I’ve gone to st.catharines Nissan and experiences pretty terrible service from unreturned calls to having the same problem looked at with zero repairs or solutions. After calling 3 times for a simple oil change with no response again I decided to go to Niagara Falls Nissan when I called sherry answered my call and was willing to hear me out ! She then booked me for an oil change ! She was very kind and also gave me excellent recommendation on how to go about future servicing. I saw my car on the hoist and she heard me say I’d would like to look she then said come on over I’ll walk you to the car so you can see the bottom ! The technician in the shop was so kind his name was Brian he took a few minutes out his busy schedule to walk me through the body of my car he informed me of my brakes needing replacement and then talked to me for a few moments about the problem I’ve been having and how the St. Catharines dealership was unhelpful ,he gave me some ideas of what the cause of the sound might be and recommended I bring it in ! Which I most definitely will . All I want from a company that I pay alot of money to for a vehicle is respect and honesty and that’s what I received from these two great employees! I will now bring my car only to this dealership and only hope St. Catharines will begin to follow suit !

I am still waiting. I guess purchasing my last two vehicles from this dealer and all my service and repairs performed by them doesn't mean anything.

I drove in from Oshawa, on a Saturday to look at a used Frontier. It was a little far, but the truck was filling all the checks on my list. The sales rep I dealt with on the phone was Sean, and he was awesome. And he impressed me more and more when I finally arrived. I had never dealt with a sales person and felt so relaxed. By the end of our test drive, we were chatting like buds. We bartered a little (and jovially) on the price, and, I bought the truck that Saturday. But we missed the Ontario Services office, so I couldn't get it licensed and tagged and on the road that day. And to my surprise, to save me the return drive all the way from Oshawa. That Monday night Sean drove my truck to meet me at a halfway point. No sales man anywhere would do that. David, Lydia, and the rest of the staff at Niagara Falls Nissan treated us exceptionally well, and we've just bought a Kia Sorento from them based on their professionalism and honesty. Very responsive service, fair pricing (I asked for and received a moderate additional discount), all numbers exactly what I expected them to be with no surprises or nonsense. We also appreciated the smaller details - David's cheerful responsiveness even outside hours, his insistence on fueling the car up for us himself, the loaner car when my wife needed to wait for the detailing process...and at the very end, when her phone battery was low, David very kindly gave her a charger to take home. It's really refreshing to deal with such an honest and professional dealership, one that obviously understands the value of treating people well. I would recommend this business without reservation!

Just did a lease swap with David and Colleen at Nissan in Niagara Falls. They worked with my budget fairly and demonstrated amazing integrity and kindness throughout the entire process! At first everything was going great our sales rep was doing an amazing job she was understanding and really cared. The car we looked at unfortunately had some funny noises from weird gurgle to a really loud tick that wasnt just "its the car normal" it didnt feel like it was giving any power the sales manager said they would take it out. We left giving it some thought we told our sales rep we would think it over. We called her explained we wanted the car as long as they checked the engine 100% she said no issue and she would start the paper work. Minutes after she hung up her manager decided to call us back. Thats when it all went south he kept bugging us to turn back and demanded we drop off that deposit then he said that car doesnt make noise and the engine is perfect he drove the car and its perfect. Now the car we drove was a honda and it felt a little off with power delivery so i new something wasn't right. He said if you really want the car better put mkney on it there are 2 more people coming. Unfortunately for him that doesnt work our words were "let them try it if it gets sold so be it" we couldnt turn around we had things to do. He then said that they have been trying to move the car for a while which is a huge red flag so we slept on it and called our sales rep had to cancel it due to her manager being so forceful and not straight up. We ended upgoing to honda testing the same car and model and YES the honda we looked at, at Nissan definitely has engine problems the honda we ended up buying its engine was strong powerful no ticking other then the normal honda ticking and no gurgle sound. I felt bad for our sales rep she was amazing she definitely knows what shes doing as for the manager he only saw $$$ and made the experience horrible giving it 2 stars for him our sales rep she get 5 stars for being so amazing

Unwilling to fix the water leak inside the vehicle, Dodge Journey, which was purchased at their dealership. Kept it for a long time. Suggested to replace sunroof part without knowing if it was the cause of the leak. After couple of weeks of a car being at their lot, suggested to take it to the Dodge Dealer and pay for expenses ourselves.

