I've heard so many horror stories about buying cars that I was nervous as hell but he made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in there and kept me updated thru out the whole process! Been a loyal customer here for 6 years. The 2 women ( i forgot their names) at the maintenance front desk never disappoint me every time i go for a service. I only got upset when Nash helped me out few weeks ago when he gave me a free car wash code at Esso gas station. So when i went to get a carwash, the code was invalid and already used. I’m very disappointed.

Purchased a used Buick from Mainland. Very professional staff, Natalia, Sales and Ashley, Finance saw to all my concerns. There was some confusion about the price early on but they adhered to the quoted price on their web-site. They provided all the additional items promised and helped out when a new second key set sourced at a local GM dealer needed replacement. Very pleased with the purchase overall. The valet service was very poor. I did specifically say, while booking the service appointment that I needed my car by a certain time. They didn’t bother to keep that in mind. I had to call several times in order to get an answer. What made me more mad was that they gave me an excuse that the driver who was supposed to drop off my car, was caught up behind a big accident! That was such a blatant lie! At least have the decency to own up to your mistake that you mess up on the timing. My son experienced the same issue in February but I still wanted to give them a chance! I wonder why they offer a kind of service that they very obviously manage very poorly! Never ever again!

Candice Nelson (Service Advisor/Warranty Administrator) was extremely amazing in all aspects of her job. She went above and beyond to make sure my company vehicle's (2018 Ford 250 Transit Van & 2017 F550 SuperDuty) were in and out of their shop in a timely fashion, knowing that having them in the shop was costing my technicians down time on critical jobs not being able to have their vehicle's on the road working. I was even able to leave my Technicians Service Van there, fully loaded with tools and we didn't have to worry about anything. She was their every morning before their opening hours and was able too let me in and had the paper work and a courtesy truck ready to go both times. This making me able to get to my dealership in time to open our doors for our customers and employees. She even had my F550 ready and cleaned when I arrived for pick up, so I was able to get our tech, two sales guys and the truck to the ferry in time for our reservation we had early that morning. For two very important meetings with two large accounts the company has on the Island. Words cannot explain how helpful and amazing she was. Every morning she had a smile on her face and was running around to make sure we where out the door quick and on the road. This is the kind of Super Star every dealership needs in their Service Department.

Do not buy parts or anything else from these guys. Sent my wife to buy some diesel filters for our truck which I usually do myself but was working. Both filters come in around $100 bucks usually, unless you are a woman, then you get charged almost double $175 bucks. I had her return the filters where as they tried to back peddle on what they had just done. That’s right Mainland Ford takes advantage of the unsuspecting. If they do this with parts why would anyone buy a vehicle from them either. There is no room for businesses that discriminate and take advantage of women or anyone for that matter.

David rallied all the resources to make sure we stayed on track. Jenna and Chantelle kept the business / finance ball rolling even though there was a ton of work in the pipeline. I talked to Chris the "french" guy bad customer service, but the worst customer service was from SALE MANAGER "David" the Chinese guy!! M.F. so rude!!! So please don't go there or don't deal with these people and waist your time.

Brought my car in for a clutch issue, they diagnosed the problem incorrectly and told me it was my fault they diagnosed wrong and still charged me for the diagnosis, because apparently their mechanics cant tell the difference between brake fluid and DW40, pretty sad if you ask me, I even told them what I thought the problem was which was the slave cylinder, but they ignored that and didnt even do a full diagnosis. Low and behold, I changed the part that they said needed to be changed, that they quoted me $600 to change (the part was $35 and it took me 1 hour to change it myself) and the car still had the same problem, and guess what it was the slave cylinder which was the part I said was the problem.

Worst thing i ever did! They sold me a car with mice in it and tells me they are sorry they can't help me... I didn't use The air for the first 2 weeks. Then noticed The air didn't smell right. I didn't think i had to look for mice buying a new car. I was driving and mice come out of under the hood. Now i know why the air in the car stinks. But because it was 3 weeks before i found mice in my car they can't do anything.

Great friendly service . Every other dealer I spoke with basically gave me a price and said that was it. Spoke with Scott the sales manager at Mainland Ford over the phone. He asked me some questions, then suggested I come see him. When I arrived Scott was right there to great me, he passed me over to Keith in sales and we sat down, he listened and then found me the truck I was looking for. Its easy to say you had a great experience at a Dealership. But its another to say you had a very bad experience at a dealership and that they handled it. Well thats my story I bought my vehicle not to long ago and had a not so great experience but with the help of Scott Brown and Ken Moss we were able to come to a suitable solution for both parties and I couldn't be more pleased. We went to Mainland Ford with little expectations due to a poor experience at a different dealership, and we left extremely satisfied and with a brand new Mustang Mach-E! Right from the beginning, Kenny and David were there to amaze us with excellent customer service! They have been so patient with me at times while I source out a cheaper after-market part to keep costs under control. Purchased a Ford Explorer Platinum back in 2017. Decided to sell the car and during the selling process today, the buyer realized the VIN on the car doesn't match the VIN on the loan through CIBC. We contacted CIBC and they said Mainland Ford gave them this information so it's not an internal error on their side. We went to Mainland Ford today to get this sorted out as the buyer can only wait a few days. The person we spoke to at Finance is saying that this is CIBC's fault not theirs which is a lie. We reviewed the purchase agreement and the documents we have and on it we can see the incorrect VIN printed on the contract, and they crossed it out and put in pen the correct VIN. So what happened was somebody sent the Purchase Agreement to CIBC with the wrong VIN and then realized it has the incorrect VIN and updated the VIN with a PEN! Now we're dealing with this issue of selling the car which we already have an agreed price and us and the buyer are in agreement. This is so frustrating and cannot believe this can even happen! We asked Mainland Ford to get this expedited and said they will try but cannot promise anything and said it will take several days. It's not acceptable and if someone's reading this from manager, I will update my review if you actually helped us with this issue and expedite this immediately!!

It’s pretty good. There have been problems in the past mostly communication errors. The last service I received was amazing Jenn my service rep did an amazing job she kept me updated and worked hard to get the part in to get my truck fixed. My only complaint is that the service department does not have enough staff. It’s obvious that the service advisors are over worked and I think that Mainland Ford should hire more staff, don’t sacrifice the customer experience for money. Other than that great job!!

