Although I am not the "biggest spender" by far for this dealership, I am always made to feel like I am the most important customer at the time. One of the oldest car dealers in Niagara Region. Has always been owned locally, until recently. Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff will do everything to get you the deal you're looking for. I have dealt with this dealership since 1998 and established excellent relationships with the sales staff and the management. Nick Smolak has always delivered an exceptional service, finding me the vehicle I am looking for. He followed it through and kept in touch with me after I took the delivery of my new car. Tiffany Picca was also very helpful, swiftly completed the paperwork to help me to have the car sooner than anticipated. This dealership gladly sponsor the local charity events as well. The ownership has recently changed, hoping to see the "customer comes first" motto will continue under the new ownership.

This is by far the best Mercedes dealership that one can buy a car. It is closer to GTA. Very well managed. I have had multiple encounters with them including buying and servicing cars. Was NOT IMPRESSED with the lack of professionalism and the way my truck was returned to me. They did recall work that when described to me sounded very sketchy compared to what I had Googled before I brought the truck in. Replacing a wiring harness was the recall work. Mechanic said they put a couple of caps on some sharp points to prevent rubbing?? Also was charged over 200 bucks for said blower motor that nows blows opposite to the way the switch worked before I brought it in...now I have high, low,super high and medium. Whereas before I had low, medium, high and super high can't help but think the plugs are crossed. Wonder how long the "new" blower is going to last? Finally when the truck was returned the steering wheel was in the " lock down as far as you can get it" position...pretty much impossible for a handicapped individual to get into the vehicle like that. The steering wheel was filthy and that got all over my hands and mats were covered with salt and slush from the boots of whoever was working on it. Horrible experience but really typical of this dealership. I have been there for other Dealer only work and the attitude is so damn toxic and anti customer service I am pretty sure they survive on scavenger business cause they sure as heck are NOT working on building customer reviews.

Service is fine, but their customer service is poor. Called in for slow leak in tire. Told to bring it right away. Brought it and asked how long. They said not long. I confirmed less than 1 hour and the response was ‘for sure’ That was 9 am. At 10;15 still sitting here. Went over to ask what’s going on, as no one updated me why it was taking so long, and was told a few more minutes. It’s now after 10:30 and no one has updated me and it’s still not out. It was a tire patch. I would have taken a ride to work if I it was any longer than 1 hour. I am now over 2 hours late to work when I said ‘ no longer than 1 hour’ based on the service I was told I would get. This happened last time too. I had to get my husband to come get me because it was already a half hour longer than I was told it would be. Then it took anoth hour after that. Hopefully a negative review draws some attention to their lack of service. The actual Work and booking of service is great. Just the expectation and telling customers how long it will be is poor and they don’t come update you even though they see you still sitting there.

Spent 2.5 hours waiting for an oil change and car wash (just the outside). They didn't even get around to washing my car before they closed, and they got a large amount of grease on my drivers side door, and all along the bottom of the drivers side of the car. Bought my vehicle there and it was great but will not be going back for regular service there.

I have never once had a problem with any of my service advisor. They have always suggested services I should do but has never been pushy. If I said no not today, that was it. He just wrote down what I needed done. I don't like to say it was quick, cause sometimes people see that as a bad thing cause the mechanic didn't do the best job and rushed it. Though turn around service is quick and they even wash your car for you. I never feel like they are lying to get more money for a service. I am very happy and will continue to get everything done there.

This time around, my experience with Performance was extremely expensive ! I don't believe that anyone should have to pay an arm and a leg for a set of brake pads and a set of brake drums ! They charged me $ 800 dollars and like a fool, I had to pay it, but they also lost a good client, they shall never see me again ! I've found another establishment to do business with, there're called, Niagara Tire and Battery, there're honest and also do great work and with fair prices ! I highly recommend this place called, Niagara Tire and Battery !!!

Terrible. My cars problem wasn't resolved. They didn't fill up my tires with air when the low tire pressure light was on. I had to ask when I picked up my car. Also the interior smelled like gasoline when I got in.
