I went in looking for a Explorer, Black with the sport appearance package as there was one on the website. I took my wife’s winter beater, drove around the used lot and found it but it was sold. Went walking around to see if there was another one on the lot, while my friend was looking for a new or a lease return F150. After several minutes of walking around someone finally came out of the office to ask what we were looking for, and when I said, he confirmed it was the one that had sold the previous day, and before my friend could ask about an F150, he was gone. Crossed the street (with the wife’s beater Saturn) and started walking the new vehicles, found a new Explorer and asked about maybe getting a 2017. We were directed back across the street, but we were already there and didn’t get any help or suggestions. So we left. The moral of the story...don’t roll into the dealership in an old, under $5000 and expect to get treated like a valuable customer.

Worst customer service I've ever had. Go in for a trunk alignment and then they messed it up even more causing damage to my vehicle in 4 spots and then proceed to tell me they arnt going to fix it properly and that I will see the painted spots and told me just a warning that you will see a little shadowing to where we painted...cant believe how much this dealer has messed up my car. Then they try and turn it around on me. Dont bring any vehicle you care about here because most likely they will find a way to make your problems even worst.

I always said that the worst part of the car buying experience is dealing with a car dealership. Well, I will no longer be saying that thanks to the friendly professionals at Mike Knapp Ford. Purchasing a new car has never been so easy for me. I was in at 9:00 am and out by 10 am with a great deal in hand, for a new '21 Ford F-150. Joe Scozzafava was the sales person I dealt with. I've never met a more transparent and honest sales pro than this guy. If you're in the market for a new Ford, you need to look him up. Joe worked very hard to get the deal done for me and was also successful in securing my vehicle for a timely delivery in this very turbulent market. I'm not the most loyal guy when it comes to my purchases as a consumer but I will certainly be going to Joe @ Mike Knapp Ford for all my future automotive purchases.

Horrible. First I made an appointment to bring my work van into Mike Knapp. i called Monday and the earliest they could get me in was Friday. I made the appointment for 8am. I showed up at 7:45 am Friday and waited at the service desk until the advisors had finished their personal conversations Then they told me there was no record of my appointment, but not to worry they would be able to fit me in. At 4 pm i called to find out if my van was done, only to find out it was just brought in the shop and now they would need it for longer and it would be completed Monday. Monday at 4 :45 I picked it up and within 2 kms of the dealership the tire monitor light came on. I called the dealership back the next day and they told me to bring it back at 7:30am the following day, and they would reset the light. Well i went back this morning and on the service door it says 7:30-5 for hours of operation. People were inside just not letting me and other customers in. I guess 7:30 is an estimate of when they open. So I finally get inside and tell the service advisor my winter tires they installed are not right and he proceeds to tell me they are too busy to repair it, and i need to make an appointment again. I told him i called the day before and the lady on the phone told me to come at 7:30 am. He told me they don’t have any technicians starting until 8 am. I looked at my receipt and found they even gave another customers bill from a 2018 ford focus to me. I understand sometimes things go wrong but this is incompetence at the highest level here. I Have always used Brock ford and was very happy with them but they were not able to install my winter tires for 2 weeks. I wished I had waited for them. I will go to Brock Ford to get the tires fixed properly This is my first visit to Mike Knapp and will be my last.

Very pleased with my visit to Mike Knapp Ford Sales on December 20 - got "The Works Economy Package" which I get twice a year when my tires get changed. My snow tires were put on and everything else checked out. I was given a ride home and back again to pick up my car in a very short period of time. Excellent service.

While driving our 2015 FLEX, it lost power and had to pull over. The motor was still running but didn't respond to the gas pedal. The info screen showed a wrench icon with a note to read the manual. The manual indicated "Power trane or AWD...See Dealer. I went to Mike Knapp Ford and they diagnosed the problem as the throttle body, which they replaced. I was totally surprised that I didn't have to wait for them to order a replacement, as they had one in stock. Great service! When I went on the internet to post my experience on the Ford Flex owners site, I read a number of comments from Flex owners who had the same problem and who indicated that they had to wait up to 6 weeks for the part at their dealer because the throttle bodies were on backorder.

Brought my F150 in for a rear door lock issue. Dropped the vehicle off at 9am for my appointment and was told the repair would take about 2.5 hours. The truck was not ready till after 5pm... a lot longer than 2.5 hours. As usual, service at Mike Knapp Ford was ULTRA SLOW. If an appointment is at 9am then your vehicle should be taken in for repair at that time. I was supplied with a rental because this is a recall issue but as I said above and this is for every visit I have ever had at Mike Knapp even for a simple oil change SERVICE IS SLOW... From this point I will take my vehicles there only if I have to. I am not alone in this opinion as I have friends who have said the exact same thing and they now go to Ed Learn Ford in St. Catharines for service and oil changes. Mike Knapp... you really need to work on this.