I was attended by Paul Chiang in the parts department. Very poor customer service. I had to call multiple times and give them my information only to call again and be laughed at by the employee. Very disappointed and did not expect that from Ford for treating valued clients in a disrespectful man we. I asked if I could talk to the supervisor to discuss the matter and I was kept on hold for 15 minutes only to talk to Mr Chaing again who totally forgot that I was on hold waiting to be attended to discuss the matter. I bought my truck 2 years ago (a family member followed suit due to their amazing treatment) and every interaction from silly questions to maintenance and repairs has been superb. I had bought my F150 2020 from 152nd and 101 where I was told to get 1st free oil change , so by mistake I made appointment with Mainland ford. Despite paying $105 I was very satisfied with the service they provided. Excellent customer service, very efficient what they do , my truck was clean . They went through all small details with me . If in few years I wanna trade in my truck I will without any hesitation do it in Mainland ford. I think 152nd and 101 ford should learn some customer service skills from Mainland Ford . Raj Davda misguided me into getting serives I did not need and my vehicle was still 50-70k km away from needing them. Be careful when dealing with this so called service specialist for parts and services, as you may end up paying a arm and a leg for something you dont need.

Went to Mainland Ford today to check out and maybe test drive a vehicle that I want to purchase in the near future - a Ford Focus ST. First things first, I was unimpressed with condition of this "top of the line" vehicle. It looked like it's been sitting in the forest somewhere - The mud had seeped through into the engine bay, no plastic slips were laid on the carpet (to protect it) and guess what I found in the trunk door jamb? A beehive. Totally worth the $36,600 price tag right? The salesman only provided information that you can easily read off a pamphlet. He couldnt/didn't explain the difference in technology between the old models and the new models, and he had no indepth knowledge of the vehicle he was trying to hard-sell to me. When we finally got back to the dealership he instantly had my fill out forms, and pre approval sheets without even asking if I actually wanted to walk out with this car. He proceeded to pressume me into filling out forms and agreeing to deals that I didnt even want. He even asked me to put down a deposit on a car that i wasnt fully decided on. This man, I believe his name was Chris, demonstrated everything that people hate about commission-based sales reps. He was pushy, he interrupted me when i talked, and it got to the point where he even said some pretty offensive stuff regarding my culture. I told him that I appreciate the "best possible" financing quote and that i'd talk it over with my father. He proceeded to tell me that my father doesnt need to be involved and that i can make this decision as an individual (where does he get off telling me that? I for one have great respect for my father and I prefer to have his opinion when buying a $36,600 vehicle). I pretty much had to fight my way out of that dealership. We were almost latefor our Chiropractor appointment because the sales wouldn't let me get up and leave. On our way out we were introduced to the sales manager and both him and the sales rep looked displeased because we didnt wanna walk out with a car today. Verdict: I loved the car, in it's entirety. Was I impressed with the condition? not at all. I can easily purchase one from Key west ford and have it be in better condition. Was I impressed with the customer service? Hell no. I felt like I was being pressured throughout the whole conversation. Will I come back? Nope. Will I recommend to my network/friends? Nope. Just a whole lot of Nopes. 1/10 for Location (Disorganized lot with no clear customer parking) 5/10 for Stock 1/10 for Cleanliness of vehicles on display 1/10 for Customer Service. by far the WORST dealership I've been to. I will not be returning.

Our suv went in for the service they told us it needed. Their vallet driver split two of our tires by hitting 4 huge potholes in a row, they told us they could do nothing and wouldn't help us. We even have proof through our dashcam, when we told the manager that, their response was “we don’t deal with tires”. Service department was amazing and very helpful, the vallet and the manager screwed us over and refused to do anything about it.

I was about to give 5 Stars but I couldn't. Got a pre-owned 2017 ford f-150, a day after driver's door won't shut early in the morning coz is frozen then send it back to them for service, Salesperson promised it will be done by less than half a day. Went back the next day 4pm said truck is not done and getting some $1 part to get it fixed. Service person said okay it will be done tomorrow by 10am and will call. and it's 11:20am no one call me so I called and they said it's not done. Can you guys stop promising if you can't do it on time?

Went to mainland looking to see what they would offer my vehicle for a trade in, already have done my own research on my vehicle prior to visiting mainland. They did the whole test drive thing, typical dealership routine, sat me down and started to search for other vehicles like mine in BC so they could find the average pricing and base their offer on that...obviously they don't call it "Stealerships" for nothing, sales person was purposely comparing my vehicle with other vehicles like mine that were not even that great of a condition, most with higher mileage, and one wasn't even located in the lower mainland...The offer they were giving me was so undervalued that I kept declining, then I believe it was the finance person that came out and sat down with the sales person and starting asking me to sign papers in order for them to continue offering me something closer to my price, but I already knew where this was heading, they make you sign and they'll keep offering a "better" deal even if it's not what you want and they'll keep using pushy sales tactics and pretty much will keep you at your seat unless you take a stand for yourself and just straight up say NO. Well I did just that, and the finance person all pissed shredded the piece of paper in front of me like he was telling me to screw off. As I grabbed my keys from them, the finance guy who might also be a sales guy, who knows, snickered, shook his head and looked at me like I was an idiot for not accepting their crappy offer... My advise for anyone wanting to trade in at a dealership is DO YOUR RESEARCH, and if you get offered very low off the bat from what the value of your vehicle SHOULD be, grab your keys from them and RUN. Don't even wait for the "sign this to continue" segment. Anyways, a couple months later I ended up going all the way to Brown Bros Ford in Vancouver, I was treated like a person first before a customer. There was no pushy sales tactics, and if there was they did a very good job with it because I didn't feel it. The first initial offer they gave me for my vehicle was way higher than mainland, and they didn't even have to do "extensive" research on determining a value for my vehicle, they just kinda knew it off the bat.

Although this is the better Ford dealer I been to I still have problems. One service guy told me that following my Ford warranty is a bad idea, because Ford designed it so if you follow there service, my motor will blow up shortly after 5 years. So I would buy a new car he says. I said I don't care I have the extended warranty and he said oh they won't cover you. Basically he told me extended warranty was a waste of money and Ford vehicles are pos's.

Just wanted to leave a quick note about how great the people at Mainland Ford in Surrey, B.C. are. I visit Vancouver and the lower mainland often and after having some minor car trouble, I had my vehicle taken to the nearest Ford dealer which happened to be Mainland Ford in Surrey. From the time I arrived, the staff at Mainland made me feel like I was the most important person there. From the reception & service desk, to the sales people & courtesy driver, everyone at the dealership continued to make sure any of my needs were met. Even the owner of the store came out to introduce himself and asked again if I was being looked after?!,..I wasn't even buying a vehicle, just getting a quick repair, and I was made to feel like I was their best customer. I know one thing for sure, when I am ready to purchase a new vehicle, Mainland Ford will be first & only place I will want to go. I recommend Mainland Ford to anyone that needs to service their vehicle, or even look at getting into a new one. I wish all dealerships could be such a pleasant experience!

Mainland Ford was always been great. We service our company vehicles through them. Unlike other dealerships who never has time for you, Mainland Ford was able to accommodate and get my vehicles in everytime we have issues. One of our cars broke down with a transmission fault, called another dealership and they said next tuesday is earliest appointment. I called Mainland and they were able to get me in that afternoon. Lots of service bays and a newly renovated office makes this a great dealership. Can't speak to the sale component yet but maybe I will get my next vehicle through them!

