Broken Car, they tried to fix...5 Times. I bought a 2016 car from Cam Clark and an issue came up. I have brought the car in 5 different times to deal with this issue and it is still not resolved. Every time I take the car back the assure me its fixed. I got home, started the car and it was still broken. I am literally at my wits end, and figure I will just drive around with a lemon.

We bought a new Explorer platinum from them earlier this year. There were several people involved in the deal who were all marvellous. The thing that really stood out was a young fella from the UK who was not working on our deal. While we were waiting for an appointment with the finance lady, he started chatting with us. Super friendly and informative. Remember, he had nothing to gain by talking to us - just a shining example of how the whole team helps make or break an experience. I had an issue with my transmission in my 2014 Fiesta ST. I brought my car to NV Cam Clark since it was the closest to where I live. My experience was top notch. I was wary of the usual reputation of dealers extorting owners with unnecessary charges and so on. This was not to be the case, as they were a breeze to deal with, and went the extra mile to make sure i was accomodated. They warned me of any charges before doing any work and made it clear what needed to be done. Their honest and top notch service means I will be back again.

Having bough my last 4 vehicles ???? at Cam Clark Ford Lincoln I have always been thrilled with their service and attention to details. I could always stop by if I had a problem with understanding some of the new gadgets. My last vehicle bought was the Lincoln Corsair 2020 which I bought from Farzin Sahbaei as I have all the others. He is always there to help me and this year I received the able assistance of Steffen and a very learning lesson from Lucy who made learning a pleasure. Would I recommend Cam Clark Ford Lincoln to others, well I guess this is what I had just been doing!

I would have given 5 starts but an oilchange and routine inspection seems to always takes 4 hours with an appointment. It's a long time to be waiting. Staff are friendly and helpful and my truck was washed and vacuumed but I feel like they should ask if I want the extra service when they know I am sitting in the waiting room as I would have passed on the offer as nice as it is. I did mention that I needed to get to work on arrival.

Regarding the service department I had a terrible time. I went in and explained my issue and said I would be renting a car. I had to track down the status of my truck while paying for a rental and the issue was never explained or evidence shown or told. Walked out paying 178 bucks for my PCE reset

I went there to test drive a new Ford Expedition. Despite making an appointment in advance, the truck I was given was full of someone’s personal belongings, including used napkins in the cupholders, shoes, and a jacket. I had some questions about the truck and was promised a follow up call, but I never heard from the salesperson. I had a similar experience earlier when I was trying to find out the towing figures and maximum hitch weight for my Lincoln Navigator — they would promise to call me back but never did. After 3 or 4 attempts I called a different dealership where someone more knowledgeable was able to answer my questions right away. I ended up going with a GMC Yukon as my next vehicle — it’s a much better truck anyway.

Despite booking an appointment a week in advance and providing the details of the service I wanted, they did not have the brake parts required on hand when I brought the vehicle in at 7:00 am. As a result, they had to keep the vehicle an extra day. I do commend Keith, the GM for being sympathetic to the situation and arranging a loaner car. Also, I personally filled the windshield washer reservoir the day before taking the vehicle in and they charged $5.13 to top it up even though I had not requested any washer fluid. NOT HAPPY!

I’ve received the worst service from Cam Clarke Ford North Vancouver, especially from the service department. They’re dismissive, patronizing and do not seem to care once you’ve already bought the car. I just called the front desk to get through to the service department because I have yet another problem with my car, this time being a recall... the guy at the reception desk said the service department is not open on labour day and then hung up on me. Who is training the staff here?! Unreal. I also was not informed about any recall regarding my car model after having had it there for 3 weeks. It is a huge safety issue having a faulty clutch. Now I’m trying to sell my car but no one will take it because of the recall problem. I’ve tried not to create an issue with the dealership because it’s just not my style but it just continues I’m exhausted from the treatment.

I'm incredibly unimpressed with this locations service department. I called and booked an appointment for an oil change only and the receptionist took it upon herself to add other inspections and tire adjustments i didnt ask for so in the end I ended up paying way more than I was quoted plus labour. Furthermore, they tried to add other unnecessary service charges to my vehicle. For example, they mentioned my rear breaks needed servicing when I just got new rear breaks less than a year ago. It's safe to say I won't be returning here because they're not trustworthy and only out for your money.

We dealt with Douglas and I have to say that I haven't seen such a professional , knowledgeable , and above all passionate guy. I have been to many dealerships and they all want to sell the vehicles but they are usually not passionate. We couldn't buy the car for some other reason but at no point in time, Douglas was very cool about it. If anyone is looking for A Lincoln or Ford, he is the man to go to. If I ever buy a mustang or f150, I'm going to see him right away. Highly recommended.

I have been bringing my vehicle to Cam Clark Ford since 2012 and have received amazing service thus far but my most recent experience was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I brought my vehicle in on Tuesday morning because the Coolant Issue light had come on. Brought it in to have the vehicle inspected and an oil change. Was called later Tuesday afternoon to be told by Steve over the phone that it would cost $1572 to repair my vehicle and that I would be a week without a vehicle because it would take a week to get a part. And they had no courtesy vehicles but could try to get me a rental for $25/ day. I asked Steve to please email me a summary report of my vehicle and a quote for all the work needing to be done as I had to make decisions around the high bill as well as being without a vehicle for a week. I waited and waited for the report to come through but the Service Team went home for the day without sending me the quote. Day one of no vehicle. On Wednesday morning I called as soon as the service department opened asking for the report to be sent through. At 930am Steve called me asking if I had made a decision. I told him no because he still had not sent through the quote. He emailed me a quote but it did not have the coolant issue on it or the replacement for that piece and instead was quoting for breaks and rotors. My vehicle inspection report was also not included. I replied to the email saying that I would like a full quote and that this does not list the coolant hose. He replied with "That is $236 + tax to install." At this point I called the Service Manager, Keith, and explained that I did not want to get anyone in trouble but that what I would like is a standard ask, a vehicle inspection report and a quote for all the work they are doing. Ford is great at this traditionally, even sending you facts sheets about what each part does for your vehicle. I explained that I am asking for the report on my vehicle that lists all the work they are recommending and a quote. Keith asked me to give him an hour. I gave him an hour and received the report Wednesday afternoon. I was shocked to see the price had increased and was now over $2000.00 and there were items on there that had not been mentioned to me as critical and other items that I had been told were critical that were caution. I was more confused then ever. Keith called to see if I had received the report and I said yes but that I was concerned as to all the new additions and needed sometime to see what I could do. I called Keith first thing on Thursday morning and shared that I needed to find financing to get all of this done and that I was considering taking it to another mechanic who could get me the part quicker than 7 days wait. I personally could order the part online and have it shipped within 24 hours. Keith asked me to give him time to see what he could do. This was at 2:30pm. He had an hour meeting and would call me back. I called him at 4pm after having not heard from him. Then at 5pm called back and was told he had gone home for the day. Day 3 with no vehicle and no follow up. During the time it took Keith and his Team to get back to me I found my own mechanic. rented myself a vehicle and hired the mechanic to come with me to Ford to pick up my car and get it out of there on Thursday evening. On Friday morning I called in to pay for the oil change and they had no record of me picking up my vehicle despite the fact that I had even provided a photocopy of my drivers license stating that I had taken my vehicle. I was able to hire another mechanic to pick up the vehicle with me, order the part and repair my vehicle for less than the price quoted by Cam Clark Ford. And had my vehicle repaired and up and running by end of day Saturday. I am grateful to the salesmen there on Thursday evening who helped me get my vehicle back. Still no call from the Service Manager or anyone on the team to apologize for any of this.

