Had an appointment booked for oil change. Wanted srop leak additive put in . GMC said they never heard of a stop leak additive. When I booked my appointment the young lady assured me that they sell such products. I arrive at 9 am only to be left standing there for 20 mins while parts manager delt with personal matters on his cell. Then only to be told that they can't help me with an oil change on my caddy. I left straight to Canadian Tire were services was outstanding and I was able to purchase oil additive. Falls View GMC gets a 0 rating

Definitely recommend this dealership! Update July/2019 The best experience I had in a car dealership service department. Had low tire pressure message show up. Went to Falls Chevrolet on my way to work. Nick Parkin received me with a smile and offered to top it up immediately. Discovered a nail in the tire, asked me to wait in the dealership, fixed the tire as I waited without even taking it in (because they were busy) checked the warranty and ended up being covered. In and out the whole thing took me less than half hour and it was completely covered. On my way to get the keys the girl offered to throw out my empty cup of coffee without me even asking. Obviously these guys know what going the extra mile mean.

Service department couldn't figure out that my brake was locked onto the disk. Steering wheel was vibrating, could smell burning from the overheated pads, felt like the vehicle was slower. Was charged for a multi point inspection, was told by service that I needed new tyres and that the transmission was probably the culprit ...fail! Another dealership diagnosed the problem immediately just by the smell coming from the vehicle. Was offered a credit for what I spent on the multi point inspection, wanted to use it today and I was informed that they wouldn't honour the credit ...fail!

I dealt with Shawn Clarke and Nick Parkin here at the Falls Chevrolet location, and they were able to swing me a fast service to get my 2011 Chevrolet Cruze up after an incident with my theft deterrent system crept up randomly on my vehicle one night as well as issues with the battery. The swift service, including a shuttle ride to the dealership to pick my car up and the due diligence in laying out the details of the deal were highly appreciated on such short notice with an error like this one, with the new battery installed very fast as well, she runs like new.

BEWARE OF BAD CALIPER ME and my wife both bought a GMC terrain Denali 2019 she was told after 1700 kl she needed new rotors because there were 2 deep scratches in the rotors only the back and it would cost 199.00 plus taxes I said no way there's something wrong with this so I call GM customers service and they call the manager then they call me and said there was no recalls for this I then went to see the service manager he said it could be cause by the new rims they GM puts on them lol I said I believe the calipers are sticking he said no recalls and it would cost 199.00 plus taxes I work for this factory for 30 years and I will never buy a GM again I then said to them my back brake are the same and the service manager said oh there still good lol I said why is it the front rotor are great I got no reply lol

Great place they found my key code for my 2005 chevy equinox unfortunately they were closed until Monday so I will go back for an original key sucks services closed at 1 however I'm happy I'll get the key then will be awesome to finally have an original key cut for my 2005 chevy equinox I went in Monday was having igniton problems (so I thought) got an original key made and it started my car 14.50 for the key (no chip) saves me 200-250

Purchased a used 2017 Chevy Cruze with 16000 km from this dealer, all tires showed bad cracking and splitting in the sidewalls, the drivers front tire was leaking air from the sidewall only 2 months of standard driving after purchasing this vehicle. Dealer only agreed to replace the one leaking air and not the other ones in similar condition; it's only a short waiting game until they all go. The tires couldn't have gotten that rough from me driving the vehicle for only 2 months, I have no idea how this passed the safety when driving a vehicle on the highway with tires compromised/ready to be compromised from the sidewalls at any moment is clearly a safety issue.