I took my truck in for wheel alignment few weeks ago. I was told that the work was completed as expected. However, when I requested my pre and post wheel alignment specs, they were unable to provide me with any. After calling service department numerous time, i was told that service manager(Kendis Nelson) will contact me within few business days, now several weeks have passed and i have not received any calls form the management team. Nor have I received my pre and post specs. I have called other Ford service departments and was advised that I should have received pre and post specs upon job completion. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service and communication skills. I would not recommend this service department.

I have been in the process of getting my car's bumper fixed for over a month now. I currently own a Ford C-Max Energi and as a courtesy car for the initial drop off they gave me a Ford Fusion Titanium. Not only was this car not comparable to my car in size, but it also used a lot of gas compared to my car. They said they were waiting on a part but my car was "drivable" and that I could come and pick it up three days after I had dropped it off - which was reasonable. I went in to pick it up and noticed numerous flaws in the paint job on my bumper - there were bumps under the paint, lighter shades of blue along the creases, orange peel left on one side of the bumper, etc. My car was also given to me with the interior a lot dirtier than when I had dropped it off. I brought this to the staffs attention immediately and they said they'll fix it when I drop my car off for them to add on the missing part. I waited a couple of weeks for them to call me, then finally called them myself and verified with staff that the part had arrived but I hadn't been notified. I dropped my car off again, this time they gave me a Ford Fiesta. The car was better on fuel within the city but on the highway I watched the needle go down. So I called them back after four business days to see if my car was almost ready, and the man on the phone said that they were waiting for the part after someone had said it had come in and booked me in to drop off my car. I was confused, and asked for a timeline for when I could expect to get my car back. He was supposed to call me back but I never heard back. So not only was I disappointed with the paint job on my bumper, but I am also disappointed with the service. I got my car back a couple of weeks after writing this review, and to update I was not compensated by Ford with anything for the terrible service by the body shop. About a week later I noticed that when I kick under my bumper my trunk doesn't open for me. So I called Ford immediately and informed them of this, they told me to bring it in whenever and they hope to have a courtesy car for me. So now I had to start thinking of when would be a good time to leave my fuel efficient C-Max Energi there for them to fix AGAIN while I drive one of their courtesy cars that are terrible on gas. Later that week, my cousin went in to drop her car off for "the works", they called her and said that her cars battery was dead and that she needs a replacement one. So she went and bought a battery (from Ford's supplier) and lugged that heavy thing all the way there only to find out that she didn't even need a new battery. The service technician was using a faulty machine to check her battery. So Ford bought the battery back from my cousin and her services were free for the day - but imagine having to do all that running around when you have a toddler and new born at home. Then I told Candace, the woman who was helping my cousin about my situation. She was surprised at the fact that I was actually happier with the service I received from Hallmark Ford than I was with the service with them. She took down all of my information and said she would discuss a solution with her manager and get back to me. I waited a few months and heard nothing back. I called them and talked to her to follow up, they are giving "the works" for free. Then when I said I'll need my bumper fixed since it no longer opens when I kick under it, she said that it may not be covered under warranty and if that's the case I will have to pay for the repairs. I can't wait to have my car fixed, and to be done with these guys. This is so ridiculous. They give me a free service to make up for the terrible service I have received in the past, to only irritate me more by saying that the bumper may be my responsibility.

VERY POOR EXPERIENCE, INCOMPETENT STAFF, HIDDEN FEES!!! - I have never had such a bitter experience with any dealer - First the finance staff "could not find" my lease documents and buy-out information, it took 2 weeks to "find" the papers - Then when I finally took my own documents they told me there was a $1,000 document fee of which there was no mention of before. I am a contractor and my business depends on my truck, due to this Ford dealers incompetence I have been having to use my wife's SUV. Never buying from them again. GO TO ANOTHER DEALER!!!

During a recent cross-country trip to Vancouver, our car's power steering developed a slow leak. We were told by the service rep of one garage we needed to replace the power steering pump and other related parts. I went to Mainland Ford for a second opinion. Denny Varelis, the asst. service manager, was incredibly helpful. Within a short time he came back to me saying the car was good to go! The problem was a loose hose connection. He charged me a pittance compared to what I thought I would have to pay. Then a week later he made a followup phone call to make sure the car was OK and I was still satisfied. Wow! My biggest complaint with the service department is that I find additional problems with my car when I pick it up from servicing. I have experienced this on three occasions. I drive my car almost every day, so I am quite familiar with it. The first time, I picked it up from an oil change and one of the tire centre caps was missing. They claimed it wasn't their fault. Luckily, my brother's friend also works at Ford and he provided me with a spare centre cap. Otherwise, it would have been $50. The second time, I picked up the car from an oil change and the trunk door won't close. As a result, I was unable to lock the car. They claimed that the connector was loose and it wasn't their fault. I ended up bringing the car back and paying for the diagnostic fee. The third time, I picked it up from servicing the rear light bulb and the right back window won't roll up completely. Again, they claim it wasn't their fault. The service advisor was unapologetic and unhelpful. Worst of all, he tried to mansplain the issues to me by comparing the issues to shopping at Guildford Mall. Bottom line: my car did not have issues until I dropped it off for service. For these reasons, I will not be returning to Mainland Ford for servicing.

Well this is the first experience i have had with this Ford dealership. I had to take my work truck in for a hit and run to the box side. After explaining that i need the truck for work i decided to take it to them because they are a Ford dealership and the truck is a 2011 Ford ranger. Other shops told me it would take a week and in the end i got a call back from the dealership saying it was ready almost 2 full weeks later. I would not have gotten the work done there if i knew they couldn't get it done quickly. When i picked it up nobody did a walk around of the repair with me and a bunch of dirty plywood from inside the box was left on the back seat. The work itself was sub par. The paint matched and the metal was straight but there is tons of dirt and pin hole craters in the paint which is very amateur and should have been redone Before they can call the job done. Like i said its a work truck and i had to get things done so i didn't go back in to complain. To top it off as im driving away i notice my driver mirror had been messed with and is about to fall off.. So i tuck tape it up and drive off. Easily one of the most dissapointing experiences with a dealership i will Ever have. I want to go back but I'm a busy person and dont have much time. Something they didn't respect.

