I was in need of purchasing a vehicle quickly, and searched Auto Park on-line, finding a couple of vehicles I was interested in. I also needed financing. From the moment I set foot inside, everyone was extremely helpful and SO friendly. Ken Stewart accompanied my parents and I on the test drive of 2 vehicles and was very informative and kind to my elderly parents! James Bruce was extremely professional and helpful with the financing questions I had and was my initial contact when I got there. He recommended a few vehicles that I might be interested in and put me completely at ease - I knew I would be buying a vehicle here - I didn't even bother to look anywhere else because I was so pleased with the service I received. When I picked up my car, Ken took me to the service department and introduced me to everyone there - I plan on having my vehicle serviced at Auto Park as well - the service dept. was extremely friendly as well! I also had the pleasure of speaking with Pat regarding a financing question - he was very helpful and my problem was solved to my satisfaction. I have told everyone I know about the excellent experience I had - I would not hesitate to recommend Auto Park to anyone!!!

I can’t recommend this place enough, I’ve bought a few cars from other dealerships in the past and my experience was not even 1% as pleasant as my experience with Central. I dealt mostly with Claude and Jessica, who were both so accommodating, friendly and informative. After test driving a car I wasn’t crazy about, Claude lead me to the gorgeous Kia that I’m driving today. He took into consideration my budget and what I was looking for and exceeded my expectations! There was absolutely no pressure or over-the-tip sales tactics happening here, which I really appreciated. Poor customer service by Samantha McMILLAN at their Finance department, called her to figure out some solutions regarding of the finance which i applied she was mean on the phone and on the first day when she called me about the application I knew the way she was communicating with me over the phone I could tell this lady has bad attitude towards customers. The car I was going to purchase was at $16 thousand she let the $16 grand go away from the dealership.

Visited this dealership 3 times in last 3 years. They do not negotiate. The most they will take off I fs $100 to $200 on the listed price. If you get more than $200 off the ticketed price, you are lucky! Even though I am a resident of Fonthill, I ended up buying 3 vehicles from Toronto. AutoPark Niagara do not appreciate new customers and they judge you based on your age. They never took my offers seriously. The staff is also very poor. Whenever I called the dealership they had no idea what was in stock. I had to go down there and tell them what they have in order for them to show me the vehicles. Now its time to buy my fourth vehicle and most likely AutoPark Niagara will have the car I am looking for… because they do get nice vehicles in stock… But because of my 3 time experience, I’ve decided to not ever go there. They’ve lost business from me 3 times…. I mean what kind of dealership is this. If someone gives you an offer, it’s a serious offer.. I've never low balled them. If you want to sell cars, you have to work with customers sometime too. I hope the managers or people in charge read this.

I was always really happy with the service here. It took me a while to want to do this, but after every day of staring at the damage done to the plastic panels around my radio, I’m getting more and more angry. I got my radio replaced, and I don’t know if they were rushing it, but there’s scrape marks (deep) all around where the old radio was removed. It was a sloppy job done, and I’m still paying for this car for the next few years so this is really upsetting. And i don’t see how it can be fixed. If it can, I hope you can read this review and let me know.

I checked out Central Auto Niagara as I found their prices were better than most in the Niagara Region. I was quite surprised when I noticed that it seemed more like a new car dealership than pre owned. Turns out that they used to be a new car dealership and that they are a family run business. Sandy Lattimer was my salesperson and walked me through the process, with no pressure or sales tactics. She even picked me up in Ridgeway to get my 2019 Nissan Rogue! They also touched up a few minor scuffs on this one year old vehicle which they didn't have to do, as I had already agreed to purchase the vehicle. Overall, I'm very impressed with Sandy in particular, and Central Auto Niagara. Five stars!

It all started with my arrival – Central Motors adheres to very strict Covid Rules and I felt safe and comfortable inside the offices and the vehicle. Peter Ficko (Product Advisor & Sales Manager) was a pleasure throughout the process. He ensured it was an informed sales process rather than pushy – he answered all of my questions openly and honestly and followed through on his commitments. I also had the pleasure to meet Jordan, the Owner and Angie, the Sales Manager, and Krista, The Business Manager, and they, like Peter, treated me with respect and did not use pressure tactics. Angie negotiated the sale and trade-in to what I felt was a fair deal for both sides. For the last month I have stopped by twice and called twice to see a 2015 Durango they are selling but every time the truck is being used by the owners daughter. They seem to want me to book a time to come in so they can get it back from her. If they didn't want to sell it then don't post it up for sale. When they advertised the truck it had 9500km at this point I can only imagine how much mileage has been put on it. I will keep looking for my truck just not here.

It was great when I got the car, but they did say that after 1 yr I could call the lender (Scotia Bank) to get a lower interest rate if my payments were up to date which they were. When I called Scotia they said no they won't do that and they never do that. Central Auto knowing lied to get a car sales. I would not do business there again.

Although it was the end of the day and 5 minutes to closing he allowed us to take a couple of cars on a test drive. He stayed well beyond closing. Yesterday went to purchase a car for my daughter an Audi Q5.Took it for a test drive but didn’t have the time to go on highway for a quick ride so I asked salesman Attila if we could come back in an hour and take it on highway before buying which he agreed also with sales manager Krista present.Said take your time we will leave car at the front (won’t put it back on spot) We left briefly and returned in about an hour or so excited to purchase car and take for a quick run on hwy.As we were in office I felt extremely awkward and sensed something was strange when Attila was trying to talk us into a Bmw then a Mazda and also stated he has a nice Acura.I interrupted him and said,we worked out car payment with him and he wrote it down and we still wished to purchase the same vehicle we drove a hour ago.Both of them continued trying to push all these different cars on us and kept looking over at a couple speaking to a different salesman.Right then and there I asked what was going on and they said we believe it just got sold to that couple.I asked how that was possible when they knew we were wanting to purchase ??Krista said,well they came in yesterday and my response being we were here first today and nobody called us to say anything regarding another buyer ..Poor way to run a business but I’m glad to say we did indeed purchase the exact vehicle today and a much lower price .Will never do business with these people absolutely disgusted!!!

