at the reception desk who referred us to Tyler, the Manager I presumed, whom with all of his high-energy and enthusiasm kindly introduced us his new associate, David Sinclair. Mind you - David was Salesman number 6 on the day and we were expecting the same as the other 5, but NOT AT ALL. In fact, and without giving away ANY of his personal sales style, he was an absolute breathe of fresh air. We spent the next 3-5 hours at the dealership speaking with and testing out Jeep Cherokees and other options - and not with ANY intention to buy a car that day. We did. We purchased a brand new 2017 Jeep Cherokee from the wonderful David Sinclair and I have never been so happy in a car purchase since my first car in 1995 and also most recent in 2009 [Capilano VW]. We are very impressed and would recommend Destination Auto for all of your 4X4 fantasies. Go see DAVID, Tyler and Nicole and tell them that "The July Baby's" sent ya. My husband & myself had been looking for a newer car to upgrade form my 2006 Cobalt...it was time to take it in. We had been browsing at other lots in the lower mainland but once we eyed the 2015 Chrysler 200S in Destinations North Vancouver's lot we both loved it. Justin convinced us to take it out for a test drive & see how we liked it. The car drives very smooth, the v6 has lots of power and it is pretty loaded with extras. We had no intention of actually purchasing a vehicle that day but on returning with the car, Justin had convinced us to buy into this investment. Justin Erb's salemanship was very good and the couple of things that needed to be dealt with were done within a few weeks. We are happy owners of a shiny 2015 Chrysler 200S car and heading out on a road trip. We would also like to thank Laura for all her help. She was also very helpful!

The worst service department ever. Was very clear about having to catch a flight amd requested a pick up at 10 am. After waiting 15 minutes with no call, I called and was told the driver has more pick ups before me. I have a broken manifold bolt (a very common, easily diagnosed) and they needed to keep my truck over 24hrs to “diagnose on a cold start”. Yet they couldn’t. It’s not hard to miss the tick. They damaged a kick panel, replacing my connect. Was told they will replace, and when I came back later the they had no record of it and refused to replace. Unless you buy their oil change and inspection, you get put to the back burner. I would’ve given the sales staff more stores, (Fawzi in particular) but the service department drags this whole place down.

Truck took almost a month to be delivered. We are going on our 3rd payment for a vehicle we've had for less than 2 weeks. On top of that the driver damaged the vehicle during the delivery. No one is returning our phone calls to get it fixed. Unfortunately I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from these guys and from the moment I signed the papers to now (my second service) I have had nothing but bad experiences with these guys. I was promised the hard top for my car and after my purchase the sales guy had the audacity to say "you don't need it". After arguing with him and his manager, they eventually gave me the hardtop. The second time I dealt with these people was through a phone conversation. I was told that I could have my hardtop installed for about $350, however the next time I called to book my installation I was told that it would be somewhere around $500-$600. These guys do nothing buy rip people off, and have the worst customer service I have seen. Last time I was there a sales guy was hitting on a mom with her toddler. I advise everyone to stay away from destination and buy your vehicle from a reliable source.

My husband has a Trailhawk Jeep Cherokee and went to this dealership to change his winter tires. He met Ali there. Ali told him about new 2019 RAM 1500 awesome safety and high tech features. I did a test drive and loved it. It is a beautiful Longhorn RAM 1500 loaded with all the high tech possible! It was quite expensive, but Ali made an offer we couldn’t refuse!!! He managed to give us a great discount and bought our highlander with a price that we couldn’t sell ourselves. This was the best possible customer service. I would also like to thank other friendly personnel there: Araz, Gita and my husband old friend Fawzi yahya. - At finances: Gita works very fast and efficiently. She is a professional and told us that it may take few days before TD bank receives their check for our highlander. Therefore it made us mentally ready for an extra payment for our highlander. TD assured us today that it will be refunded. - Last but not least: Stephen! These new trucks are like airplanes and Stephen is there to teach you. A month later unexpectedly I got a phone-call from Kelly Sparks. She said the car I test drove it went down in price dramatically. It was a sale that I just couldn't miss. So she made me owner of a brand new vehicle which I am very satisfied with. I would have never thought with my budget this was possible for me to own a brand new 2 liter engine sedan car. After my purchase Levi at the parts department got me my second fantastic deal for a new full-size rim and tire which I carry them in my trunk as a spare tire. Service...above and beyond!! We were in Vancouver on vacation from Alberta. On the last day of our vacation we noticed the passenger rear tire had a cut in it. As the drive home is 13 hours and we had to be home the next day, we first stopped at a tire shop, however they would have to order the tires and we wouldn’t be able to leave until around noon!! We stopped at Destination and to our surprise they had the exact tires we needed!! Not only that Stephen in Service, had them installed immediately! It has now been eight months and they are STILL spamming my email, sending flyers to my house and calling me offering me a loan (but oddly, not a vehicle). I found a new car seven months ago (not through DC) and have told them three times to stop contacting me and they won't stop. Don't give them your personal information or your business! They are super pushy! Avoid!

