Great deanship! Fabulous car! We walked in to check out a the Honda Fit last November and were greeted by great people at the Henley Honda dealership. This turned out to be the best car buying experience we had ever had! Dawson answered all of our questions, patiently reviewed all of the options and was totally up front with us. There were absolutely no hidden expenses, complications or empty promises. The dealership really went above and beyond in service and attention to what we needed in a vehicle. We were really impressed by the friendly service, knowledge and professionalism we received from everyone at Henley Honda. My husband and I recently purchased our first car a Honda Civic 2014 from Henley Honda. We have been shopping around for a some time for the ideal car that would meet our budget. Erin was very informative which allowed us to make a decision much more easily. The atmosphere that Henley Honda created was very comfortable for someone who does not know a great deal about cars. Erin answered a lot of our questions but at the same time did not pressure us into making a decision. I truly appreciate the service that was offered to us. Poor customer service. Over the course of several interactions with Henley Honda (ranging from purchasing a vehicle to standard service maintenance), all of which resulted in poor customer service, we have decided to use a different Honda dealer for future needs. Here are a few examples: 1. When driving to the dealership to look seriously at a used van to purchase (we had a scheduled appointment with the sales person), they called us to say that they just sold the van (we ended up purchasing a different van from them). 2. After explaining our budget to them, they continued to try to upsell us. When we declined everything they offered, they then proceeded to give us for no charge some of what they were just trying to sell us. 3. There was absolutely zero follow-up to the sale of the van to see how we were liking it or if we had any concerns. 4. Compared to other Honda dealerships which make sure to follow-up with their customers after any service, Henley Honda does not do that.

About a month ago I recently purchased my very first car at Henley Honda. Right away, I knew which car I wanted, however, my deciding factor came down to the people I was dealing with. I have never dealt with such an amazing group of employees all at one location. From the moment you enter the dealership, you are welcomed by every Henley Honda member. I would have to say they have - hands down - the best customer service skills. Not only was my first car purchase a positive and memorable one, but shortly after my purchase I had a leak in my tire. Being a little bothered at first, Krish (manager), Art and the rest of the Henley Honda crew dealt with this situation in the most professional and caring way. Henley Honda replaced the tire for me, no cost on my part. All I can say is if you're looking for a knowledgeable, attentive, customer oriented dealership, Henley Honda is definitely the way to go!!! I absolutely loved the help and support I received from Henley Honda while looking to surprise my wife with a new car. My first test drive with Joe was all about the performance and safety features of the vehicle. Whether he had me taking it up to 100 km/h and then slamming on the brakes or driving on the shoulder to showcase the intelligent responsiveness of the car, Joe knows his vehicles inside and out. I was recently stranded while driving on vacation. I pulled into Henley Honda in St Catherines and was treated like a Queen. Alec Bartosik greeted me in the bay and got right to work finding a solution to my car problems. When it was discovered that it was unsafe for me to drive, Shamil Becharbhai, the service operations manager was on the phone with Honda Canada right away. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I had a rental car for free and my car was towed on a flatbed 3 hours home. I was able to continue on my holiday stress free. I can’t thank Henley Honda and Honda Canada enough for the expert service and support!

If you want a place with honstly great staff awesome attitude and positive attitude. A place that wont "force" your hand into making a commitment and allows you to take your time go to Henley Honda. From the moment we walked in receptionist was welcoming and bright and happy attitude. Then our sales person Daniel chatted with us about our horrible experience at another dealership (due to bad management) he right away found us what we were looking for let us take it our for a test drive nice and long no rush he then sat with us we told him what our budget was at and he worked hard to bring it to that level. Now we moved over to Sean the financial service and let me tell you what an amazing person if i ever met one. He worked hard and help us out it wasnt about push rust proof this and add paint protection to this. He spoke with us explained the details showed us step by step everything on a tablet for us to follow and understand these are the types of people who make sure you dont feel forced and make sure you feel comfortable with this big decision about buying a car. Purchasing a new car can be either be a very good experience or a very bad experience. Let me tell you my story. This year I will be turning 30 and I figured it would be the perfect opportunity to get something nice for myself. After a few long nights researching the perfect place to purchase my new vehicle, I came across Henley Honda. With 159 reviews and average rating of 5 starts I have decided to go in and see what all the fuss was about. Omar approached me swiftly as I entered the building and welcomed me with a big smile and a firm handshake. I was intimidated because I have never purchased a new vehicle before, this was a big step for me. Omar was very helpful in clearing up all of my questions. He made me feel right at home. Omar even took me around the whole building and introduced me to all the managers in all the different departments. This was customer service at a whole new level. I then realized, this is why Henley Honda has such a good rating. I took a star off because when it got down to the financial agreement, it was a swift turn around. The associate was very aggressive selling the extended warranty coverage. The associate had made me feel very uncomfortable. I felt like I was obligated to purchase the warranty. I purchased the guard not because I wanted to but I felt like I needed to. Overall my experience was amazing. If your looking for a Honda and looking for the best possible customer service that you can get, talk to Omar and tell him I sent you ;)