Very disappointed in the parts department, after days of back and forth, trying to find parts that dont exist on diagrams that didnt get sent by email, having parts not ordered when I told them too, maybe because they forgot, or whatever reason, order finally shows up and we didnt get everything we ordered. Bought my used Nissan from this dealer with warranty. The car would loose intermittent power while driving. After the vehicle being at the dealership to have it repaired / in there possession for approx 30 day. I got the car back with the same problem. My back yard mechanic knowledge figured out the problem and I fixed it myself. I pointed at the problem to the mechanics and they still didn't know how to fix it. Manager was no better I got a lot of empty lip service from him...well trained on how to not to be accountable. Im new to the area so after talking to several locals from the area i had been informed that what i described is exactly there reputation in the niagara area.

I had a great experience for our first time visit for a service/maintenance today. First, Saturday morning appointments are very convenient. Our Murano needed a couple things in addition to regular service visit. The parts department had a sunvisor clip in stock. They also had the correct colour paint stick in stock! Best experience ever. I was fortunate to have connected with Jon Trotter, GM Sales through an online search for a specific vehicle with low mileage. The transaction was unique, in that we live 3 hours from Niagara Falls Nissan, and the need for accurate information and vehicle condition important. Jon's communication with us was over the top! By the time we came to look at the car, everything was in order and true to the descriptive. The car was serviced, all work and inspections completed, paperwork ready. The deal was easily finalized and all that was left was for us to take the vehicle. Because we lived so far, we were unable to take the car at the time, and Jon took time a few days later to deliver the car to our home - a round trip for him of just under 7 hours! Amazing customer consideration. We can't begin to thank Jon and his support team at Niagara Falls Nissan for getting us into our new (used) vehicle. This dealership is nothing but hollow promises. They are only nice until you buy a car and once the deal is done you nothing but excuses. I purchase what is supposedly a certified pre-owned maxima platinum and 2 days later my headlight started showing condensation. It took them 4 months of excuses and at finally they offered me the headlight for $2000 which is insane and wanted to cover 65% of it and when I refused they offered to arrange a used one from the market for $300 and asked me to pay 50% . When I visited another reputable Nissan dealership it turned out that the headlight was temporarily fixed for the sale and shockingly doesn’t cost anywhere close to $2000 . Also the purchase extended warranty turned out to be nothing but a scam. So be aware and buy elsewhere the car is great but this dealership is nowhere close to professional or legitimate.

Fine Print > their word. Agreed upon payment schedule became mis-managed after in office negotiations and agreements for different dates. Don't listen to them verbally. Stick to your smarts, do the calculations and watch out for each paper before signing for PROPER DATES. What they say is different that what the paper lists and when it comes time to fix it. They won't help you. I might as well write a better customer service review for the bank for having to deal with them far more now.

Very DISPPOINTING and Extremely SHOCKING When I and my colleague, reached to the dealership after 3 hrs driving from East Toronto to Niagara Falls, to view 2019 Qashqai (blue) they gave us first shock by saying that its fog light is broken and we also noticed scratches. We came to this dealer for 2019 Qashqai which was advertised for just 10 km mileage along with price. BUT ... when we got into the vehicle, we got EXTREMELY Shocked when we saw the Odometer reading more than 7,400 km mileage. When we asked them for clarity / justification regarding advertised odometer reading (10 km) for that price and current odometer reading of more than 7,400 km, they did not satisfy us at all. And for this high odometer reading, we asked them to reduce the price, but the manager was not even ready to reduce a single penny. We had no choice except to leave the dealership with disappointment. We wasted our time and money, so I recommend Torontonians that do not trust this dealership.