Absolutely awful!! I went to get some help with a few issues that need to be resolved for icbc, being the dealership that I bought my truck from, would have expected a lot more . I explained my situation to the giy at the desk and he told me that they do this all the time, clearly not the case. When I went to get my truck back, the guy I was dealing with was on the phone when I arrived, he noticed me, but gave no indication of my presence. Another guy came and asked me what I was doing there, so I told him. He went back to the first guy and got my paperwork. As I paid for the service, I asked if this is the paperwork that I need for icbc, the said it was. Also not the case, the paperwork did not have the information that I need for icbc. The first guy was off the phone at this point, but made not attempt to come an explain the paperwork, he turned around and started talking to somebody else. I also inquired about some other repairs, but the second guy didn't know anything about it, he had to go back to ask the first guy and get the info. So not only am I having a hard time with icbc, this dealership made it worse. They have list my faith in dealerships, and my service. Thanx for nothing!!

I must say Destination Chrysler on Marine dr. North Vancouver is probably the worst place to go if your thinking about purchasing a vehicle. I recently was an employee there where I was doing a very good job and I also traded in a vehicle for a new one. I just got fired from there because Dave Sinclair quit, who is the brother of the current manager Adam Sinclair. Now that I don't have a job the finance managers still haven't sent the loan buy out check to the bank for my previous loan and now have me making two different payments that has completely drained and put me way in the minuses in my bank. They had no reason to fire me and they were suppose to send the check for the loan buy out weeks ago. DONT GO THERE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF GUARANTEED THEY RIPPED ME OFF THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF TOO!

Honestly, this is the slimiest dealership I have ever dealt with. They say one thing but do another. We bought our vehicle from this dealership last December, we did have ok customer service... so we thought.. We were promised things that clearly were only promised because the guy wanted a sale. Such as one free detail, we called to ask about the free detail and were told it was no problem to come on down the next day. Of course when we get there, we were told that there was no note of a vehicle detail...but they would go through with it. Nothing was wiped down, and the vehicle was still dirty when we got it back. If we weren't sweet talked by the salesman about having all these perks, this obviously wouldn't be an issue. This isn't the only issue we've had with this dealership. We were promised floor mats... had to fight to get those... Also had our credit screwed up from them not paying the bank for our previous vehicle we traded in... which was past due by 2 months. I've taken my jeep here for two services and the clerks are very friendly and professional. During the first service the service clerk phoned me to tell me that the rear differential fluid was looking a bit cloudy and he would like to change it now instead of my next service. He told me that the next service is really expensive, about $800, and if I was to pay the extra $150 now that I would not have to pay it next time I come in. It took 2 days for them to service my jeep and cost about $700 (it was 1.5 years old). When I called to book my second service I confirmed with the clerk on the phone that it was noted on my account about the extra work that was done previously. When I picked it up I was told that they looked at the rear differental fluid and didn't have to change it- but I had to pay full price of $950 anyways.

Unknowledgeable staff, in multiple departments. Called Wednesday because my work vehicle (dodge sprinter van) needed a few things checked out and got booked in for Friday morning. Brought the van in around 9:45 am, I called at 2 pm with no update and got a call back at 3 something telling me they didn't have the right tools to work on it. When we went back to pick up the van I voiced my discontent with Ivo Amaral who, instead of apologizing, tried to make me say "thank you" to him for not having charged us anything. You have made me waste an entire work day without my work vehicle or about $200+ and you didn't fix anything on my car so I should thank you for not charging me?? I was upset before but now I am angry. Since I'm writing this review anyways I'd like to point out that the parts department also have no clue, at least when it comes to sprinter vans. We bought OEM windows (which they weren't even able to give us dimensions for) and with the windows sold us these gaskets without even knowing what they were for. Ended up having to return the useless gaskets and pay the restocking fee.

We unfortunately had a terribly unprofessional experience with this dealership and their staff. After setting up an appointment, the staff made us wait 45 minutes upon arrival. We were finally so frustrated at the lack of attention that we decided to leave and come back another day. When leaving we saw A salesman at the vehicle only to tell us it was already sold and tried to direct us to other inventory that we did not want or like. The poor communication and customer service was extremely frusterating and we will not be returning or recommending this dealership.

First impressions last and when I called them for the first time to make an appointment for an oil change, person on the phone told me that I'd get a call back in the next hour or so. Call never came and when I tried calling back a few days later, they did not care to apologize or acknowledge a mistake. If you're so indifferent about your customers' experience, I can't imagine you'd treat their vehicles much better.