I purchased my first Ford Truck from Mike Knapp Ford in June of 2015, I am very pleased to say that this has been by far the BEST vehicle/truck I have ever purchased. This is my 5th brand new vehicle since the year 2000 and all my previous vehicles were Chevy's. I visited both the Chevy dealer and Mike Knapp Ford before making my decision on a new truck this time and I have to say I was so impressed with their customer service and their knowledge of their products and I loved the feel and ride of the Ford Truck better than the ones I test drove at Chevy. The options I wanted were all included as standard vs. the Chev too which was great. Steve Doucet was the sales rep who took care of me and he was fantastic to deal with, in fact all of the staff have been fabulous to deal with. I have owned my Ford F150 now for 6 months and it has far exceeded my expectations in a vehicle. I know I made the right decision to switch to Ford. My first scheduled maintenance with them went great as well. They really have a knack for taking care of their clients!! I love my FORD and will be a repeat client for many years to come! I came from out of town and was worried my bill would be in the thousands. I’m used to paying large bills at my regular ford outlet in London (Oakridge Ford). Typically they recommend I replace my breaks and rotors almost every time I have a service appointment. Not this time. Took points off for 1) long wait, even though I had an appointment 2) the technician left oil prints on my console and a large stain on the carpeting.

Not pleased that I have the extended warranty with no deductible and that I had to pay $113 (inc. HST) for a repair. The charge was for diagnosing the problem. This is problematic because the vehicle was almost not driveable because there was a problem with the power steering. The cost of diagnosing a problem should be built into the cost of the repair and not considered an add on. As a customer who has bought a few vehicles from Mike Knapp I feel that I was ripped off. I totally understand that if I bring in a vehicle for repair and the technician diagnosis the problem and then I choose not to go through with the pair that a diagnostic charge should be levied. The repair was well done, but the process is lacking. Danny.

I took in my pick up because of transmission problems. They charged me $109.00 labour, to tell me that they didn't know what was wrong and they didn't know how to fix it. I went to Gary's transmission and he knew what was wrong without looking at it and fixed the problem for $65.00. In defense of Knapp Ford, the truck was order than the mechanic. ????

Needed to get a recall service done on my car, they were friendly on the phone and were able to book me in quickly. Offered a shuttle service for me to get to and from work while they worked on my car. Shuttle service was delayed and I had to wait an hour which is why it's a four star review. They apologized for the delay and were otherwise wonderful to deal with.

I was quite satisfied with the recent service interval work performed on my vehicle, especially the removal of a stain of unknown origin on a leather seat back. I was outraged, however, to discover that Ford (nothing to do with the dealer) is seeking an unconscionable fee in excess of $200.00 to update the navigation system, which, by their own admission, usually needs to be done yearly. Considering that you can buy a stand alone GPS with lifetime updates AND traffic alerts for around $300.00 Ford's cost is absolutely absurd.

Will not be dealing with these people again. Ordered a winter tire package and was told that they have the rims but would have to order the tires which would take 3 days to arrive. Car was booked in for Saturday morning at 9am. Was informed on Friday that the installation will have to be postponed till the following Saturday as the tires is special order. Went in the following Saturday and guess what...no tires or wheels available and Shawna that arranged everything is conveniently not available.

Horrible experience, I recently purchased a vehicle and i had to bring it in 5 times within a month do to their poor service. On the bill they had charged the labor on the vehicle but the work never got done. Everytime I had to CALL MYSELF to see what was going on with my vehicle and i had to call before 5pm because i knew that the mechanics were gone at 5. I’ve taken my car to be serviced at Mike Knapp twice and both experiences have been similar. First of all, awesome people! Very nice, good to chat with, easy to understand, and they’re thorough in their explanations. On the other hand, their communication about the timeline of service is poor. The first time I visited, I was told the work would be done in 15 minutes so I waited in the waiting area. 3-4 times I was told I needed to wait just 15 minutes. I wasted two hours just sitting in the waiting area. My most recent visit was even more vague. I left the vehicle at the shop and got a lift home with the employee telling me the car would have to have to stay overnight and he’d call me in the morning. At 1400 I called the shop to find out what the story is but no one could help me. A few hours later I got the call saying the vehicle was ready. The employee told me he forgot to call me and no one gave him the message I had called earlier. It’s very unfortunate that these very nice people have a difficult time grasping time.

