Be careful buying from this dealer i bought a half ton from them that they did a overall check on it and said they had to fix a couple things and they said it'd only take a week. it ended up taking over a month and since i bought it i have had to replace major things that they said had nothing wrong. I took it to a third party mechanic that i trust and he found a lot more wrong with it that said its been going way before i bought it from them. I don't recommend buying from them at all.

If purchasing a used vehicle at this dealership you must ensure to have it checked out very closely by a mechanic you trust or you might get into a bad situation like we are facing. After purchasing a 2014 CRV recently, driving it less than 2000kms and less than 60 days later we experienced 3 major and costly mechanical flaws one of which was clearly happening long before we purchased the vehicle. Upon a detailed inspection the transmission was found to be leaking and completely soaked in grimy transmission fluid that had been there a long time. Next to be discovered was the driveshaft center support bearing and both U-joints were completely worn out and finally the mid muffler had a baffle broken inside causing a loud rattle. We sent a detailed report of all these issues to both the sales person and general manager and received the response that "They would discuss it and get back to us.", unfortunately they didn't have the decency to get back to us. It's sad to see what we thought was a reputable business sell what we also thought to be a good vehicle that turned out to have so many things wrong with it right from the get go. So if your in the market for a used vehicle make sure you take it for elsewhere for a detailed mechanical inspection first or you could end up like us with a massive repair bill after spending your hard earned money on a sub par vehicle that was most likely flipped quickly without a proper inspection to make a quick buck. We've been told by a number of technician's that these failed parts should have never been an issue on a vehicle with the amount of KMS this one has which leads us to believe that the odometer reading is not showing the actual amount of KMS the vehicle has on it and may have been turned back. Please have a look at the pictures and videos I've attached to this review showing all the troubled parts we are faced with.

Avoid this place for pre-owned vehicles!! We bought a 2014 CRV and it was plagued with mechanical problems and it keeps getting worse. We found out shortly after purchasing the vehicle had a leaking transmission that was clearly that way for a long time which after fixing the leak now the transmission is about to fail. It's clunking really hard and lunges forward when downshifting/when coming to a stop. Besides this issue the driveshaft steady bearing was dried out and shot, the mid muffler had a broken baffle inside causing an awfull racket. Now our most recent issue is the starter is sticking on after we start the vehicle. Buyer beware of this place!! Make sure you have a pre-owned vehicle checked by a third party you trust if your considering buying from this dealership.

A few weeks ago, my car was in for service.The staff in the service department were very professional and friendly. A great big thank-you to Nick, service manager, who went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work done. In the past I have had oil changes, etc. done at Valley Honda with excellent results. Keep up the great work! ???? .

Worst service ever! Prepare to wait or get picked up if you're having anything done because they never have a service vehicle to lend to you. The girl at the service counter is rude- she walked away from me while i was trying to explain a sound i've been hearing with my car and the reason i booked the appointment. And I always have to call and check in with them because even though they have my number on file, and i've confirmed it with them, nobody ever calls me to let me know that they're done.

Absolutely most wonderful service department anywhere. We were many many miles from home when all the dashboard lights started coming on. We made it here and, even though they were solidly booked up, they fit us into the schedule and fixed us up so we could get back on our way. They were so kind and helpful, all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.
