I found a truck on kijiji that was at eds, in the ad it claims to have many options, it shows the truck in very good condition, and claims to be safetied. He also said he can finance it. I drove 3 hours to come look at the truck, when i got there i found major rust that was hidden in the bed, as well as a leak coming from the power steering, and learnt that the truck was not safetied, nor did it have many of the options advertised in the ad. So i asked him what he could do for a price and he said he could work with me a little on that since it was not safetied, but when i asked about his financing he says that he only finances vehicles under 10 years old. Why did the add for the vehicle on kijiji and his website advertise in house financing if he would not finance the truck? Waiste of 3 hours drive each way.

Spent an entire day emailing back and forth about a set of used tires listed on kijiji.ca I asked multiple questions about the tires since it was over an hour drive away. I asked if there were any cracks or uneven wear to name a few. I was told the tires were like new and there were no cracks and tread was evenly worn. So I took a drive out there (over an hour drive each way) and Ed is not there to show me the tires. Instead is was a man named Ali. The tires were in the back of a van. 3 of the 4 tires were wrapped up in plastic bags and under other tires and 1 was not and on the top of the pile. Ali passes me that tire and the first thing I notice is a over foot long cut in the sidewall of the tire, how do you miss that? Ali continues to dig out the other tires and removing them from the plastic. Out of those three 2 of them had uneven wear and cracking in the tread. Obviously these tires were never even looked at when the questions were asked. So I leave and email Ed asking why did he not tell me the truth about the tires. Here's his responce: "Well I am not a tire expert and I thought I had mentioned everything I knew about the tires. And sorry if they did not work out for you" What a joke. I can just imagine the quality of safety inspections he performs on the vehicles he sells.

I Bought a Kia Rio 2012 from Ed not even 6 months ago. Up til now I am still spending money on this curse of a car. Already spent over $1000. Would never i my life go back or refer someone there. Worst experience ever for first time finance. Not only did I get ripped off. I originally was purchasing a different car, then some days later he sold it and said he didn't think we was serious.

Looking for a used car can be very frustrating, after visiting Ed's auto sales, I felt very comfortable dealing with Ed, he got us the best financing rate, extended warranty, and the car was priced right, I could not think of a better place to buy my next car. Rip off do not buy from this place .promises cars are ready to go .not true cost us over 18 thousand dollars for a car that needed 6 grand in work .car is worth 3 grand tops .cant and shouldnt be trusted.

Recently bought a used car at Eds Auto Sales, I went to a few dealers looking for this car, Ed had one on the lot, Talked to Ed after visiting 6 dealers. He gave me the best price, which included the used car warranty. All of the paperwork was finalized that day, I picked up the car the next day. The guy is very efficient and knows his stuff. I wouldn't trust what they tell you. Not true what you said in your reply. On Monday Jan.11 you replied see you on Wednesday Jan.13, you then took a deposit on the truck the next day Tuesday Jan 12 the day before I was to purchase pending the test drive. I have all emails to verify the truth. I ended up purchasing one from an honest dealership and couldn't be mor pleased.

3 months ago, i went to Ed's auto sales looking for a used car, when I got there, the car was sold, so Ed told me that he can find me the same car and get it for me, I was reluctant at first, but I decided to go for it. Ed showed pictures of the car the options available. When we got the car it turned out better than what we had seen in pictures, and it had a couple more options extra, and cheaper than what we had budgeted for. Ed explained the extended warranty thoroughly, and the financing plan was a good variable rate. All in all, Ed went above and beyond my expectations. it has been the best car I bought from a small used car lot. I am very pleased with the whole experience. Good work Ed. thanks for a fantastic deal.

Absolute rip off artists, first it takes 2 weeks to "get approved" after i put money down on the vehicle, then when i can finally pick up the vehicle it has 32k more kilometers on it than when i was looking at it. It came "saftied" to the point where the tires leak because of excessive weather cracking to the point of not being able to repair them, the exhaust was basically taped together and a week after i purchased the vehicle i had a real mechanic do a proper inspection on it and found the front end is loose the brakes are bad the chips in the windshield had not been filled and the tires also would not pass and the rear wiper motor was seized and drawing on the battery. After bringing all of this to their attention they did however fix the wiper motor but nothing else

Says in house financing. Ok???? Asked for 20% down. No problem. Then tells me that's on a $3500 vehicle when he knew the van I was looking at was $4995. I asked if he would do 20% down and he said he'd let me know. Well, that was a couple of weeks ago and never got back to me. I even emailed back a couple of times and no response. Terrible business practice!!!