3 days to change an alternator under warranty and tell me that the AC knobs not working isn’t covered. Charged me $120 to look at it before giving me a quote for $1,500 before tax to replace the entire heater core stating that parts had fallen off inside and was impossible to fix. Took the glovebox off in my driveway after some googling and found the technician who worked on it reinstalled a part upside down. Put the part on the right way and it snapped right in and the knobs work perfectly fine now. Called the service department with my concerns, was told the message would be passed along. 5 days later and I’ve heard nothing.

I rolled in to the used car lot to look at a pickup truck. I was greeted by a sales rep who was helpful and actually pointed me in the direction of a truck within my budget. He set the deal up and I made the purchase. When it was time to pick up the truck, it was clean and met my expectations. Now the reason for the mid-range review: Communication. The sales rep was a bit of a "close talker" (Seinfeld reference), which is a big no-no these days; he made inferences on what I read and on how "customers have no idea how much work is done to get a vehicle ready". Would I buy another vehicle from here? Absolutely... but through someone else. Side note: Service guys are awesome, but management should really be mindful of their surroundings. I (and others waiting in the service area) were able to listen and watch two managers air their disagreements. Not exactly professional.

My wife and I bought a gmc acadia off mike knapps used car lot from our amazing sales rep Mike Graziotto. About 4 days after pick up i noticed there was something wrong with the overdrive well on the highway. We called mike and even tho it was his day off he called in to the dealership and booked us in to the shop the next day. The techs at mike knapp could not pin point the problem so they sent it to a specialist where the tranny was found to need a full rebuild. The truck was in the shop for 2 weeks waiting for parts to come in. In this time we were given a loaner car covered by mike knapp and all the repairs were covered all in all even tho we had a problem with our suv ( that was not a ford ) our sales rep as well as the hole mike knapp team bent over backwards to get our truck back to us.. Went there to look at a used Ford Escape...saw the 2014 Hyundai Tucson...liked everything about...took it for a drive with salesman Henry.. Loved it but brakes squeaked a lot....some sand in the trunk...Henry assured me the car would be vacuum out and the brakes fixed...we made a deal on Friday...could pick up car on Tuesday....got the car on Tuesday...all nice and shiney...drove home and the breaks still squeak...car not vacuumed....called Henry and told him I would give it a few days assuming new parts were innstalled....squeaking did not go away...made a 2pm service app....got there at at 1:50pm...explained the situation to guy at the desk and got a weird look...as he sees car was safetied and new brake parts installed (supposedly)...asked for someone to come with me for a drive to listen and sure enough brakes squeaked...new parts were installed once again and problem gone....hmmm...this all took over 2hrs.... I get this car is not a Ford and probably not a priority for you to service as outside parts are required...but you should happily service what you sell...after 2hrs the desk guy handed me my keys and said its done....I asked if they washed the car but he said they don't wash cars anymore....hmmm...oh, and I vacuumed out the back myself... Not impressed at all.. Car is great though....Hyundai..

Disappointed with Service Staff. On 23 November 2016 at 2:15pm, I had an appointment to get my snow tires installed and my oil changed. While my 2015 Escape was in the service bay, I was contacted by the service department that the socket to remove the lock nuts on my tires was stripped and worn out. They told me it would cost and extra $30 to cut the nuts off and then I need to purchase replacement nuts at a cost of $44. My other choice was to order a replacement socket for $14 and come back in to put the snow tires on. They said it is common for the socket to wear out because the tires are rotated every time I bring the car in for oil changes, breaks, etc. I have only brought my vehicle to your dealership in the spring of 2016 to have my summer tires installed. My tires were only rotated at that time. My vehicle is fairly new and the socket should not have been worn out at this time. I decided to finish with the oil change and I would take my snow tires with me to find another solution. As I was driving back to Beamsville, I noticed smoke coming out the back of my vehicle. The smoke was so thick it was like the vehicle was on fire. I pulled over and checked under the hood. All seemed fine and I turned around to head back to the dealership. The smoke seemed to increase as I accelerated. As I got closer to the dealership it started to dissipate. Once back at the dealership my vehicle was immediately looked at by the technicians. They told me some oil was spilled and it was burning off as I drove. The “young technician” who did the oil change had the manager watch him clean the oil with brake free. All would be fine. I left the dealership and have not had any issues. My concern is the worn out socket and the cost to me to replace it. There may be a possibility that the “young technician” may have used an air tool with the socket and that it became “worn out” because of that. Add the fact that a lot of oil was spilled seems to support this. I am very disappointed with the service. I am glad it wasn’t my wife driving. The extra cost and billowing smoke would be too much. I purchased a 2016 Edge from Blair Clutterbuck this summer as an out of town buyer so I basically bought the vehicle sight unseen. I asked several questions specifically about accidents, rental car history and whether the vehicle had been smoked in or not. I was assured the vehicle had no accidents, rental car history and had not been smoked in (I am allergic to smoke so this is a big deal). After driving the car for about 20 minutes or so my wife and I noticed a smoke smell. I immediately called Blair and he assured me they would take care of it. To make a long story short they sent someone out to "ozone" the car and try to get the smell out, but this didn't solve the problem. I think this actually caused some respiratory problems my family is having currently. At the end of the day Mike Knapp Ford took the car back, but my wife and I suffered quite uncomfortably in the car until we could return it. Very disappointing experience and i'll never buy a car from Blair or Mike Knapp Ford again.