5 stars for the shuttle guy, he was very nice. Other wise, service wasn’t great. I asked for a loner car and was denied one multiple times, because they don’t have enough? I’ve always gotten a loner car even if it was for 2 hours. I’m having to book time off work for these appointments, so it’s not ideal for me to taxi around town. I was called at 4pm and said the diagnostic wasn’t done on my car, they said they needed to keep it over night to complete it, I again asked for a loner car, which they of course said no, and I said well what are my options then, they said my other option was to just come get the car without the diagnosis being completed. Lost a full day of work for nothing, I really do love my Jeep but if I knew service would be this disappointing I honestly think I would’ve considered going another direction.

I must say that I truly regret buying a car from these guys. To start the sales guy I spoke with Jason Tam was unclear with the purchasing process which caused many issues. The car they had was the car I wanted so I went for it (my mistake). Jason told me he would throw in rain visors into the deal and when they arrived in the Service center they were so cheap that the moment i left the lot with the visors on my windows they fell right off. I spoke with the service guy and he apologized and assured me he would get back to me with a solution. He never called me back. That day the service guy got into a fight with the guy before me in line. The only person who i had a good experience with was Stephen the post sales guy who explains all the features of your car. He was friendly and knowledgable. If you are going to purchase a Jeep and you want to be utterly neglected go to Destination Chrystler.... I will be switching service centers as soon as i need my first oil change.... even though they gave me my first one free its not worth the hassle of dealing with these crooks. Sorry Destination folks but you guys need to pull your socks up....

Just took possession of my new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Destination Chrysler and had a great experience! After seeing the vehicle online, I reached via email as I am from Victoria. Jason Tam was awesome in answering all my questions and providing detailed and accurate information about the vehicle. Decided to take a leap of faith and go over to purchase the vehicle if it was everything Jason described it to be, and it was! While there, Stephen Farnsworth lead me through the whole process, start to end, from walking me through the vehicle (inside and out), answering more questions I had, and assisting with other stuff. I then was introduced to the finance lady (sorry, don't recall her name) who also was great and not overly pushy with the add-ons (which i know is part of the job). High pricing and low quality. Had work done there, and then when taking my Jeep to another mechanic afterwards, he pointed out that one of the bolts was loose on the part Jeep had reinstalled. Received an expensive price next time I went to Jeep and after a few exhausting conversations with their personnel about it, did some research and got a few other prices close to half of what they priced. They then admitted to accidentally doubling the parts value on the quote they gave me. They ended up giving me a discount which brought the price close to what it should cost in the first place.

Great service from Evan and Danielle today. Helped with a discount issue very satisfied thx. Well a year later and back for an oil change. Got talked into a brake fluid flush after 27000km. Was told it was on the maintenance schedule. It was not and was shown a vague google search item when I asked about it. Not happy. Definately an up sell and not part of the manufacturers maintenance requirements. They have lost a customer. The brake fluid flush is not included in any of the maintenance schedules with respect to warranty to state anything else is completely false. As I specifically asked for only warranty related tasks to be completed to be told the brake fluid HAD to be flushed is dishonest and misleading. The 150.00 lesson is stay away.

If I could make this zero stars I would. I was quoted one price to get a key done.When I went to pick it up everything miraculously increased. Then they added additional money to go to "shop supplies". I asked what physical shop supplies where used and they couldn't say. I had a warranty issue that wasn't handled properly and all I got was bafflegab. When I suggested I would refuse to pay and give them gthe key back they threatened to call the police and have me charged with theft. STAY AWAY FROM THIS POORLY RUN BUSINESS.

I found a wonderful vehicle online. It took the salesman about 10 min on the phone trying to understand what vehicle I was talking about (even with a lot number). The finance manager had difficulty reading the banks emails which resulted in a very stressful situation. The financing (eventually) got figured out, but it took 3 weeks, and numerous voicemails, finally ending with a call for the general manager to call me back for the buy out for my existing loan to be paid out. (Finance manager says he didn't get the voicemails).

During the negotiations he promised these things would be taken care of right away n all at once. Our truck went in to get the work done. No one told us the seat cover with broken buckle did not get replaced. We discovered this on our own when we inspected the truck before leaving the lot. We are approaching 2 month mark and still waiting for this promised wedding to, to be done. Given run around and been ignored for days by Original salesman, 2 sales managers, owner and #Chrysler Canada. Willing to commit payments -though who in the right mind would pay almost 2000 a month for 4 years, id rather pay mortgage on a home than this. We were here to look but were persuaded to buy because they are sales we are consumers.I know for fact I can get this same exact vehicle for atleast 40 000. Service check in was pleasant and professional. My appointment was at 1:00 PM for oil change and tire rotation. I was waiting in the service waiting room for 4 hours before my car was ready. That is an unacceptable amount of time to wait for a minor maintenance. Also the car was unwashed.

This was the most pleasant experience I had buying a car. I came to Destination Chrysler because I found the car I wanted at a very good price but didn't expect to get great service too. I emailed the dealership and Fawzi Yehya emailed me back right away and I went down to the dealership the same day and went for a test drive. He gave me all the time I needed to look over the car before and after the test drive. After we came to an agreement he allowed me to take the vehicle to a body shop of my choice to have it looked over which also gave me another chance to test drive it. Fawzi also introduced me to the sales manager, Araz, who was pleasant to deal with too. If this dealership has the car you want I would highly recommend going there to at least take a look.