this is the worst experience i have ever had, when it comes to my car. Angelo was rude and a all out scam artist. To go as far as tell my wife she is trying to take advantage of them, when we paid over 700$ for an issue which is still ongoing and not resolved. The Mechanics are under trained, and the building is covered in salesmen and NO customer service. This made me disgusted and i will never EVER be back in this building. I was really disappointed, I was there for my car key, One guy told me that I need to pay about 200 dollars to get a new key cause they need to update the key system so I did not buy it right away cause I thought it was to much. Amazing customer service! We are on a road trip visiting Canada and Niagara Falls. We needed an oil change and tire rotation on our 2017 ATS. We called the dealer this morning and they told us to come on over when we had some time this afternoon. We drove over and spoke with Nick Parkin the Assistant Service Manager. We weren’t sure if we would be able to get the tire rotation done since it was so last minute. Nick opened up the service bay door and we pulled the car in. Now given that fact I was making an out of town purchase, I figured things would be a lot more complicated, because of the lack of in person interaction. writing this review because not only was i ripped off, they then ripped a family member of mine off as well. Brought my car in the get serviced approx. 4 months ago. All i wanted done was an oil change, tire rotation, and for them to service my AC. (AC was working prior to visit just not at full capacity) They service my car, tell me nothing is wrong with it. They call me to the counter WHERE I PAY (this is laughable) and I head to my car waiting to crank the AC and have a nice drive home. Get in my car and the AC DOESNT EVEN TURN ON ANYMORE. I CHECK MY OIL % AND ITS STILL AT 13% i walk back inside to try and rectify the situation and brian cullen himself the idiot he is tries to rectify the situation by offering me another appointment time and a free car wash. (i just paid roughly 140$ for nothing and wasn't being reimbursed) I dont accept his offer and I leave letting him know ill never be coming back to his dealership couple days later his daughter (who has a mans name) calls and asks me how my visit was, guess what honey. THE RULE OF 3. look it up and remember it

This place sucks on so many levels but one word describes the service department and managers, dishonest. My most recent and definitely last experience with the service department is the quite telling. I recently replaced the cabin filter and air filter in my vehicle. I took it to Falls Chev for a free oil change I was given by GM because of another complaint I filed with these guys and figured they couldn't screw that up. It took them an hour to do the service and when it was done, the adviser called to say the engine filter needed to be replaced. I told him not likely since it was changed one week ago. Then he said he was mistaken, it was the cabin filter. I again informed him that was not likely since it was also changed one week ago. Dishonest like I said. On to the sales team. It would be unfair to describe all of them as dishonest but some are less than competent for sure. The managers however, they are as greasy as they come. I've been pricing out a new vehicle lately and decided to start with these guys. When they went to calculate the trade in of my existing vehicle, they offered me $12 000 which is laughable. The vehicle is in pristine condition cosmetically and does not require any mechanical work. The black book value on the vehicle trade in is $16 000! Additionally, they have vehicles similar to mine on the lot selling for for $18 000. How this dealership was not closed down when GM was restructuring is beyond me. Save yourself the hassle and drive 15 minutes up the road to Niagara Motors in Virgil. They offered me $2000 more on my last trade in than Falls Chev, the salespeople are honest and not pushy in any way, and I've always had top-notch work done by their service advisers and mechanics.

