I own a 2014 Lancer purchased right from this dealership, was my first car purchase and they were fantastic to deal with. Any service I've needed has always been done promptly and at reasonable prices. It's unfortunate the company had to stop making the Lancer and more so the Evolution but can't hold that against the dealership. This place is great and I can recommend to anyone.

Currently in the process of purchasing a new Eclipse Cross SE. I most definitely have not been the easiest customer to deal with and I'm still flabbergasted at how well the accommodated me. Kyle and Tania set a WAY higher standard of service compared to other dealers I've gone to. They have handled everything that I have thrown their way with absolute grace and professionalism. Rip off !! Stay away. They sold me a mitzubush master 9000. And an extended warranty. The alternator that is covered is now not due to 1 of 7 oil changes not completed at the dealership. I live 1.5 hrs away. Do not fall for these scammers. No extended warranty coverage after I bought one because I was from out of town. Buyer beware - these people are horrible

The staff care about you as a customer and explain everything that needs to be done. Unlike Mid-North Mitsubishi in Sudbury who just want to sell you a car and once they have your $ don't give a care about your vehicle it's service needs, or treating you fairly.

Great product, sales experience went well until it came time for paper work- mistakes were made and then had to re sign again and not explained well what happened, also had to get ownership changed because it wasn't put in both our names as we wanted. But the car is great.

I have had the pleasure to buy not one but two vehicles from North Bay Mitsubishi. My first car was totaled in a collision. I went back to Mitsubishi because I had amazing customer service the first time, and the second was no different. Tania helped me find a vehicle that fits my needs and kept my payments low. The service department assisted with swapping the tires out on my old car. I called them to let them know what happened and the pulled them out of storage, right away! Before I drove my new car off the lot, they made sure to change the oil. North Bay Mitsubishi makes buying a new, or used vehicle easy and worry free.

DO NOT BUY HERE Brought my autistic son here to buy his first new car because they said they were 2300 cheaper than Barrie mitsibushi.They basically sold us the car with snow tires then called and said they were not included in the deal after we paid.Beware do not sign anything without reading it over the contract is very difficult to read and if the salesperson tells you it's in there don't trust them they will lie to you and they did to us.double check everything with these crooks. they lied about being cheaper too.basically lied about everything.The rvr is great but the dealer is a scammer. PS when my wife phoned to to come see this car she gave them a 1000 deposit they said she had to.I should have known then.Do Not Give A Deposit to test drive a car and avoid this dealer.

I lost my vehicle in a collision a month ago and needed a new one. I was in the market for a small SUV or crossover. A close friend recommended Mitsubishi and I couldn't find any negative reviews on the RVR. I ended up test driving a used RVR and loved it! I was taken care of by Kyle, Tania, and Gina at the parts and service desk. They're all extremely pleasant to talk to. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient was picking the vehicle up with some very minor issues; a marker and reverse bulb were out and I received a TPMS sensor issue when driving it home. The dealership fixed all the issues in 10 minutes a couple days later (no cost of course) and I haven't had a problem since. I love my RVR and would definitely buy another in the future! Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend them for sure!

This dealer ship was awesome and very easy to work with. My car broke down in town and was not worth fixing so within 24 hours of finding out my car was finished Colleen (my sales rep) and tania were able to get me in a brand new 2019 mitsubishi outlander that was within my budget and on the road again. Other than my car breaking down this was a all around awesome experience.

Car itself is great. Got a quote on some work that needed to be done. Got my non-mitsubishi mechanic to do it for a third of the price. Funny thing is that you get the same warranty on non-mitsubishi parts. Just to reiterate, the car is great. Dealerships just do dealership things.

We dealt with Brent, Tonia and Coleen and we had the absolute best experience at this Mitsubishi. They dealt with everything quickly and they were always so happy and polite. We would recommend this Mitsubishi dealership to anyone. Knowing that only two more of that specific make, model and colour were coming from the manufacturer, Brent even contacted another dealership down south that was scheduled to get one for their lot so he could snag it for us before they had a chance to sell it to anyone else. They made sure we got exactly what we wanted and were the best to deal with!

5 stars is not enough. Ive been to this dealership several times with a 2013 lancer of mine that i bought down south (not this dealership) theyve been the best dealership ive dealt with to date. I actually regret buying my car down south and not here at north bay mitsubishi. They deserve the business. Not those people down south that sold me a car a month ago thats been in the shop for fuel door, bumper, fog lights, re safety check, and now a transmission. Don at the service desk has been great as well

Very nice sales staff but other than that, they will rip you off. I bought a 2017 mirage g4 in August, drove it home and 3 days later had this huge crack go straight through the windshield. I called them and they said it was most likely a stone chip from shipping so we can't do anything about it, the next week my e-brake started sticking, so I went to get it fixed and they argued and told me that wasn't the problem when I know it was because I didn't use my e-brake for 2 months and I was hearing no squeaking from my brakes and the day I brought the car in I used my e-brake and the brakes started squeaking. Not long after that I was driving on the highway listening to music when I started hearing rattling from my doors. Now every single speaker in my doors have shaken loose and rattle whenever I listen to music even at a low volume. And now my most recent issue which has caused this rant, is since mid November I have noticed when I start the car from cold the engine has been making this wierd noise like something is rubbing but I didn't think much of it, I'm not sure if it's related to the problem I had today but I was teaching my girlfriend how to drive manual in my driveway and when she stalled, the car would not start back up. So I got in the driver's seat, waited a minute and tried to start the car, still would not start. I waited 5 more minutes and the car still would not start. 30 minutes later and the car still would not start. Finally I came back to the car 10 minutes later and it barely started and did not want to run. I took it for a short ride down the road and it seems to be running okay now but What if I were to stall at a stop light and not be able to start the car for almost an hour, very dangerous and very upsetting for a car with less than 5000 kms on it. Thank you north bay mitsubishi for selling me an awful car, this is the last mitsubishi I will ever own, do not buy a car from North bay mitsubishi they will rip you off.

The Part and Services have always been excellent to deal with and take the time to explain in detail the services needed. Glad we made the switch to Mitsubishi North Bay.
