The airport is clean and new which is positive. Staff are friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the chairs are nice looking, but are quite uncomfortable if you are stuck there due to a delay. The wifi is spotty at best. The restaurant is closed before 4:00 and so if you get delayed, you are in for quite the bore as there is nowhere to eat. Note to self - bring lots of snacks and reading material in case of delays. This airport is basic as can be.

I love this airport because it's where I meet my family when they come home or come to visit. Always a smiling face to greet me here.

The airport is pretty clean and well maintained. There are enough amenities in it to keep people who are waiting for their planes to keep fed and occupied for a few hours if need be.

Airport is nice enough. I much prefer this to bigger airports. Reason for the low rating is extremely rude and confrontational staff at the restaurant. In a completely empty airport they will rudely kick you out of a seat if you don't buy something immediately. We had intended to make a purchase, sat down (1 min. approx) and were evicted. I didn't make a purchase out of spite after that.

One of the worst airports in Canada. And that's saying a lot. If you park a private plane here, leave for a day or so, then come back, they make you show THREE pieces of ID to prove it's your plane. By an airline point of view it's what you'd expect for an airport this size.

People works there are great. Air Canada's some staffs are very rude. Airport itself is good. Sometimes wish they have more than one cafeteria.

I have never been to airport anywhere in the world that doesn't have a water fountain on the other side of security. Please get a water fountain, we should not be forcing people to buy bottled water. There's also only one bathroom in the departure area as one is down. Otherwise the airport is fine for a small airport.

The airport is just a shack with a dirt runway. And the outhouse was a mess!

Friendly staff. Nice and clean airport. There is no restaurant or fast food available in the airport. The closest restaurant is a subway in the airforce base which is approximately 2km away.

I have a love-hate relationship with Garland Airport. Love to come home, but hate to leave. Airport has gone through a few needed renovations over the past number of years. The departure area has been increased in size, which is greatly appreciated. Still not too much to do there while waiting for your flight. Perhaps a few more TV screens or sitting areas would be an idea? How getting a restaurant open again?

I flew out of the north bay airport for the first time and it was perfect. It’s not s huge airport so everything is completed quickly. The planes leave exactly on time and there is no delay.