I do realize the difficulties your dealership must face with the covid19 restrictions being placed on you but I do think that communication with the salesman could really improve...I was very disappointed with the purchase of my truck in that respect. I purchased a new Edge in December, 2019. It was due for an oil change, but due to the pandemic although the service centre was open, the waiting room was not and the shuttle service was not running. I had no way to just drop off my vehicle and then come back when it was ready. Instead, the service people at Mike Knapp came & picked up my vehicle at my house & then dropped it back when it was finished! There was no additional charge for this service. I sanitized before they picked it up and they sanitized when they brought it back. You couldn't ask for better service than that!

*****UPDATE***** I received a phone call yesterday from Roger, the service center manager, he wanted me to know that he addressed the issues that I experienced and I was very happy with how it was handled! Must say thank you to all the staff at Mike Knapp Ford! I’ve always had a great experience at Mike Knapp Ford Sales from buying the truck of our dreams to all the services we’ve had completed until this past week. Had to get a tire plugged while a recall and regular maintenance was being completed on my truck. Tire was never plugged even after we talked about it upon check in and I asked upon pick up. A week later my tire pressure alert came on for me to find out then that my tires were only rotated and never fixed. Then I had issues getting my truck back in to be fixed correctly. Had to call twice in order to get it in even after I confirmed it was fixed a week prior. After all that hassle of having to come back twice, when I’m extremely busy, I was still charged an inflated price to a tire plugged.

Brought my truck in for an oil change... They performed a recall on the door handles and didn't bother changing the oil. The recall work resulted in silicone being spread all over the exterior of all four doors. Contacted Ford directly who advised me to return to Mike Knapp the have the work rectified. Followed instructions and brought the truck back in to Mike Knapp only for them to put multiple scratches all over the truck. They arranged to have the scratches buffed out at a local body shop, but a few of the scratches could not be buffed out because they are too deep and painting the affected panels would void any warranty with Ford. Contacted Ford again who followed up with the service manager at Mike Knapp before telling me politely that there was nothing they could do and that Mike Knapp said they are done trying to rectify the problem. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you'd like to see pictures and the work orders.