I booked an appointment weeks ago, I told the lady on the phone to call me or send me a reminder via email the day before, she told me that they do... no call or email just double checked. ..The appointment was today but no one called me. Extremely disappointed. I wish they could have let me know, or even called me today to ask me to come in.

I reached out as my Ford Escape had a field service action when I searched online. I checked to see that this was still covered to replace the part and I was assured that this was covered by warranty at no cost. I arrived expecting the part to be replaced as I was told while booking but instead I was told I had to complete a diagnostic check before they could replace the part. After taking time off work and being at the location I reluctantly agreed. This cost over $260 and I still have the defective part in my vehicle. I had previously confirmed that there would be no cost due to the warranty and ended up paying above market rate for a diagnostic. I felt taken advantage of.

I recently bought a Ford Flex from Cam Clark Ford. I have to say my experience dealing with them was fabulous. This was in particular due to two specific employees that I had the pleasure of dealing with. The first was Robert Armstrong. Not only was his manner very pleasant and good natured... but he also made me feel completely at ease with his ability to make me completely comfortable and recognize that he wasn't going to push me into anything I wasn't interested in. He simply was there to help guide me and help me make informed choices as to the specific aspects I wanted in my new vehicle. I highly recommend dealing with Robert and will send all my friends and relatives to him when they are looking to buy a Ford. The second person I had the pleasure to deal with was Setareh Kopahi, the Finance Director. She made the process of payment straightforward and easy... as well as very nicely and efficiently explaining all the optional packages I could purchase to help protect my investment as well as save me money on necessary things such as future maintenance on my Flex. She is very knowledgeable and again was no pressure with regards to telling me that i 'needed' something. She simply presented all the options, gave me the pros to each and let me decide what best suited my needs and budget. She made the actual transferring of funds easy and painless and again, she would be someone I will send friends and family to if they are going to purchase a Ford. Overall, Cam Clark Ford gave me one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had in the purchase of anything. Again, I believe this to be solely due to the fact that the above two people I've mentioned are geared towards giving true customer service that I know they'll stand behind if ever I should need to call upon them. Case in point, I needed some touch-up paint for my Flex from some little chips that occurred from road debris and Robert went out of his may to make sure I got the correct paint colour touch-up stick from their service department. As well, I decided that I wanted to upgrade my service package deal that I had purchased from Setareh a few days prior and she too went above and beyond to make sure I was again treated 1st class and given all options available so I could again make the best and informed choice as possible. Hats off to you both and to Cam Clark Ford for hiring such great employees.

Heads up though - it is a very busy service centre and area traffic is often heavy, so expect possible delays and longer waiting times.

Not to pleased with their service. I am sure they did a great job mechanically but I took my truck in early Monday morning and they said they would probably have it back for me that evening. The next day rolls around and I had to call three times to find out that my truck had indeed been done on Monday. Was told they got busy and forgot, and asked if I needed my truck, yes I am a contractor. When I got my truck I had grease smeared through my truck on the steering wheel and door. I wont be going back is all I can say. Sorry lost a customer.

Had a number of other shops take a look and we even told them what ford said and they all told us those parts didn't need replacing. There are lots of other shops in the area. Skip these guys for all of your service needs.

Their sales person Keith was very helpful. He has good customer obsession and tirelessly followed up with me. He's the main reason I decided to try the Ford. Most other dealers in the area expect you to do the following up. The showroom is spacious and offers a wide variety of choices. Their finance team can do better though. They are good at making you feel worthless. They will ask for N guarantees and even after you provide all of it, would ask for a hefty down payment. I almost lost interest and decided to go for the Nissan but here again Keith proactively helped get a more amicable solution. Overall a positive experience. Hope this continues even when I require further assistance.

Great experience at Cam Clark! Don took care of my girlfriend and I in purchasing our new Ford Escape. We found the right car and Don gave us all the knowledge we needed to supplement our prior research going in to make the decision that we are super happy about! The Ford Employee pricing was a big bonus as well. The only thing I wish they made more apparent during the process was in fact how much we were saving. We did our research prior to test driving, so we knew how much we were going to save, but the confidence in how much we were saving was made apparent at the end, not as much during discussions about purchasing and would have saved a little apprehension overall. All in all, an excellent experience purchasing from Cam Clark Ford, amazing experience getting our first new car and I would definitely recommend purchasing from them.

I purchased a used auto here in 2015. I've quite a few issues with the car since that should have been fixed in my opinion by cam clark at the time of purchase or at least noticed by them prior to selling it to me. The battery was still the original battery of the car and was pretty much dead by the winter of that year, the catalytic converter died 2 months into owning the car. Finally and the worst one...the car window tints that existed when I purchased the car were illegal for me to drive with. Cam Clark did not specify this when I purchased it and as such when I went to re-register the car in the province it failed because of the window tints and I had to pay for them to be removed out of pocket. This also means for the entirety that I drove the car in BC, I was driving with illegal tinting thanks to the dealership. I feel like they should have checked these things prior to selling the car to me and am not very happy about my purchase.

This was my first visit to Cam Clark Ford, for service, having bought my Mustang GT at another dealership. It was a very positive experience. My service advisor was professional, courteous and knowledgeable, which really is what defines the whole service experience. They arranged a shuttle home for me and picked me up when my car was ready, saving the hassle of an uber, or arranging a ride. So really, that saved me $50. I particularly enjoyed chatting with both the shuttle drivers. I mentioned my interest in the new Ford Bronco. The driver dropped my 14 year old son and I off next to the Broncos parked on the back lot. We both that was pretty cool of him. A very friendly sales guy approached us on the lot, we explained we were just "browsing", so he was just conversational. Obviously management and ownership are doing something right, if they are able to attract and retain high quality, happy employees. I'll be back, and I will recommend them to friends. (I'll buy the Bronco from them, if they ever become available.lol.)