I bought my car, an Honda Odyssey, in May this year, the salesmen was Javier, for him I am giving 5 stars, he was amanzing with us, however the car had a lot of issues and Henley didn't solve those issues, even I left there more than once, the people that work at parts service is everything less profissional. I bought a pre-owned certificate car and after a long history (that I won't write here because is unbelievable) to try solve all issues my car went to Honda at the Queensway in Etobicoke and after a week and more 1500$ spent (Honda paid all costs) in pieces, a lot of security testes, they gave me my car, finally, and without any noise but they changed almost everything, I was so mad at the time ( because of all this situation and also because I had a baby a few days ago) that I thought to return the car but at Honda in Queensway they told me to not do that, not at that time after they spent all time and money with my car because they really cared to solve the problems and put my car almost as new taking all safe responsabilities because before that my car was not safe, even in Henley Honda new that I am a mother of 3 children ( 2 years, 1 year and a newborn ) actually I did a complaint to the Ministry of Transportation because of that. So, at the end if someone ask me if I recomend Henley Honda, I will say NO, for sure. Was the only bad experience with a car in my all life. For me,they are not reliable, unfortunately , they just don't care.

We had spent a few weeks dealing with closer locations, all service at Honda was amazing, but these guys truly stepped it up into something unique and wonderful. I walked in today looking for a specific year and model Honda vehicle, a 2018 Accord. I was given to a salesman that was an older gentleman. Without so much as making eye contact with me he asked what I wanted. He wrote down what I said on his hand with pen then said “Nothing like that here... sorry” and that was it. A Honda dealership without a 2 year old car kicking around? Okay, I guess. But that was the entirety of the conversation. No help to find something else or to ask us what our needs were. Just ended the conversation and walked away. It could have been fairly easy to persuade me into any other vehicle with the right sales tactics or ANY conversation. But instead I felt unwelcome because I wasn’t asking for a 2020 model. I went to another Honda dealership this morning and bought a $30,000 sale (2019 model) just hours later. I have owned 3 Hondas, and this is my 4th. If Henley was my first interaction with the Honda brand, I would not have bought a Honda. I would not come here to but my next Honda.

While the car (2015 CR-V) was exactly what we were looking for, it was the customer service experience that made our final decision easier. The service is fantastic. The car buying experience at Henley Honda is not your traditional "hard sell". There was never any pressure to "buy today". Dawson Trickett, our sales consultant, was a wealth of knowledge about the Honda products. My wife and I did not want to buy a car right now. A minor fender bender resulted in all the airbags going off in our car (not a Honda) and it was written off. As a couple, we had to be one of the least enthusiastic car buyers Henley Honda ever saw. Although still painful to get back into the car market, the experience at Henley Honda was excellent. We have a 2010 Honda Odyssey that was one of the best purchases we ever made (hence, coming in to Honda). Our van has been serviced at Henley Honda for years, and the service is top notch (hence Henley Honda). The greeting at reception was authentic and welcoming. Our salesperson, Brian Chickowski, was thorough, friendly, and professional. The Financial Services Manager, Martha Davison, was transparent, accommodating, and personable. Although we are not terribly happy to have needed to purchase a car at this time, the experience at Henley Honda took a lot of the sting away...and I will confess that we did get a little excited driving our new Civic off the lot! Great product and great service. Highly recommended.

