Garbage service. Went there to buy a Jeep Gladiator Rubicon, already had one picked out from their inventory. Nobody at reception, and after I wandered around looking interested for 40 minutes and not one person even bothered to ask what I wanted, I gave up and left. Drove to Toronto and bought one there instead. Got three steps into the dealership down there before someone offered to help me.

Owners of Chrysler Group cars, trucks and SUVs are reporting serious problems with the automaker’s uConnect technology. The automaker boasts that its uConnect infotainment system provides convenient and seamless integration between mobile devices and the vehicles’ onboard stereo, navigation and electronic controls systems. While the uConnect technology has become a prominent feature of the automakers’ advertising and marketing campaigns, the reality for consumers is far different. Owners of Chrysler Group vehicles have experienced a long history of problems with the uConnect technology, and an unsatisfactory response from the manufacturer and its network of dealers. Across the country, drivers have reported chronic problems with uConnect screens locking up and blacking out, causing key electronic functions like climate control, Bluetooth connections, hands-free calling, navigation and other functions to suddenly cease. Vehicles equipped with the defective screens include the Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger, Dodge Journey, Dodge Viper, RAM pickups, Jeeps and other models. Vehicle owners have reported a range of problems, including: Stereo systems randomly changing channels and volume levels increasing or decreasing without warning. GPS navigation systems reverting to old and outdated maps. Air conditioning and heating functions becoming inoperable. uConnect screens freezing or turning off completely. Wireless hotspots and Bluetooth technology not functioning. In addition to not functioning as promised, the defective electronic systems can cause drivers to lose focus on driving operations and create a safety hazard. While the defective electronics have been the subject of more than a dozen internal service bulletins, the automaker has been unable to fix the problems in many cases. Frustrated vehicle owners report the automaker unwilling or unable to resolve their concerns. The Lanier law Firm has filed a class-action lawsuit on behalf of owners of Chrysler Group vehicles who have been affected by the defective uConnect technology. The lawsuit charges that the Chrysler Group – also known as FCA US LLC – participated in false marketing and breached warranties by selling the defective vehicles to unsuspecting consumers across the country. Haven't been overly satisfied with the service we have received. Sure they have a nice brand new building, but some times it's the little things that count. For spending over a thousand dollars repairing a vehicle.. you think a quick wash would be easy. I don't know if I'm expecting too much.

Money hungry thriving place. They say the fix something charge u then when You go back for the same problem they charge you again saying they never fixed it the first time. They did an alignment on my car and some other work but when I picked it up it was still pulling to the right. Waiting until after the holidays to call them about it as I knew they wouldn’t of gotten me in there until after new years and they are telling me they would not of let the car leave if it was still pulling saying I must of hit snow bank. I never hit anything and they did let it leave the shop while it was pulling but I am the liar as their staff are all trained to know better.. worst place ever I have never felt so ripped off by a company before in my life. All the care about is the money and find new ways to overcharge you for work that should already of been done.

My experience at this location has been, by orders of magnitude, one of the worst if not THE worst customer service i have ever encountered. The lack of communication between the techs, service department operators, front office personnel and customer is honestly embarrassing. I should not have to wait for two hours to get my tires and oil changed, and i definitely should not have to come in on my own accord and ask about my vehicle after those two hours only to find out my vehicle has not even yet been serviced. Being a professional my self i can not fathom how the individuals at this establishment could let this happen. It is not the customer’s responsibility to find out what is happening (or not happening in my case) with their car when it’s in for service.

I had a pretty awful experience with this place. Carl for one is one of the worst sales reps I have ever dealt with. He's rude and unprofessional. I bought a car at MyCar.ca and can't believe the different experience I had. I will NEVER buy or recommend Farquar to anyone ever. How this place is still running after reading all these awful comments beats me.