I find it kind of disheartening to see a Salesman having lunch inside of an $89,000 car that he has not yet purchased for himself and expects to sell to somebody else. Maybe that's something to keep in mind when you buy a new car from these folks

On June 11th, my girlfriend and I had spent the better part of the week test driving cars. It seemed like we drove a lot of them. When we felt we needed to take a break we happened to step onto the Cam Ford lot in North Vancouver, we were greeted by Allen Prpic, who was very pleasant, we test drove a car, but weren't in love with it we liked it... our drive with Allen was good and he was the first one of all the sales rep to tag along on the drive (gloved and masked up), when we returned to the dealership we sat and discussed a few things about the car, but he seemed to sense and feel we weren't loving it. "I don't want to sell you something you like, I want to sell you something you love!" he said. We appreciated this very much. Even though we didn't buy the car in the end and we ended up purchasing another car from another dealership, we truly appreciated that Allen didn't pressure us into buying the car. Thanks Allen. May you be blessed with the time you gave to us and the honesty you shared with us. Bravo!!!

Worst service department ever. Our 2018 Ford Escape has been there for 8 weeks and they are unable to solve the problem. Noxious smoke coming into the cab of the vehicle. They keep charging us monthly for this stinky lemon.

The Ford model of car service doesn't work for me. All my quite new vehicle needs is an oil and filter change. Yes, they say they'll do lot's of checks and rotate my tires but you have to believe that they've got the service time worked out to the minute. So their business model is a bit of a puzzle. You make an appointment and take your vehicle in. Then they shuttle you back home. Several hours later they pick up and take you to the dealership. I've always thought that this double commute was a bit of a waste of my time not to mention tying me up for half a day. This last time I made my appointment and took my truck in at 10:15. The service clerk mentioned they'd probably call about 1:30. Later, about 1:30, since my wife was heading that way I called to say that I didn't need the shuttle and that I was on my way. I had to leave a message. Within a few blocks of the dealership they called back. I asked if my truck was ready and they said not yet. OK, I said, I'm almost there so I'll just sit and wait for it. They said they'd let the service department know that. So after sitting in the waiting area for awhile something made me get up and go look though a window into the shop. Great, there was my truck and it was heading towards the front area. Opps, guess not, it just pulled into a hoist area and the guy just popped the hood release! So out to the service counter I go. Are they just starting to service my truck now? Yes, they had a bit of a back-up from yesterday! Gee, wouldn't it have been nice if they'd have informed me and changed the appointment time. At any rate it was, no thanks, I'll just take my truck now. No more dealer service for me, from now on it's take it to a place that will service it by an appointment that means something while I sit and wait. Much better use of my time.

My Ford Ranger went in for a lube and oil service. The lube was over $30 more expensive than previous services. It seems there was some plug that was replaced. Not told that by the service writer. I also has a front passenger airbag replaced as requested by Ford Canada. It is always nice to drive away with a washed vehicle. My vehicle had not been washed.

Dan Souder is incredibly unprofessional. My husband and I were working with our local dealership to transfer a car from this dealer, and Dan lied to them and told them the car was sold. As it was still available on their website I called to speak to Dan myself and determine why the car wouldn't be transferred. He then proceeded to speak over my husband and I for the majority of the phone call, accused us of being employees of the dealer here trying to find out about the car, and then flat out refused to help us or transfer the vehicle. As we live on the island travelling to North Vancouver is impractical when a dealer here can transfer the vehicle. Dan was rude, unprofessional, and let a personal vendetta against our dealership get in the way of my husband and I purchasing the vehicle we wanted. He also refused to let us speak to his manager. His behaviour was so unacceptable that I will be addressing it with corporate when they open tomorrow morning.

Disappointing very expensive experience. Voiced my concern about charges for labor of $162.00 per hour! to Keith the service manager. I realize business needs to make money but this is excessive. He promised to get back to me to see if there was anything could be done to reduce charges and get back to me. He mentioned a possible seniors discount that was not disclosed while receiving the service. I never received any reply from him or customer satisfaction survey from Ford. It has been over a month now. The technician who did the repair did a good job but the customer service side of things unfortunately was lacking. T. I DO NOT recommend Cam Clark Ford - North Vancouver. Horrible service!!!! Everything that has happened to me there in less than 1y after purchasing my car: [1] I requested the following services thru smart program: paint chip touch-up in the hood and bumper, repair the bumper scratch that they caused during their previous service, remove side-mirror & cam clark sticker debris. 2 days later, Chris Deal called me saying the car was done. - For the paint chip touch-ups: They DID NOT use Smart Program, did the service themselves, many spots were left untouched and as for the ones “done”; a lacquer touch-up paint was misused leaving debris over the rock chips. Which didn't solve the problem, left worst marks and an uneven surface on the paint with a different color tone. The lacquer was left in the car “for future use”. - If I knew this was going to be the service provided, I wouldn’t have paid that much for a smart program…and would have either done it myself or contacted a detailing shop. [I also thought I was getting serviced by the Smart Program, whom I called and they confirmed not to be true]. - Mirror and bumper scratch: remained the same. No service applied at all. Not even on the scratch THEY caused during their service. I went to talk to Chris Deal and his answer was "this is what the technicians can do." - [See the pictures. Is this the level of service that represents Cam Clark? And specially what, us clients, should be expecting?] His excuse was that "at the day was raining a lot, and the technicians couldn't see what they were doing." - [I mean... seriously?] No further actions were taken to solve this; not at the day...not after. After sending an e-mail with these pictures and video to all their departments, Janna told me their sales manager was going to contact me directly - no name or contact was given. A week has gone by and no calls, nor e-mails, nor even an apology. They BLOCKED my e-mail from their list. I've filled a formal complaint to their manager 3 WEEKS ago and he never returned my e-mails/calls. Terrible follow-up!! [2] Changing tires for summer: I took the day off to go there and swap tires only to discover that they lost one of my rims; which I paid to store them there. I had to wait for them to order a new one so it could get serviced. Lost my time and a full work day on both days I had to go there. They could have checked that before scheduling the appointment. At the actual service day, I arrived at the arranged time only to discover that they also forgot to schedule the appointment in their system. [3] Purchasing new rims for my summer tires: First, there was a misunderstanding regarding the rims price; a certain amount was passed to me, which I approved for order. Then the vehicle got serviced. And after that when I received the invoice the value was higher than the agreed. I end up being charged more than I was expecting to. Brandon (great guy!) did everything in his power to reduce the price and try to match to the value agreed. In the end, I still paid more than it was originally passed to me. [4] Oil Change Service: At the service day, I was expecting to have it done by the afternoon. Brandon called me asking for a few more hours. "no problem" I said. When they finished and I got my car back. it was still dirty and worst: with oil marks and oily hand stains all over it: on the paint above all 4 tires, front & rear bumper, and hood. Completely unacceptable; I am glad I spot those at the dearlership before I left. I spoke with Brandon and he got someone to wash the car; which helped but did not remove entirely. I end up having to wash it myself at home. They are all friendly people, and that's what makes you come back and give another chance. Well, I gave them way too many... READ ALL LOW REVIEWS HERE, THEY REFLECT THEIR SERVICE. 2 years later: I'm currently using another dealership and their service is completely different from what I experienced at Cam Clark. I will never go back there!

disappointing service. the service team neglect the details of vehicle return time expectation that they have confirmed to follow and they have the details in the appointment on their system but they call me now well over 2 hours after i have dropped off the car to tell me they want to take the info to take in the car for service i said this is the time you were supposed to have the vehicle ready for return to me and you are saying you just want to take it in now? what were you doing so far? she goes oh im sorry we didnt know you needed it by 11am but the truth is she knew when i wanted the car back and she was just pretending like she didnt know and as soon as i told her it is in your system she said oh now i see it when i opened it! very frustrating. we have to take the car back and do the service somewhere else another day!