Zero Power

At first Henley Honda is a good experience.. until something goes wrong. I had some issues with my "Honda Certified" car and rather than being honest with me, the service manager gave me the run around and charged me for it. I will not mention her name. They cost me a lot of time and money and only because they did not have an answer and they BS'ed me to collect more money. I was told that my car needed to be reprogrammed because of a blown fuse (not true) along with several other non-truths, both the technician and the service manager lack trained experience and if they don't have an answer they are dishonest and the accountability lies in the machines. I spent 500 bucks and got no answers. They said it was going to cost more (no definitive answer). I said no, I had it towed to a "non Honda Certified" small business (locally) and they fixed it for $90 bucks. I'm very disappointed and will never step foot in that place as long as those two people are working there. The coffee bar, tv's leather couches and smiling people greeters are great until you have a problem. It's too bad two people can destroy a companies integrity by simply not being honest. So much for Honda Certified.

My husband and I both bought new Honda Vehicles recently through Henley Honda in St. Catharines On. Our Salesman was Joseph Scavo and the Financial Services Manager was Sean Moffet. Buying a new car is both exciting and stressful because it is a big investment and a big decision. So you can imagine buying two cars on the same day would be a BIG decision. Both Joe and Sean were very patient with us and I am not the easiest customer. I am the negotiator in our family and I work in the financial services sector as well. I know first hand what it means to deliver excellent customer service and I expect it from businesses I deal with. In total we were with Joe and Sean for over 5 hours. Joe listened to our needs and helped us to choose vehicles that would suit both our lifestyles and our budget. We purchased a 2018 Honda CRV and a 2018 Honda Civic. The test drives with Joe were thorough and informative and he showed us the not only the 'pretty things' about the car but how the safety features perform. When it came time to discussing numbers he gave us many purchase/lease plan options. The negotiations were intense because I am a very detailed person. I look at everything, ask a lot of questions and of course I wanted the best deal possible.Joe was very patient and we were able to come to a decision that we both felt was a win for us and a win for Honda. The day we picked up our new Honda Vehicles Joe spent more than half an hour going over the instrument panel etc. It was Sean's day off but he made sure to be present just to be sure we were completely satisfied. I feel that both Joe and Sean delivered an EXCELLENT customer service experience that FAR EXCEEDED our expectations. We have been driving our vehicles now for about a month and we have since been in contact with Joe. I am pleased to say that the excellent customer service experience did not end with the delivery of our vehicles. As for the vehicles themselves, neither mu husband nor I have ever owned a Honda and we both agree that these are by far the vehicles we love the most of all the vehicles we have owned in our lives! This review is long overdue. It will be long but worth the read! I understand that everyone has their own opinion and experiences and I feel I need to share mine. I drive 140km a day, need a reliable, safe but yet enjoyable ride. I grew up with a GM family as most of us did in St. Catharines but I did my homework and decided to purchased my first Honda in 2012..sensational Accord Coupe, fully loaded with almost every extra option I could get, so you can imagine how money I decided to put into this purchase. I swore to myself, with this large purchase, I would make sure to do every oil change and service as my car told me to and that I did. I made sure Henley Honda was the ones that ever worked on my ‘baby’. Service after service, as self promised, on time, every time. With that many visits to one place you begin to develop a relationship with these great people. It’s a wonderful feeling when you walk into a place and they know you by name even after months have passed and they have seen hundreds of other customers. With that being said, even though both them and I were doing everything right with my car, things don’t always go your way. Let’s face it people…it’s a car…mechanical…anything can go wrong and it is NO reflection on Henley Honda when it does go wrong. It’s been 7 years since my purchase and have had my fair share of car trouble. I’m not going to go into all the details or list the problems, that’s not why I’m posting this review. I want to share, even though unexpected issues happened, I was taken care of every time. Why? Because Henley Honda is the only one that touches my car. They were easily able to review every service record. That’s a big part of this picture. How can you expect any dealership to have your back if you bring your care somewhere else to be worked on, only to return to the purchase dealership when things go awry. Even though I have been armed and ready, I have never had to fight, argue, get made or even slightly raise my voice with anyone at Henley Honda. They have made every inconvenience I have encountered manageable when I was in the warranty period and well past it. They have stepped up enormously. At one point, working directly with Honda Canada to rectify an issue…who I must add where amazing as well. If you’re purchasing a Honda, then you have done your own homework and your half way there. The next step is to purchase your vehicle directly at Henley Honda and then cross the finish line by servicing your vehicle ONLY with the best service team I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with..certified Honda technicians directly at Henley. They have the most preeminent Service Manager in the area and in my opinion is unbeatable. SHAMIL AND HIS SERVICE TEAM have made me not a customer but rather a member of their family. I’m already over 260,000 km in only 7 years and still going strong. I waited this long to post a review because I wanted to be fair. I wanted to see how Henley would hold up during my warranty, after I long passed my extended warranty and after my financing was finished and I out right own my car. The service team have been impeccable and have never let me down. It is because of them alone that I trust my car. I hate to write a poor review. The service people were fine. I went here for an oil change as well as to fix a component on my Honda. They put synthetic oil into my 2009 Fit without letting me know. They just put in top quality oil into an old car and didn't offer me any choices. I always choose semi-synthetic wherever I go. I didn't realize this until I got my bill back. Henley Honda... What can I say? I quite literally just got home from picking up my new-to-me 2007 Honda Civic EX, and I'm here writing a review. Joe Ferguson, my salesman, was nothing less than 110% professional about the whole process from me seeing the car online, to taking delivery. It's the kind of salesman everyone wants: one that knows his facts to a T, and one who can be funny and joke around with you to make you feel comfortable. Like you're supposed to be there buying this car. Sandra, the awesome lady who processed my sale, got the financing going, and guided me through all the scary stuff was absolutely amazing as well. She guided me through everything available to me from GAP insurance, to disability protection, to life insurance, etching, and so on. I literally bought the car on Thursday, and they had that bad boy in the tint shop to get the windows done, detailed, licensed and ready to go for 9AM Saturday. Going above and beyond my expectations is an understatement. I'd highly recommend Henley Honda to anyone looking for a great new or used car. If you're experience was half as good as mine, you'll be walking out a happy camper.

