Snake. Was not up front about damage to vehicle, said it was rear ended instead of a head on. Wouldn't awnser phone calls and I had to threaten the vehicle safety authorities before he would disclose any info on truck. Steer clear of these curbed scam artists. Back when these people used to call themselves hng motor sales. No, same adress in new west, you guys are sleazy. The frame on the truck was rotted out, when we brought this up after purchase all you guys said was, all sales final. Kept telling me that you were just running the place for your brother, I drive past your storefront and it now says global, but didn't say that before... Shady man.

Twice these people wasted my time And money. I was looking for a G35 and responded to an add on Craigslist set up an appointment to check out the car from Chilliwack to their surrey car lot. When I arrived the car isn’t there and I have to drive to the brothers auto body shop. O top of that the add is 100% misleading the condition of the car is soo bad and the tan interior is covered in blue stains everywhere and he purposely didn’t include those pics in the add. 3 weeks later I respond to a different add for a black G35 with Black seats and ask the person if it’s a dealer or owner because already at this point I don’t want to deal with dealers. So I got to his house in Surrey and it turns out to be the same guy with like 10 cars parked outside, not a huge deal except the guy lies about everything. There’s sludge in the engine, he said in the ad new brakes and rotars all around but doesnt show any receipts for new rotars? Meaning they are probably still the original ones or he replaced them with ones from a junkyard. By now I can tell he’s making a fool of me but I still want the car so I make a deal anyways. Get to the insurance and there’s no second key for the car and the fobs are $500-900 to replace so of course I want to re-negotiate the price. He tries to pull a fast one on me telling me not to worry I can get my buddy to get it for you for $150. Thank goodness I read his reviews on google when I was at the bank making out the draft and saw he has made similar promises before and did not fulfill them. I let him know I read his reviews and don’t believe him. Then he starts going off “don’t expect me to have pity on you.” Realizing this guy is willing to lie about anything to complete the sale, and has screwed someone over in the past the same way. I refused to give him or his brother one dollar to enable him to do the same thing to the next customer. It’s illegal to replace the rotars with used ones and advertise them as brand new! ***pro tip when he’s lies he gets this devious little smile/smirk on his face*** I wouldn’t buy a car from him. I would stick to buying cars from actual people instead of dealerships and auto bodies. At the least go to a good reputable dealership with good reviews. I gave him every opportunity to make it right or at least apologize for wasting my time and money twice, for lying and for insulting me. Nope he proceeds to reply “I’ll text you in two weeks I’m in Cuba” tells me I’m not a “good buyer” whatever that means. No I’m just not looking to be taken advantage of. If you are reading this, when you are running a business and you screw over one person or treat your customers poorly you lose the next customers. I hope no one gets scammed by this guy. * the review written by Brasir Ahmed is the guy, he wrote himself a good review when I told him I’m leaving him one of my experience with them. Unbelievable. The brothers shop is Max Deal Auto Sales.

These guys are great, they are a family business and have a sales lot with some jems on it. I found one myself, 05 Ford Excape XLT with just under 255k for $1250 taxes in. Can't go wrong with these guys, they will let you check out the vehicle until you are content. Go see them!

Good selection of cars and found the exact one I wanted. It had some issues right away after buying it which is the only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 (car can't have problems right away to get 5 stars). But they were great in honouring the warranty and taking care of everything and now I feel like I have an even better value than what I paid for it. They even provided me with a loaner car till I got mine back. Despite the repairs that were needed right away (which they had fixed with a very good turnaround) I am very happy with their service and the car itself. I really felt they wanted to make sure I didn't regret my purchase and did everything they had to to ensure my satisfaction. If I ever need a used car again I am going right back to their lot. On a side note, I was looking at the other reviews and of the 13 one star reviews half of them have confused these guys with another lot so really there's less than 10. As for the rest, I get the impression these are the type of people that write a lot of bad reviews cause it doesn't make sense there are 51 4 star or above ratings yet these handful of people had the complete opposite experience. Either you're an honest dealership or you're a scummy dealership. They wouldn't be scummy sometimes. And with everything I went through with my car these guys are definitely honest.

Not only was the car in such an great condition and price, inspected before and after the sale he even changed my break pads at no extra cost. Shad was extremely helpful and honest with us and seemed to be more concerned with myself and my partner getting a good deal on a vehicle rather than pushing us towards a deal that suited him. He was so laid back and friendly that it put no pressure on us, our budget was limited yet he was able to accommodate us with a vehicle we really wanted. He also did some work on the car on the day, gave a great long term warranty and also a week long guarantee to ensure we were satisfied. Went here and got a Honda Civic. Car seemed fine on test drive. Within two days the transmission started misfiring. I brought it into the shop and they said there was probably a leaky gasket. I called the owner and he just told me to go to his buddy's garage, no option to return it, nothing. After talking with him later, he started saying "these things happen", and blaming me for not "reaching out to him", which I had. Anyway, whether they know the gasket was leaky or not, be assured that they don't know much about the vehicles they are selling. At the very least, they should have taken the time and care to check for problems before selling the car. Hats off to Lubrico for footing most of the bill.