I called these guys in hopes of them fixing the issues that were under warranty, vs the place I bought my Flex from in the first place, the original place basically made excuse after excuse to fix things that needed to be fixed but just didn’t seem to want to do the work. Mainland Ford fixed the issues, Nash not only made sure it was all sorted out, he made sure it was all done properly and up to the standards he expected out of Ford, I left them my relatively new Flex that had body panel fit issues, a seat that wasn’t cooling or heating and got back a Flex that had the panels that were perfectly fitted and weren’t because the Rad Support wasn’t installed properly from factory, which is covered but the previous place, lied and said that wasn’t something they would cover. The seat? Works as it should now, with the colder weather and a long drive to work, I wanted to make sure whether it was me or my girlfriend that drove, we’d be comfortable and now we are, Nash even got them to fix the body panel issues that I didn’t point out, things that he saw and wanted done correctly before handing it back to me. That is customer service. That is how you get people to come back, that is how you make someone feel heard and that the place that kept lying to them, was wrong and that you were correct in calling Mainland and getting those problems fixed. This is the place I will be going to from now on. Update: They contacted me, offered a Bronze package for detailing, I guess that was their way of fixing the issue, offering me a detailing package like I would ever want to go back there. No thanks, I don’t care what the value of the package was, make no bones about it, they let me know that too. Why on Earth would I go back to a place that failed to fix the issues I had mentioned. They posted below, with a reply, that they did service checks, so B. Is where I asked them to check the bumper and what not, had they checked the actual issue, they would have come across the Rad Support issue that Mainland Ford found and fixed with an amazing job. Mainland Ford, they actually did their job. Keywest Ford? I am now getting an idea how their reviews are so good, they try to pay you off with a gas card for their mistake or some detailing package. So they failed to wash my car the last time they had it (something they said they do) and somehow, I am going to go back to a bunch of people that make up excuses? Like I said, I have the conversation recorded, they can post every single service record they want, the conversation I had and the excuses made up, show me why I made the right choice to distance myself from these people.

We recently used Mainland Ford's body shop to repair my son's 2016 Camaro SS. My son had significant damage to the front end, over $13,000 damage. We decided to fix it on our own so my son's insurance rates wouldn't go thru the roof. Mainland Ford gave us the best pricing on the repair and the work was completed on budget to like new condition. The service was amazing as they dropped off the repaired car to our home and the vehicle was completely detailed and sanitized. Purchased a new F150 from Mainland Ford at the end of June. Greg Karwacki was my sales person and he did an excellent job and was very responsive. I live in Vancouver, but decided to purchase from Mainland due to the fact they modify trucks at their shop and warranty and finance all the work. This seemed like a no-brainer to me compared to purchasing from another dealer and then getting the work done somewhere else, and possibly affecting the warranty. The only negative was the work took some time to complete, but the modifications done were quality work - which is my main concern. Bal, the service manager, made sure everything was done correctly, which I appreciate. The truck looks and runs great! Love it! My 20 year old son's 2015 Mustang EcoBoost would not start. After 1 week at a local auto repair shop could not solve the problem. We towed it to Mainland Ford to see why the motor would not start. Mainland Ford was able to determine the DOHC motor,s cylinder head has seized. With under 26,000 km on the motor? The dealership indicated Ford will not cover this under warranty. We have since learned this is a design fault with this 2.3 litre motor and working to start a class action case against Ford and make it a factory recall

My only suggestion about Ford, not necessarily the dealership, do your numbers before getting the service package. I think you are better off paying every time you go. Service was excellent. Servicr advisor and mechanic, both, very professional. I went there today was an oil change and air bag replacement recall. I dropped off my Stang at 12:30 pm. I got my car back at 5:35 pm. Again, this is for oil change 79.99 service which costed me 105 after taxes, and passenger side air bag replacement service. 5 hours wait for these two things to be done. I am quite disappointed. Just had my 2018 f350 diesel oil change done here and when I got truck back my engine light was on. When I brought it back to them they CHARGED ME FULL HOUR OF WORK FOR 30 MINS OF LOOKING AT THE CODE. The code was “Particulate matter sensor” When I asked them to look at my drivers side heater they said they would need to charge an extra $194.94 On top of the $194.94 I just paid... Seriously!!!! $389.88. I respectfully declined and will be taking it somewhere else. ???? Bottom line - no light on before $300 oil change then light is on when I get the truck back. When you pay for service you expect service. I would not recommend this type of experience to any friends or family. 1/10.

Worst dealership ever They don’t know what’s going on with their inventory. You go buy a car one day and deposit cash and the next day you get a phone call saying that the car has been sold to someone else. After that we went to get our money back they didn’t have any in the safe and gave us a cheque. This happened in the summer of 2018 I had a front right hand side accident with my 2012 F150; I took the Truck in for ICBC repairs. The work was done to it and when I went to pick it up the steering wheel was 90 degrees off and there was a whooooo noise in the cab when in highway and the paint job was Matt as opposed to glossy. They said take the Truck home and bring it some other time for those other concerns. I had the courtesy vehicle so I told them I would not take the Truck home until it is fully fixed. Next day I went back and the paint was glossy but I saw that there were blobs of white wax all around the trim and the steering wheel was now to 45 degrees off. The short white guy (Alfred) in the body shop said that I will have to pay out of my pocket and start a diagnosis for the wheel alignment and that ICBC does not cover it. I told him that the Truck had a straight steering wheel before the accident and in my mind the Truck was not fixed until the steering wheel is straight again. He was pushing me every which way to pay for it out of my pocket and I refused to take the truck away. He then called up his body from the back room and he said he has been working there for many years (I think he said 30 years) and he saw nothing wrong with the Truck and that I will have to pay for the Diagnosis and parts and labor if anything is wrong. I then called up ICBC and told/described the whole situation. The ICBC was not very helpful and basically told me it is up to the dealer and that I could always get a second opinion in another shop. I stood my ground and threatened to go to their showroom and throw a fit and make a scene talking to their manager and then and only then Alfred guy said leave the vehicle another day and we will fix it. I picked up the Truck the next day and they said the steering rod was bent. The steering wheel is still 2-5 degrees off to the right but It does not bother me knowing how much stress they put me through, I just don’t want to go back and see them anymore.

Horrible service. Service department lacks communication skills. After transmission replacement on my 2019 F150 34,000 km vehicle started pulling to right and steering vibration. They blamed my tires with 9,000 kms .Technician was driving in 90 km/h in 60 zone almost side swiped another vehicle. Finally they arranged shop foreman for road test at highway speeds and he confirmed pull and steering vibration. Shop foreman suggested to swap 4 tires with rims from different F150 to verify and I agreed to pay the charges. Dropped off the vehicle for tire swap which never was done rather they did wheel alignment and second tire balance. They told me truck has one bad right front tire which must be replaced.. Since Yokohama does not make similar tread pattern tire as mine, I ended up replacing 4 brand new original size tires. Vehicle still pulls and vibration at steering wheel after wasting hundreds of dollars at Mainland Ford.No acknowledgement from any of the managers or dealer principles. Repairs performed; *Transmission was replaced *front brake rotors machined *wheel balance *wheel alignment * sunroof squeak repaired 3rd time at mainland ford oily mess on rear window and rear seat never cleaned *engine/ Transmission reprogrammed numerous time for lacking power,hesitations,rough idle and cam phaser noise. * at second service technician accidently sprayed engine oil all over the engine,paint and Windshield * previously it takes 4 hours of oil change Very disappointed with service department. I have 35 years of car repair experience along with 22 years of shop foreman experience at a local car dealership.

