IMPORTANT, DON'T TRUST HIM. If you read any review as a customer, please let it be this one. This guy completely screwed me over. I bought the 2006 Mazda 6 from him CERTIFIED, drove it off the lot in Niagara Falls and drove it to Gravenhurst to my mechanic, only to find out that the car was nowhere near road safe and I very well could have died on my drive. DO NOT BUY THAT CAR AND DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM HIM. My safety was not a consideration and I'm appalled that an unsafe vehicle is knowingly going back up for sale.

ROYAL AUTO has very poor work Ethics, if somebody remember the movie Matilda, it's the same owner He can make lies for a few extra dollars. I understand every retailer does this, but he is exceptional.

Went in there today looking at a 2014 Ford Fiesta, I was sceptical at first because I’ve been to many other dealerships looking at the same cars. but after speaking with the owner and working out a fair price I realized he was very honest and took pride in owning and running his dealership I would recommend going to check out his lot and speaking with him because he was very fair and nice, I did end up purchasing the vehicle for my girlfriend and we are very happy with the service we received!

He currently has a car that is registered in my name advertised for sale on Car Gurus. He took my 1000 deposit and and changed the ownership into my name before I paid for the car in full. He had the garage he deals with write up the safety before the car was ready (or legally safe) so the ownership could be changed. He also had the car plated. It took more than a week to get the car safetied because he was searching for a part from a wrecker. He priced and advertised the car as certified before he knew what it would need to certify it. I got a portion of my deposit back. He lies lies lies. Stay away. Totally unethical, makes demands, has no sense of customer service. A bus pass would be preferable!
