I went in for an oil change! I requested that I only get the A1 service and called before arriving to ensure that was all that I’m getting! Upon checking in the person there yet again suggested that I get the B1 service which included the inspection of brakes ... cost of such is over $250 ... they were serviced last year just before I bought the vehicle and with the pandemic and lack of driving I am content with my decision! I wish Honda would have respected that the first time! What I’m NOT happy with is that I paid $90 for the oil change ($30 more than last fall) and they didn’t even wash my vehicle! If I’m only getting standard service I’ll go elsewhere for my next one!

The battery on my new 2020 Pilot (leased in July) was inexplicably dead one morning. Greg and the service department at Northern Honda immediately made space in their schedule to analyze the issue. They could not identify a specific cause so out of caution replaced the existing battery with a new, larger one. Friendly, efficient, responsive and proactive - you can’t ask for more from your vehicle’s service team. Oh, and it was entirely without cost. Thank you Greg and Northern Honda????

They asked me to go into the service bay and put it in within 5 min and i was on my way, no charge. We live 4 hrs away however I will consider going back for oir next vehicule purchase.

I went in to have my winter tires mounted on my 2017 Honda Accord sport that I purchased only a little over thirty days ago and while doing so they noticed that the wrong roaders and brake pads had been installed and that my car should not have past the safety not only did they take pictures video and everything else for me to show to dealership i got my car from but they contacted them and dealt with the issue for me getting me reimbursed for all the work that had to be done . Yesterday, I had my CRV serviced with winter tires installed. I was pleased with the service except for the fact on the way home I noticed my wheel alignment was off. The wheel alignment was supposed to be done. I phoned the service department and they advised me to return. I live a fair distance from the dealership so that was obviously upsetting and inconvenient for me. Otherwise, I have always been pleased with service.

I went in to get a flat fixed. When I went in to drop the car off the agent I dealt with acted like he had better things to do than check in my car. I was then waiting for more than a hour before I was told it wouldn't be too much longer. More than another hour later it wasn't until I asked that the service agent realized my car was done. It could have been done for my entire hour wait because they didn't even realize my keys were there waiting. This is the second less than desirable visit I've had at this Honda, thats second out of three. This is why I wait until I visit family to take my vehicle in for service.

Novenber 2021 Almost lost a cash deal from a life long time Honda owner. Because of a rude salesman. My brother bought a new car at #NorthernHonda 2022 Civic. Thanks to the intervention of the Manager. My brother was able the get treated well and get the new car experience he paid for and deserved. The initial salesman (Desk to left as you enter) treated him like garbage extremely rude and boorish. My brother was upset and demanded to speak to the sales manager. The rude salesman blocked him from entering. After proper treatment from Manager. A cash deal closed. Delivery of the vehicle was han3ded over to a pleasant salesman who went over options with my brother. Overall a good experience We were close to walking out and driving to Sudbury, Ottawa or Huntsville . However, a kind Manager deserved his business

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST AND FRAUDULENT DEALERSHIP. Traveled all the way from Toronto to this dealership because the car was decently priced. After the test drive, the car ran fine but there was this humming sound coming from the infotainment system like a disc is stuck or something. Upon asking the sales rep Zach he said "that's normal when you cold start Honda Accord for particular 2015 models and also in the winters". Just to double check I asked him if he can ask the service guy/mechanic about this issue if it's nothing major and he came back saying he also said this is normal. Because it was Honda's dealership and not some third party dealership so I trusted the guy. Called them again after 2 weeks when the weather was getting warm but the noise was not going away and was only getting worse and these guys said there is nothing they can do about it though it is a Honda dealership. After a month, i did some research online and went to a dealership in Brampton they told me it is a HARD DRIVE issue where all the maps and all the other information for the car is stored. So instead of changing the faulty HDD during inspection (they told me they spent $1000 for replacing the old parts) they lied to my face even when I was able to diagnose the problem myself on the same day I was buying the car. After all, the car was not decently priced but they mislead you to think that because there will be something wrong with car (wait until you find it). VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST AND FRAUDULENT DEALERSHIP.

Visited Northern Honda after struggling to find the locking nut key for my rims. Showed up and within the hour they located the correct locking nut and replaced with the proper ones. Treated like I purchased my vehicle from them when I bought it down south. From someone who steers clear of dealerships I'd never hesitate to send a loved one here. Not out to drain your wallet. Nothing but great customer service. I leave beyond happy every time. Edit: nice to know there $74 oil change is now up to $90, makes the decision to do it myself a bit easier

Yesterday I had a problem with my dash screen going black. I took my Civic into the Northern Honda around 11am, and while I didn't have an appointment, they were able to diagnose the problem, and at the very end of the work day, able to get the part ordered, and installed, in time for me to leave in a trip out of town. I could have had a rental, but the service staff, went above and beyond to make sure I had my own car for my trip. This is one of many reasons why I love Honda!