Bad experience! I bought a 2016 Malibu from Jagmohan and he told me it was running good. It drove good at the dealership. We finalized the price (including admin fees and taxes) and I realized they increased the price after I ended up with the paperwork. They didn't tell me there were so many problems with it that it practically hasn't left the repair shop since I bought it in May. When they gave me the car it had popcorn under the seats and they didn't bother to clean it at least. Everything from oil leaks, excessive gas consumption, piston failures, and traction issues that nearly killed me on the highway after it fish tailed. No mechanical exceptions? I notified Mainland Ford about the issues, and they scheduled an appointment to have it repaired. My appointment was scheduled for 7:30 AM but checked their hours of operation and they opened at 8:30 AM. We waited for a hour for them to open. They said there was nothing they could do about the car and I would have to get it serviced from GM. The customer service woman at the desk said I would be "wasting my time" having it checked from Ford because they didn't have the proper tools. I advised her that she had already wasted my time scheduling me for an appointment when they knew the issues and I still had to drive all the way from Abbotsford to get there that early. The salesman caught me on the way in and asked me how everything was going and I told him things were going terrible with the vehicle and then he carelessly walked away. I sent an email to the sales department, salesman and asked to talk to the manager but they ignored my messages and emails -- at least own up to your mistakes. GM recognized the problem and said it shouldn't even have been on the road because it wasn't drivable, urging me to bring it into the shop ASAP. Very unprofessional and I don't recommend this salesman. I was ripped off.

Bought a new vehicle, noticed some fit and finish issues, spoke to my sales man, and Service sent me to the body shop, pointed out that some of the panel fit around the front grill had some noticeable gaps different on both sides of the grill, and was told they don’t think there is anything that they can do as Ford does not have any standard for body gaps, I quote it’s not like BMW , it’s a Ford , very disappointing to hear this! Worst vehicle buying experience ever, bought brand new 2018 F150 from this dealership in November. Sales staff lied about options truck had that I bought and I found out a week later. Then sales manager had to buy his way out of the lies. Truck has been in service shop numerous times in four months for water leaking into the cab, transmission banging when down shifting and the truck squeals and rattles during cold starts. Truck was in service Shop for over 7 days and then the service manager tells me that it’s normal for these issues and that all the 3.5 V6’s with 10 speed transmissions do this. Truck is rusting all over the undercarriage and the drivetrain and again the service manager tells me that this is normal. Had a meeting with the GM (Scott Brown) about the continued issues and later in an email he stated that all the trucks on his dealership are rusting and that not only is that normal it is acceptable as far as he was concerned. Do yourself a favour and go to a dealership who stands behind what they sell, a dealership who doesn’t knowingly sell rusted new trucks to unaware customers. Stay away from Mainland Ford.

My experience was very positive at Mainland Ford. I went in the night before to apply for financing and was sure that my payments would be insanely high as my credit is not that great, however, finance worked hard to get me the lowest rates and got me into a 2017! This review is for the body shop. Do not bring your car there. No one ever gets back to you. I brought my Ford car in on June 21 for an estimate following the resolution on my claim. I followed up every couple of weeks to know when I could come in. I was told soon and they'd let me know. Early September I told they were waiting for a new part but it'll be soon. Followed up today and they haven't had an estimator take a look yet and nothing has been done FOR 3 MONTHS. So my tip is to not go here. I was too naive all along to think it was going to be soon. Don't be like me.

A young man named Taylor Berge looked after us, and he went above and beyond to make sure we got the vehicle that we wanted. Had an oil change service set up for 2:30pm with a shuttle service they provide back home so you don’t have to wait around. They didn’t help me til 2:50pm to take my truck for the oil change and then I had to wait an extra 20mins so almost til 330pm for a ride back. Complete BS waiting around. They don’t schedule staff accordingly. They had a manager Candace who was super rude on top of the stress they caused me of them running late. I’d rather pay elsewhere for an oil change and get better service. They only provide good service when your buying a vehicle once you’ve bought and bring it in for services they don’t care about customer service.

I explained to him that I was looking to purchase a F150 Lariat and that every time I went to see the vehicle it Sold. first off I had to write about my experience buying a car from this dealership as it far surpassed my expectations. I just bought a 2015 ford escape from mainland ford... and I can honestly say that I have never had such a positive car buying experience. I had been feverishly searching for over a month for a used suv that fit all my requirements (under 100,000 km's, 4 cylinder, AWD or 4WD, accident free or very minor accident damage history, local BC vehicle and preferably a 2014 or newer and under $17,000)... to my dismay I was not finding any success. I went to multiple dealerships and private owners and test drove many escapes but was not satisfied with what I saw ... and I was beginning to feel like I would have to lower my standards to get something that fit some of my criteria. After getting an alert the other day on CARGURUS.CA of an escape for sale I emailed them immediately to inquire about the vehicle. I promptly got a reply from Keith, the internet sales manager. He not only provided me with all the details I required for the vehicle he also sent me a 3 minute video of him walking around the vehicle and inside of the vehicle while detailing all the features. I was very surprised as this was the first dealership that had sent a video to me. It checked all the boxes I was looking for and it was under my price point (I didn't have to settle). I went to see the vehicle ASAP and was pleasantly surprised. I got everything I was looking for and it was much cheaper then any other vehicle online (matching its descriptors). They even took my trade in for a fair price considering its condition. My new Escape is like brand new inside and out. I was helped by a young, and up and coming, ambitious sale rep named Zaki. He was very pleasant and very informative. Two days later when my vehicle was ready to be picked up Zaki personally came and picked myself and my kids up from our house and drove us to the dealership. My kids were hungry so Mainland ford bought us all lunch to eat from Mcdonald's next door. All the staff were a dream to work with... Taylor in financing was very positive and non pushy, which I appreciated. After finalizing the deal and signing all the paperwork my kids were presented with a new power wheels jeep wrangler as a gift. Of course this was the cherry on top of a perfect car buying situation. I was treated like a client that just dropped $50,000 on a vehicle. I really appreciate this dealership as you can tell they value all of their clients. I 100% recommend this dealership to anyone... and from this point on my husband and I will only be dealing with Mainland Ford. If i could give them more stars I would.