I went in to look at a Rubicon which I’ve been looking to buy when the diesel comes out. Fawzie greeted me and we spoke about the Jeep, he was a really knowledgeable sale person and let me the functions of the Rubicon! I decided that his pint of view was right on the money and I purchased the 2018 JL Rubicon! Love the Jeep and I’d recommend Fawzie as a sales man with knowledge and professionalism! I just want to add one thing so anyone buying the new JL rubicon or wrangler, the all terrain tires pick up a lot of small rocks, and they tend to hit the hinges on the doors making rock chips..... so I’ll be covering the hinges after doing some touch ups. Bought a '17 wrangler from the dealership, and after having it for a few weeks the dash read "gas cap" and MIL came on so I took it in for a service which cost almost $200. The problem persisted and I took it in for a service again and it was actually a different problem covered under warranty. I argued that I shouldn't have had to pay for the first service. Our brand new (6 day old)2015 Dodge caravan broke down on i-5 in Washington due to a faulty water hose connection and had to be towed to a service centre in Bellingham.The approximate cost of repair was $7,400.00 in U,S. funds. Destination Dodge on Marine Drive in North Vancouver from whom we bought was not interested in honouring the warranty or helping us in any way....no rental car to get home, no towing costs! We had it towed to Langley Chrysler on the Langley Bypass where it was fixed under warranty and we could not have been treated any better. Regular change oil done told me to be back after 8 thousand kilometre used on a regular change oil which is supposed to be 5 thousand, I have unlimited change oil for life for my 2002 Dodge Caravan. It’s an old car but even though they should treat me good. Very poor costumer service especially the man who is in front. My car is 209 thousand kilometres and told me to be back if 217 thousand kilometres used for a regular change oil, I told him to change the maintenance sticker number on the windshield, he told me that he can’t because it was printed already. I got My Jeep vehicle inspection ticket, so I was made an appointment for vehicle inspection for this company. I was mention I have time limit to fix my Jeep. One of the service attendants told me they can make one in the next two weeks. I brought my Jeep to them later for two weeks. It was shocking to me that they didn't find my appointment. The other attendant told me they can do it tomorrow, so I brought my Jeep back after the next day. It made me mad that they couldn't do that for me, due to they did not have a certified mechanic. What the hell of their service? It doesn't make sense, how the company could repair the vehicle without a certified mechanic? Also, this vehicle is designed by their company, I asked them? I told them if they couldn't do that, they should tell me at very beginning. They didn't answer me. They were wasting my time and trust. Finally, I was sent a complaint letter to their CEO without any reply. What a joke they keep going to send me the new vehicle invitation. Yes, my family owns three Jeeps. I will buy a New Jeep but not this company.

Not super impressed! Dropped my car had it serviced, that was fine. Wasn’t offered a shuttle service. I had to inquire. Then I was told to wait in the lounge and someone would find me. I Waited an hour and then asked if the shuttle driver was around. And he had been in the building for 20 mins. I had to reschedule my appointment twice because of work. And I have left 2 messages with no call back. I was also told I would get my car back by the end of the day. When I returned they said they had to order a part and asked if I could leave my car. Maybe the need a more friendly front service person?

I've been a customer for 10 years with different vehicles putting up with mediocre service. The latest experience is the final straw. I ordered a part for my vehicle and then dropped my vehicle off to get the part installed. Got a phone call a couple of hours later to advise the new part was defective and they had to reorder it. Stuff happens. But then they expected me to drop my vehicle off a second time rather than install the part, which takes 10 minutes, while I wait. I spoke with Jean, a manager there, but he refused. I even offered to bring vehicle in when shop opened before technicians got started on other work. He was determined not to extend me any special courtesy or respect my time. Customer service involves making each customer feel they are valued. I've never felt the love here. Taking my future business elsewhere.

Another zero star review. I made an appointment last week, for a passenger airbag inflator recall and they check to make sure the parts where there, which they were. I dropped the truck off this week on time at 9:15 and they said it would be ready around 3:00 ish. At 11:00 they call ME to see if the part was in, I told them when I made the appointment last week, that they had the part, then he put me on hold and came back and said oh yeah we have IT! So who knows when they started working on it...after lunch or 2:00 sometime. Then I get THE CALL at 4:42 to say it will not be ready today, tomorrow around 10:00...I asked for a loaner car or a rental because I needed to get to work with my tools 35km away and no buses service available. They said all there cars are out and they will not pay for a rental! POOR communication! POOR service! Hope all your customer have a spare truck or car sitting around! Your service department SHOULD know how long it takes to do the job, IF they can`t get it done when they promised it for, CALL the CUSTOMER, I could of taking it in on another day that they WANTED to work on it! As I have other days off during the week that I told them when I made the appointment. SAD