Then had to go back in and wait while they attempted to fix the scratch unsuccessfully. Overall the staff that I dealt with was courteous. However, having confidence towards the service team is a concerning issue at this point. If it weren’t for Mr. Guy Lauzon, the fixed operations manager, I would have been charged an extra $129 for a diagnosis. This cost is already included in the type-B service, which I’ve elected to have done on my vehicle. When doubt starts to sink in the customer’s mind, then lack of confidence towards others follows. Mr Lauzon’s professionalism and care saved the day.

Went in for a Maintenance Minder 9 code and went with the B package which includes an oil change. Specified that I just wanted the oil change, brake service, tire rotation, and inspection that comes with it. Come back 4 hours later and I'm told they did an alignment (which it didn't need) and my total was almost $500 for something that should have been less than $320! I didn't end up paying for the alignment but I can't believe that a shop would do something without a customer's okay or even notify. Unless my car has something that's covered under warranty that needs to be replaced, this dealership won't see my car again.

They made my experience in buying my new Honda CR-V EXL something I will never forget!! From the first conversation with Tyler Hummel in Customer Care, I knew that I was going to the right place, he was so friendly and very helpful. He provided me with a quote and set up my appointment with Michael Chandler, my Sales Consultant. Mike is an awesome guy! Very helpful, understanding and very knowledgeable, great salesman, friendly, funny and all around great guy! He made me feel sure and comfortable that the vehicle I choose to buy is good for me. Mind you I still had panic attacks cause I haven’t bought a brand new vehicle since 2006. I then met John Griesser in finance, another friendly and awesome man. He walked me through all the paper work making sure that I felt comfortable and understood all the details. Now the waiting part!! My vehicle was still being built and estimated date of delivery around October 6th. It showed up early on September 24th but couldn’t go to North Bay until today, September 30th. Panic attacks again but a lot of excitement too. Pulled into the dealership and OMG what a beauty sitting there by the big doors!! As soon as I got out, went towards my Honda and took some photos. Had to send them to my daughters cause that’s what they told me to do. After a few minutes went in the building. Met with Mike first to set me up with John to finish up with the paper work. Thanked him for all that he had done for me. Told him when this COVID thing ever goes away that I would be back to hug them all and shake their hands!! Back to a Mike now for the final details and to answer some questions that I had. Out to my Honda we go!! He went through every little inch of that vehicle inside and out. When going through all the customized features, I couldn’t believe how much there was, a lot!! Don’t worry Mike I almost remember everything you said and explained but I started to read the manual and planning on watching some great Honda videos. I went in with concerns of premature wear on my summer tires that were provided with my vehicle at time of purchase (2017). Considering I don't do a lot of driving and also use winter tires it just didn't make sense to me that I would have to purchase new tires after only 18 months of use and maybe 20000kms. I was totally disappointed with my first experience on my visit to get my CRV Touring checked as it would not able start after sitting for a few days.. After sitting in the waiting room for 4 1/2hrs no one came to tell me that my car was ready. It was after I took a walk and saw it outside that I questioned what was going on with my car. I was then told that it was done . The battery needed to be replaced on my 3 month old car. I had been told it was replaced when I went to get it do to the fact it was dead on the lot when I was shown the vehicle . It was only charged apparently not replaced. Not impressed. I had heard how great Honda was so switched over to give them a try. Hopefully this will be my last negative experience.

Purchased a 2020 Honda Ridgeline today. Second Ridgeline for me but exited to discover all the new updates they have put in compared to the 08 model I owned in the past. Overall experience was very good as people were friendly and knowledgeable. All the documents were sent online and was nice to be able to take the time and go through it all at my leisure at home and sign everything so that on return to the dealership only took minutes to complete the sale. Covid will have changed the way we purchase vehicles, but not in a negative way, as you spend less time at the dealership with the paperwork. I sent an email regarding my insurance approving the quote for resurfacing the paint with the protective coating. Agter almost two weeks with no return call or email with an appointment. I call the person relayed they are busy, she was on holidays, there was no available appointment, the no longer do paint coating. All of which I indicated was not acceptable. She then gave me an appointment for the Tuesday. Brought my car in the customer service was great. Went to get my car there was rust in the hood around the clear coat and when speaking the the managing said it was not covered. When I went to get the coverage papers all the paper and plastic from when they did the service was still in the car. I was very upset as this was the second bad service I received. The manager said he didn’t remember me having any other issues. The last was having to call 4 times before getting an answer from the person and an appointment. When I went in they had no record on my booking. He indicated they had the best service in Ontario I said not by me. He said I was going to help but not when you threaten me. I was so upset I needed to leave. I am so very disappointed by this service and will need much convincing to go back

Sat in the waiting room for an extra 20 minutes(from when I first noticed my vehicle outside), which would probably have been longer if I hadn't got up and asked why my vehicle was still parked outside. They looked it up and said it was done. Just wondered how much longer I would have waited if I wouldn't have gotten up to ask. Not impressed!
