Beware of these guys!!! :((((. He straight up sold me a Mercedes Benz with problems even tried to send me to one of his own machanic but they couldn't fix it told me to go to Mercedes Benz service department who then told me the vehicle has many problems!!!! So believe who you want I'm putting this on here for everyone to see and they can protect them selves so they don't have bad experience like I did. I lost $10000 because of him hope he enjoys it.....

Excellent service! Super easy to deal with! Nothing is hidden. This is NOT a kingsway second hand car dearlership. All fair and square. Not sure why others said they will not show the history of the vehicle. Its clearly show under the description on their website. And the staff explain clearly what i'm getting. I rarely make review online, cuz i don't feel like the other shops i been to worth my time to do so, but this dealership is totally different. Friendly and professional! Bottom line is, when my girl friend and i first saw the car we like, which is a 2013 mini cooper, and compare to the car they have in their show room, which is high end Porsche and Ferrari, we were both a bit worry. But Rob, our sales person, did not look as down and gave us the service which no others dealership can match. Thank you Rob and thank you blue star team. Will come get another car in 2-3 years.

Pretty terrible place. I came to look at a BMW, had cash didn't need financing, and the guy wouldn't let me test drive it. Thought it was strange, obviously something wrong with that scenario so I asked to see the service records. It had been in an accident and required over $20000 of work it turns out. I think he was looking for a 'blind buyer'. I walked away. That kind of place.

I traveled a long way to visit blue star motors on the weekend. I had full intention on picking up a car from their lot, cash in hand. There was an open sign, but the gates where locked. I had phoned earlier but got no response, but thought I'd try to make it in anyways considering it was a Sunday and not too many car dealerships close on a Sunday. The dealership was closed. I called again, and got ahold of Rob, I suppose is the owner. His reply to me was that "the phone is a wonderful tool, the phone is a wonderful tool.." His condescension made me turn around, never to look at the place again. I took my money elsewhere. The guys next door where more than happy to greet me and walk me around the lot. Surprised these guys are still in business, really. Tough market to be a douche bag, with so much competition.