When I was in my youth, I once had the loathsome experience of having lost my deposit to an unscrupulous salesperson while attempting a new car purchase. I eventually recovered the loss in Small Claims Court but, nonetheless, as a result of that experience, I have purposefully avoided the showroom whenever buying a vehicle. I am extremely pleased, though, with my experience buying my brand-new 2017 Chevrolet Traverse from Brian Beninger at Falls Chevrolet Cadillac Buick this past February. Knowing that my 2006 Chevrolet Uplander van, purchased on auction in 2007, was reaching the end of its practicable service life with close to 450,000 Km on the odometer, I delved into the market for a comparable replacement some three months earlier. My research, however, revealed a paradigm shift in the used car market whereby used vehicles were no longer being subjected to the considerable levels of depreciation they once did. This has happened due to a confluence of factors including improved quality of build incorporating new technologies in recent years, ease of consumer borrowing at low interest rates, and the destruction of millions of automobiles in back-to-back hurricanes last season leaving a dearth in supply of good used autos across North America. So it made more sense to buy new from a new car dealership. After having researched and test driven several choices across most automaker brands, I decided on the GM Lambda vehicle which concluded its production run as the GMC Acadia with the 2016 model and the Chevrolet Traverse or the uber priced Buick Enclave with the 2017 model. I had been watching AutoTrader online for still available new 2017's for a couple of months. As soon as February hit, I noticed that the advertised price on this nicely equipped 2017 Traverse LT at Falls Chevrolet Cadillac Buick had been adjusted to reflect a deep discount incentive being offered by the manufacturer to move the last of the best. But when I called up, Brian Beninger did even better than that! I quite bluntly named my price and told him that, if accepted, I would show up on the following weekend to purchase the vehicle as advertised. After conferring with his manager, Brian was back to me two minutes later to accept my offer. I drove down that Saturday, looked the vehicle over, and signed the purchase agreement with a $500 deposit. I returned two weeks later to pay the balance, sign off, and drive away in my new Traverse. It was as simple as that. No "showroom shakedown", no pressure. Brian let me drive the deal, and then I drove the car - for the best possible price! I still see some used ones with mileage on them going for more. Thank you, Brian. We love the new Traverse! Oh, BTW, they did send me in to see their "closer". All dealerships do this to try to get you to buy some extras like extended warranty and rustproofing, but at this dealership, there wasn't much pressure involved at this final step in the process.

I got the sense he was very relaxed and easy going and allowed me to direct my purchase and add any additional accessories I wanted. Not pushy at all and a very good email listener. I almost felt disappointed that I didn’t get to deal with him personally at the dealership. He would have made my experience enjoyable. I was comfortable enough with Brian that I didn’t even drop by to inspect the vehicle or test drove it. When I finally met with Brian to finish the paperwork, it was all organized and layout - transparent and easy to understand. Again, a very approachable young man and easy to talk to. Even after my purchase, he was still available to help with some accessories exchanges. I’m very sure he will still be responsive to my emails even after the final sales is all done. My husband purchased a used van off of Myles at Falls Chev a few years ago. When it was time for me to start looking I knew exactly where I wanted to start. We went to Fals Chev and Myles talked to us about what options were important to us and a payment that we would be comfortable with. We test drove a used GMC Acadia and a new Chev Traverse. While we were out driving Myles crunches so,e numbers and have us a detailed outline of the vehicles and payment options. When we left Falls Chev we felt great about the service Myles gave us. To help us make our decision we also went to Toyota and dodge to test drive the highlander, sienna, grand caravan and Pacifica. The other dealerships were not as open to discussing the financing or working with our budget. Ultimately we decided on buying a 2017chevy traverse. Fals Chev was a great choice in dealership and Myles Murray is a wonderful sales representative. He values his customers and we were glad to be repeat customer for him. We will definitely be using Myles again our next vehicle purchase and have had other family members use him as well.

This place does not even deserve 1 star! Unethical, terrible customer service, sneaky salesmen, a terrible arrogant unprofessional general manager, receptionists that block customer phone calls, and salesmen/business managers who fail to return emails. They misrepresented the extended warranty and charged extra bogus fees such as Ride Green Certified Fee, Retail Excellence Fee, NTWL Fee, VCards Fee, and LD Fee. Apparently Retail Excellence Fee is a something the dealer pays to participate in from the manufacturer in order to earn a bonus if they meet sales goals..this is not something that the purchaser should be forced to pay! Ride Green is an optional tire warranty for which they tried to force us to pay it! They coerced us into signing a Vehicle Purchase Agreement prior to final delivery, assuring us that the new vehicle would be in "perfect condition". Then they failed to properly prepare the vehicle..they failed to apply the Leather Protection for which we were charged in the contract (the leather seats were dirty when we arrived to inspect the vehicle..how could they have applied the leather protection on dirty seats?). Then they bullied us into taking possession of the vehicle "as is"! Worst customer service we have ever experienced with a car dealership!