STAY AWAY! Google the other Jeep/Dodge dealership reviews before buying or servicing. I have never left anything less than a 5 star review on Google and usually chalk bad experiences up as a bad day but the service at this dealership was BEYOND TERRIBLE. Clearly I am not the only one as this dealership has gotten 3 1 star ratings in the past 24 hours. I brought my Jeep in to find out if a noise coming from the brake area was under warranty and was quoted on the spot for a brake job by the Service Manager without him even looking at my Jeep. He asked me if I was prepared to spend $500 on new brakes today if that was the issue and I told him I wasn't going to make any decisions until we figured out if it was a warranty issue. Sure enough it wasn't and they charged me for their time looking at the Jeep because I wouldn't spend $700 for the overpriced brake pad install. When they called to quote me the job I said I would hold off and come get my Jeep. When I arrived at the dealership, they did not wash my Jeep (supposed to be standard when bringing it in - every Jeep dealer I have been to besides this one has) and had it boxed in between cars. I asked why they didnt clean my Wrangler and the attendant said they were short staffed despite a car being washed right out back as I waited for mine to be unboxed. It took over 30 minutes to get my car and they treated me like absolute garbage until the very end. The most humiliating part of the whole ordeal was watching and hearing the service manager talk to the techs about what an idiot I was while I was still waiting for my Wrangler in the reception area. Service manager said to go back to where I bought the car if I wasn't happy. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU SERVICE OR BUY HERE. Google the reviews of all the local Jeep/Dodge dealerships before you buy or service. This dealership has the lowest ratings out of Langley, Abottsford, and Maple Ridge. Only reason I came here was because I recently moved to Deep Cove. Lastly, you do not need to have your vehicle serviced at the dealership to keep your warranty. Brought my Jeep to an independent shop (AutoVet) and was quoted a 1/4 of the price. Have been bringing my BMW there for years with no issues.

We recently bought a new Chrysler Pacifica to support our growing family and we had an amazing experience from start to finish. It seems that the dealership recently changed ownership and I would highly recommend this new team. We have been shopping for a van for a while and was working with another Chrysler dealership in town. However, we weren't satisfied with the service and financial transparency (i.e. additional charges and fees) at the other dealership and ended up at Foundation North Vancouver. The Chrysler website made it easy to see what trim, colour and options were available at each dealership. In our initial phone call to the dealership we were put in touch with Ahmad, our sales advisor. He quickly confirmed that the exact vehicle we wanted was in stock and we scheduled an appointment. I really appreciated his ability to communicate and answer questions promptly through text messages. When we arrived at the dealership later that evening (an hour before closing), we not only met Ahmad with the vehicle all ready for us to test drive, but Paul, the sales manager, and Arvind, the owner, both of whom stopped to introduce themselves. Our interaction with the financial manager, Ramin, was completely transparent and stress-free. He was upfront with all the fees and financing options and clearly explained all the additional coverages available. When there was a slight discrepancy in the price of the vehicle, Paul quickly fixed the issue and we completed the paperwork. Despite the dealership closing at 6 pm, the whole team including Arvind the owner stayed till 7pm to keep us company and make sure we were happy with our purchase. An unexpected surprise at the end of the deal were some complementary all-weather floor mats (the only main item that was missing from the vehicle package from the other dealership). I have also had to deal with Jason in the Parts department when looking at some snow tire options. He was a pleasure to work with and helped me look for information I was too lazy to google myself. A huge thanks to Ahmad, Ramin, Jason, Paul and Arvind for their help in making our car buying experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this team for the purchase of your next vehicle.

Expensive for what was basically an oil change, they used to at least run the car through a wash so you felt you were getting something extra. Gave me car back and it has warning light on saying stop/start needed a service, should have at least called me asked me if I wanted it done, customer service was basic is about best I can say. Seems to have gone downhill will think about going elsewhere for basic services based on their prices

We had arranged to have our vehicle serviced on Friday October 15th. We live in Whistler and arranged for the dealership to have our jeep ready to be picked up on Sunday when the lot is closed. Upon arriving, our vehicle was intentionally blocked into the lot and no keys were left as we'd arranged with Stephen. We attempted to contact the dealership and were unsuccessful. Being the only transportation we had available to get home, we had to drive over hedges and curb next to the building. Their office called us today looking for payment, somewhat confused about the whereabouts of the jeep. After being explained the situation and unapologetic, they asked for a credit card number. They are refusing to mail the keys back to us and are threatening a lien against my vehicle until the amount owed is paid. Gene Pacturayan admitted they were at fault but said I was rude to him over the phone and because of that he will not facilitate mailing the keys to us. Gene ended our conversation by letting us know they'd be contacting their lawyers to resolve the matter. We would like to pay the balance and have our keys sent to us but he refused to do so. If anyone at Foundation Jeep can contact me to help me have my keys sent to us it would be greatly appreciated.

