Mine and my man(Adam's) experience at mycar was absolutely great!! They are very organized and they get you a vehicle quicker then I even thought. They are super polite!! My man and myself dont have anything bad to say about them.
The good: The sales people are nice and the vehicle prices are decent. The bad: The drugs that they're on. I was given a lowball quote through the app for my mint condition SUV ($2000 less than market value) and was told it was just a rough estimate since my vehicle wasn't there in person. So i drove the 2 hours to go there and even though the sales person agreed the SUV drove really nice and that he saw that it was in perfect condition, I still only got offered the same lowball offer as I did on the phone. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other dealership if you don't want to lose thousands on your vehicle trade in.
Waited awhile to be seen by someone and wasnt even asked a general inquiry on why i was there or offered general information on the process of their company. I understand they were busy, however they should get more staff. Was just offered to come back at a later day hastily
From step 1 this dealer was an absolute pleasure to work with. Al and his team in North Bay will certainly go above and beyond the call of duty, I can promise you that. Most unprofessional group of salespeople I've ever encountered. I inquired about a car on their website on a Thursday. Greg called me that night to get my information for pre-approval. Went in on the Saturday to test drive. Was told they would call me Monday for an update. Texted Monday afternoon for an update. They didn't have anything, was told they would let me know ASAP. I texted back on Wednesday and was told they needed more information but they would get back to me when they found out. I texted again Friday and he said he resubmitting everything THAT morning when he had had everything since Wednesday morning and said he would call shortly. He never called. Finally they reached out first on Saturday saying they needed information from my employer - it's Saturday so I have to wait until Monday. I tell them Monday its all in. I text them Tuesday - no response. I text them Thursday - no response. Greg finally gets back to me Friday and says he will call me as soon as Bill gets in. Apparently Bill never got in cause he never called me. I texted him in the afternoon asking for an update. He never replies. I have to get my boyfriend to call in asking about it. First he gets told Bill will call him in 15 minutes. An hour later he calls and gives his number to get a call. Just before closing he calls back and gets told they'll triy but I'll probably not get approved. It took them two weeks, of mostly me contacting them, for them to just straight up tell me it's probably not going to happen but they'll still try. It's been almost two weeks and I've still heard nothing from them. tl;dr for two weeks I kept reaching out to them asking for an update with them barely ever replying before they finally said it's probably not going to happen. I only didn't get approved because I haven't been working my current job for long enough. Most unprofessional group of people I've ever had the displeasure of meeting.
I have been trying to get a car from other locations for months with no luck. I walked in to My Car to check out their location and find out more info about how their financing works. It wasn't looking good for me due to my own lack of credit history. Their financing guy -Bill- and the Sales man -Al- were very friendly and accommodating to my needs, I am an LGBTQ person and they treated me with respect and used my proper pronouns, that alone speaks volumes. I am proud and happy to say I am picking up my new car next week and couldn't be happier with how hard they worked to get me into my first vehicle. Credit building is not easy when nobody wants to help you rebuild it. This location met my needs and I will be happy to recommend anyone who is looking to rebuild credit to their location. Overall, I had a great experience! The staff was friendly, and really catered to my interests and needs as a buyer. This review falls one star short, though. I provided a deposit on one vehicle to hold it, but later changed my mind and purchased another vehicle. It took almost 2 months in order for me to get that money back (after a month I emailed, because it was taking so long). It was solved eventually so that’s fine. While I was purchasing the vehicle it was negotiated that if I purchased it before the end of the month then I could get a $250 gas card. It is almost a year later and I have never received it. I’ve emailed several times and even mentioned it in person when I was there and it was said they would look into it. Although, I would like to give a 5 star rating, I just couldn’t ignore these inconveniences.
Just financed my first Car. MyCar’s Greg and Bill were extremely helpful and kind. No pressure when buying and they helped me find me the best car for my budget. Didn’t take long for me to get the car I wanted on the road. For competitive prices and friendly customer service I would highly recommend MyCar North Bay.

Got a great used Nissan Vogue. I love it. The only issues were that there was no spare key (they're getting it for me shortly), the gas tank wasn't full (they filled it for me) and they forgot to tell me to bring my previous ownership - so I had to get new plates, even though I had just renewed mine. Otherwise, the service from Al was spectacular!!!
Never Ever thought I would be approved with a new car , after doing a consumer proposal last year. My credit wasn't the best , yet Bill & Greg made it work with amazing biweekly prices. I walked in last week just browsing , and left signing papers to my new car.3 days later I had my brand new 2020 Hyundai Elentra . They never once made me feel pressured or anything and they both had my best interest in hand. The process wasn't stressful and was extremely quick.