Had an alignment problem, took it in for a look and gave me the quote for the repair but originally said Tuesday pick up...But within half an hour from the time I got home, I got a phone call from Nick advising that his parts guy was able to get the parts today and fix the car! before 4pm they had the car fixed and ready to go! with complimentary shuttle to get me home from dropping off the car to picking me up so I could get my car! However, I've also been given incorrect information on 2 different occasions that resulted in me missing the deadline for a free oil change on my vehicle. Where to start. Worst Customer Service Ever! Avoid at all costs! Worst Service Department! In 2008 I took my car there and Angelo the service Manager was extremely rude and demeaning when speaking to me. It's been several years so figured hey, give it a shot if it's cheaper than other places using the discount card. Recently, in the mail we received a savings card, so I called asked the price of an oil change, and that the discount would be applied after. The girl confirmed the price and yes the discount would come off after, we made a 3pm appointment. The car did not go into the garage until 420pm, an hour and half past the appointment time! We were told because it was the day after a holiday. What BS. Then the guy tries to sell us a fluid drain for $200, because the car is due for it. Meanwhile the manual says not until 240,000km or 5 years, the car is 4 yrs old and only has 75,000. After 2 hours got the car, went to pay and was told that the discount card doesen't apply to oil changes, even though I specifically discussed it with the girl when I booked the appointment! They gave us a free oil change for next time, whoopi. Terrible dealership!

Since the car had just passed the warranty period , I asked Jeff,the service advisor , to get his service manager involved in contacting GM regarding help with this repair. BEST GM DEALERSHIP IN NIAGARA I viewed a 360 online tour of a 2017 malibu I arrived on site without an appointment in hopes I would be able to deal with a salemen. When i walked into the building i was greeted by the sales person Myles Murray. My car wouldn’t start so I brought it in and was told the reason the new battery was dead was because the Onstar unit had failed and was drawing too much power. There solution was to remove the fuse to it, charge me close to $700 for it and send me on my way. Now I have no console or radio control. I asked them not to move my driver seat while working on it because I had some stuff behind it that I didn’t want getting crushed. They moved the seat. I also asked them to work with me getting them paid because at the time I did not have the full amount. They just said no and told me to come back when I had all the money. That’s, apparently, all they care about. They certain don’t care about you and me. Both the manager and owner were rude and dismissive of my concerns.

Too bad the service mechanics technicians that do the work don't complete it according to what I pay for. Yet, they fill out the inspection report saying the work was done. For example, suppose to fill up windshield washer fluid. NOT DONE. This is a regular occurence so I checked it when I got home and had to add 30 ounces of fluid, almost 4 cups. DISAPPOINTED!

My wife and I spent a week in Niagara Falls back in 2018 for our honeymoon. During our stay our vehicle was broken into, the entire back window smashed out. We were directed to Falls Chevrolet by our hotel, and Nick and his team in the service department were fantastic. They quite literally saved our honeymoon. We dropped the car off early in the day and had it back by the end of the same day. We were given a ride back to the hotel after dropping the car off, and then picked up at the hotel and taken back to the dealership when the car was ready. I cannot say enough nice things about these guys! I do, however, wish they’d quit calling my wife. Although the job was good and the workplace was friendly, the owner from the day I started rust proofing (first time rust proofing job) they provided barely any training and no up to code safety equipment (not working there anymore because I was coughing up rust proof). after a year of rust proofing it was brought to my attention from a co worker (mechanic) that my hoist didn't have a up to date safety, which is suppose to happen every year. ventilation was never up to code, Gave me wrong filters for my mask so I was breathing in rust proof for a year. This place is a joke for workplace safety.