Purchased a Rav 4 from Shad nearly a year ago. Bought it into the auto shop beside my house to have a look at it. This mechanic was telling me it was going to cost 1500 dollars to get the radiator fixed. So I rang Shad and told him what the problem was. He took a look at the car and told us the mechanic was just ripping me off and he would fixed what needed to be done and a did a over all check on the car for a very very good price especially compared to what the mechanic beside me wanted to charge. Don't go expecting to not be careful as with any used car lot. They are a family business and they are trying to survive like the rest of us. But do know that when push comes to shove, these are people with good hearts who try to sell cars that are checked and good to go. They have a conscience. Be fair with them and they will be more than fair with you. I had two vehicles pre inspected and they both proved to be in good shape. The one I chose was in excellent condition. Since there was a mistake in the flyer and I ended up not buying the car I originally wanted, Shad gave me a a very, very good deal. Even the competing sales guy from across the street and the pre purchase inspection mechanic I hired raised their eyebrows and admitted it was an amazingly good deal for a good vehicle "if" all checked out....it did check out and I flew down the Coquahalla that night feeling very good about the purchase. no regrets.

Shad is a really nice guy! Im a foreigner and i went there looking for the cheapest car cause im short on money. He was really nice helping me out, telling me about the opitions until i finally decided for a 93 pathfinder. He went with me to put some gas on the truck, checked the oil and everything, being really honest and showing me every detail on the truck and what should were some few issues as any old car for less than a thousand bucks would have. After that he called the guy from the insurance company so i could do the insurance and unfortunately i got surprised of how expensive insurance in bc is and I couldn't afford it. I felt really bad but he was very understanding, told me not to worry and that he would call me if he gets anything with cheaper insurance there. Even though I didn't end up buying anything I have absolutely nothing to complain about the costumer service at global auto. Whenever I can save some money I will stop there to buy a car with Shad

Bought a car which was supposed to be in "excellent" condition, but I wouldn't describe it that way. I needed to put some money in that, coolant was very dirty creating foam in radiator, car had not working breaking lights and EGR valve was clogged, so after 50 km I had engine light on. I had to fix it with my own money, guarantee didn't cover this. You can buy decent vehicle here, but take someone who knows something about cars with you.

Not really sure what the other posts are on about, my experience was completely different. The guy I met with, Shad, was really nice and sociable. Readily available and even picked me up from skytrain station as I had no car to get there myself. We tried a few cars out, and I decided on a 07 Yaris. As far as car buying, In my experience you can't go wrong with them.

Emailed them about a car and finally after a few days got a response. Started to text them and again slow responses, asked for car proof report and was told I would get it by the end of the day, well, still don't have it a few days later. Just thought I would come by and take a look at the vehicle and wow I was surprised. Walked onto the lot and multiple employees around and nobody said hi or even looked at us. Found the car in the lot that I was interested in and was scratched beyond belief, multiple dents in the door and there was construction caulking holding the door handle on!!!!!! What!!!!! Literally just walked away and never going to deal with this place. Buyers beware.

We read the reviews about Global before going to look at a vehicle.It was as advertised.When we arrived at the lot we were greeted by Rick. From the get go Rick was very polite and amiable to the max.We were given a key to a Kia Sportage we went for a drive the last week in April 2020.We liked it right away and drove back to the lot.We told Rick we liked the vehicle and wanted to go and think about for a while and then get back to him later.We called Rick late in the day and said that we would come to the lot if he was going to be there. Rick said come on over i will be here no problem. Again very polite and not pushy or annoyed by us coming back to the lot late.I had bought a 69 ford Mustang brand new in 69.The Mustang was new and was a lemon from day one.For years now i have bought used vehicles and had better luck with them.This Sportage was in the top 10 with me because for the first time in my life i bought a used car that everything worked.Wow even the air-con is working!!! Not only that but this vehicle goes like a jackrabbit even when you touch the gas pedal gently...Another Wow!!! Rick was working by himself that day and was so unflappable it was a pleasure to deal with him....Politeness is a big thing with me and my wife as well.Being older now we are noticing the treatment we get from the younger generation is lacking.Not with Rick.That was important to my wife and i to be treated with respect and politeness.Sometime in the near future i will go back to the Global lot and meet Ricks Dad and tell him he has raised his son well.I think that about sums up our story....To us it was a 10 out of 10 experience to the positive. So thank you Global....2 grateful Vancouverites....Finally, there should be 10 stars not 5 stars we would check them all.....

Such an amazing place to get a car from. I got a car from Rick here at Global Auto and a few weeks later there was an issue with the muffler. He sent me to quiet Muffler they got it fixed and paid for the whole thing. I bought a few cars from them and all of them have been great. Thank you Rick

We went to Global Auto because our friends recommended it so highly to us. I turned out that we had just a good an experience as they did. Both my friends and I received excellent service at Global Auto. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, listened to our needs and price range and didn't try to up sell to us. They let us know our options within our range, were honest about some issues on some older cars and offered extremely reasonable prices. The cars come with a year guarantee which definitely but us at ease. when buying an older car. We couldn't have been happier leaving Global Auto with our new car- on top of the great selection and amazing, an employee there Shad was great fun and made it such a wonderful overall experience for us. Over 2 months down the line now and we have no issues at all with our car - I would have no hesitations at all about recommending Global Autos to anyone.

This place is run by two amazing brothers! I looked at multiple dealerships for a used car and this is the only one where I received excellent customer service and found a great car in drive away condition within my price range. They inspect all their cars beforehand and guarantee it so I felt extra safe. I bought a car within 10 min and even had my insurance done on site so it was a very easy and convenient process. They treat you like a person and don't pressure you to buy anything and help you find exactly what you need. My car got broken into the week after, and I reached out to Shad for help and he fixed it within an hour of me asking - it's very hard to find genuine people who go above and beyond to help others, and I'm super grateful.