On June 28th 2019, I brought my 2006 F 150 in for a tune-up($500.00 +) and asked if they would please rotate the tires. I was assured that this is standard and that it would be done. When I brought my truck home I could tell that the tires had not been rotated because the front rims still had brake dust on them same as before. I waited until the following week to call and was asked to bring the truck back, which I did and they performed the task. With hardly an apology I was told that sometimes the tires are better left where they are. No compensation offered? Worst of all I'm left wondering what else didn't they do. Sales only brings in high spec and fully loaded new/used vehicles, I'm told by them it's because North Vancouver customers are all wealthy and expect it. Also means more profit for dealer... But they are better than some other Ford dealers I've been forced to visit. .

1. Self serve Kiosk was amazing. 2. Shuttle Service was excellent (from and to). The shuttle (UNCLE) driver was friendly. 3. Prioritizing the car in sequence according to the schedule was very poor. During booking the lady service advisor committed that the service will be done in only 4 hours maximum so she assured me that the car/ van will be ready on or before noon time if I can bring the car first hr in the morning. I left the van the day before the schedule so it will be ready first hour in the morning in their shop. I received phone call early in the morning from the service consultant to confirm the order. I follow up on the phone before noon time and the van haven't even diagnose yet. It was only by then they prioritize it which it suppose to be almost finish by that time. The van was just over 22K Kilometers on it, they asked me to replace the rotor as it can't be resurface anymore. The pads and the rotor DIDN'T reach metal to metal, but how come the rotor need to be replaced at 22K kilometers only. They have to work on the issue as this is not acceptable for almost brand new van they have to replace the rotor and I shouldered the expenses as I was only driving the van normally with out pushing it t hard (driving like an old lady) and still I will receive a diagnosis of replacing the brake rotor in only over a year of driving it. I deserve better explanation on why the rotor of the van need to be replaced and I have to pay the parts. 4. I moved my schedule on that day to later time because my van wasn't ready after lunch. They were able to fix the van in a matter of 2 hours after I spoke to the service advisor assigned. The lady was right in her promise. a. I was upset on the how they prioritize the vehicles in their shop. b. I can't understand why they have to replace the brake rotor of a year old van 22K on it . The van was driven carefully. Why the customer has to pay the price for a engineering design flaws? People should think twice even thrice why do they will choose a vehicle whereby the manufacturer can't even stand on the brand they are selling.

Went there for an engine light diagnostics after calling and making an appointment. What they said is they can't do it today and I have to come back after a week('anyways solid engine light is not serious blah blah') . Why you didn't call me to let me know so at least I wouldn't drive all the way. What type of service is this. Not professional!!!

I do not recommend the service department at Cam Clark Ford. Took my car in on multiple occasions for the same issue to be fixed (and re-fixed twice after they did it faulty on two occasions) and each time had a bad experience, delay or an inflated quote for the work being done. Work was done without my approval and once they told me the final price I was not happy as I found cheaper quotes from other garages and other Ford dealers. No response from the Service Manager after sending email and leaving voice mail. Car broke down again after the 3rd visit but took it elsewhere to fix the problem after Ford couldn’t. Don’t think I’ll return to them after my family has used this dealer for 30+ years. Recommend to go elsewhere if you want a fair price and decent work done on your car.

My wife and I began looking for a family vehicle a few months ago. At the time we were not prepared to purchase a vehicle and were weighing all options. From our first visit, the sales rep, Jacob was very kind and understanding. Jacob never pushed or persuaded us to make the experience uncomfortable like we originally feared. We returned on a Wednesday afternoon two weeks ago, and was ready to settle on some sort of deal. Jacob had sent a 2013 Ford Edge packet in the mail which prompted us to consider the vehicle. However, Jacob wasn't there at that time as we didn't make any appointment, but the sales managers, Dan and Steve, were very helpful. We test drove a new Ford Edge, and thought we could seriously consider it. We really liked a red color AWD with GPS and black leather interior, and a nice panorama sunroof, but it seemed out of our price range. After that we left the lot a little discouraged. But Jacob called within 30 minutes from his day off to inform us that his manager phoned him and told him that the red one could possibly work out. Jacob, Dan, Steve and the whole team helped us to get our dream vehicle at the right price!! It's still very surreal. The experience of leasing a vehicle at Cam Clark Ford Lincoln was very comfortable, easy, and simplified. We came in with expectations of $$$$ and signing things we didn't understand. We were very happy and relieved to find out that each section was clearly communicated and we had a great experience! Thanks again!

RUN, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Bought a 2012 Tacoma from a friendly salesman and everything seemed to go great.... until 3 months later when the loan happened to show up in my online banking (just by chance they used my bank, if not I may still not have noticed). The amount I still owed barely differed from my original amount (maybe by 1K-2K), even after putting 4K down upfront and $1500 over the past 3 months of payments. I called the bank to figure out what the deal was. They told me the dealership submitted the loan amount to them but it was for exactly $3740.02 more than my actual purchase cost. Being out of town at the time I quickly called a family member that could locate my paper work and figure out the problem. They sent me the documents and sure enough, even though I had declined the Disability Insurance, it was hidden on another document and had been added in (my own fault for not being careful enough as they rushed me through the paper work and vaguely summarized the document), but I had NOT signed the application for disability insurance. So I called the Insurance company and told them that I didn't sign up for the policy but was told that in fact I did and they had a document signed by me approving it. I thought "oh no I'm hooped, I screwed up", I asked to cancel the insurance and was able to receive some of the money back but it was barely even half of the $3740.02, along with the breakdown of what I was to receive, they sent me the signed copy of the "Insurance Application"..... As I compared it to the copy that I had in my possession, they were the exact same document only my copy was not signed, but their copy had a massacred attempt at my personal signature!!! Exactly what it sounds like, my signature was forged on a document that almost cost me 4K if I had not caught it by chance. Something very shady is going on in the finance department. I still have both copies and can put them side by side and the only difference is that horrible attempt at my signature. I contacted the dealership and trying to keep my cool I explained the situation. I was told that my issue would be relayed to the president of the dealership and dealt with by him. But no such thing happened. I was transferred to an employee who wouldn't admit that there was any wrong doing on the part of the dealership, he would brush away any of my comments about the forgery but was for some reason very prompt to getting my money back, every cent is accounted for. I asked for them to send me the copy of the insurance application that they have on file but was told that it no longer existed in their system, after multiple requests. I believe the reason it was dealt with so fast was to try to keep me quiet and hope I would possibly forget. There will be no forgetting this incident and I will tell anybody and everybody I know who is ever thinking of buy a vehicle from this dealership that they would be better off running in the other direction. Friendly salesmen but once it gets to the finance office the rules and laws go out the window. I don't know whether or not the salesman was aware of what was going to happen to our transaction and I hope that was not the case. If you are going to make a purchase here, I would be very leery and don't ever feel rushed when going over the paper work. Make sure to keep every piece of paper they give you because that's your proof when they try to pull a fast one on you. Good Luck