Take your business elsewhere!! You have been warned. Unless you like having your vehicle in shop for days without a phone call or getting attitude from and being hung up on by service staff (namly Denise) and a manager that supports this behavior (Jamie). There are a surprising amount of bad customer experience stories about this place, ask around and see for yourself! I hope you heed my warning and that I was able to save you some major headaches. Worst vehicle shopping experience we have encountered. We left this dealership after the sales rep repeatedly ignored our family requirements for a vehicle and tried to tell us what we needed, even after we told him what he was trying to sell us was inadequate. He did not want to bring a vehicle in because they needed to liquidate the on site assets. Needless to say we left this dealer and spent our money elsewhere. We have had to have service performed there (all recalls) on our new vehicle that has resulted in our radio being rendered inoperative due to technician error. Damage to our dashboard due to technician error Damage to our dashboard bezel due to technician error. They replaced the radio, repaired the dashboard "as best we can" but damage is still visible they replaced the damaged bezel with an other bezel with flaws in its finish. The service manager ordered a replacement bezel about a year ago and we still have not had that issue resolved. In our opinion you should run the other way

My pickup got towed in here December 12, was there until December 30th, spent $7500 on an oil cooler, egr cooler, rad hoses, fuel pump, oil change and transmission svc. The reservoir for the coolant was still dirty with oil from the oil cooler failure; they didn’t clean it; I was charged for an oil change that never happened ($150 for oil that magically disappeared in 2 weeks which I have confirmed with another Dodge dealership I have no leaks) the service writer Dennis promised his dealership would help out righting what wasn’t done properly but when it came time to buck up, he and his boss had excuses and obfuscation and nothing else. All done, I spent around $13000 to get my Ecodiesel back to running right because Farquhar didn’t do a proper job in the first place. That includes towing, vehicle rent, parts, labor and repairs. Thanks Farquhar for wasting my time and money!

My husband bought a 2017 dodge. We bought extended warenty packages. Our car broke down twice. We had to cover rental cost because we did not but their gold package. The insurance package would not cover rental cost. The service technicican stated the car appointment was on a Monday that I would keep boosting my car over the weekend or bascically pay my own rental. My car has 40700 kilometers . Buyer beware. I wound not recommend this dealership or car product.

Had to stand and wait at the service counter for 3-4 minutes and I was the only one there. Somebody walking by told me someone would be with me shortly. There was two people working there and they would just walk by me. Finally someone came and asked me what I wanted. Told them and they said I would have to get the vin # of the vehicle and I told them the color of the vehicle from my sales receipt and all the recent vehicles were that color. Not good enough and I should go back to where I bought the vehicle. Gave me a price for the paint anyway and when I got home I priced it at the original dealership and it was $5.00 cheaper so I ordered it from them. It was like this employee didn't like to deal with a woman and I didn't know what I was talking about. Will not ever be going back to them for anything ever.

Just went in for their $40 express oil change. Let's just say it didn't come to $40. Because I apparently use very uncommon oil in my 2012 Grand Caravan SE of 5W30. So I was instead charged $69.66 for my oil change. This was without my knowledge that they were charging me significantly more for my oil change than the $40 + tax I was quoted.

Gotta say the people are pretty good at this dealership...friendly and professional, But the establishment seems ill-prepared to service my dodge promaster in a timely fashion. Between back ordered parts, a little sloppy work, bearings that need to be sent away to press, specific technicians taking days off,etc,etc ...my fleet vehicle will be overpriced in billing and 3 weeks in the shop. Very frustrated trying to get through to staff that time is money when it spends extra days off the road.

I was not very impressed with the sales department. Not the most respectful bunch I have met. It felt like they were in a big hurry to make the sale; EX: as opposed to going through the actual truck with me they simply made me sign off on a checklist sheet stating it had been done. They really try to belittle you during the negotiation process, at first they basically laughed at me and said my offer was out to lunch however I ended up signing very close to my original offer. Stick to your guns, don't be pressured to overpay. I also was not very pleased to find out my new truck only had half a tank of gas. I would have assumed that the purchase of a new $50K + truck would have came with a full tank of gas. lol Overall this was probably the worst dealership I have ever done business with, not customer friendly at all. All they want is your money!!!

Door light is on all the time and interior light is on unless you shut thumbnail switch to off then you have no dash lights which were working b4.

Brought truck in for a recall Asked the service guy to have someone appraise it while it's there and I'll pick it up that night. He told me I would have to ask them myself. I did not buy the truck here because of their attitudes and have told the service manager of this and why. So when I pick up the truck the appraisal was not done and I had to spend an additional 1/2hr waiting for the sales guy to look it over and fill out forms. Got a call the next day to let me know what it's worth. Basically I was not given a value only told that because of the run around I have been given I could write my own ticket. Sounds like more run around because I'm sure they won't agree to $40,000.