The buying of my car was smooth and easy.. The maintenance has been a nightmare. Came in for oil change and squeeking in the front. Told I need front breaks. Back bearings, new tires 1900.00 my car is still under warranty ok bearings are paid for, not changing tires now winter tires going on very soon. Ok oil change and brakes and bearings sit for 4 hrs.... Well ordered brakes wrong size have to come back in a week... Ok go back sit for another 4 hrs for front brakes and bearings... 8 hrs total no offer for a discount nothing, i had to come Back becuz they ordered the wrong parts no nothing... There response brakes and bearings are a complicated job.... If I didn't have the Warrenty here I would never come back and definitely do not recommend for mechanic work. Cost of repair 666.20 for front brakes which included $100.00 deductible for work done under warranty.

Purchased my car from Central Auto a little over 2 years ago and have always had a positive experience. I have had my car repaired there multiple times thank God I got the warranty. It was my latest visit with "change in management" that left me feeling very disappointed. I have reported several issues again with my car and I'm being told there is nothing wrong with it. My car doesn't always start, it bunny hops up my driveway. It feels like I'm driving with the gas and brake on going down the highway and there is crunching noises in my suspension. I was told the noises I'm hearing was a pen in my back seat? Seriously. Given the record of the vehicle being worked on already I dont appreciate being called pretty much a liar. As if taking time off work to have my car not repaired is enjoyable. The service centre Administration is also very argumentative and rude. I was considering a trade in but after this experience I will not be dealing with them again. Oh did I mention the car is only a 2015 model.

We have been looking for a van for a few weeks..... a friend of my husband's mentioned Auto Park to us, we decided to take a look. We live in Brampton and went to check out the Brampton location, found a few vans that we liked (Volkswagan Rountan) but the engine size wasn't what we were looking for... a day went by and we looked online again at all the locations, and found a Routan at the Niagara location that looked like it would fit our needs. I called the Niagara location and spoke to Jeff. Jeff let me know that they had 3 Routans, but only one was a 4.0L, I then told Jeff that we wanted to take a drive up to see it, he said no problem, he was there until 9 and he would be happy to help us. An hour later Jeff had called me back and said a family was out test driving the vehicle, and told me that if they purchased it he would call me as soon as he found out so that we didn't have to do an hour and a half drive up there for no reason. They didn't buy it, so we took the drive up!!! Needless to say, the staff at AutoPark Niagara were very friendly and welcomed us with a smile, my husband test drove the van and LOVED it..we purchased the VW Routan... Jeff showed us everything that the van had and showed us the CarProof, everything looked good. Jeff was a wonderful help!!! We then spoke to Pat regarding warranties and undercoating on the vehicle. He gave us lots of information on different products that we can do to prevent rust on the van....he also showed us what we can do regarding financing the vehicle, he very informative and answered any question that we had, Overall we had a great experience with AutoPark Niagara and would recommend it to anyone looking for a vehicle for a good price and low KMs. We would use AutoPark Niagara again, if we every need another vehicle. I have chosen to edit my review and advise that I heard directly from management and have been assured that issues that have arose will be handled accordingly by the service department. I can appreciate when a company takes responsibility for mistakes and I can assure you my confidence in Central Auto will begin to change for the better. Second chances do not come often but everyone is human and I believe speaking up is the only way for change to occur. Purchased my car about 3 months ago from Central Auto. Within the first 2 days of having it the washer lines froze up and they claimed the previous owners must have put summer fluid in it.. I am pretty sure that when you safety and certify a car you should likely drain fluids to check, I am certainly not car savvy but this seems like the safe thing to do. They did fix it but that did not help me while I was on the highway on a snowy, salted road with no working washer’s. The process of purchasing was not a walk in the park either. They only have one person working there that knows how to get a bill of sale together and it took my insurance company 4 phone calls to get everything sorted out. I had to take my car in for service on Monday because there was a loud noise coming from the back. They told me it was something to do with the suspension and the extended warranty I purchased did not cover it.. go figure.. watch what you purchase as warranty from them. Either way, I phone today to see when my car would be done since I need it for work, and I was told my car was done yesterday yet no one called me to tell me it was done.. this is ridiculous. I find my entire experience to be completely unprofessional and I would expect way more from any business running in a small town or any business for that matter. I would definitely caution you from purchasing from Central Auto and also using their service department.

We own a 2008 Saturn Vue, which was purchased from AutoPark 2 years ago. At that time Rachel Groulx sold us the vehicle, a vehicle we are truly pleased with. She was a pleasure to work with then and suggested we purchase the extended warranty. With her advice and guidance, we did purchase one of the best warranties offered. Two weeks ago we had the unfortunate need to use this warranty. The transmission on our Vue failed us. Rachel who is now the service advisor went above and beyond the call of duty to help us through this predicament. She handled all the warranty contacts, found a new transmission which proved to be a very challenging task, arranged for our rental and kept us informed of progress. We were never so happy to have purchased the extended warranty. It has saved us a major outlay of cash for a new transmission, and has given us peace of mind for the last 2 years. I have now had the vehicle back for about 5 days and it is running better than it ever has. We are truly pleased with both the sales and service that Autopark Niagara offers.