I've been to dozens of car dealerships over the last 10 years, and this was the first time I was completely blown away by the service I received. Our salesperson was Joe Ferguson and he sold us, not only on the car, but on the dealership too, which is why we ultimately decided right then and there to buy our car from Henley Honda. First, Joe took us around the car, explaining each feature of it in detail (technical, safety, comfort). Next, we went on a road trip and experienced the vehicle's handling on various road surfaces where he further explained the additional handling safety features (traction control, braking, economy). This process took well over an hour and a half so by the time we were done we knew exactly what were buying. I think it helped a lot that Joe himself owned the car we were test driving. When we got back to the dealership, we were given a tour of it. Joe showed us around and explained where we'd go to service the vehicle, who we'd talk to, what we should do if a light bulb burns out or if the wiper blades need replacement or if there was a more major issue. I was also very impressed with the shop fees. I thought they were very reasonable and that they're not gouging the customer like I've experienced in the past with other dealerships. Because of Joe's professionalism and knowledge of the vehicle and the "customer first" feeling that I got from the dealership, not only when I bought the car in June, but on the few occasions I've returned the last few months I'd highly recommend him for your next vehicle purchase. We knew it was the right choice for us then and four months later still believe so.

As a family that has 3 Honda vehicles (purchased from different locations) in our driveway at the moment, I can tell you that Henley Honda goes out of their way to provide the best customer service. I had done my research before visiting the location & knew that I wanted the 2016 Civic Touring. Omar greeted us right away & throughout the process he patiently answered all of my dad & my questions. He took his time explaining the features of the 2016 Civic, not just once, but twice - during the test drive & the day he handed me my keys. I took the 2016 Civic on a test drive at another location previously, but they didn't go over half as many features or do a brake test, which was one of my favourite parts of the test drive with Omar. I also liked how I didn't feel pressured by Martha when she was explaining the additional warranty options or when she called to ask which options I would like. My dad had concerns about the customer service he received a few years ago at Henley Honda. However, Omar & Tom explained all the improvements that were made to this location since the change of ownership. After our awesome experience at Henley Honda, I know my dad will be back to purchase & service his Honda's from here too. Their welcoming atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, & unrushed customer service is what differentiates Henley Honda. We will definitely be back!

We had a great experience at Henley Honda. The sales associate we worked with was Jack and he was phenomenal. Jack was very positive and upbeat and extremely knowledgeable about Honda products and of the automobile industry as a whole. The whole time at the dealership we were made to feel very welcome and relaxed. During the sale he would go over the options that were available and give the rational without ever being too pushy. We ordered one of the first HRV's which took some time to be built and delivered, so we appreciated the ongoing updates from Jack on the progress. Similarly in the finance department, Martha was great to deal with and also had the just right tone when explaining available options and allowing us to make choices. "Banging the gong" is a very rewarding experience and a nice touch to the sales process. You don't need to be timid when doing this as everyone celebrates this with you. I just took possession of the car yesterday, so I am hoping the service experience is as positive as the purchase experience.