This place is awesome. First truck I bought I went in for used one and came out with new one. Second truck went in for an oil change and came out with a new truck. The deals were so good I couldn’t say no. The trucks have been awesome. I have sent many people in they have been blown away at the outstanding pricing. Drive in oil change is fast. My other vehicle, a decrepit Ford Escape, is getting older and this place will be my first place I shop.

Made an appointment to test drive a vehicle, only to find out when I get there that they thought they sold it. The salesman I had been dealing with then proceeded to take another customer for a test drive and left me there hanging. Wasn't offered so much as an apology. I was already on the fence about this dealership, from what others have told me. From this experience, I will not be going back in the foreseeable future.

Paid for my tires to get balanced, they left the old weights on and just added more to balance them? (I have pictures in case they want to comment that this didn't happen) Also, had an appointment for 1pm they didn't look at it until 1:49pm. Second time they have done this to me and second time I have been there. My tires didn't fit my truck, which was 100% my fault, but I was given my tires back unbalanced and charged for all 4 balanced. The explanation was that they balanced them, the weights fell off when they tried to put the tires on, and then just left them unbalanced because they already balanced them?? That was the explanation I got. Although most of the people were friendly and trying to be helpful, I feel all old weights should have been removed before rebalancing, and in my opinion, they should have given me back 4 balanced tires considering I paid for that. I honestly expect more from a dealership.

Great customer service until I made a deposit, at which point I received snarky responses to my questions, was told multiple times I would be contacted and then was not, and ultimately when I cancelled the transaction and was picking up my trade-in the ownership was not returned to me. Rather than have someone deliver it back to me I had to send someone from my office to pick it up. The cherry on top is the entire time they knew I was in the market for two additional vehicles, yet once that deposit was down they couldn't bother to treat me with respect. So that's three potential sales and I get treated with disrespect. When I finally turned to Mac Lang's in Sundridge the sales staff actually apologized on behalf of Farquhar's and beat the price Farquhar's had given me. Moral of the story, save yourself the wasted time and avoid the disrespect, spend the extra gas to travel to Mac Lang's in Sundridge.

After driving 4 plus hours to pick up a vehicle we purchased at this dealership all they had to do was install 2 tires they received at 9am that morning, after waiting 3 hours for them to install them they told us that someone would do it after lunch and that the vehicle would be ready around 2pm, having a 4hr drive home we decided to take the tires with us and do the install our self, we also decided to get an oil change on our vehicle we drove up while we waited, about an hour after the change was done they came back and asked for our vehicle because they did not know if they installed the correct filter. I do have to say the sale staff was nice but this dealership is so unorganized, I can't see any reason why I would ever want to trust them with a large purchase again, if you go there make sure they do everything before you pay them.

This place is a joke. I spoke online and said i knew the model and spec of the car i wanted. I said that i didn't want to waste my time coming to the showroom if we couldn't sort it today. I was told to come down, which i did half an hour before closing and I was turned away by a sales rep who basically couldn't be bothered and wanted to go home. Waste of time. I was warned about this place and i should have listened!

Worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. We priced out a new ram with Donna. We priced out a few used ones as well. After pricing out other options we found a much better offer at Mac Langs. When we called Donna she berated my girlfriend for 10 minutes on the phone and basically called her stupid for not buying from them. Once my girlfriend got off the phone she then called my cellphone and berated me. She threatened to take me to court after about five minutes of abuse over the phone. Being a little bit put off by your attitude I called her manager and made a complaint until he started getting upset when we mentioned that we had found a better deal at Mac langs. Over all a horrible experience. If you want to be treated with respect, this is not the dealership for you. Will never go back.

Been dealing with them for 20 yrs. Still a glitch i would like to settle. Dont know if it will happen. Bought 4 new truck rams since 2005 & a 2016 in 2018 !! Cant see why certain problems arent under warranty after reporting issues 5 mts after being bought. I even took the gold extra coverage. Maybe yous can settle it. PS.
