I had a truly great experience! It has been a number of years since I purchased a car and the inventory here definitely caught my eye. Upon arriving I was greeted by Mr Ali who was very kind and professional. He was not pushy or forceful as some sales associates can be, he was very sincere with showing me what I wanted without trying to push me into something to benefit him. The vehicle selection was impressive and everyone I dealt with during my visit was kind and professional. Just purchased an Acura MDX and immediately drove it over the Coquihalla Hwy from Surrey to Salmon Arm - 5 1/2 hour drive. It performed beautifully, no funny sounds or smells. They said they did full inspection before sale, and everything was good, but even after sale they didn't share the inspection report. When asked, they said there is three months warranty, so why I'm worried. Then after 2 months, there was a sound coming while slowing down, so did a peace of mind inspection somewhere else, and the report was shocking. The brake pad was way too less than safety standard. Battery was also showing lower than normal. When called them they denied these and even told they didn't say anything about 3 months warranty. Very poor service and don't even know how to talk properly to a customer.

I purchased a Honda CRV this day last year. After driving out the dealership, I found out the A/C did not work. The dealership lent me another car while waiting for them to fix it. They returned the car with a new A/C compressor replaced for me in about three days. It's been a year now and I added more than 20k km to the ODO meter. It works perfectly. I am totally satisfied with my purchase.

We have purchased a 2009 Toyota Rav4 Sport V6 from this company last year and have been happy with the car.. I was thinking of giving this company a review since my boyfriend kept telling me that he did not regret getting the RAV4 Sport, as it runs so fast. The car flies. :)) There have been no issues about the car, too. Customer service wise, Gerry/Jerry was a very accommodating person. He even provided us with some other car choices but was very honest about his feedback pertaining to the best choice of car (maintenance). The service was awesome and we did not go anywhere else for financing and licensing the car. Shawn (the owner) have been very patient when we were doing the payment and at that time, I was not even aware he was the owner. Lol. If I would get another car that have been slightly used, I would rather go with this company as I am sure that they do take care of the cars and would provide you with the best deals.

Shahab was very generous with information, especially considering this is the first time I am shopping for a car in Canada. He shared with me the carfax report, and didn't care it was past closing time, he allowed me to exhaust my questions without showing any worries. I felt very comfortable. SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!! These guys sold a 2015 van with a lien on it. They provided "documentation" to try to show that any liens on it were discharged. Then a month later, baliffs show up to reposess the van because it has a lien on it. Apparently their "report" was "incomplete". Will they do the right thing and take the van back? It's a $33,000 lien, FFS. SLEAZY SCAM ARTISTS!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I've had a really awful experience with Best Deal Auto Sales and highly recommend going elsewhere. After 7 months of having the vehicle, I had to go in for over $2500 in repairs (left front strut leaking, left front axel seal leaking, right inner tierod had play, rear brakes at 0%, front brakes at 50%, muffler leaking, etc). I bought it with 162,320 kms and these issues were at 172, 922 kms. When I reached out to him about the repairs, he suggested I find a "boyfriend for a day" to fix my brakes if he sent me the parts. It wasn't just brake pads, it was caliper and rotors as well. The A/C was broken and he didn't have the part at the time of purchase so offered to pay my gas $ for me to come back down and fix it another time. I drove down (7 hours one way from my home town) and it ended up being the wrong part. I called him numerous times and he didn't pick up until I was headed home and offered no apology. The mechanic at shop found the part in California and said it would take 1 week to get here. I asked for the A/C to be fixed locally, and he's refused because he cannot find the part used and it's too expensive for him to purchase new. It's been over a year since I bought the vehicle and he has stopped responding to my texts / calls. If he offers repairs in the future, make sure to put a "repairs to be completed by (insert date) and with new parts" as that's what he's using to refuse to pay for my A/C, he said he'd get it fixed but not by when, nor that the part needed to be new. It's been a really trying and unprofessional experience and I just want anyone who buys a vehicle with this dealership to be aware of what they are getting into. I feel pretty taken advantage of as a young female without much knowledge about cars. If you are to purchase from him, I highly suggest taking the car to a mechanic for review prior to buying. It's costed me a lot of time, money, frustration and my vehicle still feels unreliable.

Came here on January 25, 2020 to trade a car in order to get a car for my wife since we are having a newborn in the summer. We ended up trading in our car for a 2011 bmw x5. The overall experience I'd say was good. Sean was nice and polite. I really like him as a person. As previous reviews state he is definitely not pushy at all and will let you take your time deciding for yourself. There was a little problem regarding a key fob that was missing (supposed to have 2.) that Sean took care of for me. He wasn't able to locate the missing key and had replaced a new key (Which would cost over $500 from the dealership.) without any extra cost to myself. Overall with my experience and never having been here before it was great. If you know what to look for in a car I think you could find a great price for a car. Would definitely recommend and refer any future car buyers I know to Sean.