We purchased a 2012 Jeep Cherokee last March. The sale from Enzo is excellent. He was great explaining everything on the JEEP. We than had nothing but problems with this beast!!! From owning the Jeep on the 7th day of driving the radiator fan died ( Causing the car to Overheart) and that isnt all.... We had the window sill replaced exterior, than after that the interior dashboard came off, that isn't all we than had our signal lights burnt out one after another. This Jeep Overland is a LEMON:( Look for the YOU TUBE video of this SUV coming out this month and you will know what we have gone through and why we would never ever buy another American Car. This was our first and now last. We are now bringing back the Jeep as the Dash board vent which was replaced is coming off and now the wood paneling where is the auto start is peeling off. Today is June 4, 2014 and the service department tells me my Jeep is now a recall for the Brakes has failure and they need to order the parts in and this will take a while. On this note we read about this a while back and was told our Jeep was fine and now we are told now it isnt and its been recalled... Does anyone believe my JEEP is a LEMON....

I was pulled over and issued a vehicle inspection and it turned out that the tires were not legal because the poked out past the factory fenders. I went back to where I bought it and Araz, the manager, was very helpful. We worked together with the parts department and we fou d some fender liners that will attach to the factory fenders and pass the VI. These clowns charged me way too much to repair a part that failed a week later without telling me I could have a portion of my engine rebuilt for a similar cost and fix the problem altogether. Unfortunately I don't know cars and they really took advantage of that.

Went here while looking for a Dodge Challenger. After test driving a car, I made an offer on the car I test drove which the sales person helping me brought to his boss. The offer was much lower than the list price of the car, as I would not have been able to afford that version of the car. I had no expectation that the offer would be accepted, but the sales person helping me came back and said, to my surprise, that his boss had accepted the offer. He asked me to sign something saying I would purchase the car today for the amount we agreed upon. After reviewing the car again, the sales person went back to his boss to "finalize" the deal. After coming back he tells me that they can't do that price. This felt very scummy to me, and I don't know if this happened because of miscommunication or due to terrible business practices, but no other dealership I've ever been to has agreed to a deal and then backed out 20 minutes later. I have nothing against the sales person who helped me as he was fairly new and this could have been caused by miscommunication, but this was still a very upsetting experience. They get 2 stars because their coffee maker is decent.

I am genuinely shocked to see so many 5-star ratings for this shop. My camper van broke down a few weeks ago and I had it towed to the shop. The mechanics refused to work on it due to the size, but charged $200 to simply plug in the diagnostics scanner. No one even went under the vehicle, despite my comments about there being a visible fuel leak. They refused to order the part I needed since it had been discontinued and they only order from reliable sources. After all was said and done, I left with no repairs (stalled on the way to the next shop of course) and an incomplete diagnosis. The lack of urgency on their part was frustrating, given that they were all aware I live in the camper van and had to return to work for my rotational job later that week. This meant additional expenses on air bnbs, car rentals and stress trying to find somewhere to park the vehicle long-term. I brought the van to another shop (Alba automotive) and they determined that there was in fact a burst fuel line. They offered to order a pcm for me and leave the van at the shop until they could complete the repairs. In short, this shop only cares about maximum financial gain for minimal effort. They do not care about their customers whatsoever.

Well I want to start with the sales department is outstanding only good thing to say about them, as for the service department absolutely garbage I wish I could leave a zero star. Employing people that when asked what they do their response is “I don’t know”. When at the dealership in the “service” department you are treated like a number and it is an inconvenience for the employees to help you spend money at their dealership. I have been going to destination since 2014 when the wife got a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Now that I have a new truck ( purchased at Destination Chrysler) I have 5 years of experience with the destination team and to be honest I have narrowed it down to the last 12/13 months for the terrible service, not to mention the last service I brought my truck in for left a nice dent and chip out of the paint in my tail gate that was reported to the manager with zero attempt to get back to me or compensate at all. So now that I have done my homework I know that a new manager was hired 13/14 months ago... Do not bring your vehicles here for service unless you are looking to be disappointed.

Customer service is not good! I had my car in their shop for 3-4 days and when I got my car it was so dirty! They didn’t bother to wash nor vacuum it, I use to go to GM on auto mall they were all so welcoming and helpful, they washed my car and vacuum it even after a short service! Brought my Jeep in for an oil change and was advised the rear brakes needed replacing (at 39, km.) Some quick research suggests that Jeep intentionally equips the vehicle with thin brake pads on the rear. Brakes add $500+ to the bill. But what really confused me was a separate charge of $53.94 attributed to 'shop charges'. I called the next day and was promised someone would call back to explain. 10 days later I called again and was promised someone would call back later that day. Following day I dropped into the dealership. One of the service agents explained that the lady that wrote up my order was not in but he could explain it. Said it was for shop supplies, like brake cleaner, rags, no seize lube - that kind of stuff. I responded 'really, $54 for cleaner and lubricant, for a rear brake job?' Anyway, I might have thought that between the $145/hr labor rate or the $333 for the pads and rotor machining , they could have included the sundry charges. But hey, that's the service dealership 'get ya while we can' trick. Next time I'll check around before I support their overpriced work. And hopefully next time they'll take the time to both explain it up front and call back the customer when they have a question.