Had my 2013 Mustang in for regular 6 month service on 18 Jan. Dropped off at 9:30am with expectation of return in mid afternoon. Called them at 4:30pm for an update and was advised that extra time had been taken in order to address an issue with my brakes. On pickup of my vehicle I was pleased to find that an ongoing issue I had had with "grumbly" brakes had been resolved. I had mentioned my issue in previous service visits, however, nothing was apparently found amiss in the services or in the road tests and nothing done to correct the issue. I was very pleased with the dialogue I had and the service I received from service rep Steve Read.

I've had two recent experiences at Cam Clark Ford. The first was m general maintenance service. When I booked it I dicusssed an issue with the tailgate. The Service Rep told me what they nelieved the problem was. He suggested ordering 2 part to corret the issue, which I did. The exta parts wer were charged to the first Service invoice. I never received a followup booking, and had to camll the service Department and rebook myself. In the meantime, I determined the problem was not totally the Hydraulics but a switch ot computer problem might be the cause. I retutrned the vehicle to the dealership, explained the issue and reminded them of the parts that had been ordered and paid for. The response I got was: 'That order was closed out we can't deal with that". The subsequent conversation was a bit surreal. They fixed the inmmediate problem and suggested I replace the hydraulic rams. Once again I was told they could not deal with the previous work order as it had been closed out. I asked for the parts I had paid for, (no trouble finding them!) and they suggested I bring them in n'ext time; as not changing them woul put undue wear on the motor. Well, id DID take them, and installed them myself in 5 minutes. While they did cut me some slack for a mid diagnosis, they did not tkae the 5 minutes it would have taken to complete the job

Was only suppose to get a diagnosis but got a phone call an hour after dropping it off to let me know they are installing a new clutch, which is covered under the 5 year warranty. I mostly deal with Sarah and she is amazing. She listens to my concerns and then conveys them to the person's working on my car. I would highly recommend Cam Clark Ford as your new car destination. Update: My heater does not work on my car now. 2017 ford fusion. I called to see if anyone can have a look at it. I was told it would be a two week wait to get my heater fixed. it is cold in the morning and it calls for snow this weekend. I asked if there was a way that I could get looked at sooner. was given a strong no. The person who answered my call was not very helpful not informative. I retract my above statement but still believe Sarah to be a great customer service rep. I am so disappointed with Cam Clark for not taking care of my needs in a timely fashion. I called another Ford and was given an appointment for Thursday, two days from now. Cam Clark you disappoint me . you literally left me out in the cold.

I had a warning come up on my 2014 Ford Fiesta that read transmission failure and was able to drive the car home, but the transmission was restricted to approx. 3 speeds. The next day I drove it slowly to Cam Clarke Ford in North Vancouver. Kevin, the Service Agent took very good care of me. The Dealership replaced the clutch and TCM under warranty (odometer approx. 92000 km). I was told that an electrical harness ground had broken with the wiggle test and needed to be replaced but I had to wait until after the week end, because the part had to be shipped in. A courtesy car was provided to me after a couple of days, which was very helpful. The harness which arrived on Monday was the wrong part, so Cam Clark managed to splice it in a electrical box, which reduced the repair cost substantially. Ya tell 'em your budget. You're buying your first vehicle, so ya tell 'em everything you want...all your dreams. They fulfill your dreams, whilst being reassuring and wonderful and all 'it's fine' and lead to believe it's all manageable, except it's not. The budget is blasted all to hell. Struggles for 14 months (the first two months are manageable, the rest are a struggle). Finally goes in and says I've been oversold and cannot afford this. The response? Too bad, not sad, tough you have a problem. Yeah, don't be letting your kids shop here, they are not respectful regarding one's budget, needs or requirements. But dreams? oh, yeah, they'll fulfill your dreams all right, whether you can afford them or not. When I went in I asked for a vehicle with no bells and whistles....then got called down to review a vehicle that has a FRIDGE in it....So they are NOT GREAT AT LISTENING, BUT YOU'RE GONNA HAVE TO WEAR IT. Right now, I could not, in any good conscience recommend them. Very deeply disappointed....coercion = dissatisfied customer/s. Mad....and sad. Son now in an untenable position with no place to turn. And my Ford just rolled past 200,000 so I'll be needing a different ride soon. Seems short sighted to me. Ride or die must be their motto. Likely from starvation whilst making over sold truck payments.....taking advantage of inexperience and enthusiasm is so not cool. Not good at listening to client need vs desire. What the pluck would I ever need or want a fridge for...in my vehicle. Adds weight, uses additional gas, etc. etc. etc. Ridiculous. I'm a basic gal with basic needs. But my needs were not honoured. Yeah, not in a place of recommending Cam Clark Ford, North Vancouver Automall.

Terrible service department. Can't get anything right. And their mistakes will cost you. I had (and still have) a broken speaker. They replaced the wrong speaker whilst my truck was under warranty. Now its out of warranty I paid for a diagnosis but they couldnt find anything wrong. They went through the history and saw that they had replaced the speaker previously (YES BUT THE WRONG ONE!). Now they decided to replaced the speaker's harness. It should come as no surprise that the speaker is still broken. Had they replaced the correct speaker when under warranty, I wouldn't be out of pocket and STILL have a broken speaker. As the saying goes its not wise to throw good money after bad. Going find someone who knows what to do.

I took my car for a regular service, like I always do. The service is always very professional and timely. The waiting area is always very clean and I enjoy the crafty coffee machine. The individuals taking in the vehicle when you come in are excellent at making you feel welcomed and always provide great advice. I always proceed with the recommended maintenance and my vehicle has always performed very well and never left me stranded. The advisors always call me to let me know if they found something that needs attention, providing a detailed explanation. The parts are always in, and you never have to wait. Really disappointed experience at service. I had a appointment at 10:15 am, and I got to the dealership at 10:06 and there is one girl at service desk told me that I have to talk to one of their service advisor. After standing at there for 15 minutes and 3 advisors sitting at there pretending they are doing something, nobody trying to talk to me. I don't know is that because this is a company truck or whatever reason, these seem just don't want to talks to me. After 15 minutes wait one guy finally stand up and take my key. I sent my company truck to other ford before, and never had this issue. Definitely will not come back again. My service advisor told me nobody want to talk to me because it is pain in the ass to acquire a po# from my company fleet. I guess is both side's problem.

