I started going to Momo for oil changes and car repairs out of convenience (they are only a walk down the street) , but they have treated me so well on every visit that I keep going back. If you want to buy a car, "Momo Cars" is the place for you to go. I dropped there by accident looking for a car to purchase and I bought Hyundai Santa Fe. Let me tell you, the people there, are so amazing, starting from the CEO to all their staff members. They are so polite, kind and ready to help you in anyway. Moms Cars really worked hard for me to get my dream vechile which is the Lexus Rx350 F Sports. They actually got my new car less than a month, this company really word hard to get me the right vehicle. They are prompt in answering any question I asked. Mono Cars answer my phone calls and email with out any delay. It's easy to deal with them and they did a lot more than what I asked for. It was shock to see my car because there were so many surprises which I did not know about but I was very happy and pleased with there service. I sent Sohail a text one day (yes you can text him) telling him I was in the market for a car. Within a few minutes he had gotten back to me, excited that I was looking at Momo for my new car. Their site is easy to navigate, has a lot of information and honesty built in. When I found the car I eventually bought, I fell in love with it instantly! When it came time to buy, Sohail made it super easy! We just texted and called a few times and as a first time buyer, he walked me through the process of getting insurance, licence plates, etc. He even put new tires, oil and a environmental inspection on it as well! The car came with some sweet swag as well, tee-shirts and lanyards. Since they have a garage on site, I have the peace of mind that it will be done right and that Sohail and his team will take care of me. Best car buying experience ever!

Good place to buy a car, terrible place for getting work done to your car. It took 2.5hrs to get an oil change done after the owner told me "it will take 45mins". I got my tires changed there, it took from 8am-11am also the owner told me "it will take 45-60mins". Also after the owner told me the price it would be to get my tires done the person who actually did my tires tried to raise the price $20. I am not going to Momo Cars for work, I will find somewhere else.

i bought a car from them in 2013. i was assured by the sales guy that the will look after and fix whatever i need, that they got my back in case of break down or so... of course i will have to pay for it. so about 10 months later my car wouldn't start so i CAA it to them. Called them next morning - they still did not get to it, called again in the afternoon - they said they will get to it tomorrow. so next day i was still getting answers about how they are short handed, and so on. THIRD DAY - guess what - same lame answers - I'm still without my wheels... In the morning on the FORTH day i towed the car to a different mechanic and got it back in 2 hours fixed SUCH A WASTE OF MY TIME!!! later i talked to one of Momos mechanics, he was the only one who said he was sorry, not management or sales guys. He also said that those days they were given order to push back my car and other sold cars and work on new cars which were coming in for sale. my point: don't plan to fix your car at Momos. Once they sell it to you, they don't give a damn..

Where would Batman be without his batmobile? Would Vin Diesel have looked as fast or as furious without a great set of wheels? The answer to both these questions is a 'no-brainer' cars are HUGELY important! Now while my mother's own crime fighting and street racing needs were limited she was still on the market for a new vehicle. She needed a car with personality and what better place to find said car than a dealership with a unique personality of it's own. After ages of online window shopping we came across the Momo Cars website. A Student Car Company that advertised "pre-loved" used cars. This dealership even gives their cars cute little names. The website was easy to navigate and just quirky enough to catch our interest. The lot had quite an interesting mix of cars and the walls of the dealership are covered in the happy testimonials of past customers. We expressed an interest in one car that caught our eye and Shae was very helpful with the whole process. He walked us through the entire thing answering our concerns and he even showed us some other options around the lot. We really had a great experience with everyone we encountered that day. It didn't take long before we were thinking of our own pleasant words to add to their wall. Just wanted to send out a big THANK YOU on behalf of my family to The Momo Cars team. Now to anyone considering buying a car I'd say simply this. Don't just take my word on it. Go on over and check this place out yourself. You'll be glad you did. Awful experience! They sold my son a vehicle that they safetied, but that was found to have a rust hole in the floor big enough to put your fist through. They also lied about the clutch having been replaced. Stay away, these guys are dishonest.

They lied to me and ripped me off big time a couple years ago. They eventually offered to take the car back for several hundred dollars less, but only after I threatened to go to the ucdc for mediation. I should have written a review at the time with the details while they were all fresh, but here we are. I thought this was all behind me but I am in the market for a vehicle and I keep seeing listings from Momo cars and it makes me angry every time. If Momo cars was the last remaining car lot I would be buying a bicycle. Edit April 2019 Thanks for taking the time to write that sarcastic and misleading response to my review. I am sure you do remember me well as we spent at least 10 hours back and forth on the phone. I bought the car as is on your word that all it needed was the timing chain put on and a special tool was required which is why your shop wasn't proceeding with the repair. After purchasing the tool and digging into the repair I discovered that there was a hole in the top of the piston and a badly damaged valve train from what I assume was a bad repair job by your shop. When I called you to discuss this you I was met with the same smug and arrogant tone as is displayed in your response. You are not a friend of mine you are a liar and a cheat in my honest opinion. The only point you were going to do anything for me is when I told you I was going to go to the ucdc for mediation. Thanks for the response. Hopefully people read mine as well.

Not only did Kai go over some of the important features of the car, Gordon discussed all of my financing options with me and ensured that I got the best rate available and made everything a no pressure environment. They genuinely care about their customers and we aren’t just a “quick sale”. The car was freshly detailed and my first service appointment was booked.