I made an offer to a salesman and he checked with his manager and then told me it was a deal. He later told me there was other offer he was unaware of but if I matched that offer I and made a deposit first I could still have the truck. I declined and said I would still consider the original price. He said he would get back to me if that deal fell through. The salesman never got back to me and the truck I was looking at is still listed for sale. I have since purchased another vehicle elsewhere. The whole thing reeked of underhanded tactics and theatrics to squeeze more money out of me. I understand that no legal documents had been signed yet, but I would not expect behavior like this from an established dealership. Situations like these are why car salesmen get a bad name.

David in sales was great! Very easy to deal with. Destination has serviced my 2005 Grand Caravan since I bought it in 2011. They regularly contact me about specials and offers. In January David in sales called to let me know about their year end clearances. He said he had contacts wanting used vans like mine and I could get a good trade in on it. I was curious so I made an appointment. His call reminded me to book my van in for service as it was past due and I had put off some work needed on the front suspension. After a $750 bill for a minor tune and fluid change the service department said my van had multiple issues with the suspension, had several fluid leaks, needed new gaskets and will need $6500 in repairs if is to remain road safe. Ouch! I brought my wife to my appointment with David because now I need a vehicle! I have never bought new and I’ve always been skeptical of “car salespeople”. I had my doubts but we had discussed the possibility of driving home in a new van. David first asked what I thought my van was worth! I told him the news about my van needing $6500 in repairs and how I just paid $750 for a tune up! He thanked me for my honesty and said that he will take care of the $750! Unfortunately I had already paid it! He told me he would work it into the trade in value to help with the repair costs! I also told him I just bought new winter tires so he said he will throw in a set of tires too. He asked many questions to find our wants and needs. He eventually brought up a van he thought was right for us to test drive. It was a long day but I have to say that David was great throughout the whole process! Right from the start. He was very down to earth and easy to talk to. Not what I was expecting at all. I found him to be honest, very reasonable, attentive to our needs and he gave me a decent trade in on my van considering its condition. I only wish he could have closed the deal because I felt like he would have stopped at nothing. He did all he could to make sure we were happy and driving home in a new van. He has also followed up with me more than once to see how everything is going. I am stopping in this week to see him and follow up on something he offered. Terrible service. Brought my Jeep in for its its scheduled service and as I had been having trouble with the battery (wouldn't start occasionally and would need a jump start) I specifically asked them to check on it for me as I was moving to another province later that week and didn't want to be stuck on the highway somewhere with a dead battery. They did not replace the battery as the tests they ran were coming up "fine". Surprise, surprise on the drive to my new home the battery died again when we topped up gas on the highway. Had to buy jumper cables, get a kind stranger to jump start our car and head to the closest auto repair shop (Kal Tire). Battery was 6 years old, and at the end of its life. Despite the tests coming up "fine" again at Kal Tire, they said if we had been having problems to replace it so we don't get stuck again. Great service. I called the dealership to ask why they hadn't offered the same solution and was told there was no problem with the battery. I explained again that we had specifically asked to have the battery checked and it left us hugely inconvenienced when it died again with a several hour delay at the start of a 10 hour drive (stressful enough moving provinces without having to deal with this). The manager on the phone simply repeated himself, the test came back "fine". I asked why they had not contacted me to ask if I wanted a new battery, even if the tests came back positive I had expressly explained that I was having problems, the battery was 6 years old when the life of a battery stretches to up to 7 years. "The tests came back fine". I explained I had even given them an opportunity to bill me for an extra service (ie adding a new battery even if they thought it wasn't necessary). "The tests came back fine, we don't replace parts that aren't broken". I was stuck at an impasse with a customer service manager who could have been replaced by a tape recording repeating itself over and over. No apologies offered, no compensation offered, simply a case of me needing to deal with it. I checked the website to see if there was anyone else who could help me and reached out to someone who appeared to be the GM on their website. No reply. I will never come back again and I would encourage you not to either. They also call every 6 months trying to sell us a new car as we bought the car firsthand from the lot.

Back in February, I called in to inquire about Dodge Rams. Pablo, the sales manager, returned my call within an hour and was very helpful in answering my questions and made me feel welcomed. I came in and he introduced me to Ahmad who helped me get a great used truck. Ahmad is awesome and always helpful whenever I contact him. Got great service from them, and the finance managers were actually wonderful to deal with as well. I came back after a week because Ahmad arranged for me to get some paint touched up. He took me to the parts department who were really kind and helpful in getting me some accessories as well. Just last week my backup camera stopped working all of a sudden. I brought it into the service department where I initially had some trouble building rapport/trust and getting the kind of great service I had with the rest of the dealership. Joe the finance manager helped smooth things out and arranged a loaner vehicle for me for the 3 days my truck was being repaired. Thanks to the service manager, Daniel, everything was resolved, exceeding my expectations. I'm super happy with this dealership and drive over half an hour to come here. If there are any problems rest assured that the managers do care about you and the reputation of the dealership.