I have been a loyal customer of Honda for several years and have financed 3 new vehicles with Honda Financial. When I took my 2018 Accord in for it's first service (Family Honda in Brampton), I had asked them to check the brakes as they appear to be warped. I was then informed that ALL four rotors were warped. I was extremely disappointed when I was told that Honda Canada was not going to cover this under warranty and stated it was due to hard braking by the driver. After speaking with Honda Canada directly and informing them that i have been a loyal customer, the only driver of ALL three vehicles, they have all been serviced by Honda Dealers; they should be able to determine my history of how I drive vehicles (The previous vehicles did not require any brakes until after 80,000+ km's and now all of a sudden I changed my driving habits within the first 12,000 km's of a new vehicle???). They still would not warranty the brakes!! After being frustrated and disappointed in Honda Canada, I reached out to Joe Ferguson(Sales Consultant) of Henley Honda, who sold me my previous Accord, in a last ditch effort to see if he could assist. Without hesitation, Joe engaged Shamil Becharbhai(Service Manager) and they informed me they would help me no matter what. They squeezed me into a busy service schedule, gave me a rental vehicle and took care of the replacement of the rotors. Henley Honda truly understands the importance of customer service and customer loyalty. My hats-off to Henley Honda and the entire Team!!! All my future purchases and referrals will be directed towards Henley. Thanks again!!!

Wonderful experience at Henley Honda. All of the staff that I met, from reception to sales to finance, were kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. My salesperson Joe Ferguson was great. He explained to me all of the different features the Civic had to offer. He showed me what set the Civic apart from other vehicles in its class without being pushy or negative towards the other cars. Joe came on the test drive with me, drove the car and demonstrated the features before turning it over to me so I could get a feel for it. He even took me around the dealership and gave me a tour of the service department so I could know what to expect if I bought the Civic and brought it back for service. Joe wasn’t at all pushy, he answered any questions I had, and I really got the sense that he wanted to help me get into a car that suited my needs. I was so pleased with the test drive and the information that Joe gave me that I bought the car right there and was able to pick it up four days later. I went to two dealerships and test drove two cars that day before arriving at Henley Honda, and Henley Honda was by far my best experience. Prior to test driving and now owning the Civic, I had never driven a Honda before. The parts for my recall appointment that was scheduled over a week ago were sent to another dealership? They did not inform me about this until I was at the service desk at the dealership! Extremely unprofessional. I had arranged this day which now cost me a day off for no reason. They service person at the desk told me they would call me next week to tell me when to come in. This does not work well with anyone who has a schedule of there own. Now I have to wait for the dealership to tell me when I can come in and take another day off! I strongly DO NOT recommend this dealership! I love Honda! But not the unprofessional service! Update: After making a formal complaint to Honda Canada, my recall parts were expedited and then arrived at the dealership. I booked an appointment and the recall was completed. This time the staff was courteous and very professional! I would now recommend this dealership to anybody. Love my HRV!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a new vehicle and we had a Honda Civic previously. Before we had dealt with Hamburg Honda in Niagara Falls and did not have the best experience so we decided to try Henley Honda. Upon arrival, we were introduced to Erin Sammy who was fabulous! He was very charismatic and VERY knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in (2015 Honda Touring). He answered every question we had and took his time showing us the inside and outside of the vehicle before, during and after our test drive. Once the deal was in place, we were sent to the financial department to speak with Sandra Schincarol who was equally wonderful. Her bubbly personality was engaging and she helped us through the entire process. All the paperwork for my car had to be done while I was on Christmas vacation and she corresponded with me and my mother through email to ensure everything would be set to go upon my return. When it came time to pick up the car, Erin came in on his day off and spent almost two hours with us finalizing the transaction. The car, staff and overall experience definitely exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or a used car :)