I had a bad experience with repairs after being rear-ended in an accident. After signing the papers and driving off I realized signal wasn't working where light was replaced. Brought it back to shop they played with it and got it to work, drove for 5 sec and double checked realizing it wasn't working again. I was told they don't have that bulb for my honda and has to be ordered and they would call me when bulb is in. No one bothers to call me. Few days later I realize there is an electrical problem and car doors on trunk and driver side not showing open signs. I call and get run around. I drive it into the shop and show it to body shop supervisor . All I keep getting is now I have to have it diagnosed to see if it's accident related. What the heck else would it be related to when I just took it back from your shop where you guys opened the entire rear end and suddenly take no responsibility. What if I had seen it before driving off and not signed the papers to take my vehicle. Which procedure would be followed then?? They couldn't bother diagnosing to see what was wrong. Poor service ànd workmanship for approx $5000 job that they did. They got their big money left customer to deal with the rest. I used to love Dams ford,never had any issues Now it seems customer service is not priority. Lesson learned.

I am a regular customer. I usually go to mainland dealership for an oil change and I am happy with their oil change service, the only thing I would like to add is that yesterday when I went for my appointment I think that my advisor (Candice Nelson) was a bit rude. I don't know if she was having a bad day or that's the way she treats everybody else. If the advisor can't show how important the customer is for them then I think that's not the place where I would go or recommend other people to visit. Other than that, they never ask for washing or cleaning your car which could improve my customer experience. If you see that the car needs to be washed why dont you go above and beyond and do that. Hope you will work on my request. In the end, thanks for reading my review.

A Ford service center, that will find any way to NOT cover your vehicle under warranty. Since I did my own oil changes, Denny tells me I need my receipts. That's fine, got the receipts. Then he tells me it's a faulty oil filter...funny how it leaked after THEY had it(since he says it was dry when they had it last, only days before) trying to diagnose a performance problem I was having. Final diagnosis(after I said I was going to put a complaint in), I had TWO oil filter gaskets on there. One was left on from my previous oil change, apparently. Huh, considering I HAVE my last three oil filters, and they STILL have gaskets. $7,000 in the hole. Thanks for nothing Ford. Go ANYWHERE, but Mainland if you need to own a Ford. A good company will stand by there product. They will find ways to cover under warranty, rather finding ways to NOT cover under warranty. First Ford, and last.

Do not deal at mainland ford here is why I went into mainland ford and met Taylor berge, he seemed like a nice kid, I purchased a new explorer from him under my company name and left with the vehicle the next day: A week later my wife saw that there was a rebate of 2000 dollars which we never received; I called Taylor and he said it was out of his hands he doesn't deal with the pricing aspect I talked to his manager Scot brown and he said no rebate is applicable to this deal I went to the VSA and filed a complaint The next day Scott Brown called me and said woops we made a mistake your 2000 cheque is here now sorry They never reimbursed me the tax difference of course Very slimy very shady Stay away

I bring my car for service. I told the lady (at reception) that I notice that the voltage of the battery is too low...however just inform technician that my battery is new, I just bought it 1 year. Therefore just charge the battery, don't change!. The lady looks like do not understand at all...! Then I said just note down that my battery is new then the technician will know what to do. The day after, I was informed that the belt need replacing, and test battery and charge battery...Cost over 600$. The price was surprisingly high but I had to accept as I had no time! My time was so tight! When I come to pick up and look at the invoice. I was shock that my battery was changed? Why I was not informed that the battery need to be changed, there should be a short explanation on why the battery need replacing. I still have spare battery at home! And why change battery why it's just 1 year new? I had to spend over 200 $ (after tax) for battery which is not necessary!

Ended up getting the car back at 12:50. Ridiculous. Also the "Air Filter Cabin" scam that they charge for $126 which takes 5 minutes to do. Never coming back here again for a "service". Over charges and slow service for a $200+ bill.

Buying the truck experience was excellent. Can't say about the service department. It really boils down to poor communication. My first service call a few months ago .. was supposed to be a 2 hour routine service. I was supposed to wait at Mc D but got a ride home. Had to call 4 hours later to ask where was my truck and picked it up 6 hours later. the new F150 had a window recall... loaner truck was foul smelling of cigarette and food crumbs. It was literally felt like puking being in it. Got my truck back.. courtesy car wash (like 20 bucks) but it looks like an expensive details job with fine dust literally everywhere in the truck and seats. And I had to pay $20 for rental and $35 fee for gas not as returned. And probably another $200 for detail (which is going to come out of my pocket. FOLLOW-UP: the truck broke down as the windscreen wasn't fitted well and caused a electronic fault. It had to be towed back. Avinash Chetty at the front was awesome. Kudos to Brent Lew from parts and Melani from service. Superb customer service. I don't own a Ford vehicle, I was there to purchase replacement Tires for my SUV. Brent was very informative and made sure that I was getting the right tires for my SUV , showed me all the different types of tires door my use. While Melani from service kept me posted while my SUV was in the shop, arranged the shuttle service for me for drop off and pick up to my house. Great team!, and last but not the least is the shuttle driver, super friendly and such a safe driver.

One of the worst experience of my life. Last month went there to fix my Ford pick up truck breaks but they didn’t do property. I was experiencing same noise even after that. So after two weeks went there to show them what’s going on. They told me they don’t know what’s going on. We will call someone from head office to inspect it. So now more than 15 days still my pick up truck standing there. No calls, no messages. Even I call so many times to know about status. They are not even giving me proper information when it’s gonna be ready or what’s the problem. Really stupid service they are providing.

Richard (fleet sales) and Chris (finance) took very good care of us. We just started a new business and despite being in a tough position with little cash and a not so fantastic credit score they made everything work. I never felt like I was being sold to. I felt like the two of them were doing everything in their power to work with us so that we could accomplish what we came in to do. Once the sale went through I realised that the vehicle only had one key. Without hesitation Richard made it right even after we already made the purchase. He did not have to do that. Bought our used 2015 Ford Edge from this dealership a year and a half ago and have been absolutely happy with the vehicle, the Edge is an amazing vehicle and I have driven many different cars in my day as I used to be in the fleet leasing business. Yesterday found the car with the battery completely dead and no way to enter the vehicle as there was a spare key in FOB but no key hole to be found anywhere on the vehicle. Going against my better judgment I phoned the service department to find out what I could do. Normally I simply Google and get the answer or call my trustworthy neighborhood mechanic. Sure enough I spend a frustrating 45 minutes on the phone with the dealership service department first being told I'll need to have it towed in to the dealership!! I said there's a number pad on the door post and it lights up when I tap it so could they simply give me the code as that might work. Even though I could verify all the details of the sale of the vehicle they say I'd have to come to the dealership to get the code. I drive to the dealership only be told they don't have the code. I press the issue further asking why is there a key in the FOB if it can't be used and finally one lady says "well there's a possibility there is a hidden key hole underneath one end of the door-handle that needs to be pryed off with the spare key". I said possibly?? So you're not exactly sure about something as critically important as this on the products you are selling and you're the service department??? We could be stranded in a deadly situation and have no way to pop the hood and boost the battery? Sure enough when I get home I am able to pop off the plastic cover and find the key hole. So why did nobody in service let me know this right away when I called?? Total scammers trying to dupe people into towing their vehicle in there and then I'm sure I'd be told the battery was toast and needed replacing and $500 lighter I'd have my vehicle back. Never again will I go to a dealership for anything other than my initial purchase.