I purchased a used car from their used car lot. It was priced well however my experience has not been the good. After my initial visit to their lot to look at the car, I placed a deposit and told the salesman that I would be back tomorrow to finalize the paperwork. The salesman informed me that he was scheduled to work from 1 PM till close the following day. So I made the trip from Niagara on the lake to Welland at 1 PM to finish the paperwork. After sitting in the chair for an hour waiting for the salesman to arrive, I was told By another salesman that he was still going to be another hour and that I should go to Tim Hortons up the street if I didn't want to wait around. I went to Tim Hortons and came back now at 3 PM. The salesman was finally there, and we began to finish the paperwork. I told him I would return on Monday to pick up the van and drop off my truck which I had traded in. On the day of pick up I arrived around 11AM and the salesman informed me that there were some issues with my van. He told me that they had ran the Van through the automatic carwash with the dealer plate hanging from the rear wiper and bent the wiper arm. He told me that they were going to order me a new arm and have it fixed for me later that week. He also told me that the low tire pressure light had been on but he assured me that his mechanic had filled up the tires and that they were at the proper pressure. He told me that if the light was still on when I returned to get the wiper arm installed that they would look into it further . A few days later I called to find out if the wiper arm was in, and to inform the salesman that the low tire pressure light was still on. He informed me that they had ordered the wrong wiper arm for me and it would be a few more days as they would have to order a new one in . I finally got the call that my wiper arm was in. Thursday morning I drove back up to Welland and dropped the van off and they told me they would look into the tire pressure after installing the wiper arm. I finally got a call Friday afternoon from them saying that they needed to keep the van for the weekend as they found 3 tire pressure sensors that needed to be replaced and that they wouldn't make it there by the end of the day Friday. I got my van back Monday and they said that everything was fixed. About a week later I was driving down the road and the low tire pressure sensor light came on again. I pulled over and called them and left a message as they were closed at this time. They told me to bring the van back in and they would look at it yet again. So I dropped the van off and told them that I wanted them to replace the tires as they were already low on tread and this is clearly becoming an issue with them losing air. They kept telling me that there were steps they had to take before they could replace the tires. I told them that I've already been there several times trying to rectify this issue and it's clearly not getting done. They told me that the last time their mechanic cleaned the rims and put the tires back on, this time they said that the mechanic took the tires off did the same thing again but put bead sealer around the side of the tires to seal it more properly and they were sure that the problem was fixed. In my personal opinion if someone came to me and spent over $14,000 at my establishment I would go out and spend $400 on new tires to keep them happy. Apparently at Mike Knapp Ford that's not how they see things. I guess they would rather the customer be pissed off once they've gotten their $14,000 from the finance company then to make someone happy and possibly have them return for regular maintenance. I would not recommend buying any vehicle new or used from Mike's Knapp Ford. I am just so upset and hurt as this is the most expensive vehicle I have ever purchased for my family and just disgusted with their service. In hindsight I should have haggled with them to have the tires replaced from the get-go as they are extremely low on tread and to be honest not even sure how they passed a safety!!!

The service department is ridiculous. I asked for my car to be fixed and I knew exactly what the problem is and they charged me a $90 fee without telling me after it was fixed and reasoning for it was they charge a fee to look at a problem and isolate it. When in fact I told the service advisor what the problem was. Secondly before that, I bought my car from mike Knapp. Then they charged me a $500 admin fee and stated it’s mandatory. Saying that, the advertised price in dealership was $9999 or whatever. Then they charged a $500 fee on top of that. Isn’t that against OMVIC? The advertised price has to be all inclusive. I could see if they discounted the car, but they did not. When I challenged the sales team as to why it was charged, they stated that they have other people looking at the car. It wasn’t a deposit it. It was a dealership admin fee. Horrible service. I will be contacting OMVIC.

The purchase was also done quickly and with no hitches. The Escape is a great vehicle to drive and hopefully will be as economical as my Cmax. I appreciate all of the features and the comfortable ride. There were 2 small dents and a nick in the paint which neither I nor Diane saw before delivery but they are to be repaired. The one area in which I think Ford is deficient is the choice of tires on the Escape Titanium Hybrid, instead of putting Michelin’s on they have opted for Bridgestone tires which have bad reviews for their handling in the rain. When I asked to swap them for a better tire I was told that it would cost over 400 dollars because the Bridgestone tires would be considered new. I can understand this but I think Ford should have opted for better tires on a Titanium vehicle and not skimped. Hopefully the tires will handle alright but it does not bode confidence when I read the reviews. This lack of thought on Ford’s part is why I give a 4 rating to the manufacturer while the dealership gets 5 stars.

Generally was a good experience. Brought my truck in for 130pm, but it did not go into the service area until an hour and a half later. One of the service staff came to me into the 2nd hour and apologized for the delay and explained the difficulty in the repair on my truck. The staff member stated next time they could give me a ride home when there is a delay like this. I had a horrible experience with the truck I purchased from mike knapp, I had it for 2 months and it spent most of that time in the shop, in the end it needed a new motor at 52000km. I didn't want the truck anymore by the end. For starters I buy my 2018 f150 from them, a month down the road it goes in for some warranty work no big deal, however they dropped my oil without authorization, whatever that's fine so from that day forward under highway merging acceleration the dash would light up like a Christmas tree I take it to the nearest shop to find they only put 3.5 liters in it when the truck holds 8.3, truck has no leaks whatsoever. it has since caused engine problems and severe oil consumption and service seems to think its normal, moral of the story is they've lost my business and all my referrals witch is unfortunate because the people on the used dealer side are fantastic, can't say much for service department and some of the techs. 2 open cases with Ford Canada.

