The Hickman dealerships in St Johns and Clarenville were so incredibly helpful to me while visiting from Texas. I have a problem vehicle, and they worked with me around my crazy filming schedule all across the island to get the van serviced and fixed when my radiator hose gave out and left me stranded. If I lived in Newfoundland, then I would buy a vehicle from them in a heartbeat.

Went in there to get warranty work done because my car was overheating and misfiring and my warranty was ending shortly, Although the service worker dealing with my case was awesome, the other mechanics and or staff kept giving me BS fixes and kept giving me the run around and then my warrenty expired during all these hoops they put me through, then we found out my vehicle needed major engine work which is why i went there originally during my warranty.....they then denied my claim and sent me packing. im a Chevy guy at heart but this made me leave with a nasty taste in my mouth...... the new dodges are looking pretty nice.

Had an appointment today to install winter tires at 8:30am. Vehicle returned at 2pm to my wife who subsequently paid for the service. I arrive home from work to find the winter tires in the back of the vehicle. Terrible service. Do not recommend!

I had some issues with a warranty claim for my Cadillac with Cadillac customer service. Hickmans stepped up and solved the problem for us even though they weren’t my local dealer. Great to see great customer service still exists! Mike Ryan and Hickmans GMC Cadillac went over and above to fix our problem!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced...Service Department is incompetent and their extortionist billing methods are absolutely ridiculous...and probably unlawful...if you don't own a vehicle with these guys...stay away...after years of our family owning GM vehicles, purchased from a salesperson we knew at this dealership, we are no longer spending a penny with these guys....

They didn't fix the leak in roof of my cab and put it off like it wasn't a big deal but now I got water damage up on the roof and it leaks when it rains hard it would have taken maybe 10 minutes to take the light out and see what's wrong and I asked for this fix twice.there service is nice and friendly there great but that's my only problem.
