We were having difficulties dealing with the service department of the dealership where we bought our truck (not Clarenville). We couldn't get warranty work satisfactorily completed even though paying over $2500 for extended warranty nor could we get quality basic service work done. We were considering trading in for a different brand even though we love the truck and we'd loose on a trade. We also needed a car but because of our poor service experience, we bought a Honda CRV rather than the Nissan Rogue. Still needing to deal with our truck, we decided to try Clarenville Nissan even though it is a further 1/2 hour drive one way. WE ARE SO GLAD WE DID!!! The service department and their staff are GREAT!! Not only do we get good basic service, they resolved our warranty issues without hesitation and without arguing!!! They did what they needed to do to get it done and we didn't even buy it there!! Too bad we didn't come here before buying our car, but this is our Nissan dealership from now on!! The drive is well worth it for us. The staff is professional and easy to talk to, the dealership is clean and the service is great!! We love our Titan and are very pleased to be keeping it now that we found a service department willing to work with their customers. Thank you Clarenville Nissan!!