Took my car in for a recall, they claimed they could not do the alignment it needed after fixing recall, which was to be included as part of the recall unless I spent all this $$ on a part it apparently needed. Service department is god awful. You're lucky if you can get one of those mouth breathers to answer the phone in their department and actually get an appointment. Before i could even show the technician my issue he wiped his hands with truck and said he couldn't do anything. The Sales associates will tell you you're taken care of and to bring it in if you hear or have any issues with your new truck. I suggest getting your own loan ahead of time as their financing was 6.99%. They said they would try and get the best percentage rate but it never changed. First bank I went to gave me a better rate. Also be prepared for pressure from the business manager to get the extended warranty(bought from the used lot). Decide if you want it ahead of time because cancelling it and getting your money back is like pulling teeth and takes weeks. My parents bought a car there years ago and when they had their mechanic do the service checkups and oil changes their warranty was voided (not a backyard mechanic). Car was late at pickup, due to it being cleaned (not cleaned well) no big deal. They fixed a few scratches but not a dent they said they would. And usually a new car comes with a full tank of gas but this one did not. So far no problems with the vehicle itself, but have only put on a few thousand km. Would I go there for service? No probably not Buy another vehicle there? Maybe if it’s a good deal that I couldn't find elsewhere.

I had a 1:00pm appointment and decided to wait for my vehicle when I signed in. I was told it would be 1 hour or less. There was real confusion over the work order and it had to be re-entered again. After 30 minutes ny car wasn't yet taken into the shop. I asked about this and was told the previous job had been delayed. I finally got my car back 95 minutes after I checked in. Once I got into my car I found the driver's seat at the mechanics setting and not mine. Also the computer settings on the vehicle where not returned to the ones I had when I brought the car in and it took me some time to get the settings back. Overall I would rate the experience as 5 out of 10.

I was expecting a structured questionnaire to guide me in providing feedback. Overall we were pleased with the assistance we received from Joe. From the time we walked in the front door, to receipt of the car was 6 days. We were given an overview of the car. There are a few features we were not sure of so we used the Instruction guide. Both my husband and I thought that the car would be coming with the feature to open the hatchback by kicking your leg. We were told the day we picked it up that that option was only available on the Titan model. We were disappointed to learn this too late. Other than that, we are happy with our purchase and the service we received from Joe. Initially we were looking at used cars, but the one we were considering was in need of having the brake routers replaced - we were not told this before taking the car out. We returned a few days later to find that the brakes were fixed but the front tires had a loose belt. The sales rep (not Joe) checked the inventory sheet and said that the mechanic had said the front 2 tires needed to be replaced. I found it odd that that this car had even made it onto the lot for people to drive before these issues were fixed. That problem had us reconsider our options and we chose to purchase a new car.

I love my recently purchased Ford escape. We did a lot of comparison shopping before buying and found that pricing at Mike Knapp Ford is very competitive. We were very pleased with our purchase price. The service we got from sales person Brian was excellent too. He was very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy at all. While I probably would purchase there again, I must say that there were two things that I didn't enjoy about our experience. First of all, the mandatory "meeting" we had to attend to "finalize" everything was nothing more than a sales pitch for the extended warranty. We had inconvenienced ourselves to attend this meeting and were then subjected to what we thought was a pretty pushy sales pitch. The business manager who tslkedvto us was polite and tactful but it was a hard sell. She did the usual tactic of dropping something lijec1200$ off the price when we first said no which is always pretty annoying and doesn't foster trust.. However, when we maintained our position, she made us feel like we were completely crazy. I know extended warranties are their bread and butter but she really pushed hard and made us feel very uncomfortable. The other thing I didn't enjoy happened 4 weeks later. I got this weird handwritten note on a copy of an internal Mije Knapp sales memo. The memo authorized sales people to offer select people with 2015 Ford escapes great incentives to trade in their vehicles. The handwritten note from the sales manager said I was chosen for this great opportunity. It was all kind of hokey. I did some research and this is a sometimes used as a tactic to get people to replace their vehicles with a new purchase. The approach however seemed a little deceitful. The note included the sales managers user name and pass word so I could start the process of trading in on my own, and implied that we were really lucky to have this exclusive opportunity. Again, I get that they want to sell cars but it seemed a little shady and we weren't impressed.

Excellent service people, however if you have a diesel don't bring it here... they had it for a few months and never figured out a coolant leak issue that was dripping all over my driveway... they replaced hoses that were ok... took it to screamin diesel in dunnville and found a leak in the rad and had me fixed up with a better aftermarket rad right quick (2012 f350 - 6.7 powerstroke). Now it's ready to go back to the work and make some money!