I will admit to being frustrated with the service department at Cam Clark Ford in the past. If it wasn't so convenient for me to drop it off my vehicle when I'm working, I would have already gone elsewhere. Things changed on Friday. I had Christy as my service advisor. She works just 2 days a week so I haven't had her before. Frankly, they need to clone her! She was on it from the get go. Both effective and a pleasure to deal with. Secondly, the man that drove me to work in the new Ford Mustang Mach-E. I didn't get his name; he's a treasure to have working there. The Mach-E is very cool. He was well rounded in his advice about electric cars and referred me to Douglas in sales. I spoke to him briefly when I returned to pick up my car. Polite, energetic and knowledgeable. Things are looking up at Cam Clark Ford.

Extremely poor follow up and call back for service. I brought my truck there last summer for recall work and also for an oil change. What a mistake. They were nice while I was there, Yet nobody ever called me back to re book the recalls when parts arrived. Even when I offered more business to fix the small rock chips at my cost, the body shop never called back after my email with pictures and availability to bring the vehicle in. Last time I spoke to them was before October and no follow up as to when they where available to take my vehicle. I did a follow up email to them as to what was happening with the parts and paint in November, I received no response. This place is a simple in and out service center, no follow up or care for the customer once they leave the lot. Never going back!! Being a Ford customer for my whole life and my father owning fords. I’m surprised as how customer care is even used as a term at this place.

This is the North Vancouver shop. They serviced the car on time and as instructed. I had authorized them to change the engine air filter if necessary and they said it was ok. That is a first for me. Different than the Richmond store who I still feel ripped me off in May when I bought out the lease.

On Nov 23, 2021 I took my brand new F150 into get Recall work completed as per the recommendation from the Service Advisor on my last visit, the letter in the mail from Ford and the alerts on my FordPass app. On Nov 19, 2021 I made the appointment in person with a Service Advisor and he also confirmed the recalls needed attention so he booked me for 8:30 am on the 23, I dropped the truck off at 7:30 am and left for work. I get a call from a female Service Advisor at 8:30 am confirming my appointment for a scheduled oil change, I told her no, it's not there for that, it's for the recall work. She said it's not a recall, we only fix parts if they are broken, I said talk to the advisor who booked the appointment about the work needing to be done. I returned to the dealership at 1:00 pm to pick up the truck, saw that it was in the same spot I originally parked it. Go to speak to the service advisor only to find out it sat there all day and wasn't touched. She then proceeded to tell me it's not recall work, she wouldn't explain why. I asked for my keys back and told them I will never bring my truck to this dealership ever again, you wasted 5 hours of my time and did nothing. I have never seen a million dollar dealership hire such incompetent staff to navigate peoples large purchases. When I wanted to talk to the Service Manager or the General Manager, they were conveniently busy. If you want to deal with professional individuals, stay away from this dealership.

My original post was below....just when you thought the service couldn't get worse; it did. If you're reading reviews to determine if you SHOULD/SHOULD NOT use the North Van Cam Clark - pay attention to the names and problems both good and bad as they're real. Without a word of a lie, i left my 2016 limited Flex for 8 days while i was to be away and pick up on return. I returned, and not only was nothing done, but nobody even knew I would need the vehicle....just crickets and excuses. This is a top down issue. There are, as i've said, some excellent people there - no question. There is however, a real problem with fixing faulty vehicle(s)/vehicle issues, communicating with customers, and being accountable for poor performance - from time to time as well too. I saw one comment on here where poster recommends asking for quote of service before allowing completion - #soundadvice I always hate talking to a service person that has to be accountable for previous actions. I'm guessing there is too much pressure over there as everyone seems to think they're too busy to slow down and do things right. Had my vehicle "serviced" back in August with a number of issues on 2016 loaded FF. Cheap plastic parts broke, they've fixed and now they're broken (will have to be replaced now) - leather steering wheel was coming apart so they ordered a new one back in August....crickets ever since until following up myself today (again-too busy to follow up once it arrived after ordering i guess). Customer service said he couldn't help what someone else did or didn't do - really wish he would just offer to help fix the issue rather than deflect responsibility. Vehicle was bought outright - no payments owed or anything....they didn't even follow up with me on servicing after buying it, i had to contact them for my first service. As i was told - I actually don' t need to go to Ford to keep my warranty in tact, i can use the small businesses that survive on the customer service/quality workmanship tandem....there are some really good people at Cam Clark for sure - people that just get things done. I'm sure of it.

Awesome service! Usually I would go to Coastal Ford, and they would ding me $30 for the TPM (Tire Pressure Monitor) reset when I brought my vehicle for the 6 month maintenance as well as tire rotations (This service is free since I signed up with the Maintenance Package). Coastal does nothing else, no inside vacuumed, no car washed. When I brought my vehicle in the first time, I was surprised at the service. Weeks later my turning signal bulb went out and I got a replacement. My car interior still got vacuumed and my car still got washed! Excellent service!

The Good: This was dropping off the vehicle for a recall service. I received the letter from Ford about the recall, and called the next day. They said they would put me on a list and call me when "parts were available". I was surprised to get the call only two business days later - I was expecting it to take weeks or months. The appointment was scheduled on a Tuesday for that Thursday (2 days away) Here is where it started going downhill - They had my cell phone number, my home phone number, and my email. I received 4 text messages of reminders about the appointment - two of them the same day I set the appointment. I received two phone calls with messages on my home number, and two calls (which I answered and talked to the rep) on my cell phone. I also received 3 email notifications from Cam Clark. The location has a "key drop kiosk", and they decided to send my email to a 3rd party company that owns the kiosk to send me a reminder about my appointment and directions on how to use it - This was not from the dealer - they sent/sold my info to a third party. When I arrived in the morning for the scheduled appointment, there was nowhere to park the vehicle for service. I had to place the truck on the street, which was not a big problem. It took about 20 minutes to drop my keys. The service rep went to the truck with my keys, unlocked the truck, read the mileage, and then we walked back into the department. They were really pushing for me to perform an oil change when I was there, to which I responded three times that I will deal with that when the truck tells me the oil life is reaching end of life (still 20% left). They then made me sign a document, reminding me that I declined the oil change. They were only short of suggesting it would affect my warranty. I then asked to be removed from the text messages and phone messages, and they said they would look into it. I don't expect that this will remove me from any lists. The kicker, and what really made me mad, is I decided to return to the truck before leaving and the doors were unlocked. They did not take the time to lock the truck after they took control of my keys when it was on the street and not on their lot (which there was no space). More good - The truck was returned in clean condition (they washed all but the roof) and the front of the truck was vacuumed. I did not expect this for warranty work, and was a good surprise. Although this is the most convenient dealer location for me, I will consider finding another location for future warranty/recall work. This was the third strike in a series of issues with Cam Clark from when the truck was picked up (PDI missed lights not working and broken glove box) and failed recall work (frozen doors repaired twice). I would not take the truck there for any scheduled maintenance that I could not handle myself or through a trusted automotive shop.