Mainland ford Service is a rip off don't use them. I had warranty repair on engine oil leak and they kept my Vehicle for 3 days so that its confirmed that there is no more leak after repair, I like that but when I had my next oil change we noticed leak under engine again. Now to inspect they will charge $160/Hr or more, I like to trust Ford but how should I trust that this Manager will genuinely accept it as their fault in the repair as per previous review they don't and there manager CANDICE can say that she is with mechanics while they diagnose the faults of every vehicle comes in for repair, customer is a liar, and never accept their fault. So I can't trust them for this diagnose I chose to leave without my warranty repair. I understand that for many reasons we have to but would strongly suggest others that don't use their service as they can claim from your extended Warranty also and then charge you also for the same repairs. And how about all other things also happening which are very common at these kind of shops, Minting money and this how they can show profits to their VP's and secure their bonuses. Way to go Candice!!! Sadly but ford VP's maybe don't see what's happening down there

My wife and I have bought a total of 3 Ford Trucks from Mainland over the last several years, this past Saturday we purchased 2 new F-150's from Ken and our experience was as good as it gets. Ken was very well organized and had everything ready for us when we arrived. Finance went smooth and quick, insurance was ready and handled well. The walk through and delivery were first class. Our vehicles were very clean and full of gas, ready for our trip home. The service department at Mainland is also first class, our previous truck was well taken care by the service department and on the rare occasion we had a issue the dealership reacted fast and efficient and fixed the problem in as little time as possible. SICK AND TIRED with this dealership. Purchased a brand new F150 lariat 6 months ago and it's been in the shop for warranty issues 3 times already. The part that really pisses me off is that every time I bring it in, they want to charge me $20 a day for a courtesy car. Every other Ford dealership if it's warranty related provides you a courtesy car for free. What a bunch of crooks, spend 60k on a new truck, bring it in constantly for problems, then icing on the cake is making me pay for a courtesy car. Will never return to Mainland Ford.

I especially like ‘the works’ oil change package as it gives me a great report about how my vehicle is doing from an expert eye. I put over 150 kilometres on my work truck daily so I need someone like that to do the best, and they do. The people are friendly and they work like they value their jobs so they must be treated well. I prefer to support a business like that. I’m also somewhat hearing impaired and, as long as I let them know that, they do their best to accommodate me via texts and emails. I will continue to use their service

Haven't actually bought a car from them yet but came in to look at a used vehicle and they have been, no pressure sales and very accommodating with our needs when it comes to making us comfortable with the vehicle. Going so far as to send the non-ford vehicle we are looking at to the manufacturer's dealership for a safety and mechanical inspection. It is a bit of a specialty vehicles with it's own peculiarities and I believe they understood that and saw the value even if it ment the dealership was out of pocket. Dropped my truck off for a scheduled basic service and a levelling kit, Ended up taking 2 days when it was only supposed to be a day. Then after reviewing my bill, realized they charged me $75 for “supplies” even though my service was fully covered through my maintenance package and have never been charged a dime for previous service. and levelling kit includes everything you need to install it.

Meant to post 5 stars for the great service from the salesman. I forgot his name but he was very helpful and had every answer to all my questions about various cars. I was just checking around and had no intention of making a purchase at the time which I made clear. He wasn't even worried about making commission as there were other people there and he could of gone on to the next customer. He stayed with me until I left and was just a helpfully as if I was going to buy all of the cars on the lot. I was very impressed with this. I own a ford fusion 2015 with 31 k kilometers on it. It still has powertrain warranty.Recently my car stopped working on middle of the road and turns out the fuel pump was gone. The tank was half full at that time and I usually try to keep it full. So there was no reason i would have caused that issue. when i called ford service centre i was told that the fuel pumps are not covered under warranty as it is something minor. i don’t understand how is this minor if i can’t drive my car without getting it replaced?! Even three months i got it serviced from ford service centre. they did full scan of the car costing me $400 and said nothing is wrong. WHAT A RIP -OFF!

Unreal service by Jurgen. Although we did not buy a vehicle from him at first, he really showed that customers come first. We looked at a truck, however it was a bit out of the budget, however he did his own search and found another vehicle for us. He even made a custom YouTube video to highlight the specs of the truck. We came back and ended up buying a truck from him as the other dealerships did not provide the same enthusiasm and service as Jurgen. Not only was he able to match the price, but beat the competion as well. His efforts deserve to be rewarded. Go with jurgen, seriously! Two days after picking my new vehicle up, my power windows broke down. The service employee Melani took me in without question and fixed the windows ASAP. The manager even lent me a demo to get around since I was left without anything. I've been trying to have their autobody shop repair my car for the past month and a half... I came in for an estimate 2 weeks after I initially called them. I was then told it would take 2 weeks for them to get the parts and bring the car in to get repaired. It's been over a month since then. I've been calling every week since the initial two weeks had passed and they've kept giving me the same excuse about tow in cars coming in. They haven't called even once to give me a timeline and I've been left in the dark everytime I've called. I've spoken with Wally multiple times and he says he'll call me right back after giving me the same excuse and then I don't receive a call back. You aren't reinventing the wheel guys if you want to beat out your competition in any manner of business you're involved in you beat them with your customer service. Having worked in the car business in the past I know these guys can do better than what they're doing for their customers. I won't be recommending this business to any of my friends or family.

Terrible experience. Very poor communication about repairs from start to finish. 2018 Escape needed engine rebuild due to poor engine design, re: coolant. I have less than 47k on it. I’m not happy about such a large repair on a newer vehicle. Communication about what needed to be done was also poor- the work needed was minimized. Repairs took twice as long as predicted (9 days) with no communication that it would take longer than 3-4 days. Courtesy dropped off my vehicle to my workplace without anyone calling to advise the repairs were done and to arrange swapping vehicles (I don’t work in the office full time, I just so happened to be at work when the person dropped off my vehicle. I was told someone would call prior, to arrange and confirm services after they were provided. No one called- and I had left a message for the manager the day prior without hearing back.) Suv returned with low tire pressure. Upon following up, Manager denied mechanics touched my wheels. Stated it was a coincidence, likely a nail in my tire. However, upon me insisting, the manager did confirm my wheels needed to be taken off in order to rebuild the engine. Experience unacceptable from start to finish. I will not be recommending Ford vehicles or mainland Ford. I will not be purchasing another Ford after this terrible experience.

