Not sure why this dealership has received such high reviews. I bought a used Acura a few years ago from them and recently had a check engine light come. This is not an issue in and of itself, but after doing some research I wanted to know if an Acura technician knew more about the code. I left my name and number with an employee at the service desk and was told he would have a technician call me back. I waited two days before calling back again. The same employee picked up the phone and recognized my voice and now changed his story to, no he couldn’t spare a single tech for even a minute to help me with my issue. He instead told me to go google my issue (as if that isn’t most peoples first step). Pure laziness and total lack of respect for the customer.

Picked up a screw in my tire over the weekend and dropped my car off Monday morning to get a new tire put on. Due to circumstances beyond their control they could not get a tire for me for 4 days. They both dropped me off and picked me up from work that day and arraigned a brand new loaner for me for the week. After troubles I have had at other dealers in town over the years this is hands down the best experience I have ever had. I will be returning for my next purchase and probably even the one after that.

There must be a problem in the price of their used vehicles if they have had the same ones on the lot for months. I would of bought a used one there but the sales rep was a liar and did not budge in price at all. It has been 5 months and the same car I was interested in is still there.