For a second time, l took my Ford truck to this Ford dealership to repair the cruise control that I use for our winter trip south. After this service, a useless module replacemenr and a $400 bill, Cam Clark Ford was unable to fix the problem. The best advice was to replace the truck's PCM , computer unit at a cost of $2000. This was a best guess at a fix but there was no guarantee that this was the issue. Very expensive seek and find mission from a Ford dealership working on a Ford product. So who would fix this issue if not Ford. Colour this customer as very frustrated.

Staff and mechanics at this location are polite and helpful. Unfortunately Ford is just as corrupt as most car dealerships. Charging $200 for a diagnosis of a "sound / entertainment system" that doesn't work - Diagnosis provided = "it doesn't work - but for $900 more we could install a new component that may or may not work - if that doesn't work, we could install another $500 component". Charging for diagnostics is criminal but the consumer has no choice since cars have become computerized. We are at the mercy of a dishonest system designed to make as much money off of "service" as possible - until we learn how to do it ourselves I suppose. Certainly makes me think twice about purchasing a new vehicle from Ford.

It's a ""cut throat dealership"" Regarding my trade in.....They initially offered me peanuts. I had to push the envelope to get a fair deal. Ultimately they did bend backwards a little bit. Regarding Financing.....I was already preapproved as I had already applied on my own through online Ford financing. I brought the documentation as proof and as per the financing note. I was almost dragged through the mud as they wanted to reinvent the wheel. Finally he listened and took note of the letter. Afterwards it all went smoothly. Regarding vehicle delivery.....It was done hastilly. At least a full tank of fuel and quick check of tire pressure and so forth would have been courteous. To my suprise as I was driving back home excited I noted less than half fuel tank. On further driving I note a computer warning of low tire pressure. I had to remedy these failings within hours of buying "((to me")) a new vehicle. I wish first impressions (of a delearship) are not lasting impressions. Overall I love my new Ford explorer Limited.

Went in to check trade in value of F150 - low balled 4K below other Ford Dealers! Requested warranty service on minor repairs - 1st visit, denied warranty work - had to fight to get issues addressed. Waited over 2 weeks to get light bulb and fuse put in! I would avoid this Dealership - and I will never buy a Ford ESP Warranty again. The warm, confident "you won't need to worry" garbage they promote when selling a $2000 insurance policy turns to icy sarcasm when warranty work is needed. The diagnostics they depend on are faulty - told me I needed a new instrument cluster when all that was needed as a $2 bulb! Lied about checking other issues, I would not trust them to service a roller skate.

The Camerons

The experience at the dealership was good, and the salesman was very helpful. I came into the dealership knowing what I wanted, so there were a few things that I knew more about than the salesman did - But that is understandable with so many models and trim levels in today's Fords. What had caused the experience to sour for me was the lack of, or sub-par pre-delivery inspection that was performed. On a brand new truck with LED lights all around, you would think a simple tail light check would be part of the inspection. My passenger side tail light is not functional, and has not been since I drove off the lot (verified by the person who dropped me off to pick up the truck). Also, the glove box does not latch on one side - something that should have been caught. Although hidden, the fuse panel cover was also missing. I am not sure where the PDI is performed, but I feel that whatever I paid for this service was not worth it. Actually it ends up costing me money because now I have to book service appointments to remedy these issues.

The last time I had to replace a signal bulb I think it cost me 25 dollars which I thought was expensive, but this time to replace both bulbs the bill was 98 dollars, wow, who in their right mind would believe that this is good service. When I tried to get an estimate on another part of my car Cam Clark fell it was justified in charging 150 dollars to tell me how much it was going to be to fix it, I will be looking for someone else to service my Lincoln.

Normally the service team is pretty good. My last visit wasn’t great. I am sure the routine maintenance and recall work was done correctly. Some of the other work was disappointing. Little details were missed. No big deal, but annoying. There is room for improvement. I received an email asking for feedback, and if I was not completely happy to let them know. Unfortunately my worst car buying experience. I was looking for a Ford Explorer at the XLT trim level with a couple options to add. The dealership told me that I could not get those options on this model even if I ordered it, so I reluctantly accepted the car without those options. I picked the car up on Friday, and on very following Monday found out that the 2020 model came out and that I could get those options on that model at that trim level, just as I had asked for. Dealership neglected to tell me that. Now they will not take my car back so I can get the one I wanted. Always remember, buyer beware...

I took my Ford to get serviced while I was on vacation in Vancouver, having driven it from Calgary. My spark plugs needed to be replaced. When I called to book my appointment I was talking to Stacy and she was incredibly friendly and helpful so I felt I would be in good hands. Getting to the dealership, we met with Will who was also very friendly. He called me later that day, confirming the fact that my spark plugs needed to be replaced as well as 1 engine coil. He told me my car would be ready for pick up later that day, as the work was almost done and told me the cost would be $750. I thanked him and told him we'd be by later to pick it up. He then called me a couple hours later stating that my chdck engine light wouldn't turn off and he needed to keep it overnight to be able to "test drive" it more. Funny, because when I initially dropped my car off, my check engine light was never on, so how could it turn off AFTER the work was done? I asked him this and he talked himself into a circle, unable to answer. He told me that if he were to drive the car for about 15 km, that it would turn off but needed it keep it to do that and said he didn't have time to do it that day. (even though it was only 4 pm and they closed at 7) he said he'd give us "discounts" for our trouble and that it would be ready by 9:30 am at the latest, the following morning. The next day he didn't call so I called around 11. He then mentioned that since they had to keep it for another hour, that the price was now $970 and not the $750 he quoted me. This was AFTER he told us that keeping our car overnight was just an added security measure he wanted to take and that it would not increase the bill which he repeated many times. When I asked why the sudden increase in the bill, he kept talking in circles again, unable to give me a clear answer. This frustrated me so I then called to talk to the manager, Keith. I explained my story to Keith and he said he'd look at what he can do to the price and give me a call back. Well, 3 hours past and still no call back from Keith. I kept calling the service department to get through and they told me he was with customers, he just stepped out, he was in a meeting, he would call me back in the next hour etc. The stories always changed, UNTIL I talked to Stacy, (the lovely lady I talked to at the very start of all this) she told me Keith wasn't even in the office past 1pm, which is why I couldn't get ahold of him. Funny! I explained the whole story to her and she asked me to kindly wait on hold. She called Keith on his cell asking him about the cost and he told her that he's confused why I was calling, as he said he told me that they would honor my original quote after all??? Safe to say, he NEVER told me this on our call or else I wouldn't have wasted hours of my day trying to get an answer while I was trying to enjoy my vacation!!! I don't know what game these people are playing and I thought I could trust them, but clearly I was wrong! I would highly NOT recommend this place to anyone!!

