I had Googled looking for a small business that could sell me a tire(the brand I needed) and put it on my car for me. The dealership where I went to get my oil changed, told me I had a nail in my tire which I already knew because it was low on air. Because of the positioning it could not be patched up so on that note I decided to go home and look for a small business nearby that could order me the tire and do it for the price as quoted by the dealership or cheaper, only because dealerships are still making money and due to the pandemic I wanted to give my money to one of the smaller businesses that may (or may not) be struggling during these unprecedented times. From the website I was able to email my question and within minutes without me knowing, there was a response which I came across the following morning. I called the owner and we spoke on the phone and then we were able to text information as required. Remo was quick to order the tire for me and was able to have me come in the following day at the time that I requested. When I arrived, Chris had politely greeted me and was very quick and professional. The shop itself looks very clean and Chris was spraying it down as I arrived. The seated area was also clean and hand sanitizer available for those who wish to use it. The job was performed quickly from beginning to end and I was very happy with the customer service, the cleanliness and the price. Remo, the owner was also very personable and great to speak with! Normally, I look at reviews before buying something or going somewhere but I did not until recently and I see that I am not the only one that thinks Autoport Motors is the place to go! They have lots of cars to choose from as well if you're in the market to buy a car! Don't look any further! This is your new 'go-to' spot for all your cars needs OR for your Next car! absolutely horrible customer service. I purchased a vehicle that was supposed to be under "warranty" with Remo. In reality he was taking it to a "backyard" mechanic to repair my head gasket after only a couple months of owning the vehicle. The head gasket NEVER got repaired the 4 times Remo apparently had it "done". When I brought my vehicle into another shop, it was still the original manufacturer's headgasket on my car. THIS WAS AFTER CHARGING ME FOR SOMETHING COVERED UNDER WARRANTY!! Of course since that day Remo has avoided my calls, even hid at a gas station once when he saw me. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DEBT, DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

We knew we had to repair a rip in one of the front seats.....when my husband looked to show me, we saw that it had already been repaired!! Such integrity and first class service.

What can I say? .. They sell tires.. But not only tires they have taken me out of a crunch not once, twice, or three times.. But four times.. They owner (Remo) is great guy to deal with honest to the bone and will take his shirt off his back to help you. I have a fleet and only buy all my tries, winters and summers from them.. Great work guys, we need more shops like YOURS, "HONEST"

My Son just bought his 1st car to travel back and forth to University and his summer job. He had researched purchasing a Jeep for several weeks. When he finally decided what he wanted he found a 2009 Jeep Liberty from Autoport Motors. My son spoke to Ramo who was very helpful providing answers for all of his questions – trust me when he is spending his money there are many. My son asked me to speak with Ramo after he felt this would be the vehicle for him. I run a small business as well and I understand how important it is to listen to the customer and to “say what you do and do what you say”. When my schedule would not allow us to get to Autoport during normal business hours Ramo remained open for our late arrival. We had a chance to test drive the car and made a deal subject to a few small issues being addressed and some paint touch ups. He apologized that it could take about a week. 1 week later as promised everything was ready (he even offered to open up for us on Sunday since we are 2 hours away) When we did get to Autoport on Monday evening the Jeep looked better then what we had hoped for. Everything we spoke about Ramo did. He was very professional with great customer service we couldn’t be any happier. Thanks again, Rob and Mike D

Terrible costomer service. Had me waiting for 30mins to get a price on spacers, ended up not even getting a price cause he was too busy rolling tires into his shop. Doesn't even seem like a legit business. He was Ignoring my phone calls and texts. I bought rims and tires 3 months ago and i still havent received a receipt. Overall dont do buisness here, go somewhere else where you can get good customer service.

Recently purchased a Dodge ram 1500 sport.Ramo and his mechanic were absolutley amazing. Very easy to deal with, willing to work with you, great conversations. A great car buying experience! We picked up a good used car here for my daughter to get back and forth to university. We were concerned about buying a used car but Remo was both very knowledgeable and informative about the car. We went over the car very carefully and pointed out a few things and Remo pointed out a few other minor things. He then took care of every last thing and when we picked up the car it was cleaned up beautifully. I felt he took care of the details like it was his own family member driving this car.

Highly recommended!!! I was looking for a car for my wife for a while - all around gta ( felt like every dealership wanted to take advantage of me ) . Finally I called to Autoport and the owner sounds so knowledgeable about the car I was interested in we went few days later all the way from Etobicoke to St Catherines . We spend couple hours talking with Remo the owner- he took time to explain everything about the car , gave us very fair deal , prepare the car to its best and detailed.
