Not willing to do much after the purchase of the vehicle. 30 day warranty only covers “safety issues”. Will not be recommending anyone to them or going to their service centre for any issues. Overall terrible service once vehicle is purchased. Offered rust protection on the vehicle, on a vehicle that is already rusting and was covered up by paint.

If you have any concerns afterwords, the customer service is TERRIBLE, right from one of the salesmen, to the General Manager! It's all about protecting their own best interests, and they showed no interest in listening to any feedback on ways they could improve in the future. HORRIBLE experience! STAY AWAY!!

The worst experience I have ever had!! Sorry for the long post, but I had a lot of issues!! They are fabulous to deal with.. until you have an issue. I bought a buick encore when I was 7 months pregnant as I needed a bigger vehicle. The purchase and financing went very smoothly. 2 weeks after I bought it the back latch would not work. I brought it back MULTIPLE times over the next 2 years (I had paid for 2 extra years warranty when I bought it) and was always told a part had to be ordered. Every time it took a while to get fixed, the part would finally come in, they would "fix" it. Within a week it would always break again. I have a toddler and can not even fit a stroller in my SUV. After my warranty ran out, they told me that it is "not fixable" and that if I wanted my latch opened I would have to drive to them and they could open it for me. (I live out of town) I asked to show me how they open it but they refused. (There is no release inside) I went to Terra Nova Motors who fixed the latch in one hour. Also told me they had to "clean up the mess" from whoever had tried to fix it. My engine light came on before my warranty expired. I went in and was told it was the catalyc converter, but that's unlikely with my vehicle so they need to do more investigations. They determined it was an O2 sensor. I went to have it fixed a couple weeks later, and was told it was not the O2 sensor, it is the catalyc converter. When I explained that I had been told it was an O2 sensor previously, they apologized because their main mechanic is off for a week. What do the other mechanics do?? I met with the GM and was told, it is the catalyc converter, but they will never get it approved through my warranty because it does not affect driveability. There is an issue with my car that is covered under warranty and they would not even try to help me. When I questioned the knowledge and skills of the service department. The GM told me that they are on par with every other garage. Out of 100 cars, 5 will have issues and I was one of the unlucky ones. I think this is ridiculous that this is the standards they set for themselves and that they are okay with this. I traded in my SUV and took a $3000 loss because of the issues with the vehicle that they refused to fix. I now have something reliable and will never go back to this place again. I'd rather lose the $3000 than ever have to deal with them again.

I went there 10 minutes before closing yesterday - a Friday afternoon - with a concern about a sudden loud knocking. A technician took the vehicle for a short test drive, did some work, and returned the vehicle to me about 40 minutes later. This is service above and beyond the norm. Thank you!!!

Recently got a vehicle from Capital Auto Center. The salesman( Kristian) was top notch. Answered all my questions, and made sure my new vehicle was in pristine shape, with a full tank of gas before leaving. I can't reccomoneded Kristian enough. They offer an engine warranty, that requires an oil change every 6000 km's. The vehicle I bought, states in the manual, that I change the oil every 12000 km's. I asked about this, but to receive the warranty they insists on every 6000kms. Also, I tried to get the plate of the vehicle I traded in. Reason being, I just paid for the stickers.... I was told if I had the plate, I could return the plate/stickers to Motor Registration to get a refund for the price of the stickers. But I was unable to get the plate. Thode were my only issues. Kristian was top notch, and the vehicle I purchased has been great so far ( 3 weeks). Would recommend. See ya in 6000 kms for that oil change.

If you want good customer service, stay away from this dealership!!! My boyfriend purchased a Ford Fusion 2014 early June 2018 from Capital Preowned. He had a great experience with Rob and he helped him pick out his first car. The car was working perfectly fine for first couple of weeks and then he started to run into problems. The AC, windows, media player wouldn’t work when the car was parked under the sun or when it got too warm. So he sent out an email to Rob to get the car rust proof and also to take a look at the problem as it had happened a couple of times already. The email was sent off on 29th June, 2018. He got the car rust proof but had to wait to get an appointment at Ford (as Capital said they can’t fix it at their end) to get them to look at the problem. The car was at ford for 3-4 days, then he got a call from Capital Auto center saying the car was ready. But when he went to ford to pick it up they said they were having difficulties to communicate with Capital Auto Center to sort out payment for the service which took another day. Anyways he went to pick up the car again next day in the morning to ford and again couldn’t pick it up because they were having trouble getting payment from capital pre owned...he finally got the car that evening. Then after having it for a few weeks he ran into the heating problem again. When he called Capital back they said it’s not their problem and for me to contact ford. It was already October by then and it started getting less warm so he let it go as the car works fine in colder temperatures. Then came summer 2019, and guess what same problem again! Too warm outside and all the electronics stop working. I had to drive home 50 mins from work with 28 degrees outside with windows closed. Contacted capital AGAIN and they said the same thing "we take no responsibility and contact ford". When he contacted ford they said they will take a look at it and after spending over $500 in diagnostics fees at two different occasions they couldn’t figure the problem out as the car was parked in a cooler spot and electronics were working by the time ford had it. It took the whole summer for him to get some help from Capital pre owned and ford and after passing me back and forth I gave up and it was fall again. 2 years later and it’s 2020 summer and the problem still exists! So far he has gotten no help from Capital pre owned, and he is Capital’s client not ford’s as he purchased the car from them. The only good thing about this place was Rob and he was genuinely trying to help. But you could also tell his hands were tied as it was above his head If he knew buying a car worth $16,000 from capital preowned would be so inconvenient, then he would have went elsewhere. If they had paid half the attention they did when they saw him the first time interested in buying a car, this problem would have been solved by now. If you still expect help and support from your dealership after you purchase your car, we wouldn’t recommend Capital preowned at all!!