Sean Fowler is a truly trustworthy salesperson who did not push for a sale. The only manual vehicle in the lot was a Sentra without air conditioning. If I could give less than 1 star I would. This dealership from the dishonest manager who sold the vehicle to the service department who never returns our call is poorly mismanaged . The Nissan Kicks is less than a year old. The seat belt doesn't work and many other mechanical issues have arisen. A simple oil change appointment took 3 1/2 hours. This is one of the worst (potential) sales experience I've had. Yesterday my husband and I went to look at a specific vehicle they had listed on their website, as well as it was on their "For sale" board in the showroom. After about 20 minutes of them searching, we were told the vehicle was not on the lot (a customer had it?) and it would be back on the weekend, but would show us the base model. We said that's fine but weren't interested in the base. After seeing that vehicle we went inside to discuss options. We advised that our current Nissan lease was up in the fall but wanted to see what kind of deal we could possibly get now. We went through some basic questions about our vehicle, and then they asked for the keys so they could confirm the mileage. They then took our car for a test drive without asking our permission to do so. After that the sales person talked to the manager and they came up with a price that was agreeable to us, but then when I asked them to estimate what the kilometers would be upon the return of the vehicle we thought we were getting a price for (the listing stated it had only 12km) he said the most there would be is 16,000 or it couldn't be used as a dealer/customer use vehicle anymore. I said that doesn't sound like the vehicle we were asking/talking about at all. When I again showed him the vehicle on the website, he checked again with the sales manager and then told us that vehicle on the website had been sold, and the price they were giving us was on the base model that we clearly stated we were not interested in. So essentially it was a very frustrating experience and a waste of 90+minutes of our time. And now today, they updated the website to show that the car that a “customer had out” was in fact the same vehicle that we were inquiring about, but now their site says it’s a “demo” and has over 5,000 kms on it. So again, no clue what they were talking about as they told us that vehicle was sold. Totally not impressed. We have been loyal Nissan customers for almost 20 years, but after this fiasco, we will be rethinking our choice of vehicle.

I received a notice from Nissan Canada that my vehicle was part of a recall and was advised to contact a dealership to make the necessary improvements. When contacting Niagara Falls Nissan I was given the option of appointments that suited my schedule. Greetings were very pleasant (Sheri) when I arrived for my appointment and I was informed that short wait would be required. While asked if they could assist with other service needs at the time I did not feel pressured to commit to anything else at that time. True to their word the fix was taken care of in the time that they advised it would. I was thanked by the service consultant and advised that my car would be waiting for me outside. The service manager also thanked me on the way out (using my first name to boot) All the employees were courteous and professional. They even washed my car for me too. WOW! That has never happened to me anywhere else. I must also highlight something that I witnessed in the customer waiting area. The service consultant, (Sheri) was assisting another customer with options and suggestions on how to deal with her service needs. I was not eavesdropping but couldn't help but overhear in the small customer service area. I was impressed by her understanding and compassion when dealing with this customer. I would have no hesitation in recommending Niagara Falls Nissan (and their product) to any and everyone.

Took my car in for 2 recalls, airbag inflator and fuel filler neck. Got my car back with the filler neck full of dirt, now in the fuel tank. I couldn’t be more displeased. Now have to be without my car for another service to clean it out, but certainly not by Nissan. I love my Nissan cars and trucks but will stick with my trusted mechanic for all my services. Wanted add an update to this even though it’s been a while. I have already spoke with the service manager. His best offer was to have me babysit his mechanic while he repaired the botched job. My mechanic did find dirt in my tank excessive considering age of car. I also got my car back with a large evap leak and my fuel tank leaks when I fill it. I sure hope I don’t find out that the air bag inflator was installed just as poorly. Shame on you Niagara Falls Nissan. I will go elsewhere and encourage anyone else to so as well.

COVID protocols??? This was my first time having my car serviced at Niagara Nissan. I was disappointed that in the height of Omicron, during my visit to pick up my car today, all but 1 employee was NOT wearing a mask. From the service advisor, technicians in the garage, two employees in an enclosed office with the door closed less than 6 feet apart, reception, another person in their office by the service entrance and sales. I sure hope the technician that was in my car had their mask on. If you aren’t going to protect your employees from the spread, you are putting your customers at risk. Shame on you. I won’t be returning.

I brought my Altima to this dealership for transmission issues very recently. I was told by the mechanic gotta get the whole transmission changed and the bill was $6900. I paid their hourly rate (around 150) and left. In this hour of them “checking” the issue, (took them around 20 mins) the level of fluid wasn’t even checked. When I went to a different mechanic turns out I was running on about 2-3 quartz of extra fluid. Got my fluid flushed out and new fluid put in and the car runs perfectly. I’m not sure if this is gonna fix the issue completely but there had to be other options laid out. So think twice before using their service
