If you plan on buying a vehicle from this place make sure to check their prices first and compare it with Autotrader. They have cars like Audi, Infiniti sitting in lot for 3 or more years reason prices are marked high. Audi dealership has more reasonable prices with same year car, same kms as compared to Little brothers lot. I have sent a few customers there but never again. I also met Perry one day who saw that clips on my car bumper was broken. He recommended to use the glue to fix it! I wonder if i would have traded my car and got another one from them they probably would have fixed it with glue instead of taking the whole bumper out and fixing the locks which is a major job. Brandon who said he was trying to help me by offering 8k for Nissan if i wanted to trade and get infiniti. Firstly, another dealers already offered 8000- 8500 for the Nissan i had and second price of infiniti he is asking is WAY TOO HIGH! i would recommend going out of Niagara region and look for same cars but cheaper price, better rates and pay it out in less years!

Before you buy here make sure you get a car fax ,Try to pull a fast one car was wrecked in Quebec car fax don't report in Ontario. Owner assured nothing was wrong with the Suv.Until I noticed all the sanding marks in the paint after having a Certified Caa collision center confirm the Suv was rolled over with mud still jammed into nooks and cranies.Owner says buyers remorse lol....No buyer beware...

It never surprised me one bit that they have a five stare google rating. They are not mechanics, nor do they claim to be. They shop for the best price for the best vehicles of there class and pass the savings onto us. It's unfortunate that know one can tell what might be broke or is about to break on there new purchase. That said I think the only negative reviews these guys received were from people reviewing there actual vehicle. Not the business that helped them find that vehicle. When a vehicle is certified by a licensed mechanic as safe, why would anyone ever doubt that assessment. When you review a hotel, it is unfair to give a poor rating because your airplane was delayed or the weather was bad during your stay. I give them a FIVE star rating only because I can't give them a TEN Star rating. I wouldn't go anywhere else but Little Brothers to buy a vehicle and if you are reading this, then neither should you. I don't know what I can say about Little Brothers that will accurately convey how amazing they are. It took a cracked rad for me to finally give up on my old VW I loved, and began a 3 month process of delaying taking the next step thanks to getting stuck in my own head. One Saturday decided to stop at Little Brothers to look at some of the cars I'd been looking at on their website and met Brandon. Immediately at ease the process of walking around the freezing route and talking to Brandon about what I did for a living and what I needed a new car for and he found exactly what I was looking for. A week later of constant communication (from me asking simple questions) and he had me in my new car. The process was smooth, the entire steps were always well laid out and Brandon never said anything about my simple questions and I will forever recommend Little Brothers to anyone looking for a car.

I would not recommend these guys to anybody i bought a E350 van there last week so i could take my family to disneyland told these guys what i was doing and told them i wanted a safe reliable vehicle so they brought it into Missasuaga for me to pick up, when i got on the highway to come home the vehicle was shaking so bad i could only do 90 to 100 km per hour.Front end was making noise and there was squealing from front wheel so when i got home i called them the said they would come pick it up Monday and bring it back to Ford dealer to see whats wrong.Ford dealer fixed front end and balanced tires and were suppose to fix running boards also but never fixed the squealing in front tire,when they picked the van up from me on Monday it had a full tank of gas and when they brought it back on Wednesday it was on empty and to make the best of it front end driver side was damaged it had broken light and dented fender.So when i called them back they denied damaging my truck and said they would get back to me when the asked everyone at their office,this was on Thursday Brandon or his dad will not return our calls or answer our emails,but we bought van to another Ford dealer in Richmond Hill they found loose drive shaft,brackets for running boards were missing bolts and the severe shaking was from very bad tires.Very disappointed and would never deal with these guys again.would highly recommend to stay away from small town dealers!

I purchased a car a few months back. The experience was great. What was better is that after a couple of months of my purchase, when I went to the mechanic next door, they remember my name( which it is not that easy to remember), asking how I was doing and how was the experience that I have with the car that I have purchased from them. Now that is real customer service. The inventory there is pretty big and affordable good vehicles.

Little Brothers listened to everything and decided to take a chance on me and to do in house financing. I was able to buy my first car in a couple of weeks. Not only that but since I only have a g1 license I was not able to go pick up my vehicle on my own. Staff from Little Brothers drove to come get me and the children to take us back to the dealership to finish the deal and then drove us in our new car back home... We live in St. Catharines. Not what you'd expect from a 'used car lot'. We shopped around at a few dealerships and were given a lot of the typical tactics you'd expect when walking onto a lot. When we went to Perry & Brandon at Little Brothers our experience was so much better! Their vehicles were priced fairly and they only bring in cars in great condition. Brandon walked us through all the ins and outs of our new vehicle and was always candid with us, which is greatly appreciated! We will definitely be back to see you guys again! On a side note to Perry- whatever Brandon gets paid- he deserves a raise! He's always working hard, running around but whenever we came in he stopped whatever he had going on to give us his time.