Over promised and never delivered. Foundation promised me a truck in 3 months or less and took my deposit on the grounds that the vehicle already had a VIN and was in the que waiting to be built. I called in 11 weeks later and was told the vehicle would not be built due to semi conductor shortages with the manufacture. That alone was disappointing, however, not enough to justify a bad review of the dealership. The worst part about it was they never notified me of this as soon as they knew which I've confirmed with other dealers was less than a few weeks from the time I ordered. They wasted over 2 months of my time and failed to offer any compensation for their inaction, so consequently I'm still without a new truck. Shop with Foundation at your own risk since they refused to take any responsibility in the matter other than refunding me my deposit.

After a lengthy conversation about why our regularly scheduled service was going to cost over $1700, we were told it was because unions set the number of hours it takes to do the labour. Our maintenance involved 2.5 hours labour and oil that is priced at $81/litre. It was explained that it is costed out at 7.5 hours labour at $145/hr. My Doctor makes $150/ hr. Hmmm. This is a total and absolute rip off and needs to be taken to the better business bureau. There is something wrong when 2.5 hrs labour and a few litres of synetics costs that much.

From the very outset when my son and I first dropped in at the dealership, there was NO sense of typical sales pressure techniques that I've experienced over the years...truthfully I was cynical on first contact. However, this operation has been really great in customer service ! I must also point out that with the EcoDiesel Ram we purchased, the truck pretty much sold itself. I’ve been a loyal Jeep customer for 17 years. I recently moved here and if this is my local dealership I’m seriously considering a new vehicle. First of all, Dodge doesn’t rate to highly on the warranty and customer service scale as it is so that part of it didn’t come to much of a surprise. But when I called the dealership I bought from to discuss my extended warranty they talked me through it, told me exactly how much it should cost to fix it and went above and beyond... meanwhile... Destination Dodge charged me almost 3 times that price. Then as I went to leave the shop... my check engine light was still on. They had my Jeep the entire day and moved it countless times and no one noticed the check engine light? Or checked the notes on file of me mentioning it when I booked the appointment? So there I had to sit for another hour with my 2 year old and wait for it with hardly a sorry for the inconvenience. The overall experience left a terrible taste in my mouth and really thinking about a new car.

Beware this dealership. Staff is rude and inconsiderate of the customer's time. They took in my Wrangler since 930am, only to find out that the TPMS sensor was incompatible. They never informed me of this and just charged the invoice when I arrived to pick-up the truck @ 500pm. When I hiked to the other side of the lot to find the Jeep and leave, I found that I had been boxed-in by another vehicle in their inventory. I marched back to ask them their goddam permission to leave (srsly wow), only to be told by the staff that the issue had never actually been solved due to a botched diagnostic! On the way back the Service Manager with hardcore potty-mouth started barking the F-word at his Lot Person, in front of a customer O_O. I was therefore charged $116 for literally nothing! The 1hr labour was never actually carried out and yet I footed the bill for it... These company clowns were even smoking cigs on the lot in proximity of customers. Altogether an unforgivable experience and I will refrain from any future dealings with these SCAMMERS again. This matter will be referred to the VSA and legal action may be taken.

Had the worst customer experience from a two faced salesman Fawzhi, He pretends like he cares what the buyer wants. I still dont understand how he can decide whether the offer is good or not without presenting a written offer to one of his managers. Regardless, I still bought the jeep because I needed a vehicle. However, that was the end of the salesman Fawzhi, I had to make appointment from the finance manager to pick a date for the delivery. I called Fawzhi if we could move our pick up date earlier, he said yes but never showed up on the day. The excuse something came up. Never received a called from him that he will not be able to come. Once you buy the car thats it. Felt like I had to search for people to help me pick up my new vehicle. Tony on the other hand was very helpful even though I never purchased the vehicle from him.He took the time explaining how to use the features on the new jeep and doing a thorough walk around of the vehicle. I wouldnt say never go to this dealership because there are some good employees but just be careful who you buy the car from. One thing for sure is I would never buy a car from Fawzhi or recommend anyone to conduct any business with him.

Went in for a simple test drive that I booked over the internet. I was able to text Adrian Tsang on my phone on my own leisure in the meant time. When I went in, Adrian was busy, however Mike handled my case moving forward. the process was very straight forward. The only hiccup was waiting for the F and I girl. However she is very friendly, so it was a very positive experience down to the insurance agent. Definitely would deal with them again if the opportunity presents itself.