I paid a non refundable deposit for a vehicle I liked and one of their manager named Vean agreed verbally to include some stuff for free. 2 days later, I got a call from them that vehicle is not available (When the ford promotion is over and I cannot go to another dealership) and they are going to send me specs for different vehicle. After going back and front via text message with Vean - I liked another vehicle and he will add additional stuff at no cost. When I went to dealership to look at the truck and finalize everything - they don't want to include the extra stuff which was agreed verbally and via text (I have a proof). So they returned the non refundable deposit back because they knew that it was their fault. Now I cannot go to another dealership because the promotion is over. Mainland Ford gets your non refundable deposit them inform you that the vehicle is not available when the promotion is over. Their strategy is either you buy from them or you can't buy from other dealership. Whenever buying a vehicle from this dealership - make sure to get everything in writing and get the manager's signature on it.

They imply and lead you to believe the terms and stipulations of a purchase are one way and act surprised when you are un happy that they are something different. But what do u expect i guess they're car salesman after all! I do not recommend doing buisness here. I think most people will be unsatisfied with the service they get.

Very poor service had our truck head light replaced and when we got truck back had not even pulled out of dealership and the headlight that was replaced didn't work the tech Lou said he had to put a different light in and the wire was shorter than the other and he Saud and said drive with it for few days see if it changes it didn't and we went to take truck back to getit fixed they want us to pay again we said no so we phoned ford Canada and bbb would never recommend mainland ford for noting poor service and customer service

Worst customer service, called them many times to talk to finanace service. Everytime they told me they are busy with another customer or in a meeting and will call me back. No response. 3 rd time i called and same thing. Never heard from them again.

I am very unsatisfied and disappointed with mainland ford. I have taken my ford there on 4 separate occasions for regular maintenance and each time they fail to wash my car. They always apologize when I mention it and they tell me I can make an appointment to vring it back for washing but I shouldn't have to come back just to get it washed. The last time I took it in I made it a point to tell them to be sure to wash it and they didn't and when I asked I was told that I opted out of the car wash which is a total lie. Again I was told I can make an appointment to bring it in for a wash. When I lived in coquitlam and took my car for maintenance at the ford in coquitlam, they would automatically wash my car every time without even having to make the request. I will NOT be taking my car back to mainland ford not only because they don't wash my car but because they flat out lied by saying I opted out of the car wash when I specifically told them them I wanted them to wash it and I was told no problem. They obviously don't provide good service like other ford dealerships

A man can go into this dealership and get a price,,, when a woman goes in the price is jacked right up. This goes for vehicles, parts and service. Best just stay away from this place.

Terrible customer service and very slow. Didn't communicate with me on progress at all. Brought a tire in to be looked at at 9am, had an appointment and its 3pm and haven't heard anything. How does it take 6 hours to de-rim a tire.

Ok I do not know if I put something down on here and Facebook so I am posting my May 6th post from when I bought my car and a new post, it is long but well worth the read.... Long story but will make it as short as I can.( May 6th) Went to a dealership in Abbotsford Chrysler at the auto mall and looked at a car that I have been wanting for some time, did the research knew what to pay for this car and found one at this dealer They would not budge on the price so I said thanks but I will go to Vancouver and buy the one with less KM and for a lesser price. on the way we stopped off at Mainland ford to have a quick look and see what they had. Chris came out and greeted us and we walk and looked at what they had for pre- owned cars, but they did not have anything I was looking for, so we told Chris about the other dealer and found out that mainland was affiliated with the dealer in Abbotsford and we told our story to him. Chris asked us to give him 10 minutes so we did and he went in side, spoke to his boss and came back and made us an offer, that was a good offer but as I told Chris the KM were to high and I already had a budget and was not going to compromise on price. I thanked Chris and we went to our car and talked, just as we where about to drive off Chris came out and said give me 5 more minutes as his boss was talking to the higher ups and he needed 5 minutes. So we waited and then Chris came out and said they would do it for my price. Never have I had a sales person go to the lengths Chris went to, to make things right. I was so impressed that I had to write this to all that will see this. Chris and the team at Mainland Ford did an outstanding job to not just make a sale( which I am guessing they lost money on) but wanted to make things right. I will tell all my friends and my Company who do buy a lot of vehicles that mainland Ford is the place to go work with. I am over the moon with my 2012 red Veloster and can not thank Chris & his Boss for all they did for me to put me in my car. If I could give more the 5 stars I would happily do so, thank you Guys again I will always remember this day and the experience I had with all of you!!!!!!!!! New Post A week ago the service light came on in my car, I called Mainland Ford up and they jumped into action, they could have said well that's the way it is like most deals ships I have come across but NO that's not how it went..... I spoke with my sales guy Chris Ace Dud!!!! And he jumped into action, with in minutes I have the service department calling me, seti g a time up for me to bring in my car and they took it from there. Now they could have charged me for every thing but NO they with out even knowing what the issue was, they said we will cover everything, including a loaner car while mine was getting fixed. Steven and the service team took care of it all and I am truly great full!!!! I have never had any company show such customer service, the people that own Mainland Ford can be very proud and hold there heads up high. I am so impressed with Mainland Ford I have passed there information onto my Fleet Manager and told him to work with these guys as well as advising my Directors and SVP of this company. You want service and a great deal this is the place to go, 1, stop shop no need to go any where else...... Thank you team for everything!!!!!!!!

Mainland ford service is negligent, rip off and Manager is right and customer is a liar , don't go there. They denied my claim as Candice service manger says they would know without opening the tailgate step that what was the fault and that's not covered and no way they could have damaged it. Then she added that she was there when her staff diagnosed my truck for step latch was already broken when I brought in. Wow...! what a manager! she is with her mechanics for all the vehicles comes in for service or.... just a BLUFF. She said this to me in front of her staff Fazia and now customers are also liar who spent $72,000 on their vehicles bought it new. Basically my vehicle was inspected when they took it in, i showed internal problem with the tailgate step by pulling it out and there was no damage to face plate of the step. now she says that i damaged it and not in their service department. All I have to say is that they know how to cover their mistakes by telling that customer is a liar. read my other review that how they are rip off and how they make tons of money, not only small repair shops are ripping off these are bigger crocodiles... stop using them.

I came from multiple other Ford dealers, with very discouraging experiences. I had a Focus RS that was a blast to drive, with little to no support for service and warranty issues for upcoming and ongoing issues. It became a resentful experience to own such a finely tuned beast, with a dealer that was indifferent to my concerns. I made the change to mainland service department and completely changed my Ford ownership experience. A little over a year later, I bought an Edge ST from Zaki. It was a great experience overall, but the edge just wasn’t quite right for my family of 5. 4 months later I came back and traded up for the Explorer ST, again, Zaki was great to work with. He flexed all kinds of bargaining power with the sales managers, on my behalf, and we worked out a great deal. He is knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about Ford performance cars. This was key for someone like me who has advanced questions and a similar passion for ‘go fast’ Ford performance vehicles, this is my 3rd Ford performance machine, consecutively, and definitely not my last. Thank you Mainland Ford! I friggin love my 2021 Explorer ST!