Brandon helped me with the financing and in buying my first car i was a little scared. you always hear the negative but Brandon made sure to put all my worries at ease. I purchased my Honda CR-V Sport 2020 a few weeks ago and I couldn't be happier! The experience was incredibly positive - I hadn't been in to Honda for 12 years - it was an old CR-V! Starting from the moment I walked in the doors and on car pickup day! Joe Scavo (Sales Consultant) greeted us and was most welcoming! Joe is professional, friendly and most importantly - transparent! It was a quick initial drop-in and Joe was quite thorough and not pushy at all. A few days later I went for a test drive in the 'best' conditions - okay a smidgen of snow storm - what better way to test the CR-V! Joe was again quite thorough to explain all the features - perfect test drive! Back to Honda to discuss options with Joe (sold!) - I then discussed the financing/warranty options, etc. with Brandon Houtby (Financial Services) who was also incredibly friendly and most helpful - and again without any pressure. Also briefly met Dan Chamberlain (Manager, New Car Sales) - what a great team they all are! I picked up the CR-V a few days later and again Joe was amazing - reviewing the features and such before I left with my new wheels! Can't recommend Henley Honda enough! What a great experience for someone who resisted getting a new car for so long - truly was the icing on the cake! Many thanks to the great folks at Henley Honda - I absolutely love my new CR-V! Incredibly disappointed in the service received. Never again. Booked an appointment with the service center as my trunk wouldn't close and I could no longer open the gas tank. Assumed snapped cable. They charged me for an hour's work ($120) to confirm the trunk won't close and the release latch at driver side doesn't work, even though this was demoed in 5 minutes during drop off. Parking lot was a mess. Unaware of issues with Android 11 that's captured on Honda's forum. Recommended $1000+ service that wasn't needed - I know because I had it done last month. There really needs to be a rating lower than 1 star.

Gold Standard in Customer Experience! If you want a downright perfect customer service and sales experience, Henley Honda is the gold standard. We made a mistake in our new car purchase journey and went to Henley Honda first… Well that was a mistake as everyone else was awful in comparison. Other dealerships came off as fake, only willing to tell you what will make the deal vs showing us something that fit our needs and budget. Joe at Henley Honda had a genuine interest in what we were looking for and guess what... actually listened with absolutely no pressure. Other dealers were too busy telling us what they wanted us to hear that they couldn’t stop “selling” something we didn’t want. From first arriving at Henley Honda, Joe had all the cars we were interested in out front, ready to go. He did a quick walk around showing the features (that matched what we were interested in) and off we went on the test drive. We got back and the next one was ready to go. Henley seems to pride themselves on a open & transparent operating model. Tom the GM stopped by the table afterwards and its clear that the entire dealership is in this mindset. I’m a very “trust but verify” type person and 100% of everything I was told was 100% factual and accurate. I dare you to find another place, even outside of the car market, that the same can be said for. This type of honesty and transparency really made the experience award winning in my books. This was backed up with Joe’s robust understanding of all topics I asked about (features, options, finance, lease calcs, industry trends, …). This knowledge even extended beyond features when I mentioned I was looking at a new iPhone and he suggested an iPhone model with wireless charging capability as the car we purchased has that as well. I’m by no means easy to please and they hit it out of the park. For me to say that tells me that everyone should buy from them, hands down.

Won’t recommend.. went for a B service minus oil change.. which means only a brake service which took the whole day, while I usually I would get it done in max 2 hours in my regular Honda service center.. wasn’t transparent in letting me know that another issue reported was being looked or not, until I asked and was surprised that was not looked at, while I got the car at 4.30 pm. I had booked the first appointment of the day and had dropped the car right on time in the morning. It was evident that the gentleman who took my car was trying to help as much as he could but the next in chain - both up the chain and down the chain weren’t budging in for some reason I was not told..

Overall, we had an enjoyable experience at Henley Honda, there were other dealerships (including Honda ones) that offered us nothing but a bad experience. Great and friendly staff in Service! Went in for a recall, which they managed to squeeze me in on a day that I just happened to be off from work. Which needed to be done, before the parts arrived appointment was booked and all set. Then check engine light cam on and I dropped it off a few days before appointment. They managed to get the work done including the recall a day earlier then it was scheduled for. I'm thinking I will be bringing my car here more often as I usually do the work myself. I rely on my car (driving about 100K per year) and I have never come across any service department like the one @ Henley Honda. You guys do a great job in communicating everything as well, Would recommend you to anyone with a Honda in the Niagara area!