Horrible experience. A $233 oil change, I did not get the oil I asked for nor the oil the service advisor said they used. I had explained to the service advisor that I didn't want a light weight oil as I am traveling to Arizona towing a trailer and that I use 15W40. (As per the owners manual). The advisor didn't know what weight oil they used but assured me it was a synthetic blend. I received non synthetic 10W30, was charged $75.75 labour on top of the oil and filter charge and they tried to add DEF (that was not required) but charged me $32.62 for it and put the 9liter jug in the back of the truck without the spout that is normally included for that size of container when you buy it anywhere else for less than $20 so I can use it! To add further insult to this experience they charge an additional $18.68 "customer pay shop charge for repair order" on top!! This is why people do not get service at dealerships and attend quick lube facilities, this dealership is an ambassador to that industry. I called the service manager, Keith Ingham, as per his card requesting the same if I was not satisfied with the service. He did not return my call.

Had extensive transmission issues with my 2018 diesel F150 - i expected problems as it was the 1st year of production with the Diesel engine and the reason I bought the extended warranty. Cam Clark did all they could as they were faced with completing repairs under warranty step by step - do this, if doesn’t work, move on to this. Each step includes a waiting period for the new parts. Total time was 2 months but couldn’t be happier as they found the problem and it drives like brand new. I’ve dealt with 3 other Ford dealers over the years with two mustangs, a fusion and a flex and Cam Clark always goes above and beyond, unlike some others.

I bought my certified pre owned escape at this location in March 2018. Staff were helpful and walked us through the whole process from start to finish. Car ran great and had no issues till November this year. Car battery died and I brought it back to get replaced and reprogrammed at this location. Work was carried out within hours with a $400 fee. Car ran great for less than a day then I started having problems with power and acceleration. I brought it to their Richmond location and service staff there tried to charge me over $2000 just to diagnose the problem. I took the car back from them (having to pay $180 dollars for diagnostic fees) I have since got the car diagnosed at another mechanic for no fee and problem resolved. I find it very weird that my car was running perfectly until that day that the car battery was replaced and system reprogrammed . I have heard the horror stories of experiences with dealerships and thought I had found cam Clark to be reliable and honest. I have since changed my mind and would never buy a vehicle there again. I would highly recommend customers to shop somewhere else and check reviews

I recently lost pressure on my inside tire on my RVs rear duallies. I pulled in to Cam Clark hoping they could replace the damaged valve stem and reflate the tire. Unfortunately they could not do the work themselves due to the size of my motorhome. However, the staff in the service department, in particular Steve, went out of their way to phone several other shops/ tire places looking for someone who could help us. They allowed us to leave our RV on their lot to wait for a mobile repair unit. They did their very best to help us in a stressful and unsetting situation. I can't say enough good things about the help they gave us.

It took so long to wait for the shuttle which drives me home while I'm waiting. Fee for 'Supplies' is nonsense. They said it's for covering seats and wheels with vinyl and gloves for them, but the fee is absurd. And the young lady was reluctantly answered to all my questions. I felt uncomfortable.

I had a Transmission Warranty on my 2016 Ford Focus, I phoned the Cam Clark Ford Dealership, they gave me over to the Service Manager, he was excellent, was totally positive and wanting to help. My daughter took my car in for me and they looked after her, loaner car and made sure she was looked after. I made an appointment at Cam Clark 10 days in advance to get my hood supports changed on my 96 Ford Explorer. When I took it in I was told the parts were not in stock and would have to be ordered in. I explained to Gordon (the service advisor) that when I made the appointment I wanted the hood supports replaced. He said he would check on getting the parts and trying to get a better price than what I was first quoted. By the end of the day the Explorer was fixed and the aftermarket parts were less than 1/2 the original price quote. I highly recommend Cam Clark. D.

Great experience dealing with the sales staff to buy my 2017 Superduty. Edit Dec 2019: Notwithstanding the sales department, the service department's advisors are totally incompetent.There is a systemic problem with the Service Department. During a regular oil change, they damaged my truck. They owned up to it and provided me with a rental car. It took repeated calls (to their answering machine) over 4 days to find out that the truck was ready for pickup on the third day. The response from the service advisor who was to call me - " I wasn't even here " (to give you the promised call when ready for pickup) For the record, this is NOT the only negative incidence with Cam Clark's sales department. It is NOT worth the pain to go back to them for an oil change as I lost use of my truck for 4 days, after a simple oil change.

We purchased a Ford Edge 2016 Titanium from Cam Clark Ford North Vancouver in December 2019. The sales team was kind and supportive, our purchase was complete without any problems. We kept using this dealer’s service department for our vehicle’s routine maintenances. We didn’t have any kind of problem with our car or their service department until our last maintenance on October 13,2021 which was needed for the replacement of a part related to the recall issued by Ford in August 2020 on Edge 2016 series. They also replaced a part related to an oil leakage they found on our previous maintenance in July 2021 for which we had to wait again for the parts to arrive. When we bring our car for these replacements on Oct 13rd, we also asked them to perform the regular maintenance since it would be due in a short period because we were close to the milage milestone. They kept the car overnight and called us to pick it up on Thursday Oct 14th late afternoon. We didn’t realize the weird sound coming from the engine when we first picked up the car, maybe we didn’t pay attention. Afterall, the car was just out of a series of diagnostics and check-ups for which we had to pay $2,700 with the replacements including the brake pads and rotor, which was a last-minute finding after going through those diagnostics. But the next day, on Friday evening, it was obvious that there was something wrong, there was a loud disturbing sound coming from the engine, especially when the car was running in idle mode, which didn’t exist previously. It was after hours when we find that out, and we have been informed that the service team was not on duty when we called the dealership on Saturday morning. So, we had to take our car back to Cam Clark first thing on Monday morning which was last week. They still have our car, they say there was something wrong with the transmission but does not say anything further, except that they will be keeping the car for a couple more weeks, that they may need to replace another part and they are in contact with Ford, and we may have to pay 1/3rd of the bill. They gave us a substitute car, which is good but the whole process is frustrating. We’re having a hard time understanding how a problem this serious could happen right after the car was out from maintenance, went through a series of diagnostics and was not noticed and how could the car have been delivered without a last point road testing which was “performed” according to their report card. It was impossible not to notice that noise during a road test for a couple of listening, professional ears. Where we stand in dark with suspense right now, we do not recommend service from Cam Clark Lincoln, North Vancouver.
