Having a horrible experience!! Drove two hours to get a part that's not working and it's taking over two weeks now to get a refund they keep promising that will be here one day and then get a new date very disappointed considering they were very highly recommended. Even if they have better prices will not do business with again nor recommend to friends n family

Great service. Staff were very busy but took the time to speak with me. I explained I was looking for a missing hub cap for my car. He asked if I knew what it looked like and when I produced a picture from my phone camera he invited me to look around upstairs. I could not locate one that matched, but he invited me to check in another time. I found their customer service excellent and I expect their prices would have been very reasonable.

Very polite and professional. I have a mitsubishi endeavor. Hard to find parts. They had the part. The man i dealt with was unbelievably polite and knowledge. Put my part on the bus and a very fare price for my part. It showed up the next day and works like a brand new part and clean like new. Wrapped very well that couldnt be damaged too easy.