Becareful when getting quotes on services! I booked a car detailing after speaking with 2 separate people in service department, both ladies quoted 160.00 with the service to be guaranteed to be clean, odor free (spilled milk). I explained exactly where spill was in trunk, asked it to be written on work order. It was explained to me that it would be cleaned and an odor eliminator be completed. At no time was I told there could possibly be upcharges. They called and spoke to my husband who had not made the appt, told him that foam might need to be replaced in backseat (not where milk was spilled fyi), if not replaced a special cleaner applied (still not where it was spilled). Then it was, well we need to take backseat out to get to it....of course more money. I spoke to service manager when I got home, he spoke over me, did not at all listen to the part where no one said the price I was told was a starting at price, the answer I was given was, "well I guess I ll make sure they say starting at next time". I ve purchased 2 cars from them and have my services done there. I will never go again, nor refer anyone. The service manager was rude, defensive and condescending. I have had great service in the past from Jeff in service department, not sure what his title is but he should be the manager. Personable and a problem solver. Unfortunately this has been a negative experience and we ll never be back.

Had travelled to CA from the US and was almost 10 hours from home and fuel pump went out on my 2016 Silverado. Luckily we were staying in an RV at the local KOA. The service team at Falls Chevrolet tried hard to find a way to repair my truck on Saturday, but had to get a fuel pump module brought in early on Mon a.m. The team worked quickly to repair the truck and get my family back on the road. The service manager was kind enough to drive my from the dealership to the campground and pick me up again on Monday and bring me back to the dealership. Thanks to everyone at the dealership for helping my family while we were a long ways from home!

Not happy with my experience. Bought a used truck for 40k. Went for first oil change somewhere else and was told that both air filters plugged solid. This should of been changed before I purchased it. My brakes are now squealing. My driver seat fell apart first week I bought it. I have only owned truck two months. No one cares to help me. I was looking to buy my wife a new car but will go elsewhere then spend a dollar here. Don’t buy used here. Better luck on kijiji. Update Aug 16/18. The used car manager offered a $250 pay out to shut me up on my almost $1500 in repairs. I told him no. Still not satisfied with purchase. Don't Bother, spend your money where they might appreciate it. I had an appointment, that I made online. I showed up and there was no record of my appointment. Apparently I made it after 4:00 pm the day before and it did not "take" (shame on me, I was supposed to know that). I have had my car serviced at this dealership three times with a tire repair and there have been issues every time. They have forgotten to re-learn my tire positions for the tire pressure warning system, forgotten to do a repair and the tire repair did not take, (I went to a tire shop and had it fixed properly even after paying these guys to fix it-they told me at the time that there were no guarantees on tire repairs). Today was the last time that I will be dealing with these people. Don't bother calling them on their 45 minute guarantee, they have no intention of honouring it. I was waiting for 85 minutes and when I asked about the guarantee, I was told that it did not apply because I did not have an appointment. Unfortunately these guys are the only GM dealer in Niagara Falls so I will be driving out of town from now on.

Sent my car here after the battery died and I got stuck in the middle of the street. (Chevy malibu 2018) my car has an automatic start stop function that has no off switch. So I had Canadian tire roadside bring the vehicle in. They insisted on doing a diagnostic so I agreed and was very clear, there is the battery issue but also a MAF sensor code I think is P1011 and while you conduct your diagnostic please look at this code. They dismissed the code and replaced the battery. Had St. Catharines dealership look at my code, they found the issue and they said it would have been hard for anyone to miss the black smoke coming out of my car when it started up. ????

When I bought my First car from Jeff, and met him for the first time as he walked out the doors , I thought here we go, get ready Deb, it’s gonna be another pushy salesman! He asked my Priceline and To my surprise he Showed me vehicles under my Priceline! I showed up all Falls Chev with my truck that had a flat tire where I meet Cadence. I told her my situation she took care of it right away for me. Cadence let me know when the tires would be in and when it was ready to be picked up by text, so I never had to wonder what was going on as she kept me informed. Overall great experience.