I’m not normally one to review anything on google but this is something I feel people should definitely know about. I have a civic I took in for a once over checkup just to see how everything looks and if there is anything that needs to be done as my warranty was about to expire. My interactions with the dealer in general have always been good but this definitely rubbed me the wrong way and something people servicing their cars should know. Upon the completion of them checking it over the service advisor told me that my brakes are ready to fail and I should, and I quote “be afraid to drive my vehicle as the brakes are at a point where they could fail at any moment”. This was 6 months ago, I’ve been driving around fine and had my brakes looked at by another mechanic, who I know personally, and he said they are fine for quite sometime still. Will likely not need to be changed for another couple years. Being the person I am and doing my due diligence saved me the $2,500 plus tax they were going to try and charge me for a brake job. Do yourself a favour and think for yourself and talk to someone you trust before listening to these guys. Their service department is just out to try and scare you into paying ridiculous prices for work you DO NOT need on your vehicle. I can just imagine this happening to most people and they would just pay without questioning it because of their scare tactics. This may not be the case for everyone but this was my experience so just be careful. Can’t trust people these days. Service advisors name was Dave Lacroix. Happened early august of 2021.

Erin was very knowledgeable and was quick to answer all of my questions, it was quite obvious that he knew his product inside and out. We bought a car from Henley Honda during COVID. Our experience buying the car was fine but we had a bad experience with their service department. My driver's side window ended up exploding a month ago and shattering all over me from a random stone hitting it. I called Henley Honda and they told me to have the window replaced there instead of at a glass repair shop. It was not a great experience - it took over 2 weeks for them to finally replace the window. When they finally did replace the window they ended up breaking our panel to our door and kept it another few weeks because they couldn't get the part they needed for the panel they broke. When we finally got the car back - over a month after the accident - there will still glass over the back seat. They had the car all this time and they didn't even clean it when they finally gave our car back to us. I think we would buy a car there again but we wouldn't recommend them for service.

It’s worth the drive especially if you’re a young driver because it seems the sales staff will not take you seriously otherwise at lake street Honda. You guys lost out on a brand new car purchase 2 years ago when I bought my 2019 civic with the extra warranty because your sales staff ignored me on two different occasions when I was there shopping for a new car. I have also had my belongings thrown around in my car and small things broken when taking my car in for a recall here. I will not being going back.

I work in the radio industry and was hired to do a remote broadcast at Henley Honda in St.Catharines. While I was there, I read from a prepared script so that I could tell "Our listeners" about the great deals and the fantastic leasing and finance rates. The more I read the more convinced I was that, "Hey this is a good deal." Now, I have done car dealerships before and there's always a time that someone sidles over and tries to convince me to buy "Their cars." While at Henley, no one came over until I showed that I was interested and then Erin Sammy explained about the 2015 Honda Civic and let me take it out for a test drive. Following the drive we discussed finances, terms, leasing agreements and basically the business side of things. In the past I hated dealing with the "Money" side of car buying because I always feel that I'm being looked down upon for not having the best credit rating. Erin was great, he put my mind at ease and said, "We're all in the same situation and we will do the best we can." I honestly thought driving home that day..."Not going to happen." Two days later I received a call from Sean to tell me that the financial terms were set, that they were going to pay off the loan on my old car for me; which when added to the lease didn't cripple me in the pocket book, so I was happy. The next day I picked up my beautiful blue Honda Civic and I came to the realization that I finally chose a reliable car; my track record hasn't been that impressive. Once again thanks to everyone at Henley Honda for literally making my car buying experience an enjoyable one. I had no thoughts whatsoever of buying a car that day but, thanks to your honesty and "No pressure sales" treatment I ended up making a good investment. Then I was told my car would be there for most of the day. I had booked this appointment 2 weeks prior. My husband also had brought his car in to be done right after mine. We recently purchased a 2020 Civic Hatchback at Henley Honda. On the one hand, it shouldn't be hard to buy a car. On the other hand, we've owned a number of Hondas and have had a variety of experiences. I found the staff at Henley to be knowledgeable and able to find reliable answers when necessary, and not pushy (that's definitely key). Brayden and Todd were very helpful. We especially appreciated that they went the extra mile to accommodate our slightly (maybe more than slightly) cranky toddler. I would say that the best compliment I can give is that we'd have no hesitation to go back when we are in the market for a new or used vehicle. I can't speak to Henley's Service Department, as we have yet to take any of our vehicles to them. We will probably cautiously venture in for the first oil change to see how things go.

I have been to multiple car dealerships around the area shopping for a car, but the Henley Honda dealership made a lasting impression. Kurt was extremely helpful, we spent multiple hours at the dealership while Kurt answered every question we had. The salesperson (Dawson) was extremely helpful, and it doesn't end at the completion of the sale --- the post-purchase assistance is much appreciated.
